An attempt was made to recruit her by the German intelligence service in 1937, but she refused. However, after the Fall of France she offered to work for the Abwehr, with the aim of being sent to England, where she planned to betray the Nazis and – with luck – work for British Intelligence. Her Abwehr case officer, Major Emil Kliemann, trained her in intelligence gathering and communications techniques, and in 1943 sent her to Spain, along with her beloved dog “Babs”.[2] Sergueiew promptly contacted the MI5 representative in Madrid and reported herself as a German spy and offered to work for British Intelligence.[4] She was accepted, and travelled to England. However, British quarantine regulations resulted in Babs being left behind at Gibraltar.[5] Sergueiew was given the code-name "Treasure" and handled by MI5 officer Mary Sherer. "Treasure" turned out to be an effective agent, but was also described as "exceptionally temperamental and troublesome". Suffering from kidney stones and given only six months to live, she threatened to quit unless MI5 arranged for her dog to be brought her. Matters came to a head in February 1944 when "Treasure" learned that Babs (who was living with her sister in Algeria) had been run over.[6]: 146  She informed MI5 that she had a secret signal, which would indicate to Kliemann that she was under British control, and threatened to use it in revenge for the death of her dog. After a tumultuous meeting with Colonel T. A. Robertson, head of the section responsible for control of the Double Cross agents, she eventually revealed the secret code. "Treasure" continued to work for MI5, sending the Germans false information until a week after D-Day, when she was informed that her services were no longer required.

i really wanted some 90s grunge in it bc that's what i think tonks would love & miss world by hole felt sooo perfect for her pre-relationship heartbreak!! how she yearned for him, how angsty she was... same with kieztränen by fynn kliemann, it's essentially a song about a bigcity (berlin) heartbroken & horny manic pixie dream girl. felt fitting

there's a lot of angry getting together music like excuse me mr by no doubt. i feel like the playlist is very tonks pov, her need to be with remus & her feelings throughout the relationship.

& then songs like ingydar, not a lot, just forever & second chances illustrate their later relationship, parenthood & trust

spellbound & lucretia my reflection are there bc theyre wizards&witches and badass and gothic coded and warriors and yeah i need them both at the same time

(while writing this explanation i realise my rjl playlist is actually more about grown up rjl than teeange him!!)

ok so theres a lot of house & dance music in this and i put it there for a reason! the reason is i love city boy remus characterisations & the idea of him drifting through london during the 80s, drunk and the club & the pub & somehow finding happiness in a big city. so! theres a semi-dramatic intro with Max Richter's Spring 1, then some house i found fitting & then period accurate music i associate w remus

i especially love ashes to ashes by bowie, it's so 80s heartbroken junkie remus.

doll parts by hole is first war/80s remus about sirius :p "i love him so much, it just turns to hate / i fake it so real, i am beyond fake / someday you will ache like i ache" ouch!

dieses leben by fynn kliemann is rjl building up his life again & finding sense & purpose post war :') as i said before that entire album is worth listening to/reading through from an rjl perspective

so then there's some songs abt him being just a well respected man (by the kinks haha), a cutie, a helpful soul. then a few songs abt anger issue remus 😍 like we cry together & IFHY are sooooo toxic wolfstar coded omg. and what follows afterwards is mostly vibes or individual songs i found fitting

also the whole city boy remus thing is continued w songs like frieden mit der stadt & ziemlich verplant

this playlist is an even bigger mess bc instead of house i put classical pieces between the modern music. i just think they perfectly fit his heritage and his theatrics. sooo the opening song is this spoken piece Vokabel 1 by fynn kliemann which gave me major house of black angst. and then just the best most dramatic classical pieces i could find

then the real playlist starts with a forest by the cure bc it reminds me of an essential (to me) atyd scene & then neon kitchen ll, hollow be thy squad, she & it's a man's world to illustrate that MY sirius is a horny rude cunty (bitter) man 💜

there's a lot of soundtrack/voiceless music on there simply bc i adore hallucinating sirius to dramatic music & i think he deserves some pieces dedicated to just him being dramatic & scary & ethereal & songs with lyrics often just don't bring those vibes across. also both the remus & the sirius playlist is really dispalying differnet themes with different grouped together songs + every song has some meaning but like. explaining that would be TOO LONG!

so there's some songs about his internalized homophobia/struggles to open up romantically like: hayloft, fable, once more to see you, carry me out, remember my name, a pearl, alongside the moonlight soundtrack.

passion by the flirts is sooooo slutty sirius!! he IS a slut and he LOVES to flirt and fuck and be promiscuous tyvm. and verbatim by mother mother is just.. literally my bikini sirius fanart vocalised. "i wear womens underwear and then i go to strike a pose in my full-lenght mirror / i cross my legs just like a queer but my libido is strong when a lady is near (etc)" HELLO????

lady stardust by bowie is the sirius song; this is an obvious take its just so perfect

honorable mention to i will never forget by kimya dawson, very sirius growing up & realising his teeange mistakes (either the prank or sirius & peter angst) "i havent forgotten the times that i teased you and everyone else pointed at you and laughed / permanent damage was not my intention but i could not foresee the aftermath of my actions / i was so small / wanted to grow in the eye of my enemy / for a while i felt tall / but they knocked me back down now i'm here on my knees"

this is a veryyy old playlist, made it in 2022 when i first read atyd & edited it recently but my music taste from back then is still very obvious. still like it though :)

i don't really want to explain this playlist bc i feel like it's v obvious & just very romantic. the most important songs are:

bros by wolf alice & tongue tied by grouplove. theyre are THE wolfstar during marauders era songs to me. they're so teenage love, young wild & free coded

i found the very first song (ITIIITIATIIHYLIHYL by blackshape (i think???)) via youtube. video got recommended to me randomly and i just clicked and watched it and started sobbing uncontrollably. one of my fav songs now

and svik by mork reminds me of my dad bc he's a gigantic blackmetal fan & this is one of the few songs i actually enjoy listening to bc its somewhat melodic lmao. secunda from the skyrim soundtrack also reminds me of him :)

• honorable mention totd, which is a playlist for my favourite unfinished fanfiction when i was still in the heartstopper fandom. yes, this is my coming out, this used to be a major heartstopper blog idc please never speak of it again. i grew out of it in like 2023 but was still reading fanfic for it bc omg the fanfic SLAPPED and especially this one was sooo good. it was like 60k FILTHY NASTY smut + a super emotional storyline abt religious trauma + a student x priest situation. idk i fucked with it HEAVY and then it was never finished lmao. kinda why i searched for a new fandom bc heartstopper was nottt my tea anymore. anyway the playlist is a very literal exploration of the entire fic through songs

i picked that song as the fic title bc it just reaaally felt like wolfstar to me :) and i hope to deliver on the angst it promises lol

[intimate-series]

These are the descriptions for the first four episodes, though it should be noted that they don't seem to cover everything that happens (ep. 2 is called "Polygamy", which ties into Max's upcoming storyline, but he isn't even mentioned) and they aren't guaranteed to be completely accurate (the description for 1x03 made a reference to a Leo/Florian subplot that ended up on the cutting room floor). Of these, ep 4 sounds the most fun since it seems like we'll see the group all together for much of the episode, which was never the case in S1.

1. Phönix aus der Asche

Bruno und Oskar entschuldigen sich öffentlich für ihr Fake-Outing – doch niemanden interessiert es. Fahri Yardim rät ihnen, gecancelt zu werden, um Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen, und überlässt ihnen spontan seinen Platz in einer Talkshow. Sie lassen den Drehtag sausen, was Regisseur Felix so wütend macht, dass er sie feuert. Doch in der Show folgt der nächste Dämpfer: Ihnen sitzt ausgerechnet Cancel-König Fynn Kliemann gegenüber. Indes will Emil als „Keta Pan“ durchstarten.

2. Polygamie

Oskar wirft auf Charlottes Drängen seinen Bruder Emil aus der Wohnung, da er angeblich eine Gefahr für sie sei. Emil sucht vergeblich nach einer Unterkunft und verliert beim Pommesholen seine letzten 50 €, die ihm ein Mädchen vor der Nase wegschnappt – eingeschüchtert von Rapper Sido, der sich einmischt, lässt er es geschehen. Währenddessen bietet Jonas, der neue Lover von Leos Ex-Freund, Bruno einen Job bei einem HfbK-Abschlussfilm an.

3. Mädchenflohmarkt

Aus Angst, in der Versenkung zu verschwinden, nehmen Oskar und Bruno notgedrungen einen No-Budget-Job bei einem HfbK-Abschlussfilm an. Doch ihre Star-Allüren stoßen schnell an Grenzen: kein Fahrer, keine Assistent:innen, kein Luxus – stattdessen müssen sie der Regisseurin Sophia erst einmal erklären, dass sie angeblich erfolgreiche Schauspieler sind, auch wenn der Markt gerade „etwas schwierig“ sei. Währenddessen verkaufen Leo und Emil aus Geldnot ihre Sachen auf dem Flohmarkt.

4. TTT

Die Jungs sitzen gelangweilt im Innocentiapark und lauschen Max’ eintönigen Geschichten – bis sie neidisch die lebhaften Jugendgruppen um sich herum beobachten. Alles scheint spannender als ihr eigenes Leben. Früher waren sie doch auch so … Als die letzte Gruppe den Park verlässt, folgen sie ihr und landen vor dem „Techno-Tischtennis“ im Schanzenviertel – dem neuen Szene-Hotspot. An der Tür sitzt überraschend Paulus, der als Awareness-Beauftragter die Gäste einweist.
