We had the opportunity to visit the Lakota Wolf preserve in June 2018 and saw beautiful wolves, fox, and bobcats. This private refuge was established to care for wolves no longer able to fend for themselves in the wild. My favorite wolf can be seen here licking his lips in anticipation of a delicious meal.
