19 & 20 for Kai and James
A Closer Look
19. five most recent in contact list.
Kai:
I'm gonna break the rule I made earlier and pick some people who even cares. These correspond to the last interactions Kai's had in threads/on discord.
Miya (@eraba-reta-unmei)
Kisumi (@kisumitenderly)
Eito (@soulcarved)
Vivian (@unladielike)
Sera (@bclasaeg)
Tsuyuko (@megitsuneko)
James:
I'm gonna do the same with James here.
Maddie (@crimestruck)
Xander (soulcarved, again)
Leah (@elganac)
Nunnally (@lured-into-wonderland)
Kisumi (kisumitenderly, again)
20. refrigerator.
Kai:
He would not have much in his fridge because he eats out, so the fridge would be mostly empty except for leftovers from eating out and juice for cocktails. The freezer would be stocked with frozen microwave meals and pizzas that he could just stick into the microwave or oven and call it good.
James:
Like his pantry, because he has a personal chef who can make him anything he wants at any time, his fridge would be stocked with everything one could possibly imagine needing for a gourmet meal. If James wants to have swordfish and quinoa, he'll get it. His chef finds it's easiest to be prepared and stocks the things they think James will want.
#kisumitenderly#James;;headcanons—{Curious about me? How charming.}#kai;;headcanons—{if there is a hell; i'm sure this is how it smells.}#//thank youu for sending these in!!#//catch Kisumi finding Kai's fridge with literally nothing in it#//yet he has a full bar ksjghdf#//adding tsu because they've been interacting over the last few days too

[ con. from here with @kisumitenderly ]
Nastka leaned against the hood of the car like a man who'd been waiting for the night to catch up to him. The engine ticked beneath him, still warm, humming like a second heartbeat. Above, the sky hung low and colorless, stretched thin with the weight of something unsaid. Smoke curled from his cigar in slow, deliberate ribbons, refusing to rise, cloaking them in the kind of quiet that makes a man confess or come undone.
He didn’t look at Kisumi, not right away. He didn’t need to. He could feel him—the pull of indecision, the tremor beneath the surface. That restless energy like a spark with no place to land.
The night breathed around them. Nastka exhaled, a stream of smoke sliding between his lips, and finally let his voice spill out—soft, heavy, velvet with an edge.
“You think you’re playing odds, but this isn’t poker, sweetheart,” he murmured, gaze still half-lidded, watching the smoke curl between them like a question. “This is weather. I don’t play. I shift.”
He moved, smooth and soundless, like water drawn to gravity. Each step was quiet thunder, folding the space between them with a certainty that didn’t ask permission. The scent of cigar, cologne, and rain-damp air followed him, clinging like heat.
One hand hovered just above Kisumi’s collar, fingers suspended in the charged air between skin and fabric, close enough to unsettle, never close enough to soothe.
“You talk like you’ve got a hand to play,” he said, eyes fixed and glinting, “but when did you last even sit at the table?”
His thumb traced the corner of Kisumi’s lower lip—featherlight, a question more than a touch. The kind of gesture that said nothing and promised everything. Nastka’s smile barely curved, but it was there, coiled and quiet, dangerous only in its patience.
“You don’t even know what the reward is, lisie.” A pause, long enough to make the air taste heavier. “But I admire the hunger.”
Then he was gone from that closeness, stepping back like the tide receding after deciding not to drown you—this time. The absence he left behind wasn’t cold, just hollow.
He flicked the remnants of his cigar to the ground and crushed it beneath his boot with a slow, thoughtful twist. The glow snuffed out like a secret.
He opened the car door, not like an offer, but like a trap with silk ribbons tied around the teeth.
His eyes met Kisumi’s again—steady, glimmering, unreadable.
“Get in,” he said, voice dipped in honey and smoke. “Let’s see if you’re brave enough to lose something real.”
And then, a whisper of a question, smooth as breath across a blade:
“Or tell me—do you only chase what you’re sure you’ll survive?”

@kisumitenderly ,, plotted starter.
Asking this guy out had been a random impulse. He wasn't Nnoitra's type. He wasn't into the whole pretty-boy vibe. He liked his guys a little rough around the edges. This guy - Kisumi - was ANYTHING but that. It was funny that he'd actually accepted Nnoitra's invitation. When he'd asked ( not that he'd really thought it through ) - he hadn't expected to get a yes.
Well - here he was. He'd said he'd pick him up at seven, and he wasn't going to bail. Why would he? Even though Kisumi wasn't his type, he was good looking. Why would he pass on an opportunity to fuck a nice looking dude? He had the feeling he was more of the romantic type. Still - what kinda guy didn't want to fuck on the first date? That was some prudish shit.
Nnoitra knocked on the door. Scarred knuckles. He was right on time - a little early, even. Dressed in all black as usual. There would be a contrast between him and his date, for sure.
#kisumitenderly#[ hELLOOO the starter as promised ffjfjf#[ VERY late but oh well here we go 8) ]#[ time for a date 8) ]#despair for me. ╱ in character.

If she was ever asked, she would have definitely refused. But no-one cared about her opinion. So, there she was. In front of the office door of Kisumi Shigino. What was she supposed to learn from him? And why? Nunnally was trying to remember what she was told about him, but her brain felt so empty.
Nunnally sighed and furrowed her brows in a silently building fury. All she wanted was to turn around and leave, but she was well aware that was impossible. If she did, she would have got dragged back. But at least she wasn’t going to make it easier for him. If he thought he could h a n d l e her, well then: he was wrong. And Nunnally was going to show him that he were.
She knew she looked good. She was pretty and her perfect clothes were tailored to emphasize her assets. Red high heels made her long legs look even longer. Her blond hair was nicely done and surrounded her face like a small golden cascade. She moved her head abruptly before entering his office. Her office? Their office?
Nunnally nodded to his secretary (hardly noticing her, indeed), commented that she was being awaited and entered his office without any further delay.
…and she was surprised. Nunnally expected someone much older and definitely less good-looking.
“Kisumi Shigino, I presume…” – she send him a smile (stick to the plan Nunnally; she scolded herself) – “I guess you have been awaiting me. We are to work together from now on.” – not exactly what was going to happen, but why not to twist the reality more to her liking.
“I hope you have a good coffee over here. I am almost addicted to it.” – a poor joke; she scolded herself again – “Do you think I could get a cup?” – she assumed he knew who she was, but still smiling she added: --
“I am Nunnally Ayvalles. I hope you have been informed I am to start today…”

They’re a 10 but …… he’s a liar
Bully Kai By Completing [ THEY’RE A 10 BUT … ]
There was nothing he could do to defend himself against this one. As someone who worked to infiltrate organizations, businesses, and governments for a variety of reasons, it was necessary for him to lie. Part of the job. He never really minded doing it because he didn’t know or care about the people he was lying to, but now, he couldn’t help but feel guilty. Kisumi never deserved it.

Nastka’s eyes, sharp and unwavering, were like twin blades fixed on Kisumi. He noted the way those fingers trembled slightly around the empty martini glass, a subtle dance of nerves that mirrored the unspoken secrets. delicious....
As Kisumi leaned in closer, his presence draping over, Nastka felt the warmth of Kisumi’s breath, a mingling of curiosity and calculation. The words, honeyed and laden with mischief, embraced the mafioso, painting the air with whispers of "spouse" and a "happier atmosphere." Nastka’s smile deepened, a secret flickering behind his eyes, as if the very essence of that raw anticipation was feeding his own dark delight.
Nastka’s fingers moved with fluid precision, a subtle signal to the barman who quickly attended to Kisumi’s empty glass. Meanwhile, Nastka sipped his own dry gin with deliberate elegance, each taste a crisp, cutting edge against his tongue. His gaze never wavered from now familiar face.
Leaning in, Nastka let his voice drop to a conspiratorial whisper, the warmth of his breath mingling with the cool night air and upbeat music. "Ah, so you’ve caught on to the little hints we’ve been dropping here and there," he murmured, his tone woven with amusement and intrigue. "A wedding, a spouse—how deliciously provocative. I do enjoy the way you’ve picked up on the subtle currents."
He drew back just enough to meet Kisumi’s eyes, his smile widening into a grin that was as tempting as it was taunting. " I believe we can certainly arrange that. After all, every celebration deserves its audience.. But do keep in mind," he continued, his voice a velvet caress, "that to truly experience the warmth we share, one must be willing to delve into the depths of both joy and risk. Are you prepared for such an adventure?"
With a final, deliberate sip of his gin, Nastka let the moment stretch, his expression a careful blend of sophistication and a slim seduction, promising untold pleasures for those daring enough to embrace the journey. // @kisumitenderly

Heyyyy, hi there. So look. I definitely promised to go on dates with three guys and I blew them all off for another guy that told me to my face he hates me but I think I might be in love with him and I probably jacked off in the bathroom before hand. And there’s another guy who’s married but they’re separated so that’s probably another sin, right? My bad.
The confessional is open!
Carmichael’s thankful for the little screen that hides his face from his visitor. Otherwise, they’d see the obvious confusion plastered on the priest’s face. He takes a moment to try to untangle the young man’s words. Sure, there were some sins sprinkled in there, but more than anything, it sounded as though the young man was troubled and needed advice instead of forgiveness.
“Well— Well, not honoring agreements, whether it be for dates or agreeing to do yard work or to go to Confessional, is something we should avoid doing. Our actions — Or lack thereof— Result in consequences. The consquences can be good, the consequences can be bad. Ermm— In this case, it seems the outcome was not so good; You were treated poorly and made further decisions that caused you more harm than good.
Another pause. Being involved in so many relationships — All of which seemed to be going poorly — Suggested something deeper was going on than just sins of the flesh and dishonesty. To Carmichael, it sounded as though the young man was unsure of his own worth and low self-esteem disguised as false confidence. And feeling such a way was punishment enough.
Clears his throat and shifts in his seat. “Your sins have been heard and forgiven, young man. I offer no penance, as it seems you have suffered from your actions already, but I offer words of advice. Psalm 139.14 says ‘I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, and I know that full well.’”
Carmichael continues on. “You were uniquely made. There is no one else like you- Don’t forget that. I ask that you search yourself for your strengths, be kind to yourself, and build positive relationships that uplift you. You are worthy of good love and good things.”

Kisumi’s nose scrunched up slightly as he watched Sousuke’s arm appeared by his side and effortlessly grab the book he had been eyeing. Yes on his tiptoes he just was able to graze the cover. “You know, I’m only about 2 or 3 inches shorter than you.” He informed Sousuke. It had always been a little rivalry between the two of them about their height. When he had been younger Kisumi was much taller than Sousuke and Rin when they played soccer together. Sousuke had been so cute the way he would glare and somehow pout at the same time, vowing to grow taller. Yet Kisumi couldn’t help but feel an immense amount of envy to Sousuke’s few inches. Think about what that would do for his basketball skills. “I probably could have grabbed it. Do you need a reward now?” Kisumi smirked taking hold of the book’s binding.
★ ━━━━━━ "You're right about that, shorty." He teased as he grabbed the book with no effort.
Teal eyes went soft, as the other said he could have gotten it. "Well, you might have fallen over, that wouldn't be very nice, would it?" He chuckled.
"A reward?" He echoed in thought as he gave Kisumi the book, while still holding onto the other side of the pages. "Maybe." He leaned in and snagged a kiss from the other man, gauging his reaction.

Continued from [x] with @kisumitenderly
“His…what!!?” – now Nunnally was truly dumbstruck; she opened her blue eyes wider, and blinked a few times unable to form any meaningful sentence(s). It took her a few moments to regain her composure again.
“I am Nunnally, but you can call me Nun.” – she finally said in a cheerful voice – “And if anything…” – she paused for a better impression – “He is more of my boy than I am his girl.” – there! Now when they had the facts correct again, she looked at the man with some interests – “Since you are sitting in Kisu’s office, in his chair, and perfectly on time when he was supposed to meet me…” – she narrowed her eyes entertaining the idea that suddenly hit her.
“Well, then…” – she waved her hand impatiently encouraging Nobu to stand up – “You’ll have to do as his replacement. We’re leaving now…” – she added as if that might not be completely clear to the man – “We are almost late.” – it was clear Nunnally wouldn’t take no as an answer.
“And I hope you can drive…” – she said; she could, but she didn’t like it – “You can thank Kisumi later for the opportunity to spend a day with someone as pretty and smart as I am…” – it was an obvious tease, but she didn’t mind it.
“…unless of course…” – her voice was sweet; too sweet actually – “Unless of course you can make him appear here in about…five minutes.”

It sounds like we need you to eat more a good excuse for a date 🤭
This was not his favorite type of pick-up-line ( was that what was happening here? ) . Either that, or the guy was going to set him up with someone. Either way, Nnoitra was thinking a date and free food. Not a bad deal. "We need you to eat more" - yeah, he was guessing that was aimed at his weight, but - HE PRETENDED NOT TO GET IT. He pretended like the guy just wanted him to eat for no specific reason. Like the dude just happened to know that Nnoitra was a huge glutton.
❝ What kinda food we talkin'? ❞ AS IF he wouldn't fucking eat anything.
