"I feel like shoulder checking the wall is slightly different than running into it." Maybe not by much, but enough that it deserved the distinction. "And I'm in a mask, who says it doesn't hinder peripheral vision?" Probably most heroes who had the annoyance of fighting him.

"This how Melvin feels all the time? No wonder she's so touchy. And since when are you in Jump City?"

Tim flopped next to him, gaze flickering over the aftermath of the fight. Kon was okay, exhausted from dealing with something he was weak to but okay. Cassie was okay, a little beaten up, but okay. Bart was fine, as exhausted as the rest of them, but no major harm. He let out a long exhale. They were all good. All unharmed. All in line of sight. Taking the time to check after a battle helped the worry settle down again; the fear of losing someone else so soon after Batman was very loud at the moment.

He pulled a water bottle and a granola bar out of a pocket somewhere and set it in front of Kon. "You're gonna want those." Was all he said as he took the time to check himself over for any damage. "I'm begging you, don't scare me like that. You did a good job, though, probably ended the fight quicker with some of those hits."

It had been a hard fight. Doable, just took a hell of a lot of time and energy. Tim had been furious when it landed a direct hit on one of the others; he hoped he hadn't scared his friends with the lack of colours in his new uniform or his new wraith system. He would've preferred to show off back at base rather than in the middle of a fight and getting ridiculously protective of his superpowered friends.

Thad stares at Kon blankly. He doesn't know what's going on in the least, but this means two less figures for him to find.

"Good job, Kon. They're both perfect?"

"Okay look he's slaying now we love this for him."

"Uh okay so are we still talking about archeology?" Kon asked. He'd seen Indiana Jones and the Mummy (how could he not those were essential classics) but he didn't think archeology was actually like that in real life. Okay cool this got way more interesting than just dinosaur bones. Kon looked down at his report. Bart's account of what a scientist did was pretty questionable at best but that was only because Kon was made in a lab. Tim's career account would be more trustworthy, there was no way that Time would lie about something like history. "So like how many evil mummies do have to fight on the regular when you're an archeologist? Like one every month of is that more like a yearly situation."

"I don't think mummies are inherently evil. They're supposed to be surrounded by their royal trinkets for the rest of eternity, however, we have scientist and archeologist who don't seem to get that. Grave robbing is what it is." He examined the slab with hieroglyphics, cross matching the way his mother taught him. "This slab is a curse to anyone who possess it. We should put it back into the tomb before the spirit of Pharaoh wrecks the world."

"In theory, if we return it, we won't have to fight mummies. Depends on the wrath of the Pharaoh."
