KISS ME !

𝒮 YNOPS𝑖S,ㅤㅤthe kiss cam didn't seem like such a bad idea.
͏𝒘. ͏ ͏͏ dean winchester & f!reader ᡴꪫ ( 890 ) fluff + cw. lovesick!dean (?) jealousy implied mutual pining.

Dean Winchester didn't expect to be in the stands at a baseball game with you and his brother.
However, it wasn't as if he wasn't enjoying the moment.
After solving so many cases and saving the world so many times, a little rest and fun wouldn't go amiss, in fact it would do him and his health a great deal of good. And when Sam told him he'd won three tickets to a baseball game, he didn't hesitate to accept the offer ⸻ especially when he found out you'd be going too.
Dean glanced at you every five seconds. Secretly (or maybe not so secretly), Dean had harboured feelings for you for some time, but given the line of work as a hunter and the terrible fear of losing you, he decided it was best to keep those feelings to himself and to himself alone ⸻ even if sometimes his actions ended up revealing his true feelings more than expected.
It was almost automatic for Dean to have his eyes on you ⸻ it was inevitable. And at that moment, with you in an outfit so different from the ones you wore to hunt, with such a serene expression on your face, a bright smile, it was hard for him to concentrate on anything but you. Dean didn't know if he'd ever seen you so relaxed, as if the weight of the world was no longer a burden on your shoulders, and he knew he'd do anything to see that version of you more often.
As the game went into half-time, the attention of the fans wandered until the moment of the famous kiss cam.
Everyone was having fun, some people did something funny before kissing the person next to them, some refused (one girl even held up a sign saying that the boy next to her was her brother), there was a man who kissed the bottle of beer he was holding, another who kissed the mascot of one of the teams. And in the midst of all this amusing confusion, Dean couldn't help but wonder how you'd react if the kissing camera was turned on you and him. And his questioning sounded more like a desperate desire to be able to kiss you.
However, his thoughts were interrupted when he noticed you laughing and making a sign of denial. The older Winchester's eyes followed where you were looking, noticing you and Sam on the big screen inside a heart frame with "kiss cam" written on it.
Dean didn't know whether to be relieved that you had refused to kiss his brother, or outraged that they had filmed you and Sam instead of you and him (since you were sitting between the Winchesters).
Some time passed and the camera focused on other couples, some likely and some unlikely, until suddenly the kissing cam returned to you and Sam. Together, you and Sam refused to kiss, making denial movements as you laughed at the situation, but the audience began to eagerly repeat the word "Kiss!" in unison. And when the two of you realised that there was no escape for that situation, you grabbed the younger Winchester's face and gave him a long kiss on the cheek, causing half the audience to cheer and the other half to boo.
Dean shifted in his seat, uncomfortable with the whole situation, not noticing the movement you had made with your hands (your figure on the screen pointed to the older Winchester sitting next to you). He sighed and stared at a random point in the arena, feeling his interest in the game fade. Dean tried to follow a few moments of the game, but his mind spun in a sea of what-ifs. What if you and Sam had really kissed? What would happen between you and his little brother? Would it have been platonic or mutual? What if it was a mutual feeling?
Dean felt his stomach turn at the thought of you liking Sam and Sam liking you. For a moment, he felt selfish for wishing it would never happen, but he quickly reprimanded himself for the direction his thoughts had taken. If for some reason fate wanted you and Sam to be together, he would try to be happy for his brother and for you, even if it destroyed him completely.
The older Winchester only came back to reality when he felt someone tap him on the shoulder. He turned to look at the person and saw that you were facing him with a huge smile on your face. Before Dean could ask what was going on, you approached his face and planted a kiss on his lips.
When you ended the kiss, you pointed to a spot and Dean, still surprised by the sudden kiss, followed his gaze to where you were pointing, noticing the image of him and you on the screen inside the heart frame.
The older Winchester was so lost in his thoughts that he hardly noticed that they were already on another break and that the kiss cam was filming him and you.
Dean swallowed, trying to recover from the surprise as he bit his lower lip, trying to keep his smile from slipping away, realising that just a simple kiss had made him so happy.
Yeah, maybe the kiss cam wasn't so bad after all.

do i know anything about baseball? no! but i saw a compilation of funny kiss cam moments on tiktok and thought "why not write something about it?"

ME & THE DEVIL.

SYNOPS𝑖S,ㅤㅤsukuna falls in love with the purest angel.
両面宿儺ㅤ♡ ⠀ angel!reader⠀ . . .ㅤ fluff & angstㅤwarnings suggestive blood death ooc sukuna ─ 13k words.
The worst crime a creature of darkness could commit was to fall in love with a creature of light.
Sukuna Ryomen was aware of this, and yet he allowed himself to be loved by an angel, just as he allowed himself to love one.
But his disobedience cost him dearly, and his whole world fell to ruins. For the first time in his life, everything he had ever sworn was beautiful was reduced to cold, distant memories that occasionally disturbed him in the dead of the night.
The peaceful life he had once been promised, sworn to under the stars, had been taken from him in the cruelest way, just as the only person he had sworn his eternal love to had been taken from him, ripped from his arms, turned into nothing more than a sweet memory that could no longer be touched. It had been like taking away the oxygen he needed to stay alive.
And now he was trapped in chains, thrown deep into the cell of the maximum security prison in the dark lands he once called home, and now was nothing more than a place where he was imprisoned, without the slightest will to live, and with only revenge trapped in his thoughts and the deepest desires of his dark and broken heart ⸻ which he believed he no longer had, since it had been taken from him, just like the life of his beloved.
𝔊aia, The Society of Humans
Sukuna rolled all four of his eyes at once and smoothed his black hood over his pink hair. He hated going to Gaia, hated leaving his home in Umbra, the Society of Darkness. Although the presence of demons and creatures of darkness was permitted by law in Gaia, its inhabitants were not very fond of them ⸻ especially with their frightening appearance and deadly gaze ⸻ but unfortunately it was only in Gaia that he would find the best whisky of the Three Societies. So much work for a bottle of alcohol.
The demon held the leather pouch with two bottles he had bought and another with a slaughtered calf that he would have Uraume prepare for dinner. However, his plans fell apart when he realised that there was something wrong with his surroundings in the Lost Forest ⸻ the path that would lead him to Umbra. In one swift movement, Sukuna stopped and turned to see a white figure hiding behind a tree with a broad trunk. Out of patience, he left his leather pouch with the drinks and the calf on the ground and approached the tree. Ryomen leaned one of his arms against the trunk and waited for the figure to leave its hiding place ⸻ which didn't take long.
"Oh," the person ended up facing Sukuna's cloaked chest, startled by the demon's sudden presence.
"Oh?" Sukuna repeated the stranger's words, raising an eyebrow.
Looking down with eyes that conveyed nothing but boredom, he analysed the person before him. Her long, white gown seemed to glisten in the dim light filtering through the massive treetops of the Lost Forest. Something that hadn't gone unnoticed by Sukuna, aside from the unique, angelic beauty of the stranger before him, was her majestic wings.
Those wings could only belong to someone from Oriana, the Society of Light. And not just anyone, but an angel.
An angel…
This little encounter between them was wrong in itself, as it was against the laws of the Three Societies.
Though the Society of Light and the Society of Darkness lived in eternal feud, the only thing they had agreed upon for thousands of centuries was that no being from Oriana could have contact with a being from Umbra, and vice versa. Interaction between the two societies was strictly forbidden. So much so that the worst crime a creature of darkness could commit was to have a romantic relationship with a creature of light.
And that rule applied to Gaia as well.
Without a word, Sukuna turned his back on the angel and went to gather his things and leave for Umbra, he had already spent too much time in the lands of Gaia for his liking.
"You..." the angel began to speak, trying to get Sukuna's attention, but nothing seemed to stop him.
"Can you stop following me?" Sukuna turned around, burning with anger. "Or would you rather be a side dish with the calf at my dinner party?"
"You... you wouldn't do that, would you?" She looked at him in horror at the idea he was suggesting.
"You want to stay and find out?" A sinister smile formed on Sukuna's lips, making the angel tremble all over and take small steps backwards. "Just as I thought, how pathetic you are," he murmured the last part.
"I am not pathetic!" The angel said with conviction, but her posture still showed fear, as did her trembling voice.
"The very fact that you're an angel, on Gaia, far away from your brilliant, stupid society, following a demon through a forest, tells me exactly how pathetic you can be. Now leave me alone."
"What's your name?" She avoided the last topic, even more curious, but without moving.
"That's none of your business," Sukuna made his way to the portal that would take him back to Umbra, this time without an angel in his way.
All five times Sukuna had returned to Gaia with the solemn intention of buying at least two bottles of whisky, he had met the (pathetic) angel who had followed him through the Lost Forest. She kept asking him questions, to which he answered with absolute silence. But during the five times, she didn't seem to mind his silence because she knew he was at least listening to her ⸻ which seemed to be enough to make her happy.
But the sixth time Sukuna went to Gaia, she wasn't waiting for him in the forest.
The demon was surprised by the little angel's absence and shrugged his shoulders when he realized that she wouldn't appear on his path.
He briefly tried to convince himself that it was better this way, both for his short patience and for the innocent, pathetic angel who knew nothing of the world she lived in.
But something seemed wrong…
It seemed wrong to walk back to Umbra in silence, with only the sound of the forest itself ringing in his ears. Sukuna wouldn't admit it, but a part of him, deep down, missed the thousands of questions the angel had asked him, both about himself and where he came from. But he couldn't miss that singular thing.
It was best to stay away from her, so he wouldn't get into any unnecessary trouble. Although he liked getting into trouble and unnecessary fights, Sukuna preferred to avoid anything that involved Oriana and the Light Ones; it was easier to get into a fight in Umbra, where he knew the laws and the rules of the game. Not to mention that he knew that if he got involved in anything with Oriana and was found out, even if he hadn't done anything, the creatures of light would do everything they could to put him in prison for life.
Sukuna looked back once more and, realising that there was nothing there, not even a shining white figure, he simply stepped through the portal into the chaos that was the Society of Darkness.
"Where were you last time?" Sukuna asked when he met the angel again after the fiasco of the last time he was in Gaia.
"Oh, did you miss me?" The angel smiled openly at the demon's comment when they met on one of the paths in the Lost Forest.
"Answer my question." Sukuna said authoritatively.
"I was in Oriana, my mother asked me to come back because she felt I was spending too much time in Gaia," the angel smiled and walked after Sukuna as she always did, "You know, you never told me your name..." She commented, playing with the white fabric of her dress.
"Why should I tell you my name?" Sukuna asked.
"Because I've already told you mine!"
"My name is none of your business."
"I promise I won't bother you anymore if you tell me your name!"
"Don't make promises you don't intend to keep." Sukuna rolled all four eyes and turned to the angel.
"Please," she begged him.
"And stop begging, you look pathetic doing it."
Sukuna looked into the bright, innocent eyes of the angel before him. There was something there that made his heart skip a beat. The way she looked at him was so pure that a part of him wanted to corrupt her completely, but the other part wanted to drown in this purity that made him feel less like a monster for a few seconds ⸻ even though he was a demon by nature.
"Lord Sukuna." He said quickly, using his title.
"Lord?" The angel asked curiously, "Do they have titles in Umbra?"
"Do you think Umbra is the end of the world?"
"No, no! In Oriana we don't have much information about Umbra..." She explained quickly.
"So you want to go to Umbra?" A mischievous smile appeared on the demon's lips.
"I'd love to, actually!" she said, delighted at the idea of getting to know another place, especially the mysterious Umbra.
"You'd be killed the moment you set foot in there," Sukuna laughed at the angel's fearful reaction to his statement.
"But... but I... I've never done anything..."
"Understand something, Angel, Umbra and Oriana do not mix, it is forbidden by law, so I think you better stop what you are trying to do or planning to do, because in the blink of an eye you will be killed. Oriana is the safest place for your kind, and I suggest you get back there before it is too late for you to see the light again.”
"Lord Sukuna..." She swallowed dryly, "I know I'm not the best company you could have, but please... I just..." She took a deep breath, giving up on saying what she really wanted to say "I... I'm sorry for bothering you all this time, I..." The angel turned her back to Sukuna, ready to walk away and perhaps leave Gaia forever, but was stopped by a hand on her forearm, holding her tightly and preventing her from leaving.
"Never stop speaking your mind. Finish talking and I'll let you go."
"I... I just wanted a companion, someone to talk to, but I think I was looking for that in the wrong person."
Sukuna's hand slowly left the angel's forearm.
"Angel..." Sukuna said and turned to leave. "Meet me here, same time, tomorrow."
"Lord Sukuna?" The angel glanced at the demon who had his back to her, but received only silence from Sukuna as he made his way back to Umbra.
Sukuna took a deep breath for the tenth time, wondering why he had acted without thinking the day before. He waited for the angel while he thought about everything that had happened and why he thought it was a good idea to take her to a less crowded part of Gaia ⸻ or rather, a field away from people. The truth was, even he didn't know why he was acting the way he was.
That angel could only have bewitched him...
And if she hadn't bewitched him before, he was certainly bewitched the moment their eyes met.
For some reason, the angel looked neater than usual, even wearing hair ornaments that matched her white dress with gold details.
"Sorry for the delay, Lord Sukuna!" The angel smiled as she approached the stone he was sitting on while he waited.
Sukuna just stared at her and got up, taking a different route from the one he usually took.
"Where are we going?" She asked curiously, having been curious ever since she had been told to meet on the road to the Lost Forest, something that was certainly far from Sukuna's fetishes.
"I will take you to a deserted place to devour you," Sukuna said calmly.
"WHAT?!" The angel's eyes widened in shock at the demon's comment.
"Well, if you keep quiet, I might consider sparing your life, if I don't turn you into dinner first."
Silence fell between the demon and the angel as they walked, and all that could be heard was the sounds of the forest and their footsteps on the leaves, the broken branches on the ground, and the fertilized earth beneath their feet. Sukuna was surprised by the angel's silence, but didn't question her, while she herself was lost in her thoughts, trying to prove something true about him devouring her.
"We're here." Sukuna said, drawing the angel's attention and freeing her from the thought loop she was trapped in.
She looked around; it was an open, flowery field, and there was a cliff overlooking the sea, which seemed to connect with Gaia's sky on the horizon. Enchanted by such a beautiful view, the angel approached the cliff, feeling the icy, salty breeze against her body.
"If you stand too close to the cliff, you might fall." Sukuna said from behind the angel, frightening her.
"Oh, you're right!" She said, a little frightened at the thought of falling from that height.
"You have wings, do you know that?" Sukuna rolled his eyes, "You can fly if you fall."
"Oh, that's true, well, it would be true if I could fly, but I can't.”
"Haven't you learned how to fly?" Sukuna said in a provocative tone.
"Um, I just got hurt and the healer said that if I wanted to fly again, I'd have to spend some time recovering, without forcing it."
"That must suck for you..." Sukuna shrugged and sat down on the grass to bask in the sun.
"You have no idea, almost everything in Oriana is on top, so it's easier to fly there. That's why I spent so much time in Gaia, everything is on the ground here, I don't need to use my wings," the angel sat down next to Sukuna and looked up at the clear blue sky, "What's it like in Umbra?"
"Why are you so interested in Umbra?"
"Because... Well, because nobody in Oriana talks about Umbra, it's almost as if it's forbidden. I once asked a group of colleagues if they knew anything about it and they just stared at me and then scolded me for commenting on the place."
"There's nothing wrong with Umbra, Angel, it's just an ugly place that harbours evil people with terrible hearts, it's no place for creatures of light."
"But you're generalizing, aren't you? Not least because you are an exception, aren't you?"
"Exception? An exception to what?" Sukuna arched an eyebrow.
"Well, you're not evil, maybe you've said some evil things to me, but you've never done anything too bad."
"Gaia's laws are completely different from Umbra's. I just don't feel like being arrested again."
"Have you ever been arrested?" The angel asked him incredulously.
"Like ten times? Or more?" the demon shrugged, "It's quite common in Umbra. Why is that? Isn't there a prison in Oriana?"
"Well, we do have something called a detention center, where those who break Oriana's laws are taken, but it's rarely full."
"Ah, you really are privileged..."
"Lord Sukuna, you told me that Oriana and Umbra don't mix, but why?"
"You really don't know anything, do you? What did they teach in the schools in Oriana?"
"Nothing to do with Umbra, the only thing they say is that we can never go to Umbra or have contact with any dark beings," the angel murmured.
"And here we are, aren't we..."
"But what's so wrong that our contact is forbidden by law?" The angel asked curiously.
"It's a long story..." he said, uninterested in this particular conversation.
"Aren't you going to tell me?"
"Maybe another day..."
"So you mean we'll have more meetings like this?" She smiled excitedly at the thought of seeing Sukuna again.
"Yeah... maybe... if you behave like a good little angel, I can think about..."
The angel lay down beside Sukuna and looked up at the clear blue sky. It was beautiful, and as much as it resembled Oriana's sky, in some ways it was extremely different. But perhaps it was the presence of the person, or rather the demon, next to her that made everything she knew, or thought she knew, seem completely new.
"Your marks... the ones you have on your body, were you born with them?" she asked, breaking the silence between them.
"Uhum," Sukuna mumbled in reply.
"What's your favorite color?"
"Why the hell would I have a favorite color?"
"Now that you've said it... I don't know either. In Oriana there aren't many colours, it's always light tones and often the same shades of white and gold. When I came to Gaia, I was enchanted by the variety of colors..."
"You really do surprise yourself with very little..." Sukuna squinted at the angel, "How did you manage to come to Gaia?”
"I was tired of Oriana. It was always the same things to do, it was the same boring routine every day. Just playing the harp, sitting by the crystal lake, reading and talking about the same things... I begged my grandfather, who is a general, to let me go to Gaia, if only for a few hours.” The angel's eyes focused on the slowly changing shades of blue in the sky, from light blue to pinkish orange, as her mind wandered through her memories: "Did you know that there is no night in Oriana?"
"Why don't they have a night?" Sukuna raised an eyebrow. Oriana was the complete opposite of Umbra; while one was bathed in light, the other was bathed in darkness.
"When the sun goes down, the sky turns orange until the next day's sunrise.”
Time seemed to flow when she was in Sukuna's presence. He said nothing and answered her questions indifferently, maliciously, spitefully or sometimes not at all. But the angel was happy. She was happy that she didn't have to spend so much time bound by the pure customs of Oriana, that she could speak freely and ask her thousand questions without being silenced for merely expressing a genuine curiosity about the worlds beyond the sacred portals of the Society of Light.
"Lord Sukuna, thank you for showing me this place and listening to me..." the angel murmured as she turned her head sideways to look at the demon's profile.
"Tsk... it's not a big deal..." Sukuna just stood there with his four eyes closed, enjoying the breeze (and secretly his new companion).
Sukuna had never thought that meeting this angel would become part of his routine in Gaia. Even Uraume had noticed that his Lord's frequent forays into the Society of Humans were no longer just about the good bottles of whisky or the cheap meat. However, Uraume knew better than to question his Lord and put this fact to one side ⸻ at least Sukuna seemed less grumpy when he went to Gaia.
Although he denied it, especially to himself, it was a form of entertainment to be in the company of the innocent and curious Angel.
And, in a way, it made him feel a little better that he had broken one of the strictest rules in the Three Societies.
Looking around, the demon saw the young angel munching on a typical Gaia fruit as she accompanied him to yet another secret location far from any civilisation that he had suddenly decided to take her to. It was a great surprise to him that she simply followed him, without questioning or even suspecting that this might be the last time she would see the light of day. It was amazing how much trust she had in him and how naive she was about her own world, her own people. And even though Sukuna had no intention of hurting her, except with his unfiltered words that came out without thinking, he couldn't help but wonder what would happen to her if she accidentally bumped into another demon, or perhaps a perverse human from Gaia.
It was almost comical how concerned and protective he was when it came to the Angel. Even if he refused to accept such feelings, only justifying his actions with the idea that she wouldn't survive a second without him by her side.
And when she almost fell on her butt in the middle of the road, it was as if Sukuna had received a sign from the universe itself, confirming his theories.
‘She's not even safe from herself,' he thought as he watched her laugh at her own disaster. She was too precious for any of the worlds.
"Are we there yet?" She turned his head in Sukuna's direction.
"Uhum," he mumbled.
And before she could complain that he had given her the same answer a long time ago, Sukuna pointed his head in front of her, making her look expectantly where he was looking.
The great waterfall, with its crystal-clear water reflecting the sun's rays divinely, had enchanted her.
It was beautiful. Just as beautiful as the open field of flowers by the sea that Sukuna had taken her to the other day. But these trees with their green leaves, the flowers, the water falling in a steady, calm rhythm, it was all so beautiful, so wonderful in her eyes.
"How did you know such a beautiful place existed?" Smiling, the angel approached the edge of the pond and placed her hand in the water, surprised to find it warm and not as cold as she had imagined.
"I found that out when I was hunting." Sukuna replied, sitting down on a rock near the edge and getting his feet wet.
"We... Can we swim here?" she asked excitedly.
"Um, go ahead." Sukuna said nonchalantly, after all they were far from Gaia's civilization and it was very unusual for there to be any people or creatures there.
Without further ado, the angel began to remove her long satin skirt and the pearl belt, then the top of her dress and the necklace she was wearing.
"What do you think you're doing?" Sukuna caught the Angel's eye just as she was about to remove her underwear. He had kept quiet, just watching her undress, but he hadn't imagined that she would be naked in front of him.
"Taking my clothes off? To swim?" Her speech came out more as a question because she was confused by the situation.
"You know you don't have to be naked, right?"
"But in Oriana it's very common to bathe in the lakes without clothes..."
"Are you telling me that you get naked? In public?" Sukuna arched an eyebrow in disbelief at the creature of light before him.
"And why wouldn't we? It's actually quite common over there."
"Yes, but I'd advise you not to do it here in Gaia, or anywhere else but Oriana..."
"Hm? Ah, well then..." Giving up on the idea of taking off her underwear, the angel simply removed her hair ornaments and walked over the wet stones into the lake "Aren't you going in too? The water's fine."
Sukuna stared at the angel for a few minutes, watching her play with the water, before deciding to take off his clothes and join her in the water. However, he was content to stand at the edge, leaning against a rock.
The angel approached him with a slight smile on her face, leaning her back against the stone and standing next to Sukuna.
"So in Oriana you strip naked in public?" Sukuna asked with a mischievous smile and was answered with a murmur and a positive nod from the angel, "Hm, I'd pay to see a show like that..."
"I wish I could take you to Oriana," she sighed, "but apparently there's some kind of spell on the sacred gates that prevents anything but a creature of light from passing through."
"Why do you think I wanted to go to your fancy little town?"
"Because you always take me to beautiful and enchanting places, I'd like to thank you for that."
"I don't need your thanks, let alone to see your gold-painted paradise." Sukuna said dismissively.
The angel shrugged at Sukuna's reply. She was getting used to the demon's blunt and direct manner.
Looking at the water, she noticed that it was so clear that she could see the bottom. Interested in a small pebble that caught her eye, the angel dived to the bottom without saying anything and returned to the surface with the stone in her hand. She had been so busy admiring the red stone that she hadn't noticed Sukuna looking in her direction.
"What do you have in your hand?" the demon asked in a tone that did not hide his curiosity.
"It's a red stone," she said smiling, "On my first trip to Gaia, I came across a merchant who sold jewelry, he had several necklaces with the same stone, I think it's called a ruby... But whatever it is called, it reminds me of your eyes"
"So you like stones?" Sukuna asked, ignoring the angel's last comment about his eyes and especially the fact that his heart was beating a little faster.
"Yes!" she replied with a smile.
"Follow me!" he ordered as he climbed out of the water and picked up his clothes from a rock, but didn't put them back on.
Confused by the sudden change of plans, and a little sad to be leaving the warm water, the angel picked up her clothes and began to follow the demon, who walked around the pond, without asking any questions. When they reached the edge of the waterfall, Sukuna went behind the water and disappeared from the angel's sight.
Uncertain about what was happening, but trusting the demon, she closed her eyes and went behind the waterfall as well. When she opened her eyes again, she was surprised to see a path behind the water. But what made her eyes sparkle were the coloured stones set into the wall, glowing and illuminating the whole place.
"Are you just going to stand there?" Sukuna asked as he followed the path in front of him.
Without hesitation, the angel quickened her pace and followed Sukuna. It didn't take them long to reach their destination, a small hot spring.
"The water is better here than outside." Sukuna said as he stepped into the water.
The angel left her things on the ground and stepped into the water, relaxing next to the demon.
"Just when I think you can't surprise me anymore, you come along and prove me wrong, Lord Sukuna."
"Or maybe it was your golden palace that wasn't so interesting."
"Well, I think you'd be surprised by Oriada's angelic beauty."
"More surprised than to see you swimming naked in a pond?" A mischievous smile formed on Sukuna's lips as his predatory eyes stared intently at the angel.
"Lord Sukuna!" A blush spread across the young angel's face as she turned her head to the side, trying to avoid the demon's gaze.
A small laugh escaped Sukuna's lips as he was amused by the angel's reaction. Maybe spending time with her wasn't the worst thing in the world, as he always tried to convince himself it was. She had a special way of making Sukuna want her by his side ⸻ even if it was forbidden. Sukuna squinted at the angel, noticing the doubt in her expression, showing her indecision about whether to say what she was about to say.
"If you thank me again, I'll never take you anywhere again." Sukuna lied.
"Ah! How... How did you know what I was going to say?" She looked at him, startled.
"You're as predictable as an open book."
"Oh?! But I know how to disguise it well."
"I doubt it." Sukuna smiled sideways at the direction of the conversation.
"I'm a very good liar!" She swam over and stopped in front of Sukuna.
"Oh yeah?!" Sukuna brought his face close to the angel's.
"Yes!" She said with conviction.
"Hm." He murmured as he pulled the angel by the waist and brought her closer to him. "Then tell me a lie."
"Ah... well... I won't lie right now, because I don't want to," she said confidently, but Sukuna couldn't help but laugh when he heard her answer.
She really knew how to amuse him.
Sukuna had always been indifferent when it came to Gaia. He obviously preferred Umbra, for various reasons, but lately Gaia hadn't been such a hateful place for him, even if he still believed that humans were the weakest and most influential creatures he'd ever seen. But as long as he was on Gaia, with some special company and away from civilisation, Sukuna thought it was a good pastime ⸻ although he wouldn't admit it, being stubborn as he was.
Little did Sukuna know that teaching Angel how to hunt would be so much fun.
From a very young age, the demon had learned to use various tools and strategies to catch small prey. And it was almost a talent, as if he had been born to be a predator.
But the Angel he knew had no such ferocious instincts, and even less skill with weapons. While Sukuna was a predator, the angel was nothing more than a small, defenseless prey.
The fact that she was so clumsy amused the demon, who could hardly contain his laughter when he saw that she couldn't keep the bow and arrow together.
With a sideways smile, Sukuna positioned himself behind the angel and helped her. He put her arms in the right position and told her to aim at the tree in front of them. Taking a deep breath and holding it, the Angel released the arrow, sending it flying into the hard gravel of the tree.
With a big, bright smile, the Angel turned to Sukuna, proud of her achievement ⸻ even though he had helped her.
"Let's raise the level," Sukuna smiled sideways and pulled the angel through the Lost Forest until they found a majestic deer near a small lake. "Now do what you did with the tree," he whispered in the angel's ear, so as not to frighten his prey.
The angel positioned herself, holding the bow and arrow just right, and took aim at the deer. But when she looked at the animal, she couldn't let go of the arrow. Hitting the tree was one thing, but now an animal seemed too difficult. She lowered the bow and arrow and looked at Sukuna with a depressed expression.
"I... I can't..."
Sukuna just watched the angel, knowing deep down that she couldn't hurt what she saw suffering in front of her. She was too pure for such brutality.
The demon simply took the bow and arrow from her hands and positioned the weapon perfectly before hitting the small deer in one of its vital points. The angel closed her eyes as the animal grunted in pain.
"Let's go." He walked around the lake to pick up the animal and headed for the waterfall that he had taken her before.
Arriving at the place, Sukuna wasted no time in making a fire and gathering the things he had brought from Umbra to cook for the angel. He prepared everything, taking out of his leather pouch a few other ingredients he'd taken from the kitchen at home ⸻ hoping Uraume wouldn't miss them too soon. The demon wasn't the best in the kitchen, but he'd seen Uraume make this kind of broth for so long that he hoped it would work.
"Do you need help, Lord Sukuna?" The angel asked as she approached the demon who was preparing the food.
"No," he replied, "just sit there," pointing his head in the direction of a rock near the water.
Without questioning him, the angel obeyed his command and sat down on the rock, watching as Sukuna cut the fresh meat from the deer with his back to her. The demon had broad, strong shoulders and there were black lines that adorned his body perfectly. The Angel felt her own cheeks begin to burn with every second she looked more closely at every detail of Sukuna's body ⸻ the one that most resembled a sculpture.
Suddenly ashamed of where her thoughts were taking her ⸻ thoughts she hadn't imagined she would have ⸻, she stood up and began to walk around the pond, observing the different kinds of flowers that were around. Sukuna could always point to the fact that she was surprised by the smallest things, but where she came from they didn't have all these vibrant, captivating colors. It was truly a fantastic experience for her.
The angel picked some flowers and sat down on the stone she had been sitting on before. Sukuna, meanwhile, continued to concentrate on preparing the food.
The demon was so focused on his goal that he wouldn't settle for anything less than perfection (and he certainly wasn't doing it all for the angel, he kept telling himself). However, all his concentration on the broth he was preparing was taken away when he felt something resting on his head. Looking up, he saw the angel standing behind him with a huge smile on her face.
"What's that?" He asked, feeling her adjust the object that adorned his head.
"A flower crown."
"A what?" he asked, incredulous at the answer.
"A flower crown." The angel repeated her answer with a slight chuckle.
But who would believe it, or even imagine the scene? A demon with a crown of flowers on his head. It didn't seem like words that would fit into a sentence in a harmonious and positive way. And maybe it didn't help that the demon in question was none other than Sukuna Ryomen.
Sukuna just rolled his eyes and poured some of the ready-made broth for the angel sitting next to him. She gladly took the bowl and didn't take long to taste it.
The demon looked in the angel's direction with a hopeful expression, feeling a slight fear grow in his chest to know what she thought of the food.
"Is there anything you don't know how to make? This is delicious!"
"Of course it would be delicious, I made it myself," he said smugly, but deep down a sense of relief was inevitable.
"Could you teach me to cook? I bet I'd be better at cooking than hunting."
"Who knows, one day..." Sukuna said vaguely.
Thinking about such a moment in the future seemed quite unlikely in reality, but nothing stopped him from imagining such a situation ⸻ not even for a moment.
Gaia's sun shone brightly, its rays reflecting off the crystal clear waters of the calm sea before the curious gaze of a creature of light.
Sukuna, following the path to a small abandoned hut, noticed that someone was missing from his side and turned to see the angel watching the landscape.
"Hey, Angel!" Sukuna caught her eye "If you just stand there, we can't get into the sea!"
"We can get into the sea?!" She asked excitedly, running across the sand to catch up with the demon.
"And why can't we?"
"Well, we don't have a sea in Oriana, but I read some books that talked about scary sea creatures."
"These creatures tend to stay at the bottom of the ocean, there's not much for them on the coast."
"Are you sure about that?"
"Do I look like I'd lie?" Sukuna turned to face the angel, then rolled his eyes when he saw the expression on her face at his question. "Okay, no need to answer, I get it." Sukuna made his way to the wooden hut that stood on the other side of the beach.
The hut had been abandoned for years, but it was still in good shape and usable. It looked more like a single person's house on the beach, as everything in it was for one person. Sukuna used to go there when he went fishing, but that was a long time ago ⸻ it was easier to hunt or buy something at the Gaia market than spend time waiting for a fish to show up.
The angel left the leather bag she was carrying on a wooden chair outside the house and watched the scene unfold before her. The more time she spent with Sukuna, the more she realised that she knew very little about the world. There were many things she had never seen, and things she had never imagined could exist. And she never thought that she would be eternally grateful to that stubborn, arrogant demon for showing her all that, for making her feel things she never thought she could feel.
"I thought you were excited about going to the sea."
"Well, I guess I'm a little scared." A short laugh escaped Angel's lips.
"Angel..." Sukuna approached the creature of light, holding her face to make her look at him, "I'm here, if anything happens I'll save you."
"What if we go in together...?" The Angel bit her bottom lip.
"OK, then get ready," Sukuna let go of the angel's face as he went into the hut to drop his and the angel's things and take off his clothes, leaving only his underwear.
When he came out of the hut, he found the angel already in her underwear, curiously watching the scenery, as if she still had doubts about going out to sea even if she wanted to. Sneaking up on the angel, Sukuna took her in his arms as if she were a bride and walked out to sea while she struggled against his big, strong chest, begging him to let her go.
"Lord Sukuna, please let me go!" The angel pleaded.
"Since you ask!" Sukuna released her into the sea.
"I can't believe you did that!" the Angel said as soon as she came back to the surface.
"You're the one who asked me to let you go!" He raised both upper arms, as if to declare himself innocent of such an accusation, and crossed both forearms as he smiled sideways, suppressing the urge to laugh at the whole situation.
"That was very evil– AH!" The angel screamed in fright as she felt something brush past her leg and leapt into Sukuna's lap, who caught her without the slightest effort.
"What happened?" Despite a smile on his lips, Sukuna's tone could not hide his concern.
"Something went through my leg..."
"It must have been just a tumbleweed," the demon's explanation reassured the Angel, who slowly got off from his lap.
"It's not that bad..." the Angel smiled slightly, "but I still think I'd prefer to be a little closer to the coast."
"So you want to go back?"
"Uh, just until I get used to it."
With the waves breaking on her knee, the Angel let her intrusive thoughts take over and she kicked at the water, wetting Sukuna in the process. The angel looked at the demon beside her, shocked by what had happened, and Sukuna just looked at her, expressionless, which made her shudder a little with fear.
"Was that a request for war?"
"No, Lord Sukuna, I didn't mean it, I swear–"
"You have five seconds."
"Five seconds?" She looked at him doubtfully.
"Five... four..."
Without thinking too much, the angel just ran as fast as she could.Without even finishing counting, Sukuna took off after the angel. He kept his speed down, though, because he knew it wouldn't be any fun if he caught her first. But as he grew tired of his own game, the demon soon caught up with her and threw her over his shoulder.
"Lord Sukuna, please forgive me, I swear I didn't mean to"
"I'm not entirely convinced of that..."
"Please, I'll do anything!"
"Anything?" Sukuna stopped walking, interested in the angel's proposal.
"Yes! Anything!" The angel pleaded.
"I don't want anything right now." Sukuna lifted her from his shoulders and carried her in his arms, "But I hope you will remember this promise."
Time passed slowly as they enjoyed each other's company. As the sun began to set, the angel returned to the hut, dripping wet as she held several small shells in her hands. She left the shells on the table and Sukuna soon handed her a bowl of stew he had prepared. With the bowl in her hand, she left the hut and took a seat on the steps, enjoying the food and watching the sun set. It wasn't long before Sukuna joined her.
They both watched the horizon as they enjoyed their meal. There was no greater tranquility than that moment. But a strong wind blew across the shore, sending a shiver down the Angel's spine.
"I think it's time to go in." Sukuna stood up with the two bowls in his hand and walked into the hut, followed by the angel.
"Um, Lord Sukuna... it's starting to rain..." The angel said as she looked out the window and hugged her own shivering body.
"You are shivering." Sukuna approached the angel and rested his big, strong chest on her wings.
The angel felt a shock run through her body and a sudden warmth that slowly warmed her icy body and stopped the shivering.
"Your body is warm."
"I know," Sukuna whispered into the angel's ear.Without hesitation, he grabbed her waist, turned her towards him and then picked her up. He calmly walked over to a small three-seater sofa and sat down with her still on his lap.
"Lord Sukuna..." the demon's name came weakly from her lips as she rested her hands on his strong shoulder, drowning in the depth of his crimson eyes.
"Hm?" He murmured, looking at the face he adored so much.
"You have the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen." One of her hands reached for Sukuna's face, running her fingers gently over the marks on his face.
"I disagree. There is nothing in the Three Societies that compares to your beauty."
Sukuna's lips reached for the Angel's and captured her in a soft kiss ⸻ something that was certainly controversial given his personality. The kiss didn't last long, but it was enough to make Sukuna thirsty for more. When they parted, the Angel tried to catch her breath, but it wasn't long before Sukuna was kissing her again, this time with a certain need, an unquenchable desire to have her all to himself.
The demon sat her down on his lap, using two of his hands to hold her there while the others traveled the length of her body, decorating every little curve.
"Lord..." The angel let out a faint moan as she felt Sukuna's hand squeeze her breast.
"You're so perfect..." Ryomen murmured as he approached the angel's neck and kissed the length of it.
"Sukuna... you... you're..." the angel let out a louder moan as she felt something hard against her intimacy as Sukuna kissed her collarbone and with one of his skilful hands undid the knot of the bra she was wearing and wasted no time in sucking on one of her exposed breasts.
"How do you feel?" A mischievous smile formed on Sukuna's lips as he watched the angel's satisfied face.
"It's... good," she moaned softly.
"You seem to be enjoying it, would you like some more?" One of the hands that had been on the angel's waist moved down to her ass and she gasped as she felt a strong squeeze.
"Uhum"
"Use your words, angel," he murmured in her ear.
"Yes... please... please..."
"I'll make you feel so fucking good..."
"Do you still want to go to Umbra?"
Sukuna's question had been the first thing he had said when he had met the angel again on the way to the Lost Forest.
"Yes! I'd like to go there." The angel smiled, her cheeks flushed.
The angel thought that after what had happened between her and the demon the last time they met, it would be difficult to look him in the eye again, and perhaps she wasn't entirely wrong. Sukuna had touched her in places she had never imagined being touched so viciously. But she couldn't deny the indescribable pleasure she had felt that night.
"Okay, then, let's go to Umbra," Ryomen shrugged, as if it were no big deal.
"Wait, really?" She looked at him hopefully, hoping this wasn't just a joke.
"Yes, but you can't go to Umbra like that." Sukuna looked the angel up and down, observing her natural angelic appearance.
"What do you mean?" she tilted her head in doubt.
"If you go through the portal, you'll soon be recognised. In Umbra, things aren't as clear as your clothes."
"So what do we do?"
"Put these clothes on." Sukuna handed the angel a burgundy dress with black details.
"Shall I put it on here?" she asked, holding it to her chest.
"It's not like you've never taken your clothes off in front of me," Sukuna smiled sideways, teasing the angel.
"Lord Sukuna!" the angel said embarrassed.
"Lord Sukuna? That's not what you called me last night."
"I'll change behind that tree." She said, ignoring both Sukuna's comment and his cheeks burning with embarrassment, and went to change.
"We need to fix your wings too..." Sukuna said as soon as the angel returned ready. "Can you hide them?"
"If I have a cloak, maybe I can."
"Too risky, I think we have to stick to my main idea."
"Your main idea?" The angel looked curiously at the demon who was fiddling with his leather bag.
"Let's paint it black." He took two tins of paint from the bag.
"You really came prepared..." The angel looked at him in amazement.
Sukuna opened one of the tins of paint and positioned the Angel so that she was facing away from him. The demon wasted no time and quickly stuck his hands into the can and began to run his paint-smeared hands over the Angel's wing feathers, but she quickly pulled away, laughing at Sukuna.
"That tickles!" She turned to Sukuna with a big, bright smile as she laughed.
Sukuna just watched the Angel and felt the urge to take that sound and put it in a bottle so he could get drunk on it every night.
"I think... I think we'd better hurry so we don't waste any time." Sukuna looked away from the angel and took a deep breath, controlling the urge to take her for herself at this moment, in this place.
The angel agreed, holding back a laugh as Ryomen ran his inky hands down the length of her wings.
"We need to do something about your face," the demon said after he had finished painting the angel's wing, closing the tins of paint and taking a cloth to wipe his hands.
"My face?"
"Put this on." He handed her a lipstick and she put it on without question.
"Can we go now?" She asked excitedly.
"I think we're ready."
"Lord Sukuna, may I ask you something?" The angel's hands found the fabric of her skirt and she began to play with it, trying to distract herself.
"Hm?" He turned to the angel, waiting for her to speak.
"How do we get to Umbra?"
"Through the portal," he replied bluntly.
"But how do I get through the portal?"
"Like everyone else," Sukuna held out his hand to the angel, who took it immediately. "Unlike Oriana, there is no barrier that prevents creatures other than creatures of darkness from passing through the portal. Anyone can pass through, but most aren't curious about Umbra because it's an ugly place with a bad reputation."
"So if I'd wanted to go to Umbra all along, I could have?"
"Yes, but you'd soon be barred because you look like a creature of light, so you had to change your clothes and your wings." Sukuna replied, "And remember, under no circumstances are you to say you're from Oriana."
"All right." She said with a smile, feeling more relieved and excited for everything that was to come.
𝖀mbra, The Society Of Darkness
The Angel had never imagined that she would actually pass through the portal and visit Umbra. This moment seemed more like one of her dreams than reality, and she couldn't help but be amazed by the whole place around her ⸻ no matter how hard she tried to hide her curiosity.
Umbra was completely different from all the descriptions she had read in the books about it in Oriana and Gaia. It wasn't a pretty place, and it was certainly dark and gloomy, but it had a unique charm that enchanted her.
The ground beneath her feet was rocky and barren, dry and devoid of vegetation. The surrounding trees were basically just a twisted trunk and branches, creating a frightening and sinister appearance. The sky was dark, as Sukuna had told her, and she had no idea whether it was morning, afternoon or night.
"We're in the Dark Forest, soon we'll reach my land." Sukuna said, still holding the angel's hand and leading them through the place.
"Your land?"
"Uhum," he murmured in confirmation, "my land is not so far from the forest, but it is far from civilization."
"Why do you live so far from civilization?"
“Because I have no patience.”
And just as Sukuna said, it wasn't long before they arrived at Sukuna's home.
"Do you live in a shrine?" The angel asked as she looked at the huge Torii in front of her and a huge shrine in the background, but like everything else she had seen in the Dark Forest, it had a frightening appearance and an evil aura.
"Something like that," Sukuna shrugged as he entered his own territory with the angel. Even he couldn't believe he was taking a creature of light into his own home, something he had promised himself he would never do, in life or in death.
"Lord Sukuna." A servant bowed as he saw his master.
"Where is Uraume?" Sukuna asked the servant.
"In the kitchen, making tea for your brother."
"Really?" Sukuna rolled his eyes, ignored the servant and pulled the angel into the room.
"You have a brother?"
"Twin," Sukuna replied indifferently and led the angel into the room where he took his meals.
The Angel simply observed the interior of the sanctuary, which was much larger than it appeared. She had the feeling of being in a palace, but one that was much darker. There were many shades of black, red, grey and even gold. There weren't many paintings on the walls (at least not the kind she was looking for), but the few that were there depicted wars or monstrous animals.
"Jin..." Sukuna's boring tone made the angel turn her attention to the demon instead of her surroundings.
"Ryomen– Oh, you have a visitor?" The man called Jin turned to the angel with a friendly smile.
Jin, as Sukuna had called the man earlier, was the complete opposite of Sukuna. He was tall, but not as tall as Ryomen, and he didn't have four arms or any visible body markings. Perhaps the only similarity was the pink hair. Other than that, nothing was the same. He certainly didn't match the descriptions of demons she'd read in some of Gaia's books, and even less did he resemble some of the ones she'd met at the Human Society fair ⸻ although she didn't consider those to be any kind of parameter for characterizing the citizens of Umbra.
Sukuna quickly introduced the angel, hiding her true identity as a creature of light and calling her by her name. It was the first time Sukuna had called her by her name and not "angel", well, apart from the intimate evening they had spent on the beach when he had spared no expense in using her name.
"I'm sorry Ryomen, I didn't know you had a guest today. I just wanted to introduce you to your nephew, Itadori Yuji." Jin said with a smile on his face as he held his son in his arms.
The angel approached the baby with more curiosity than the boy's own uncle and smiled as she noticed the huge rosy cheeks and a few pink strands on his head.
"Would you like to hold him?" Jin asked the angel with a gentle smile.
"May I?" She turned to Sukuna and waited for his confirmation to hold the newborn in her arms. "He's so cute."
"His face looks like a knee." Sukuna said as he approached the angel and looked at his nephew.
"Don't say that!" The angel scolded Sukuna, who just shrugged with a mischievous smile, "He's the cutest little thing I've ever seen." She smiled at Jin and handed the baby back to him.
"Isn't he a bit small and big-headed?" Sukuna asked.
"He has the proportions of a healthy baby, and that's what's important, Ryomen," Jin said politely, "Now that I've introduced you, I'll be going home. And it was a pleasure to meet you, Miss."
"My pleasure!" The angel smiled "I hope Yuji grows up healthy."
"Thank you," Jin smiled before leaving the room.
"Well, I think I'll ask Uraume to prepare something for us to eat and then I can take you to the garden."
"Do you have a garden?" She asked in amazement, never imagining Sukuna to be the type of person to have a garden or anything like that at home.
"Don't get too excited, it's not as nice as the places I've shown you in Gaia," Sukuna said, referring to the places in Gaia that contained extravagant and unique flora.
The Angel simply sat down at the table and waited for Sukuna to return so that she could continue her questioning about Umbra and her own home. The Angel had an endless curiosity, she loved to discover new things and understand what she didn't know. Though the people of Oriana found her questions irritating and unnecessary, telling her that perhaps it was better to live in ignorance than to dwell on reality, Sukuna embraced her curiosity and answered what she knew, always answering with the truth and never trying to soften his answers. The demon never criticized her questions, or even said they were annoying or unnecessary ⸻ although at first he was a little irritated by the number of questions she asked. But he let her ask anyway, he loved the sound of her voice and found her curiosity admirable.
“You seem amused by the decorations." Sukuna sat down on the edge of the table.
"This isn't exactly how I imagined your home."
"No?"
"No, I didn't think it would have much decoration, really."
"The shrine and the land belonged to my ancestors, I just inherited everything. And making changes is a lot of work and a headache, so I decided to leave it as it was."
"Your ancestors?" The Angel asked, curious about Sukuna's past generations.
"The Great Demon King." Sukuna replied, surprising the angel and making her eyes widen.
But before she could ask him if he was joking, or even ask him about his family tree, some servants entered the hall, set the table and served the banquet. On the table were various foods that the Angel had never seen before in her life.
"If you don't like it, don't eat it," Sukuna said before starting to eat.
The angel looked at the food with fascination, but soon gave way to her desire and curiosity to learn more about Umbra's cuisine and what made it different from Oriana's and Gaia's.
"This is very good!" She smiled as she tasted one of the dishes and Sukuna just watched her, holding back a satisfied smile. He watched as she tried all the dishes, commenting on what she thought of them as if she were a judge in an eating contest.
After they were satisfied with their meal, Sukuna took her to his garden. The garden was a gloomy place, there were some trees with twisted trunks like those in the Dark Forest, there were some flowers that were shades of dark blue and purple, there were some that had black petals, there were some bushes with dried leaves and some that seemed to be rotting ⸻ something that Sukuna said was characteristic of the species itself.
The Angel approached a tree that had some flowers that seemed to be hanging from it, their petals in shades of purple and blue.
"It's a fuchsia." Sukuna said.
"It's beautiful... If I had a garden, I'd want it."
"And what's stopping you from having a garden?"
"I have no home..." The angel turned to Sukuna with a smile, but her attention was soon drawn to some sort of small house behind him. "What's that?"
"My Cerberus' house."
"Cerberus?"
"My dog. Would you like to see him?"
"Do you have a dog?" The angel asked excitedly, although she didn't have any dogs in Oriana, there were plenty of them in Gaia and she loved playing with them.
Without saying a word, Sukuna approached the little house and opened the door, revealing a huge, monstrous dog with three heads and a snake tail. The angel watched the beast with fear and took small steps backwards.
"It won't attack you." Sukuna said.
"I think I'd still prefer to keep a safe distance..."
"Come on." Ryomen held out a hand to the angel, who reluctantly took it. He took her in his arms and approached Cerberus, who was staring at them with his three heads. He didn't look like he was about to attack her, the little angel in her master's arms was no threat. Or perhaps the dog was aware of his master's feelings.
"He's kind of cute..." The angel murmured, reaching out a trembling hand to the middle head, which approached and sniffed it, soon followed by the right and left heads mimicking the movements, getting used to her scent. The middle head lowered itself, allowing her to stroke it. "And the fur is very soft..."
Without the angel noticing, Sukuna gradually let go of her and let her play with the infernal dog. He moved away a little, folding his arms across his chest. As he watched her, Sukuna began to notice things he hadn't noticed since the night before they ended up together. Though he had noticed her change in personality ⸻ something that happened when he was only in the Angel's presence ⸻ he noticed his own heart growing restless, pounding so hard against his chest that it seemed it might jump out of his body and into the Angel's delicate hands at any moment. She had been an extreme change in his life and in his own feelings. But what surprised him most about the whole situation was that he didn't even mind the change, in a way it pleased him enough. And Sukuna wouldn't complain if he could see a scene as domestic as the one that was unfolding in front of him.
If he could, he would take the Angel for himself and only for himself.
"I think he... or rather they liked me!" She said excitedly as she approached Sukuna with a smile, followed by the dog.
"Would you like to meet the civilisation of Umbra?"
"What? Are you serious?"
"If you behave, we can go."
"I'll behave, I promise!"
"I'll have the horse prepared." Sukuna said with a sideways smile, "Stay here with Cerberus until I get back. And don't be disappointed if you find that Umbra is nothing but a morbid place."
"I'm sure I won't be disappointed, because sometimes it's not the place that counts, but the company."
"Tsk... I won't be long," Sukuna turned to look for a servant with a smile still on his face.
He was fucked…
𝔊aia, The Society of Humans
Sukuna was almost one hundred percent sure that this wasn't the best idea.
It was a fact that the demon liked to keep things between him and the angel private ⸻ less public and more private. But a few weeks before this day, Sukuna had found it almost impossible to say no to the creature of light.
Not that he hadn't tried to say no. He had, many times. But his voice didn't seem to come out as he uttered that simple little word, watching the angel's hopeful face.
It was all a great dilemma for him.
And that's why the two of them, cloaked and hooded, walked through the bustling shops of Gaia, observing the stalls.
They hadn't bought anything, they were just enjoying each other's company as they walked hand in hand. They just commented to each other about the products that caught their eye at the stalls. It wasn't as if they didn't have the money to buy anything. Sukuna had enough money (and plenty of it) to buy all the stalls in the place, but he needed the Angel to really want something there for him to put his hand on his money. But the Angel didn't seem that interested.
However, what seemed to be a quiet (and romantic) afternoon went up in smoke when the Angel heard her name called out in the crowd.
She looked forward and saw her grandfather in his armour, along with other Oriana guards. They stood out from the crowd with their golden armour, which seemed to radiate light from within.
The angel squeezed Sukuna's hand, sensing her desperation, and took a few steps back.
"Angel...?" Sukuna looked at the creature of light doubtfully, sensing the awe coming from it.
"We have to get out of here!" The Angel said frantically as she ran to pull Sukuna between the tents.
The angel pulled Sukuna into the Lost Forest, but the guards and her grandfather continued to pursue them.
"What's going on?" Sukuna asked in a serious tone as he dodged an arrow.
"My grandfather is chasing me..."
"Why?”
"I argued with my grandfather. The last time I was in Oriana, we had an argument and I said something like the people of Umbra deserved our respect and that it wasn't fair to judge them mercilessly based on myths and false accusations. My grandfather didn't like his granddaughter defending those he had always tried to destroy. I just didn't know he was going to come after me– AH!!".
The angel fell to the ground as she felt something cross her bruised wing.
Sukuna looked back angrily, searching for the archer who had shot his beloved, only to find a dozen creatures of light pointing an arrow at him. The demon just laughed mockingly at the whole situation, he couldn't spend all his time running, he had to fight too.
"Angel..." he said, catching the eye of the creature of light lying on the ground behind him, "remember you promised me you'd do whatever I wanted?"
"Sukuna–"
"Run!" Sukuna said, interrupting the angel, "Run without looking back. I'll take care of them." He knew he wouldn't be able to concentrate on the fight if he knew she was in danger.
"But..."
"I didn't think you were the type to break your promises."
"Will you find me?" The Angel asked, worried that she would never see the Demon again.
"Always."
After hearing Sukuna's answer, the angel got up, feeling a pain in her wing, and ran deeper into the forest.
Sukuna fought fiercely against the guards, who, despite being outnumbered, were no match for the demon. However, after knocking another guard to the other side of the forest, a shrill scream echoed through the place, alerting Sukuna and making his heart clench in his chest as he recognised the voice.
Running between the trees, Sukuna reached the cliff where he had taken the angel on their first encounter. But it was no longer a beautiful place, not as it had been when he was there with her, not when he knew that the scene before him would haunt him forever.
At the edge of the cliff, two of Oriana's guards held the angel tightly, and beside them lay one of her wings. Sukuna's jaw clenched at the sight of the torn wing; not even a demon would do such a thing to his own kind.
"Surrender, demon, and we'll set her free," the angel's grandfather said.
"RYOMEN, DON'T DO THIS!" The angel screamed through her tears as she tried to free herself from the guards' grip.
With each passing second, the tightness in Sukuna's chest grew as he struggled to decide what to do. He could fight all those guards (who were certainly no match for his fury), or he could surrender, accept the punishment and save the life of the only being capable of touching his heart of stone.
Not even Sukuna could believe that he, the most feared demon, would think of surrendering. Just to save the life of a creature of the light.
"Let her go and I will gladly surrender." Sukuna looked from the angel to her grandfather.
"RYO, PLEASE–" her whimper came out weak and garbled.
"Promise me she'll get out of here safely."
"Of course she'll be safe, she's my granddaughter." The angel's grandfather straightened his already upright posture, trying to convey an air of superiority that made Sukuna roll his four eyes, "All right, let's take this demon to jail."
"NO!" The angel shouted, "YOU CAN'T ARREST HIM! SUKUNA HAS DONE NOTHING"
But as the angel tried to free herself from the guards again, her body was thrown backwards, causing her to lose her balance and fall off the cliff.
Sukuna's four eyes widened in shock at the sight, and her body quickly ran to the edge of the cliff to search for the angel's body. Without one of her wings, she wouldn't have been able to fly and save herself. But when he looked down, all he saw was the angel's body being engulfed by the seawater, taking her to an unknown place and out of his reach.
In his moment of vulnerability, Sukuna was stabbed in the back and gradually his vision began to blur until it became a black screen.
𝔘mbra Maximum Security Prison
Jin watched his surroundings as one of the prison guards led the way. Never in his life had he imagined that he would be walking through Umbra's maximum security prison. Of course, he knew about his twin brother's possible imprisonment, but it had never occurred to him that he would be incarcerated in a prison that housed those who defied the laws of the Three Societies, and especially those concerning Oriana.
The guard motioned for Jin to sit in the chair facing a cell, and he simply nodded as he looked around.
Everything was so dark and damp and didn't seem to be hygienic at all. Jin took a deep breath and looked ahead, seeing his brother in the middle of the cell, bound by numerous chains that were supposed to hold him down. However, Jin soon realised that those chains weren't capable of holding his brother, they were there because Sukuna didn't want to leave, he had already accepted being in this unhealthy place.
"Are you just going to stand there and stare at me?" Sukuna's voice was hoarse. Jin would have been scared if he didn't know Sukuna.
"I was just waiting for an explanation from you."
"What?" Sukuna looked at his brother, "Do you think it's time for bedtime stories?"
"Well, if that's the only way you can explain what you're doing in this prison..."
"I have nothing to explain."
"Ryomen," Jin sighed, "you're being held in a maximum security prison, I think you owe me an explanation for that."
There was silence in the room, causing Jin to take a deep breath and wonder how his brother could be so stubborn.
"You know what kind of person is imprisoned here. Don't tell me you were pestering Oriana's government in your spare time?"
"I wasn't pestering anyone, I was just living my life."
"And how did you end up here if you were just living your life?" Jin asked, confused.
"I was living my life with an angel..." the name of the angel left his lips with a tone of melancholy mixed with the anger he felt at the whole event that had cost the life of the only person that mattered to him.
"She was an angel?" Jin's surprise only increased when he recognised the name of the person who had been with him the last time they had met. "Having a relationship with a creature of light is the worst crime a creature of darkness can commit. And you were never one to sympathize with anything or anyone related to Oriana."
"She was different from those stupid angels... and very stubborn." Sukuna sighed.
"Ryomen..." Jin called to his brother, finally understanding the whole situation that had led to his current predicament. "I thought you were involved in a murder or an attack on Oriana's government, but... Ryomen, you've fallen in love with her."
Sukuna felt a pain in his chest, as if his heart was about to be ripped out of his own body.
In love.
He was hopelessly in love with the Angel and would never be able to say such a thing to her.
"It doesn't matter anymore..." Sukuna tried to appear indifferent.
"And why not?"
"She's dead." The words Sukuna had been so afraid to say came tearing out of his throat. He had avoided saying them, hoping it would hurt less, but it didn't, it hurt just as much.
"Ryomen..." Jin murmured his brother's name. He didn't know what Sukuna was going through, let alone what was going through his mind, but Jin could imagine it. He couldn't bear it either if he lost his wife and son. "You shouldn't give up. From what little I know of the Angel, I know she would want you to carry on."
"You don't understand, Jin." Sukuna clenched his fists, "She was the purest being in the Three Societies, and yet they had the nerve to kill her. They ripped off one of her wings as if she was nothing and then killed her in the most cowardly way."
"I know that losing someone important is painful and may be a pain that never heals, but you have to move on, be strong for yourself and for them. And cherish all the moments, all the memories you shared. She can't be here with you physically, but I know her love will always be with you.”
Before either Sukuna or Jin could say anything, a guard appeared to escort Jim out of the prison. Sadly, Jin said goodbye to his brother, who remained silent, staring at a fixed point on the floor.
To honor her memory…
What the Angel wanted most of all was for the Three Societies not to be divided by laws, and for them to treat each other with respect. And if that was what she wanted, Sukuna would do anything to fulfill one of her noblest dreams, even if it meant an inevitable war.
As the barren earth of Umbra began to tremble, Sukuna found a sense of satisfaction growing in his chest.
After escaping from the maximum security prison and freeing all those held there, Sukuna had assembled an unstoppable army hungry for vengeance.
The angel was right. The people of Umbra deserved the respect of the others, and if they were incapable of giving it freely, then Sukuna would have to enforce it in an unconventional way: by starting a war after centuries of "peace".
Ryomen's thoughts turned back to the Angel. He wondered if she would be proud of him for leading the creatures to receive what they should have received years ago. Perhaps she wouldn't be so happy about the means Sukuna had chosen, but she would certainly be proud if it brought positive results.
Sukuna would turn the Three Societies into hell itself for the Angel, and that's exactly what he was going to do.
In the midst of the chaos, it wasn't difficult to invade Gaia, especially as the humans were no match for the creatures of darkness. And when Sukuna reached Oriana's portal, which prevented the dark creatures from passing through, he smiled mischievously.
There was nothing Sukuna couldn't do, and no portal would stop him from avenging the Angel's unjust death.
With his four hands clenched into a powerful fist, Sukuna punched the portal until it shattered into tiny, insignificant pieces. A sigh escaped his lips, it had been easier than he had thought.
𝕺riana, The Society of Light
As he stepped through the portal, the demon immediately noticed the golden sky and the great buildings hovering above him ⸻ just as the Angel had described them to him long ago.
There was certainly something angelic about Oriana, but he knew that the vast majority of the creatures of Light were as rotten as the trunks of the Dark Forest.
Almost at the centre of the entire Society of Light civilisation, Sukuna noticed a large building that resembled a temple, made of white marble and decorated with gold and gems that reflected the light.
If the Angel's grandfather was anywhere, he had to be there.
As some of the creatures of darkness entered Oriana and fought with the guards of light, Sukuna was busy trying to figure out how to get to the top while dodging the attacks coming his way. After climbing some sort of golden tree, Sukuna arrived at the temple, causing the whole place to shake.
"Demon." The angel's grandfather appeared on the other side of the temple, holding his bow with an upright posture that conveyed superiority, something frightening, but not to Ryomen. "What do you think you're doing?"
"A war?" Ryomen shrugged.
"And why are you starting a war after centuries of peace?"
"Peace?" A dark laugh left Sukuna's lips, "You creatures of the light treat my people with contempt, imposing laws that only benefit you and branding all creatures of the dark as villains. We have stood by and tolerated you for many years."
"And why now? Why are you revealing yourselves now?"
"Because I didn't care before... until you took the one good thing from me."
"If you hadn't got involved with my granddaughter, she'd still be here!"
"Oh really..." Sukuna rolled his eyes and attacked, hitting the Angel's grandfather square in the face.
Ryomen felt his anger take over as he viciously attacked the creature of light. There was nothing left to stop him, for the only thing that had any influence over him was no longer at his side.
"She..." the creature of light choked on his own blood, "My granddaughter... still lives..."
Sukuna felt a hand close around the angel's grandfather's neck.
"She's... she's in the... Sacred Garden..."
"And where is that?" he asked harshly.
"Behind... the temple..."
"If that's a lie, know that I'll cut you seven feet to the ground myself." The demon struck the creature of light one last time, knocking it unconscious, and made his way back to the temple.
The Sacred Garden was a place beyond Sukuna's imagination. There was a huge pond of crystal clear, translucent water surrounded by a garden of gold and white flowers and some fruit trees. Although it was a beautiful sight, the angel hadn't lied when she said that everything in Oriana followed the same colors.
In the midst of the flowers, and facing a defoliated golden trunk, was a glass coffin in which the angel lay serenely.
Ryomen felt his heart clench in his chest as he approached the glass coffin. One of his hands rested on the glass, incredulous and afraid that this was his own mind playing tricks on him.
He had spent days believing that his beloved, sweet angel had died, blaming himself and angry at himself for being her undoing. But there she was. Lying serenely, just as he remembered her.
Then Sukuna opened the glass lid of the coffin and a hand reached for the angel's icy face.
"Forgive me..." the words came from his lips like a breeze and he slowly approached her face to kiss her goodbye before returning to the war.
But as Ryomen reluctantly pulled away from the angel, she slowly opened her eyes, startling the demon.
"Ryo?" She asked confusedly, trying to tune into her memories.
Sukuna whispered her name and took her in his arms, nuzzling her against his strong arm. Oh, how he had missed feeling her in his arms.
"What happened?" she asked, confused.
"It doesn't matter anymore..." He replied, running a hand through the angel's hair. His hands moved down to her face, gently caressing her cheek before kissing her.
𝕾omewhere in Gaia, The Society of Humans
With a small porcelain watering can, the angel smiled as she watered her fuchsias, which were growing every day. She looked at the blooming flower in front of her and remembered the day she had fallen in love with it. Surely it was a memory that would live forever in her heart.
She walked through the small garden and into the house, where she saw her husband sharpening one of his knives while drinking tea.
"Jin sent a letter." With a smile on her face, she approached the demon and sat on his lap.
"He always sends letters."
"It's Yuuji's birthday, he's turning five." She smiled excitedly.
"That brat only has birthdays and never grows up," Sukuna huffed, dropping the objects in his hand to hug his beloved's body, one of his hands running up her back, stopping on the angel scar where one of her wings should have been.
"I know you like Yuuji deep inside." The Angel approached Ryomen's face and kissed him.
"Perhaps, but there are things I like better." A mischievous smile formed on Sukuna's lips as he approached the angel's neck. He planted a kiss on a particular spot of her neck, sending shivers down her spine.
Five years ago, the Angel broke one of the most sacred laws of the Three Societies, the one that prevented contact between a creature of Light and a creature of Darkness. And five years ago, Sukuna Ryomen led an army to avenge her (presumed) death, ready to fulfill her wish for unity between the Three Societies. Five years ago, the Three Societies signed a peace treaty that did not prevent contact between them, but encouraged cultural exchange between the societies.
But all that was over, as was the law that forbade love between a creature of light and a creature of darkness. And now the angel could live out her dream, enjoying a peaceful life with her beloved. And Sukuna, well, he had found the peace he had dreamed of. He had no more worries, not when his whole world was safe in his four arms.

HEAVEN !

𝒮 YNOPS𝑖S,ㅤㅤthe safest place for dean is in your arms.
͏𝒘. ͏ ͏͏ dean winchester & reader ᡴꪫ ( 380 ) fluff + cw. established relationship not-proofread.

Dean Winchester never believed he was worthy of love or salvation.
In the past, these were not recurring thoughts and he usually used his sense of humour, alcohol and one-night stands with women he would never see again to avoid thinking about it all.
And after all he'd done, especially in Hell, he was absolutely certain that he wasn't worthy of being spared all that suffering, and he certainly didn't believe that anyone would be brave enough to love him ⸻ especially with so many flaws and broken parts.
And these self-deprecating thoughts seemed to come back more and more after he met you.
Dean had been amazed at how you had become so important to him in such a short time. You had suddenly come into his life, fiercely breaking down the wall he had spent so long building to keep his fragile heart from shattering one day.
And as much as he was afraid to give himself, body and soul, to someone else, he certainly didn't regret giving himself to you.
It was a fact that Dean Winchester had died several times, and had gone to Heaven countless times. But he was convinced that there was no heaven created by God that could compare to the feeling of being in your arms.
To rest his head on your chest, his body wrapped in your arms that held him so tenderly, was surely something the Winchester had never thought he needed so much.
He felt safe, as if no one (supernatural or not) could harm him. And Dean could spend eternity in your arms.
"Are you comfortable?" You whispered, afraid to disturb the peace of the room, as you ran your hand gently down Dean's bare back.
"Um..." he murmured, snuggling even closer to you, "you have no idea how much."
"Are you sure?" Your hand moved up Dean's neck and through his short hair.
The Winchester just nodded, savouring the moment of silence as he felt safe and loved in a way he never thought he deserved.
Dean may not have believed himself worthy of love and salvation, but you did, and that was enough for him.
If you were his salvation, his paradise, then he would gladly accept those arms that embrace him with such affection and tenderness.

HEAT OF THE MOMENT !

𝒮 YNOPS𝑖S,ㅤㅤin the heat of the moment, dean kisses you.
͏𝒘. ͏ ͏͏ dean winchester & f!reader ᡴꪫ ( 2.0k ) fluff + cw. canon violence vampires bloody kiss lovesick!dean (?)

Dean knew you were the person Sam had called for help. He knew it the moment Sam gave him a mischievous look and a sideways smile while he was on the phone.
It was not uncommon for the Winchester brothers to seek help with one of their supernatural cases. Normally, a simple call to Bobby Singer would be enough for them to move on with the case, but after the fateful day they met you, you had quickly gained the brothers' trust and become a valuable ally.
You first met in Colorado. The brothers were unravelling the mystery of the ghost bride when you suddenly arrived to save the day ⸻ or rather, the night.
It wasn't long before another supernatural case brought you into contact with both Winchesters ⸻ not to mention the fact that your friendship with Bobby had made it easier for you to bond. And from time to time, the Winchesters, especially the youngest, would call on you, either to solve a mystery together or to consult some lore.
You were undoubtedly one of the finest hunters the Winchesters have ever known. Not only was your knowledge of myth and legend vast, and your research skills incredible, but your fighting skills were enviable. And it wasn't news to Sam that his brother had a certain (romantic) interest in you. It was painfully obvious to him, but not at all obvious to Dean.
Dean always seemed to gravitate towards you when you went hunting together. There were a few little quirks that changed in him when you were around. He'd suddenly straighten up his posture, he'd sound more intelligent, even with the jokes, he'd become a little more protective, even when you didn't need it. And you certainly didn't need protecting, since you were usually the one who ended up saving Dean from trouble. But it was still like an instinct for Dean. He wanted to protect you.
And knowing Dean's obvious interest in you, Sam decided it would be a good idea to invite you on a vampire hunt in Pennsylvania.
Nothing more romantic than hunting vampires in a town that rhymes with Transylvania ⸻ or perhaps nothing more hilarious.
"She's coming." Sam said, putting his phone back in his pocket as he turned his attention to the laptop in front of him with the news on the case.
"We don't need any help, Sam." Dean said, looking up at the ceiling of the bed he was sitting on. Although he denied it, there was a certain feeling of happiness in his chest, knowing that he would see you after so long.
"We're up against a nest of vampires, Dean," Sam rolled his eyes, "any help is welcome.”
Night came with the sound of a motorbike that the Winchester brothers knew well, and it wasn't long before someone knocked on the door of the motel room where they were staying.
"Sammy," you smiled, hugging the younger brother who greeted you with the same enthusiasm.
"It's good to see you again." Sam smiled excitedly at your presence. It was a fact that you had become good friends over time.
"Dean," you greeted the man sitting on one of the beds.
Dean just nodded. But his mind wandered as he noticed how beautiful you were. He tried to understand how you had become more attractive than the last time he had seen you. And to make matters worse, your outfit didn't help Dean's thoughts much, especially those skinny leather pants that hugged your legs and every curve he was convinced was a work of God.
He always thought that his memory of you was somewhat distorted, and that perhaps you weren't as beautiful as his mind projected you to be, but every time he saw you again, he realised that you were surely the most beautiful person who had ever set foot in the world, and that it wasn't his mind playing a trick on him.
It was hard for Dean to concentrate on the conversation between you and his brother, but you were far more interesting to him than anything trivial.
Sometimes Dean thought you were a witch who had cast a spell on him, so perhaps it would be easier to explain the attraction he felt for you. The way his heart seemed to beat faster in your presence, or the way you made him feel like a silly high school boy seeing a pretty girl for the first time.
"Right, Dean?" Sam and you turned to him, waiting for confirmation.
"What?" He looked between you and his brother, his green eyes lingering longer on your form.
"Weren't you paying attention, dude?" Sam tried to hide the malicious smile growing on his lips. "Never mind, I was just saying that we'll attack as soon as the sun comes up, because vampires have an advantage at night."
"Okay..." Dean shrugged nonchalantly. Your presence certainly disturbed Dean in a surreal way.
"So I'm going to the room I rented," you got up from the chair you were sitting in, "it's two rooms away from yours. See you tomorrow, sweet dreams.”
Oh, Dean would certainly have the sweetest dreams...
As the first rays of the sun came up, Sam and Dean were already awake, getting ready to hunt down the vampire nest.
As the brothers left the room, they noticed you leaning against Baby's hood, holding two paper bags.
‘She's not making it easy for me...' Dean thought as he discreetly (but not as discreetly as he thought) looked up and down at you, trying to perpetuate the scene in his mind.
"Morning boys. I've bought breakfast," you smiled sideways as you got out of Dean's car and handed each of the bags to the respective brothers.
"Coffee and pie?" Dean looked at the contents of the bag and turned his eyes to you in surprise.
"Your favourite, isn't it?" You slung your bag over your shoulder as you looked at the older Winchester.
"Yeah... it is..." Dean smiled sideways, trying to ignore the pounding of his heart. Could you get any more perfect?
The journey to the vampires' nest was uneventful. They were in a house a little further out of town.
Once Dean parked Baby in a strategic spot, it wasn't long before the trio got out of the car and went to the trunk to retrieve the weapons.
As soon as Dean opened the door, they entered the house and noticed some vampires lying in the living room, apparently asleep. According to Sam's previous research, the nest was made up of eight vampires, and if they were lucky, there would be an average of two to three vampires for every one of them ⸻ that is, if they were lucky.
"I'll take the top floor," you muttered as you made your way to the stairs, climbing quietly so as not to make any noise.
Dean couldn't help but follow you with his eyes, a little concerned. Deep down, the older Winchester knew that his concern was unnecessary as you were an experienced hunter and certainly one of the best in the world. But still, it was inevitable to feel a hint of worry tighten his chest. He just didn't want you to get hurt.
A sigh left Dean's lips, he'd better concentrate on the five problems in front of him and then check on you.
Adjusting his grip on the machete in his dominant hand, Dean approached one of the vampires lying on the sofa from behind. He watched as Sam did the same with another vampire who was also on the sofa. They both positioned the machete at the supernatural being's neck and in one precise motion the blades cut off the vampires' heads.
But the sound of the blades was enough to wake the other vampires, who were sleeping on mattresses on the living room floor.
And then the fight began.
Sure, it wasn't a fair fight, since vampires were faster, stronger and more resilient than humans. But on the other hand, it was no wonder that Dean Winchester held the title of best hunter. And his years as a hunter paid off in these moments.
It wasn't long before Dean and Sam decapitated the other vampires, ending the fight once and for all.
"I'm going to look for the hostages." Sam commented, getting up from the floor, a little out of breath as he moved the body of the vampire he had just killed. And Dean remembered that this vampire group had kidnapped young people to turn them into vampires and save them from the brink of extinction.
"I'll check upstairs." Dean turned quickly in the direction of the stairs and went up without the lull in his step.
Dean went through the doors in the corridor and entered the rooms to make sure that nobody was in them ⸻ or rather to make sure that you weren't in them. However, he was surprised when he passed the last room and saw you standing in the middle of the place, which was a mess (evidence of a fight) and three decapitated bodies and their heads on the floor.
The older Winchester watched your form, noticing the blood on your face. He held his breath. Was it strange to think that you looked even more attractive when you were covered in blood?
As your eyes met his, he felt a spark ignite and his whole body burn. How could you do this to him? To his poor condemned soul? With his poor, weak heart?
You stood there, just breathing and being the most beautiful person that ever walked the earth, and all Dean wanted to do was take you in his arms and kiss you until he ran out of breath, until he felt his lips go numb.
And apparently he did it ⸻ unconsciously.
Dean had barely noticed when his legs moved towards you without him noticing. He approached you with ferocity as if his life depended on it (and maybe his life really did depend on it), grabbing you around the waist before bringing your lips together, feeling a mixture of the metallicity of blood and the cherry flavor of your lip moisturiser.
He had only realised what was happening when he felt your hand run down his neck, over the back of his head and straight into his hair, and when your lips began to move against his, following his euphoric rhythm with mastery.
When you pulled away to catch your breath, Dean could only stare at your lips, wanting to kiss you again.
"I... I'm probably not the best person for this, but... I like you." Dean said, looking at your eyes, getting lost in their colour, noticing that maybe that was his favourite colour. But when he noticed your silence, he scratched his throat and moved a few centimetres away from you. "You don't have to like me back, you know? Just wanted to let you know how I felt, that's all."
"Well, too bad! Because these feelings are mutual, and now you can't get rid of me." A bright smile formed on your lips, causing Dean to feel a surge of relief in his chest. "Took you long enough, Winchester.
"Promise to make up for lost time," he smiled sideways, pulling you close and kissing you again.
"Um, guys," Sam's voice rang out, causing you to turn away from Dean and look at his brother who was standing in the doorway with a surprised expression on his face. “Never mind” Sam turned and left almost as quickly as he had arrived.
"I think we should go," you murmured, moving a little away from Dean and placing your hands on his chest, feeling his heartbeat against your hand.
"Yeah, I think so..." Dean said, but he didn't move to leave. He just moved his face closer to yours, brushing his lips against yours before kissing you again.
Dean Winchester was certain that he would never be able to recover from the addiction of feeling your lips on his own.

iT'S A TERRiBLE LiFE !

𝒮 YNOPS𝑖S,ㅤㅤyou find yourself in a job that does not feel like the right one for you.
͏𝒘. ͏ ͏͏ dean winchester / smith & f!reader ᡴꪫ ( 5,9k ) fluff + cw. canon violence mentions of suicide season 4 episode 17 — spoilers

There was something about your job that you couldn't put your finger on it. Something about sitting behind a computer, wearing office clothes and heels that just didn't feel right.
When you started working in the Human Resources department at Sandover Bridge & Iron Inc. three weeks ago, it seemed like a good and decent job ⸻ even if it wasn't your dream.
But things seemed to get complicated when HR received the news that one of the technical support staff, Paul Dunbar, had committed suicide.
Apparently Paul was in the break room and opened the microwave, stuck a broken plastic fork in the safety catch, and set the timer before sticking his head in and killing himself.
And as much as it was the HR's job to communicate the death of the employee to the colleagues, to collect the necessary documents for the dismissal of the deceased, to pay the severance, and so on, you couldn't help but notice how strange the people who worked in this department were.
"Darling, could you read out the employee's death notice to the technical support department?" Janette, the friendly elderly woman who had welcomed you and shown you every corner of the company and how HR worked, approached you with a sheet of paper.
"Janette..." you took the sheet of paper from her hands, "don't you find this strange? Someone has just killed themselves in the company microwave, and the HR people are acting like it's any other Tuesday.”
"Oh dear, that's because you've only just joined the company." Janette put her hand on your shoulder. "This isn't the first suicide in the building."
"What?" You looked at the older woman in front of you, startled.
"Sometimes I think this building is somehow haunted." Janette tapped you lightly on the shoulder, indicating that you should go to the Technical Support floor.
However, you couldn't ignore the shiver that ran down your spine when Janette said the building looked haunted. But the most intriguing thing was that you weren't afraid; you were hoping that the building really was haunted.
When you arrived on the floor where the technical support was located, you approached the woman in charge of the area, who immediately grabbed a microphone to get the attention of the staff. She introduced you as someone from HR and then handed you the microphone.
"Good afternoon," you began, dazed by the number of people in the cubicles, "it is with deep sadness that we announce the death of our valued employee, Paul Dunbar. Throughout his career he demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and unrivalled commitment, earning everyone's respect and admiration. Our deepest sympathies go out to his family, friends, and colleagues. We know that this loss leaves a void that will be difficult to fill, but we will cherish the moments we shared and the legacy Mr. Dunbar left behind. In solidarity, the company will provide the necessary support to the family and other employees at this difficult time…”
Your eyes wandered over the unfamiliar faces as you recited the speech you had memorised on the walk, but your gaze fell on one of the employee.
He was tall, quite tall, with rather long hair and green eyes, but his look reminded you of a sad puppy. There was something about this unknown man that you seemed to know.
When your speech was over, you handed the microphone back to the head of the department and made your way to the lift, but you soon felt a body collide with yours, almost taking you to the ground ⸻ if a hand hadn't held you by the waist, preventing you from falling.
"I'm sorry..." you said as you looked at the person in front of you and met a pair of piercing green eyes (quite different from the eyes of the unknown tech support guy).
"Is everything all right?" The stranger took a step back, looking you up and down.
"Ah? Yes, everything's fine! I'm sorry again." You said and hurried to the lift, trying to calm your nerves and the sense of familiarity you felt with this man you had never seen before in your life.
When you went back to the seventh floor, all you wanted to do was go home and lie down in your comfortable bed and sleep, forgetting about the chaotic day and the two green-eyed guys who seemed somehow familiar to you.
The thought that your life would get better and that maybe you were just shaken up by the strange events at the company was shattered when you received the news that another technical support employee had committed suicide.
You couldn't help but feel that there was something wrong with the deaths in the company. The whole situation didn't seem to fit together, and there were certainly some loose parts.
Janette approached you, and you quickly got up from your chair, expecting to be the person she asked to tell the others about the employee's death.
"Oh dear, there's a young man from technical support who wants to talk to you."
You looked at Janette in confusion but you followed her anyway. Why would someone from tech support want to talk to you? You of all people?
And though you waited for answers, your doubts only grew when you saw the worried look on the face of the unknown, yet familiar man.
"Hello, I'm sorry to bother you, but I need to talk to you," the man said.
"What do you need?" you asked.
"Can we go somewhere less crowded?" The man murmured as he looked around.
"Sure." You led him into the HR's break room and closed the door. "Sit down, please," you indicated one of the chairs available in the room.
"Do you believe in ghosts?" The man's question took you by surprise.
“What?”
"I know it sounds crazy, but do you believe in ghosts?" He repeated the question.
"I don't know… I've never seen them myself, but I don't rule out the possibility that ghosts do exist." You replied, even though you didn't understand what was going on.
"Look, lately I've been having these crazy dreams where I'm fighting monsters and ghosts that are supposed to be just legends and myths…”
"Should I make an appointment with the company psychologist?" You interrupted the man, already worried about the stranger's mental state.
"You're in it."
"What the hell?" You stared at him in surprise.
"You appear in my dreams. You and Dean. And apparently the three of us fight these monsters, and we're very good at it."
"Who's Dean?”
“Dean Smith, the Director of Sales and Marketing”
"I'm sorry, but I don't know this Dean, and I don't know you. It's probably just a coincidence. A scary coincidence." You let out a sigh. "Look, I have to get back to work; someone has just committed suicide in the building, and that is the second time this week."
"Sorry to bother you.” The man stared at a random spot like an abandoned puppy.
"The company psychologist is on the fourth floor." You said to the young man before leaving the break room and returning to your desk.
But as soon as you focused your eyes on the screen in front of you, everything seemed wrong again, as if you weren't supposed to be there.
That feeling chased you like hellhounds after souls ⸻ and for a moment you wondered about the comparison you had made. All this talk of ghosts and all these suicides that didn't seem natural had affected you in a way that didn't even make sense to you.
You had no connection to these events, and yet everything made you realise that there was something very wrong with your life. As if there was a hole in your chest, as if something very important was missing, something that was part of your history.
"Aren't you going to answer that call?" the woman sitting at the table next to you asked, snapping you out of your trance.
"Oh yes!" You said, reaching for the phone on your desk and bringing it to your ear, "How can I help?”
"I'm Dean Smith, Director of Sales and Marketing, and I'd like to ask you to join me in my office." The voice on the other end of the line sent a shiver down your spine.
"Of course, Mr. Smith." You quickly put the phone back and stood up from your chair, feeling a slight nervousness running through your system.
Your mind was racing. On the same day, there was a suicide, a strange man (whom you couldn't understand why he seemed so familiar) asked you about ghosts while admitting that he'd dreamed about you and a Dean who, as fate would have it, was the same Dean who'd called you into his office. If all these events weren't enough to justify your resignation, you didn't know what to do with the chaos you called life.
As soon as you stopped outside the sales and marketing director's office, you took a deep breath, not at all prepared for what was about to happen ⸻ not least because there was no way you could have prepared for it. You knocked lightly on the door and waited for the man on the other side to allow you to enter.
When you opened the door, you were surprised to see the man you had bumped into a few days ago behind the desk, and the tech support guy who had asked you about ghosts less than an hour ago sitting across from the other man.
"I swear, if you talk about ghosts and dreams, the next suicide in this company will be mine." You muttered, already tired of the whole story.
"Please, sit down." Mr Smith gestured to the empty chair next to the tech support guy, ignoring your inappropriate comment, "You work in HR, do you happen to know about any of these messages?" He handed you two sheets of paper.
You looked at the paper and noticed that it was a printout of two emails, one from Paul and one from Ian, the two employees who had recently committed suicide.
"You hacked into the emails of two dead people?" you looked at the two men in the room in surprise.
"Let's just say Sam here used his skills to find a pattern and satisfy a curiosity." Dean commented.
"A pattern?" You looked in Dean's direction, but soon got lost in the beautiful green of his eyes.
"We're thinking that maybe the suicides aren't really suicides." Sam commented, breaking you out of the trance of the green eyes of the man in front of you.
"Are you saying there is a ghost behind this?" You looked at Sam incredulously.
"How did you know that the ghost was our hypothesis?" Sam looked at you suspiciously.
"It's not even an hour since you came to me with all this talk of ghosts and dreams and now you're saying that the deaths of two employees don't seem natural and that there's a certain pattern to them.”
"What about the emails?" Dean asked, remembering the main issue.
"Look, those emails certainly weren't sent by anyone from HR, if we're requesting a meeting with an employee, the meeting should take place on the seventh floor, where HR is based, not in an unused, storeroom on the fourteenth floor."
"Room 1444 is unused?" Sam looked at you in confusion.
"Yes, it has been for quite some time."
"When did you start working here?" Dean asked you.
"Three weeks ago."
Your answer made Sam and Dean look at each other as if they were talking telepathically.
“Should we go check this out?” Dean asked thoughtfully.
“Like right now?” You and Sam asked Dean in unison.
“No,” Dean replied quickly, “No it's getting late. You're right.”
“I am dying to check this out right now.” Sam said, as if trying to convince Dean.
"I can't believe I'm going to say this, but so am I." you agreed with Sam.
“Right.” Dean looked at you and Sam, turning his gaze back to you.
You were one step away from madness for sure. In fact, you didn't have a sane thought in your head to justify going to room 1444 with Sam and Dean ⸻ a man who dreamt about you and another who supposedly saw a ghost in the bathroom. But apparently your lack of self-preservation and your curiosity screamed louder, begging you to solve the mystery. It was like living in the Scooby-Doo universe, but apparently with more blood and death and less people in costumes.
The three of you were heading down the corridor in search of room 1444 when you heard a man's scream. Rushing in, you came across the room and the locked door, which was soon opened as Sam kicked in the door.
"Whoa." Dean muttered in amazement as Sam looked surprised at his own action.
You quickly entered the room and saw a man lying on the floor under a shelf, struggling to get up. However, as you tried to help the man up while Dean and Sam lifted the shelf, you felt a force pull you backwards, throwing you across the room.
You coughed from the dust that had settled and noticed a wrench lying beside you. Without even knowing what you were doing, you grabbed the wrench and called Dean, who was getting up from the floor after being thrown against the wall by the ghost, and threw the object in his direction. Dean grabbed the wrench and in one swift motion hit the ghost, making it disappear.
Suddenly, the monitors in the room switched off and everything stopped moving, and Sam and Dean went back to helping the poor man who had been attacked by the ghost.
"How did you know how to do that?" Sam asked about the wrench attack.
"I have no idea," Dean said, approaching you and helping you up from the floor.
Dean's apartment was exactly what you had expected, all upper class and expensive looking, but somehow you seemed disappointed.
"Holy crap dude." Dean commented as he went into the kitchen to get a bottle of what you were sure wasn't water.
"Yeah. I could use a beer."
"Yeah, me too," you agreed with Sam.
Well, a beer (or something strong) seemed like the right choice after facing a ghost.
“Oh, sorry. I'm on the Cleanse. I got rid of all the carbs in the house.”
"You don't need that," you said, attracting Dean's attention, "you're in good shape."
"Are you flirting with me, sweetheart?” Dean smiled slyly.
"No, I'm just stating the obvious." You rolled your eyes. "And you're not my type."
"Not your type?" Dean crossed his arms, trying not to look offended by your comment.
"Yeah, I'm more into leather jackets and rock than suits and Beethoven." You smiled and shrugged.
"Hey. How the hell did you know that ghosts are scared of wrenches?" Sam asked you curiously.
"I don't know..." You replied thoughtfully, "It was like... instinct..."
"Crazy, right? And nice job kicking the door, too. That was very Jet Li. What are you, like a black belt or something?" Dean handed you and Sam a bottle of water.
"No. I have no idea how I did that. It's like... we've done this before." Sam replied.
“What do you mean, before? Like Shirley MacLaine before?” Dean looked at Sam like he was from another planet.
“No. I— I just can't shake this feeling like I— like I don't belong here. You know? Like I should do something more than sit in a cubicle.”
“I think most people who work in a cubicle feel that same way.”
“No. Well, look, it's more than that. Like, I don't like my job. I don't like this town. I don't like my clothes. I don't like my own last name. I don't know how else to explain it, except that… it feels like I should be doing something else. There's just something in my blood. Like I was destined for something different. What about you? You ever feel that way?” Sam tried to explain the situation to Dean.
“I don't believe in destiny. I do believe in dealing with what's right in front of us, though.”
"Um," you scratched your throat before speaking, "I understand you Sam, ever since Paul Dunbar killed himself I've felt like there's something very wrong with my life. To tell you the truth, I don't even know what the hell I'm doing in HR, my memories are all messed up and it's like I have this..."
"Hole?" said Sam, finishing your speech before you had the chance.
"Yes." You looked at him with understanding, "Like a hole, and something very important, much bigger, is missing..."
There was silence in Dean's apartment. With nothing to add, you opened the bottle of water in your hands and sipped slowly.
“All right, so, what do we do now?” Sam asked after a few minutes of silence.
“We do what I do best, Sammy. Research.”
“Okay… Did you just call me Sammy?” Sam looked at Dean in disbelief.
“Did I?” Dean looked at Sam as if nothing had happened.
“I think you did. Yeah. Don't.”
“Sorry.”
The three of you sat down at the table, Dean and Sam with their respective laptops, while you sat next to Sam and helped him research ⸻ since you didn't have a laptop with you and Dean didn't have one to lend you.
Time seemed to pass slowly as you and Sam researched ghosts, trying to find key words and different lore about ghosts in different cultures.
"Oh, jackpot!" Dean exclaimed excitedly.
“What you got?” Sam asked, looking away from the laptop screen.
“I just found the best site ever. Real, actual ghost hunters.”
You and Sam stood up. You sat in the chair next to Dean while Sam stood behind the two of you. Dean's laptop was open on a site called Ghostfacers ⸻ you felt a slight lack of credibility coming from the site, as if they were two kids obsessed with the supernatural setting up a group in the garage of one of their houses.
“These guys are genius. Check it out.” Dean pulls up a video.
Ed and Harry, the guys in the video, started talking about ghosts. The first tip from the video for any fight against the supernatural was to find out what you're fighting.
Sam went back to his seat and typed some more until he turned the screen towards you and Dean, showing an article about the death of Sandover's founder.
“That's him. That's the ghost.” Dean said, referring to the photo of Sandover that appeared with the article.
“P. T. Sandover. Died 1916. Devoted his life to his work. No wife, no kids.” Sam commented as he looked at the article.
"He worked in office 1444, that's why he must have asked the victims to go there." You commented as you flicked through the article, “And apparently office 1444 was considered to be the center of the company's operations, with Sandover himself overseeing all details of any construction project the company undertook.”
“Used to say he was the company, and his very blood pumped through the building.” Sam completed your speech.
“Wow, okay. So slight workaholic. Maybe he's still here, you know, watching over the company, even killing for it.” said Dean.
“Plus, turns out this isn't the first time people started killing themselves in the building. 1929.”
“Yeah, but lots of guys jumped off lots of high rises that year.” Dean shrugged his shoulders as if it were a matter of course.
"But seventeen suicides? How many companies have that many?" you asked.
“Phew. Okay, so P. T. Sandover, protector of the company. His ghost wakes up and becomes active during times of grave economic distress.” Dean comments.
“Well, I mean, the worst time we've seen since the Great Depression—”
“Is now. Yeah, now sucks. My portfolio's in the sewer. I don't even wanna talk about it.”
"As if your portfolio is more important than a killer ghost..." you commented, rolling your eyes.
“So Sandover's helping the bottom line—”
“By zapping some model employees.” Dean completed Sam's speech.
“Yeah. I mean, Ian and Paul. It was like he turned them into different people.”
“Perfect worker bees, exactly. So devoted to the company that they would commit hara-kiri if they failed it.”
After discussing what you were dealing with, Dean went back to playing the video and Sam joined the two of you back in front of Dean's laptop.
“Once you've got that thing in your sights—” said Harry.
“You kill it.” Harry and Ed said in unison.
The boys in the video started talking about special weapons for hunting ghosts. Salt, which acts as an acid on ghosts, iron, which dispels ghosts instantly ⸻ which explained why the wrench had worked on Sandover's ghost.
“Next little trick. We learned this from those useless douchebags—” Ed said in a disgusted tone.
“That we hate.” Harry added.
"The Winchesters and the dear girlfriend of one of them, the Singer," said Ed, and for a moment the two surnames sounded familiar.
"Oh, I like Singer, she was a badass," Harry commented.
"She was hot," Ed said with a dreamy look on his face.
When the video finally ended, you, Sam and Dean came to the conclusion that you had to act that night to stop the killing once and for all.
Dean packed two pokers from his fireplace in a duffel bag that he had already placed a container with salt and other iron objects.
"Where do we even get a gun?" Dean asked.
"Gun store?"
"We don't have time to go to a gun store." you reminded the men.
"Right. Back to the video" Dean sat back down in his chair and waited for you and Sam to play the video.
"The aforementioned super-annoying Winchester douchenozzles and our dear Singer also taught us this one other thing. You have to burn the remains." informed Ed.
"Okay, this next part gets a little gross. Sometimes you might have to dig up the body. Sorry."
"It's illegal in some states."
"All states." Harry corrected his friend.
"Possibly all states."
"Sandover was cremated." Sam commented.
"What? So what do we do now?" Dean asked with a tone that indicated he was losing hope of fighting the ghost.
"Now, if the deceased has been cremated—"
"Don't panic." Harry and Ed spoke in unison.
"Just gotta look for some other remains."
"A hair in a locket, maybe. Fingernails. Baby teeth." Harry listed.
"Milk teeth." added Ed
"Genetic material. You know what we're talking about."
“Set your cell phone to walkie-talkie in case we get separated.” Dean commented while you were in the lift going up to floor 14.
You opened your bag, looking for the device, but couldn't find it anywhere.
"Shit." You muttered, "I left my phone at your apartment." You said, turning to Dean.
"For someone who says I'm not her type, you've already left something at my place." Dean's comment made you roll your eyes.
“How the hell are we gonna find some ancient speck of DNA in a skyscraper?” Sam questioned doubtfully.
“Well, that creepy storeroom used to be Sandover's office, right?”
The fourteenth floor was more dingy at night than the last time you were there, earlier in the day, to prevent a ghost from driving an employee crazy, who later would committed suicide.
When the three of you entered room 1444, it didn't take long for you to start scattering around the place, looking for possible objects that might contain some of P.T. Sandover's genetic material.
“What the hell are you doing here?” A guard opened the door to the room, taking the three of you by surprise.
You felt a hand wrap around your waist, pulling you down so the guard wouldn't catch you. Dean's muscular chest was against your back and you took a deep breath, trying to concentrate on what was happening (and the fact that you had almost been caught by a guard) and not on the man behind you.
“Nothing. I just—” Sam said confused, not quite sure what to say to the guard.
"Come with me," the guard demanded as he grabbed Sam's arm and shut the door behind them.
"You can let me go now..." you said in a whisper and felt Dean release you slowly.
You and Dean searched the room until he found a framed photograph of Sandover Bridge.
"I think I've got an idea where we might find something useful," Dean said, putting the picture back and then picking up the phone to try and communicate with Sam. “Hey. You okay?”
“Call you back.”
Dean grabbed your wrist and pulled you out of room 1444 and into the lift. Dean pushed the button with the number 22 and you stared at him in confusion.
"Where are we going?" You asked.
“Sandover history display”
“Dean, you there?” Sam's voice echoed through Dean's cell phone.
“Yeah, listen, I think I got it. Meet us on twenty-two.”
“Okay, yeah. Just, uh, take the stairs.”
In the lobby, you looked at the history display in chronological order and noticed a glove in a display case on the wall.
“Whoa. That's a lot of blood.” Dean said, noticing Sam's arrival on the scene.
“Yeah, I know.”
“Right. So, uh, in there.” Dean points to a glass case containing a pair of gloves, the ones you were looking at.
"P.T. Sandover's gloves," Sam commented.
“Yeah, how much you wanna bet there's a little smidge of DNA in there? You know, like a fingernail clipping or a hair or two? Something.”
“So you ready?” asked Sam.
“I have no idea.” Dean said worriedly.
"Really?" You looked at the two men beside you, incredulous at their hesitation, and took off your heel. With the thin heel, you broke the glass protecting the glove.
"Wow." Dean looked at you in surprise.
Sam and Dean both pick up a poker and Sam picks up a container of salt. But before you can remove the glove, Sandover appears behind Dean and throws him into the wall, then throws you in the same direction, causing you to fall on top of Dean.
“We need to stop meeting like this," Dean grinned, making your heart skip a beat.
“Shut up” You stood up and helped Dean.
"Oh. Nice." Dean smiled at Sam and noticed that he had used the salt to make Sandover disappear.
But it wasn't long before Sandover appeared behind Dean.
"Dean." You and Sam said in unison.
Sam threw the poker at Dean, who grabbed it and swung it through Sandover, causing him to dissipate again.
"Nice catch." Sam smiled.
"Right?" Dean said, looking at you. You shrugged, but the smile on your lips gave you away completely, causing a discreet laugh to escape Dean's lips.
The three of you approached where the gloves were, ready to take the object and set fire to it. But, as any plans actually seemed to work, Sandover appeared between Sam and Dean, who simultaneously hit him with pokers making the ghost dissipate and reappear not long after.
Taking advantage of Smith and Wesson's fight with Sandover, you went to the bag, grabbed the lighter and returned to where the glove was. You took the object through the broken glass, turned on the lighter and lit the gloves on fire before dropping it on the ground, watching Sandover's ghost burn.
“That was amazing.” Sam said, trying to steady his breathing.
“Right? Right?”
You, Dean, and Sam were in Dean's office after confronting the ghost, and the only thing on your mind was how good a cold beer would feel at that moment.
“Man, I gotta tell you, I've never had so much fun in my life.” Dean pulled a first-aid kit out of his desk.
“Me neither.” Sam smiled.
“That was crazy, in a good way.” You grabbed the first aid kit in Dean's hand and opened it, looking for the alcohol and gauze.
“Was a hell of a workout too, wasn't it?”
“We should keep doing this.”
“I know.”
As if it was automatic for you, you dabbed the alcohol gauze on the bruise on Dean's forehead, but when his eyes met yours, you quickly turned away in embarrassment, leaving him to tend to his own bruise and sitting down in a chair away from him.
“I mean it. There gotta be other ghosts out there. We could help a lot of people.” said Sam.
“Right, we'd be like the Ghostfacers.”
“No, really. I mean, for real.”
“What? Like, quit our jobs and hit the road?”
“Exactly.”
“How would we live?”
"Uh…” Sam mumbled without knowing what to say.
“You gotta be kidding me. How would we get by? With stolen credit cards? Huh? Eating diner food drenched in saturated fats? Sharing a crap motel room every night?”
“That's all just details.” Sam shrugged.
“Details are everything. You don't wanna go fighting ghosts without any health insurance.”
You were torn by Sam and Dean's argument. On the one hand, you agreed with Sam, you didn't know how long it had been since you felt so alive, like there was no hole in your chest, like you were whole again, without a doubt. But Dean had a point. Hunting ghosts was a life-threatening business and certainly a lonely one, with people who didn't understand or even believe in your purpose.
“All right. Um. Confession.”
“What?”
“Remember those dreams I told you about with the ghosts?”
“Yeah?”
“I was fighting them.”
“Okay.”
“With you and her." Sam pointed at you. "We were these, like, hunters, and we were friends. You and I were more like brothers, really. And you and her obviously had something going on— I mean, what if that's who we really are? I mean, you saw us back there, working together. The ghost was scrambling people's brains. What if it scrambled ours?”
“That's insane.”
“Is it? Think about it for just one second. What if we think this is our life, but it's not?”
“Hey, man, the ghost is dead and we're still standing. I mean, I'm sorry, but—”
“Look, all I know is this isn't who we're supposed to be.”
“No. I'm Dean Smith, okay? Director of Sales and Marketing. I went to Stanford. My father's name is Bob, my mother's name is Ellen, and my sister's name is Jo.”
“When was the last time you talked to them? To any of them?” Sam confronted him.
“Okay, you're upset. You're upset, you're confused—”
“Yeah, 'cause I only moved here 'cause I just broke up with my fiancée, Madison. But I called her number and I got a damn animal hospital.” Sam mentioned feeling frustrated with the argument.
“Okay. What are you saying? Are you trying to say that my family isn't real? Huh? That we've been injected with fake memories? Come on.”
“All I know is, I got this feeling in my gut. And I know—I know that deep down, you gotta be feeling it too. We're supposed to be something else. You're not just some corporate douchebag. This isn't you. I know you.”
“Know me? You don't know me, pal. You should go.” Dean said. He certainly was stressed about the whole situation.
And in a matter of seconds, Sam walked through Dean's office door without looking back.
You got up from your chair, ready to leave the office and finally go home, when you felt a hand gently wrap around yours.
"Are you leaving me too?" Dean's question came out bitter with a strange hint of inexplicable familiarity.
"Look, I'm really sorry. But I think Sam is right about this. Now that we know about ghosts and that they attack innocent people, we can help them. You don't have to be a superhero in magazine covers and secret identities to help people and do good." You held Dean's hand in yours and looked into his eyes, "I don't think I've ever been more sure of what I want for my life than I am right now. And I know that can be hard for you. Just look around you! You're the sales and marketing director, you've got your own office, a nice fancy flat in a safe neighbourhood... You've got it all, Dean, but there's no point in having it all and feeling empty inside.”
You slowly let go of Dean's hands and walk out of his office with a determination you haven't shown in the last three weeks.
"I quit," you muttered.
"What, dear?" Janette asked you as she walked past your desk.
"I quit." You said a little louder with a smile on your face.
"Darling, I don't think you're feeling well.”
"Actually, Janette, I've never felt better," you got up from the swivel chair and picked up your bag, slinging it over your shoulder, "You know, I'm sick of it all. The office, these clothes, these tight heels, everything."
"I don't think you're thinking clearly." Janette said, coming up to you and holding your hands.
"I have already handed in my letter of resignation. Thank you for everything, Janette, but I don't want to feel empty ever again."
You let go of Janette's hands and walked towards the lift with firm, determined steps.
As you left the building, someone bumped into you on the way.
"Sam?" You looked up at the tall man, surprised to find him there.
"What are you doing here?" he asked you, equally surprised.
"I just quit."
"You've got to be kidding?" An incredulous laugh escaped Sam's lips, "I've just quit too."
"Don't tell me you're thinking of— ghost hunting," you muttered the last words of your sentence as if it were a secret.
"I get the impression you already know the answer!"
Before you could say anything else, you felt something else change both inside and around you. Your eyes wandered around, looking at the building and the busy street without understanding anything. You only came out of your trance when you heard Sam call your name multiple times.
"Why are you dressed in office clothes? And are you wearing heels?" Sam asked, looking you up and down.
"What the fuck?" You looked down at yourself, not even when you wore a suit and pretended to be an FBI agent you wore heels (they weren't very useful for chasing monsters) "And why are you wearing a company uniform, Sammy?"
"I don't understand, nothing makes sense." Sam muttered, startled by the whole thing.
"Hey, Sammy!" Dean's voice caught both your and Sam's attention, "Sweetheart!" The older Winchester wrapped his arms around your waist, hugging you tightly.
“Dean, you're crushing me!" You smiled, "And what's with the tie?"
"Long story..." Dean murmured before capturing your lips in a soft kiss.
However, your moment with your boyfriend didn't last long though, as Sam scratched his throat and interrupted the kiss.
"Aren't we going to talk about what's going on?" Sam asked, looking at Dean.
"We can talk about it later, I'm so hungry I feel like I'm going to die if I don't eat."
"Okay, okay, so you can explain everything on the way to the diner." You smiled and gave Dean a quick kiss on the cheek as he led you and Sam to where Baby was parked.
If you ever had felt that something was missing before, now you felt completely whole again.

this was my first time writing for dean, and it certainly wasn't my best work, but i've wanted to write for him for a long time :) and english isn't my first language, so please forgive me for the mistakes!

𖤐ㅤ 𝗌𝗈𝖿𝗍 𝖻𝗈𝗈𝖻𝗂𝖾𝗌. ๑ 𝗷𝗷𝗸 𝗺𝗲𝗻 !
呪術廻戦 + femreader ! he accidentally touches your boobs. / suggestive fluff college au & mutual pining.

୨ৎㅤ𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒖𝒈𝒖𝒓𝒖 !ㅤㅤㅤㅤYou and Suguru were best friends in high school and luckily the friendship continued until university. And at university, you not only shared a flat close to campus, but also became party friends.
It was almost impossible to see Geto at a party you weren't at, and vice versa. And it was very obvious the tension that existed between the two of you. Everyone could see that you two liked each other, except the two of you.
Unable to bear the denial of their feelings for each other any longer, Gojo and Shoko (who always witnessed the most deplorable scenes between you and Suguru) devised a plan so that the two of you could declare yourselves to each other.
Yeah, but did you read Gojo's name there? Well, the plan certainly didn't work as perfectly as it should have.
The plan was to lock you and Suguru in a closet and just leave you both there until one of you confessed how you felt.
Well, that part actually worked. The only problem was the force with which Gojo pushed Geto on top of you, causing Suguru to stretch out his hand to support the wall and not hurt you ⸻ trappin you between his body and the wall, without touching you. But he never touched the wall, instead he accidentally touched your boobs.
Suguru looked at his hands in surprise and tried to think about what had just happened and take them off your boobs, mumbling an apology.
And before you knew it, you were locked in a dark closet in a stranger's house while everyone was having fun in the pool area.
Well, that was certainly a long night…
୨ৎㅤ𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒊 𝒌𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒐 !ㅤㅤㅤㅤYou and Nanami met at the bakery. You were working a part-time job as a cashier, trying to gain experience to open your own bakery in the future, and Nanami used to visit the bakery because of the bread he loves. Since he was a regular, you started making small talk with him and eventually you became friends.
Nanami has always respected you in every way. He always helped you in all circumstances. He was always at your side when you needed him. And you always try to reciprocate his actions.
And when you heard that he was sick, you ran to his apartment as soon as you left work. It was rare for Nanami not to go to work (even though he hated it), but it was even rarer for him to catch a cold. And when you saw Nanami's pitiful state, you quickly jumped in to help him, despite his protests.
Taking care of him was as easy as slicing bread ⸻ well, only when he stopped complaining about the high chance of you getting sick because of him. And seeing that nothing could convince you otherwise, he simply gave up and let you take care of him, bringing him soup that you had cooked and the medicine he needed.
In a few minutes, after he drank the soup he started to feel drowsy ⸻ if he closed his eyes for more than five minutes he would surely fall into Morpheus's arms. But just as he stretched out his arm to reach the glass of water you had brought him to take his medicine, his hands accidentally touched one of your boobs.
It took Nanami a few seconds to realize what had happened and that he had grabbed your boobs instead of the glass of water. He faked a cough, feeling his body double in temperature, and apologized for the mistake.
୨ৎㅤ𝒈𝒐𝒋𝒐 𝒔𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒖 !ㅤㅤㅤㅤBeing Satoru's best friend was something ⸻ well, something you never thought you would be. But being his best friend means being an accomplice to his pranks and crazy ideas. Well, you could put up with his childish manners.
But you couldn't believe he actually got a soap football for his birthday party, even though he told you a million times. It didn't feel real. But there you are, covered in soap, running behind the ball, trying not to fall again. It was actually quite funny. Having all his and your friends ⸻ even Nanami ⸻ trying not to fall and everyone running around covered in soap.
And apparently you were the one who didn't know about Satoru's crush on you ⸻ which explains a lot about his behavior towards you. And at the moment, you were so focused on achieving a goal that you didn't notice Suguru and Shoko nodding to each other, preparing to put their plan into action.
And their plan actually works.
When Satoru starts running towards you to steal the ball, Suguru also starts running, "accidentally" bumping into Gojo and causing his white-haired friend to fall into you.
The thing was, none of you expected Gojo to end up with his face right between your boobs. And apart from feeling comforted by how soft your boobs seemed to be, Gojo couldn't deny how embarrassed he felt as he looked up at you, all red in his face.
Suguru on the other side got up and walked over to Shoko, who was laughing at the scene she had recorded on her phone. Even Nanami laughed weakly at the whole thing.

ワンピース + femreader ! he accidentally touches your boobs. / suggestive fluff & mutual pining.

୨ৎㅤ𝒓𝒐𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒂 𝒛𝒐𝒓𝒐 !ㅤㅤㅤㅤIt was a long way for you to be considered Zoro's friend and an even longer way to be considered his best friend. But congrats, you made it. And being Zoro's best friend came with some privileges (or maybe it was just because he really likes you in a romantic way and denies it), and one of the privileges is that you get to be his training partner. It may not seem like the most fantastic thing in the world, but it's something ⸻ and we're talking about Zoro here. But who wouldn't want to be praised by Zoro when, on rare occasions, you manage to hit him? Oh, it's like heaven.
And of course, training with Zoro would have an effect on your fighting skills, you managed to make very good progress. Your movements became better and more natural, your punches and kicks stronger. And of course, none of your progress has gone unnoticed by Zoro ⸻ he's really proud of you.
But training with you became a bit difficult for Zoro ⸻ especially when he started to like you romantically. He would take it easy in training, a little afraid of hurting you in any way. He would stop trying to attack and touch you directly, he would just dodge and defend. And obviously it didn't go unnoticed by you. He was completely different in training and it really got on your nerves. He had never hesitated to attack you before, and now he avoided you like the plague.
And on a particular training day, when he was a little distracted, you take the chance to prove yourself worthy of being his opponent and give it your all in training. Initially, Zoro was surprised by the power of your blows, and through carelessness, Zoro ended up falling down a slope in the place where you were training and ended up dragging you with him.
The two of you rolled down the hill, and when you finally stopped, Zoro was on top of you with one of his hands on your boobs. It took Zoro a few seconds to realise where his hand was, but when he did, he quickly removed it and got up from the floor, his cheeks flushed.
"What a day, huh?" he would mutter as he looked around, waiting for you to get up from the floor.
Well, good luck getting him to train with you again after that incident!
୨ৎㅤ𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒌𝒆𝒚 𝒅 𝒍𝒖𝒇𝒇𝒚 !ㅤㅤㅤㅤIt was pretty easy to be friends with Luffy, but it actually took a bit of time to become his best friend. But in the end, with time and patience, you turned out to be one of his best friends and one of the people he would trust the most. But it was obvious to everyone on the ship that you two had romantic feelings for each other, even Zoro noticed the way Luffy would look at you ⸻ with big sparkling eyes like he saw the biggest buffet in the world (please don't take this the wrong way!!). It was obvious to everyone except you two. Well, sometimes idiots fall in love, and a slow burn is inevitable. You just have to accept it.
And being Luffy's crush best friend means that he loves to do all sorts of things with you, such as exploring new islands. We all know how adventurous Luffy can be, and of course, he would manage to drag you along on his adventures. And one day, he thought it would be fun to explore the streets of the island they stopped at to get more supplies and food.
Everything was fun and pretty normal until you guys decided to play the Zoro and got lost in the city. Of course, the main reason you two got lost was because Luffy smelled something like barbecue and tried to get to the place. Unfortunately for the two of you, the smell of the barbecue was bait for a trap.
You didn't suspect it was a trap until you were both caught in it and hung from a tree. Luffy ended up on top of you with his two hands in your boobs. When he realized his position, he tried to get up, but he couldn't get up properly and fell back into you, this time with his face between your boobs.
Feeling his face turning red, he tried to get up off you a second time, but the movement on the rope caused you to end up with your face on his chest. Well, that was better than his face between your tits.
୨ৎㅤ𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒋𝒊 !ㅤㅤㅤㅤWell, I think we all know that Sanji is a bit of a pervert. And when you joined Luffy's crew and met him, he became obsessed with you. Well, who wouldn't? You're the most gorgeous pirate in the whole world, of course Sanji would definitely fall in love with you. But the thing is, Sanji does not have a good reputation, so every time he makes a declaration of love to you, you always deny it. In fact, it was almost comical how Sanji became more determined after each rejection.
And even if you haven't noticed, Sanji's attitude changes completely after he meets you. He was less flirtatious with other women. It actually came as a shock to everyone in the crew when they noticed Sanji's change in behavior. But what could he do but try to win your heart ⸻ he didn't even give up when you called him your best friend! He was hopelessly in love.
But going back to the topic of Sanji being a pervert, he never actually touched you in any malicious way. He always respects your boundaries. He has always been a gentleman to you. But one night, when the crew was in a bar on the island you were all staying on, he accidentally drank too much ⸻ trying to prove his point to Zoro's taunts. And of course, in the end, it was up to you to take care of him in that pitiful state.
You approach him on the bar and tap him on the shoulder, only for him to look at you with a blank expression. But when he saw you, he smiled and his eyes turned to hearts. But Sanji was so tired, both from the hour and the drink, that when you noticed, his head fell on your chest. He snuggled into your boobs, making you blush with embarrassment, and bumped his head, making him quickly remove his head from between your tits.
He just looked at you, confused and tired, before screaming in pain as you began to drag him back to the ship by his ear.
The next day, he would, surprisingly, apologize for his actions and promise not to touch you in that way again ⸻ well, unless you want him to.

𖤐ㅤ 𝗌𝗈𝖿𝗍 𝖻𝗈𝗈𝖻𝗂𝖾𝗌. ๑ 𝗷𝗷𝗸 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 !
呪術廻戦 + femreader ! she accidentally touches your boobs. / suggestive fluff college au girl x girl & mutual pining.

୨ৎㅤ𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒌𝒐 𝒊𝒆𝒊𝒓𝒊 ! ㅤㅤYou and Shoko have been best friends since childhood. You and she lived in the same apartment building, and because you were the same age, you became friends. The two of you never drifted apart, even when you moved into different halls of residence and took different courses at university. The truth was that you were the only person Shoko thought was worth keeping in touch with. You two were soul mates (not just in the romantic sense of soul mates).
You are her favourite person and the only person she trusts the most. You know absolutely everything about her and she knows absolutely everything about you. There were no secrets in your friendship ⸻ well, except that you were both in complete denial about your romantic feelings for each other.
But besides all the fluff between the two of you, Shoko finds it really funny to just annoy you every chance she gets. You are not safe from her eternal teasing. She loves to see your face burning red with frustration at her teasing. And she used to tease you the most when she needed attention.
Because of medical school, she didn't have much time for herself or for you. So when she was exhausted from studying all day, she had the costume to appear in your dorm. Usually, when she appears in your dorm, the two of you are just having a lazy day, watching TV, reading books together and gossiping about the people in your classes.
But if you have something to do, like a project you need to finish, and you don't give her the attention she needs, she won't hesitate to annoy you in any way she can.
And this time, she decided to get your notebook and started running around the dorm. You get up from your chair and run after her, trying to get your notebook back to finish your notes. When she gets tired of running around, she stops and hides your notebook behind her back. At first you tried to convince her with words, but she seemed to be having none of it ⸻ but in fact she was just trying to get a reaction from you.
When you tried to get close to her, she put her hands out towards you, and her hand accidentally touched one of your boobs. Paralyzed by the situation, she slowly removed her hand from grabbing your breasts and returned your notebook as she left the living room, went into your bedroom, and she threw himself on your bed. She buried her face in your pillows, red-faced, and left you to finish your university work, asking for some of your attention and apologizing for touching your boob.
୨ৎㅤ𝒚𝒖𝒌𝒊 𝒕𝒔𝒖𝒌𝒖𝒎𝒐 !ㅤㅤYou and Yuki met in college when you found out she was going to be your roommate. In the beginning, you were friendly with each other. As time went by, you started talking to each other more and discovered a new friendship.
And she and you quickly become the best of friends.
You were out almost every Friday night. You both went to parties together or just did random best friend things. And one of her favorite things to do with you ⸻ apart from going to the bar ⸻ was going to the cinema. She always got really excited about watching the films she loved. And watching them with you was just the most amazing experience ever. The two of you go on her motorbike, buy popcorn, cans of soda, and lots of sweets to eat during the film. It was a great experience.
And this time, she was so excited to see a horror film that had been well received by the critics. And after convincing you to go with her, of course with the promise that she would pay for everything, since you're not the biggest fan of horror movies.
During the movie, you held on to the popcorn pot that was next to your breasts. You were so focused on not getting scared that you forgot to eat. And Yuki was enchanted by the movie. She certainly had the time of her life. She was so focused that the movement to get the popcorn by the pot with you just became mechanical.
And just as she was about to get some popcorn, she was not expecting the jump scare scene and ended up getting scared. And accidentally, her hands end up in your boob. Feeling something other than the popcorn in her hand, she involuntarily squeezes your breasts gently, trying to find out what it is. When she finally looked at her hand and realized it was touching your breast, she quickly removed it and apologized.
With a red blush spreading along her cheeks, she looked back at the screen and tried to focus on the movie again, but the only thought in her head was this situation and how embarrassing it was to touch ⸻ and squeeze ⸻ her crush's breasts. Later, in the light, she would have a big problem looking in your direction without blushing.
୨ৎㅤ𝒖𝒕𝒂𝒉𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒊𝒐𝒓𝒊 !ㅤㅤEver since you and Utahime met in high school, you two have been inseparable. It was rare to see you and her not together everywhere. And it stayed that way until college. The two of you literally did everything together, from being roommates to going to university parties and everything in between. And one thing Utahime really likes to do is drink, and most of the time at the end of the parties you both go to, you end up carrying her back to the dorm. And this day was no different.
You carried Utahime, who had just had too much to drink, probably more than she ever had, through your dormitory, trying to get her to her bed. It wasn't an unusual scenario. But the thing was, Utahime seems to be more touching compared to the other times. This was probably due to the fact that she had a lot more alcohol in her system this time. And you're not complaining because you've recently started to see her in a different light ⸻ realizing that you like her more than just "best friends". You pushed that thought out of your mind and concentrated on getting her safely to her bed. Just as you thought you had successfully completed the mission, a hand grabbed your wrist and pulled you towards the bed. You despaired a little when you heard Utahime mumbling something incoherent and just hugged you, her head between your breasts.
When you realized you couldn't get off without waking her, you just gave up and let her sleep with you in her arms. Actually, it wasn't that unusual, the two of you had slept in the same bed before ⸻ well, the other time she didn't have her head between your boobs. But despite the situation, you hugged her in return, closed your eyes and within seconds you were asleep with her in your arms.
The next day, Utahime wakes up before you with a headache, but at first she doesn't realise where she is. When she finally came to, noticed her head between your breasts and one of her hands grabbing one of your boobs, she tried not to freak out and wake you up. She distanced herself from you calmly ⸻ but inwardly she was desperate ⸻ and tried to get out of bed.
With her cheek burning red, she decided to go to the kitchen and prepare some breakfast. But for the rest of the day she would always look away from you because she was embarrassed by what had happened in the morning.

𝑣ideo 𝑔ames. 𐙚 両面宿儺 ( streamer!au ) fluff 508 words + warnings. ooc sukuna | sukuna reacts to ship videos.
Sukuna never imagined he would become a famous streamer.
It all started when he started playing games to relieve stress ⸻ something that didn't work out very well ⸻ and the idea of streaming came from his younger brother, who had commented on it as a joke, but as Sukuna had nothing to lose, he started streaming his online matches. But apparently people liked Sukuna's explosive personality. So he kept doing it.
Popularity came with time and what started out as something simple became one of his jobs. With the help of his best friend Uraume, he organized his schedule between his day job as a tattoo artist and his streams.
His videos were all over the Internet, including his fans, who made compilations of Sukuna's best moments (whether he was winning or cursing all the descendants up to the seventh generation of his opponents). It turned out that anything with his name on it went viral, for better or worse.
And Sukuna got a lot out of the whole situation. He didn't care about the comments about him ⸻ the haters didn't get to him even though they tried very hard. In fact, Sukuna didn't care about anything.
But that started to change when his name started to be associated with the name of another famous streamer.
Sukuna didn't understand all this association. They were two streamers from different niches, with different audiences. While Sukuna played horror games with lots of shooting, the unknown streamer was into games like Hello Kitty and Gris.
They were complete opposites.
So when he opened the livestream to start playing, within seconds the comments section was filled with fans asking him to react to some videos.
"Okay, I'll fucking react to this video." Sukuna rolled his eyes and clicked on one of the links that took him to an edit.
In the edit, there were moments from some of his streams and others from the other streamer, while Video Games by Lana Del Rey played in the background.
"What the fuck?" Sukuna looked at the camera as if it were a person. "Why are you editing this? I don't even know her! We've never even spoken a word!”
Sukuna clicked another link that opened another edit ⸻ but with a different song.
"You make a cute couple..." Sukuna read one of the comments "How much did you smoke to say that?" Sukuna asked as he read the comments saying how good they would look together and how they would love to see them interact for real.
Sukuna had to stop himself from rolling his eyes at every comment he read ⸻ his eyes might have ended up in the back of his head. In the midst of the comments, however, Sukuna noticed one in particular from a well-known user.
@ yn.hrtz i think a collaboration wouldn't be bad :)
The corner of Sukuna's lips threatened to pop up, but he quickly looked away from the comment, hoping no one else would notice, and quickly continued his game, pretending nothing had happened.

𝑚y 𝒉usband. 𐙚 両面宿儺 ( streamer!au ) fluff 642 words + warnings. ooc sukuna | you call sukuna 'husband' to see his reaction.
You were in your bedroom, lying on your bed, surrounded by your stuffed animals, snuggling up to a ninety-centimeter Hello Kitty you had recently received from your boyfriend. While one hand held the stuffed animal, the other held your phone as you scrolled through videos on TikTok.
In the background, the sound of water falling from the shower in your bathroom was almost like the soft sound of rain, making you drowsy. You could have used the few minutes before the live start to fall asleep, but you didn't want to sleep for a few minutes and then have to wake up.
So you kept watching the videos until you stopped at one that caught your eye.
It was a trend in which a woman called her boyfriend her husband to see how he would react.
A mischievous smile formed on your lips and you immediately had a brilliant idea. It had been a long time since you and Sukuna had been together, it wouldn't hurt to call him husband just to see his reaction.
With this idea in mind, you continued to watch the videos until you noticed that Sukuna had turned off the shower. Shortly thereafter, your boyfriend appeared shirtless ⸻ showing off his defined, tattooed torso, which still had a few drops of water on it ⸻ and wearing the Hello Kitty print pants you had given him for his birthday.
"You're not going live, are you, doll?" Sukuna approached, sitting on the edge of your bed.
You quickly turned off your phone, leaving it in a corner of the bed, forgetting it existed, and sat down on the bed, looking into Sukuna's eyes.
"I've been waiting for you." You smiled slightly and kissed Sukuna's lips.
"Get things started," Sukuna's hand reached for your cheek, where he caressed it lightly, "and I'll get the snacks."
You nodded and got out of bed to go to your desk and turn on your computer. You got everything set up and took the opportunity to start the livestream, as it was a few minutes past the time you usually started. You sat down in the pink upholstered chair and greeted the people in the chat.
"Today we're going to do something different from the current schedule." You smiled slightly as your eyes quickly shifted to Sukuna, who entered your room.
He wore a white tank top and held cans of soda and snacks in his hands. Sukuna left the food on the table and pulled up a chair to sit next to you, his eyes briefly leaving you to look at the monitor and see some comments in the chat ⸻ as always talking about how cute you were together.
"So, today my husband is going to teach me how to play Resident Evil I" you smiled at the camera.
The moment the word "husband" came out of your mouth, the people in the chat went wild and you looked over at Sukuna, who was next to you, staring at you with an expression that mixed astonishment with adoration.
"What did you call me?" Sukuna pulled your chair towards him.
"What?" You let out a nervous laugh.
"We're not going to play that game today..." Sukuna got up from his chair, picked you up and threw you over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes. He grabbed the mouse, turned off the live stream, and walked over to your bed, gently tossing you onto the mattress.
Ryomen climbed on top of you, kissing you fiercely as his hand traveled over every curve of your body, tracing the paths already engraved in his mind.
"You know you have to marry me now, there is no escape." He whispered in your ear, sending shivers down your spine.
"Did you like it?" you asked with an innocent smile on your face.
"I fucking loved it!”

𝒅𝖾𝗍𝖾𝗇𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇 ᡴꪫ⠀ ( vi & f!reader ) fluff 0.7k + cw. high school au ooc!vi | you and vi met in detention.
While many said that school was like a second home, Violet felt that maybe it wasn't the school itself, but for her, her second home was the detention room. It was no longer surprising to see the pink-haired girl at the back of the room, leaning over the desk as she waited for the time to pass. It was routine for Vi to end up in detention, for whatever reason.
Spending time in that silent room wasn't one of the worst experiences, though. The teacher who supervised the students in detention let them do whatever they wanted as long as they stayed inside until the time was up. And Vi used detention to take a nap before going home.
On this particular day, however, Vi could not fall asleep as she bent over the table. The young woman ran her hands over her face, trying to hold on to the thread of sleep she had felt as she entered the room (the same sleep that seemed to vanish the moment she laid down on the table).
Vi took a deep breath and her eyes swept the room, taking in the students present. There were no more than ten students present, some reading a book or comic, some chatting to each other, some taking the time to do their homework. But Vi's attention ⸻ and curiosity ⸻ was drawn to the girl sitting next to her.
At first, the pink-haired girl hadn't noticed the stranger in the desk next to hers. But once she had, it was as if she couldn't look away.
Not so disguised, Vi leaned back in her chair, settled into a comfortable position and stared at the girl next to her, immersing herself in the stranger's concentration on the notebook. Violet was content to watch as the pencil was controlled by the girl's nimble hands, forming lines and shapes on the paper ⸻ which, unfortunately, was a mystery to her, as she couldn't see at least a glimpse of the drawing.
Violet didn't realise how much time had passed as she watched the stranger in her own world while she drew. She only came back to reality when the girl got up from her chair and began to tidy up her materials, which were scattered all over the table. And like a herd effect, Vi got up, picked up her backpack and headed out of the room, but before she could leave with the other students, she felt a hand grab her wrist, making her stop halfway and turn around.
Vi felt her heart skip a beat as she noticed the girl who had been sitting next to her a few seconds ago standing in front of her, looking at her with her bright eyes as the stars.
"Since you seemed to enjoy watching me.” The girl smiled and handed a folded sheet of paper to Vi, who didn't hesitate to take it.
Vi watched as the stranger disappeared from her field of vision and turned her attention to the paper in her hands. As she opened the paper, Violet felt a blush spread across her cheeks. On the paper was a drawing of herself leaning over the table with her eyes closed (probably a record of one of her failed attempts to fall asleep). The drawing was full of detail, from a few unruly strands of her hair to the piercing in her nose and even the scar on her eyebrow and upper lip.
The drawing was incredibly beautiful and a feeling of happiness grew in Vi's chest, she'd never been anyone's muse before and it hadn't been so bad to be one (not when a pretty girl paid attention to every little detail of her appearance to turn it into a work of art).
She looked at the drawing again and noticed something written in the corner.
A name and a phone number.
Vi smiled to herself as she whispered the name of the artist she had just met, feeling the name come out of her lips like sweet honey. Even the sound of the name was as beautiful as its owner.
Perhaps not sleeping in detention had been one of her best choices. But if she wanted to be more romantic, her inability to sleep seemed to be the work of fate, just waiting for the right moment to act.

𝑛ew 𝑠cenario. 𐙚 両面宿儺 ( streamer!au ) fluff 849 words + warnings. ooc sukuna | sukuna helps you set up a new scenario for your streams.
As Sukuna opened the door to your apartment, he felt a wave of comfort sweep over his chest. He secretly (maybe not so secretly) loved it when you invited him over ⸻ not that he needed an invitation to visit you. Spending time with you, in the comfort of your apartment (which was more like an extension of yours), was all Sukuna needed to feel the tension in his muscles melt away and a good feeling rise in his chest.
Still at the entrance, he took off his sneakers, put on the Kuromi slippers you had bought especially for him, and left his backpack and coat on the rack.
But any peace he felt was gone when he heard a scream from the back of the apartment.
With hurried steps, Sukuna reached the bedroom and was surprised to see so many boxes scattered around the room and you sitting in the middle of the mess.
"What the hell happened here?" he asked, getting your attention.
"‘Kuna! You arrived at just the right moment." You got up from the floor and went to hug your boyfriend, who returned the hug without a second thought. "I was trying to tidy up the new room, but I slipped," you laughed, embarrassed at how clumsy you were, and the boy just stared at you, getting drunk on every feature of your face.
And then a light appeared in the back of Sukuna's mind. You had recently told Sukuna that you wanted to change the location of your streams. You wanted to move your computer out of your bedroom and use the empty room in your apartment.
"Why didn't you call me? I could have helped you move things around." He said, looking at the mess in the room.
"You were at work, 'Kuna." You replied, "But since you're here, you could help me, couldn't you?"
"Just tell me what you need." Sukuna held your face and kissed your lips.
You smiled excitedly and hugged Sukuna once more before starting to tell him what to do.
While Sukuna was busy putting a shelf on the wall (following the sketch you had made of how you wanted the room to look) and then a perforated panel, you were trying to understand the instructions on how to assemble the bookshelf you had bought to put your stuffed animals, DVDs, and books in to decorate the room.
"Sweetheart, why don't you finish arranging your stuffed animals and decorations and let me do the rest?" Sukuna walked up to you, grabbed you by the waist, and took the manual from your hand.
"It's not fair; you get to do all the hard work!"
"Let me do it for you, huh?" He reached for your lips and stole a kiss.
"All right..." You sighed in defeat, "Are you already done?" You asked in surprise as you looked at the shelf on the wall, the perforated panel hanging, and the table set up in the exact position you had placed it on the sketch.
Sukuna just smiled sideways and stole another kiss before starting to read the instructions on how to assemble the bookshelf.
Meanwhile, you took the opportunity to sweep the room and clean the newly installed desk and shelf. Carefully, you set up your ultrawide monitor, keyboard, and mouse, a DSLR camera on a tripod above the monitor, and your pink microphone on an articulated arm. On the small shelf above the desk, you placed a heart-shaped clock and a picture frame containing a photo of you and Sukuna, and placed a My Melody stuffed animal between the clock and the picture frame. On the perforated panel hanging on the wall next to it, you placed your headphones and hung some Polaroids for decoration.
When it got dark, Sukuna had already finished assembling the bookshelf, and you started decorating it, putting up some stuffed animals, CDs, DVDs, books, etc.
"Do you think I should buy a big puff to put here?" You asked as soon as you'd finished decorating.
"It's easier to buy a two-seater sofa."
"I think I'll make a list of things to buy to decorate the room; I think it's still a bit empty." You looked around. "I think a cabinet would be nice too, to store my Xbox and PS."
"We'll think about it later. I think I deserve a reward now, don't you?" He pulled you by your waist.
"Reward?" You tilted your head to the side in doubt.
"Uh huh," he murmured in affirmation as he moved his face closer to yours, brushing his lips gently against yours. "Maybe watch a movie," he suggested.
"I don't know; the last time you suggested it, we didn't finish the movie."
"As far as I remember, you didn't complain," Sukuna smiled mischievously.
"'KUNA!" You said it in a suppressed tone, making your boyfriend just laugh at your reaction.
"I promise we'll just watch the movie this time." He kissed you calmly.
"You don't seem to have any intention of keeping that promise…" You murmured against his lips, and Sukuna smiled, confirming your words.
"Maybe…”

𝑓amily 𝑚eeting. 𐙚 両面宿儺 ( streamer!au ) fluff 1.2k words + warnings. ooc sukuna | sukuna meeting your parents.
You never imagined that you would introduce a boyfriend to your parents. Not that you've never been in a relationship before, but certainly none as serious as the one you're in with Sukuna.
And bringing someone you care about to meet your family is certainly a big step in a relationship.
On the one hand, you were calm, knowing that your parents would support your relationship when they saw how much you liked Sukuna (and how much Sukuna liked you). But still, there was a small feeling of apprehension, a small fear that everything would go wrong.
"You know... we don't really have to do this." You said to Sukuna when you were already outside your parents' house, the house where you had spent most of your life.
"Why are you nervous?" Sukuna asked confusedly as he entwined his fingers in yours.
When you had woken up this morning, you had seemed excited about the idea of introducing Sukuna to your parents, but now, at this moment, your sudden apprehension worried the boy.
"What if... what if they don't like you?" you asked almost in a whisper, ashamed of the dark side of your thoughts your mind had taken you to while you overthought the situation.
"I don't care if they like me or not," Sukuna sighed, "I just care that they know how special you are to me." Sukuna slowly approached you and planted a kiss on your forehead.
The sweet, simple act made your heart race. You didn't know why you were having such bad thoughts, because Sukuna was exactly the perfect boyfriend for you. Nothing would go wrong!
You smiled slightly, feeling the pressure leave your shoulders, and rang the doorbell.
In less than a few minutes, you were greeted by your mother with a beaming smile on her face.
"Oh, my dear, you're home!" Your mother pulled you into a tight hug.
"My love, you don't have to pretend you weren't watching them on the security camera." Your father appeared behind your mother, holding a cloth and wearing a frilly pink apron.
"Ignore your father." Your mother laughed and planted a kiss on your cheek, "It's so nice to see you again, and especially with such a handsome boy." The older woman turned to Sukuna.
"It is a pleasure to meet you." Sukuna said and bowed in respect.
"There's no need for all this formality, Sukuna," your mother laughed, hugging your boyfriend, "Hum, he's better looking than I thought, someone has inherited their mother's good taste," your mother laughed, looking in your direction.
“Mom!”
"It's good to have you home, my little angel." Your father hugged you tightly after your mother gave way. "And it's nice to meet you, Sukuna." Your father held out his hand to your boyfriend, who shook it without hesitation.
"Well, let's go inside and lunch will be ready soon. And Sukuna, make yourself at home!"
"Thank you.”
As the day wore on, you began to realize that all the nervousness you had felt before entering your parents' house was pointless.
During lunch, his parents (kindly) interrogated Sukuna with typical questions to get to know him better. Things ranging from "what do you do for a living" to "how did you meet our daughter" to "what is your favorite color". These were questions your parents would ask to better understand the person you were dating.
And apparently Sukuna was doing perfectly well, judging by your mother's satisfied smile with every answer he gave.
"You know..." Your mother smiled as she put the glass of wine she had been drinking back on the table, "I honestly never imagined that my daughter would date someone whose style was so diametrically opposed to hers. I must admit, my biggest fear was that she would end up with someone with no personality at all. But I guess fate really does have its moments."
"Mom..." You smiled sweetly at her words and squeezed Sukuna's hand, "That was…”
"Cheesy," she said laughing, "Ah, alcohol makes me say such beautiful and cheesy words at the same time!"
"Or it's you who never stopped having a sweet soul." Your father smiled romantically in your mother's direction.
"Well, now that we know about you, Sukuna, I think the most awaited moment for you to meet your in-laws has arrived." Your mother said excitedly.
"And what would that be?" You asked, confused.
"The photo album from when you were a baby!" Your father replied, sharing your mother's enthusiasm.
"Um, I can't wait to see it!" Sukuna smiled mischievously, looking at you, enjoying the situation.
You bit your lower lip, maybe you could put up with Sukuna's teasing if it meant he was having a good time with your parents.
After lunch, you cleared the table and your father led Sukuna into the living room after picking up the huge box containing several photo albums from your birth to adulthood.
From the kitchen, as you helped your mother with the dishes, you could hear your father's enthusiastic voice telling the stories behind each photo and even answering Sukuna's questions about certain events.
You were glad they were getting along so well.
"My dear..." Your mother called out, causing you to turn your attention to her.
"Yes, Mom?"
"I'm happy for you." She smiled softly, "Sukuna is a good boy, and from what I've seen, he's certainly a good boyfriend for you. It's comforting to know that you have someone like him by your side, supporting you and loving you for who you are. I knew you'd make a good choice.”
"Thanks, Mom." You smiled and hugged your mother.
"Now go and stay with your boyfriend, you can let me finish here."
"Are you sure?" You asked, looking at the sink where you were just putting away what was already clean.
"Absolutely.”
You smiled and hugged your mother one last time before you went into the living room and sat down on the couch next to your boyfriend.
"And then we went to Santa's Village, a Christmas attraction, and she fell in love with the fake baby reindeer and wanted to take it home," your father said, showing Sukuna a photo of you as a child hugging a fake reindeer.
"You were quite a troublemaker as a child," Sukuna smiled mischievously, resting his hand on your knee.
"It takes one to know another." You smiled, resting your head on Sukuna's strong shoulder.
"They loved you," you murmured, cuddling into Sukuna's arms as you lay on his bed.
It was already night, and after a lively afternoon with your parents, especially telling them about your adventures when you were a restless little child, you returned to Sukuna's apartment, not before your boyfriend promised to visit your parents again and join the family celebrations.
"If I remember correctly, it was you who was worrying that pretty little head of yours." Sukuna hugged you and kissed the top of your head.
"I've never introduced anyone I've dated to my parents, I don't know if I could bear to see that they didn't like you."
"And if they hadn't liked me, what would you have done?”
"I would insist until they realized they were wrong and started to like you." You smiled and leaned against Sukuna's chest, watching his sleepy expression.
"I thought you would break up with me if they didn't like me."
"Are you crazy?" you asked, surprised at Sukuna's confession, "I would never break up with you.”
"Never?" Sukuna smiled as he looked at you, his long fingers tangling in your slightly messy hair.
"Never, ever!" You smiled and kissed his cheek before snuggling back into your boyfriend's large, muscular body.
"Good." He murmured before falling asleep as he hugged you.

𝑟elationship 𝒉eadcanons. 𐙚 両面宿儺 ( streamer!au ) fluff 434 words + warnings. ooc sukuna | brain dump headcanons.
Your relationship has the whole grumpy x sunshine and ‘hates everyone but her’ vibe!
You're complete opposites in personality (and style), but you do have some tastes in common, which made matching easy.
When you met in person, Sukuna felt something different, but at first he denied his feelings, thinking it was too soon to develop anything.
At first, he was afraid to open up because he thought it would scare you away if you found out about his feelings.
But after you started dating, he opened up to you and is always open and straightforward about his feelings.
Sukuna loves to hear you talk, about anything. He loves your voice and listening to you is his way of getting to know you better.
He remembers everything you tell him, whether it's about you, your favorite show, or even some work gossip.
He likes all kinds of physical contact (as long as it's with you) and his favorite thing is when you run your hand through his hair.
Sukuna also likes it when you run your finger along his tattoos, following the lines, and secretly loves it when you ask him to color them.
He has a CD player in his house and has several CDs that he has recorded for you ⸻ the songs range from your favorites to songs that remind him of you to songs that remind him of your relationship.
Has a habit of calling you "sweetheart", "doll", "darling" and even calls you that when you're in the middle of an argument.
Sukuna hates to argue with you, but sometimes he's too stubborn to apologize first. In the end, a heart-to-heart will resolve everything.
Passenger princess privileges!!! He won't let you drive anywhere, that's his job.
It's a cliché, but Sukuna loves to see you wearing his clothes. Since he's very muscular, they tend to look big on you, which makes you look adorable in his eyes.
Matching Sanrio pajamas!!!
He likes to be the big spoon at bedtime; he feels it's his way of protecting you while you sleep.
On very hot days, he'll turn the AC on almost full blast just so he can hug you while you sleep.
Sukuna's addicted to your lips and will always find a way to steal a kiss from you.
And as shocking as it is, he likes long kisses because he can savor the moment.
Gentle, but can be rough (if you know what I'm talking about!!!)
You will always be the most beautiful person to him.
You're the only person who made him imagine getting married and starting a family.

𝑠omething 𝑚ore. 𐙚 両面宿儺 ( streamer!au ) fluff slight angst 1.6k words + warnings. ooc sukuna | based on this ask.
If Sukuna met his past self and told him that he was playing Dress To Impress on livestream with none other than you ⸻ the famous streamer ⸻, his past self would surely laugh in his face, and when he realized it was true, he might have a minor existential crisis.
Not even Sukuna himself in the present believed it at that time.
But there he was, cursing in every possible word because an off-topic, barefoot person was first on the podium and he (who had made a great reference on the theme) wasn't even third on the podium, and meanwhile, on the other side of the screen, there you were, laughing at the whole situation.
The sweet, soft sound of your laughter in Sukuna's headset sent a shiver down his spine.
After fans had been pestering Sukuna's life (and yours, too) asking for a collaboration between the two of you, he finally decided to do his fans' bidding and invite you for a collaboration; after all, he was already convinced that he already had the "no" from you. What would be a surprise was when you actually accepted the proposal.
And in the end, Sukuna was really surprised when you agreed to play a live game with him.
The first time you went on a livestream together, Sukuna was nervous (although he wouldn't admit it). Nervous because he was afraid that you wouldn't like him and that you would think his mouth was too dirty. This would have been the first time in Sukuna's entire life that he had to control himself not to swear at everyone. In the end, it all worked out, and Sukuna couldn't help but be on cloud nine when you sent him a message saying that it had been nice playing with him and that he didn't have to hold back and could swear as much as he wanted.
You really knew how to surprise him.
And one livestream became two, which became three, which became four, and so on. Before you knew it, it was almost routine to livestream together.
Of course, the interaction didn't stop at the internet. After a long time, Sukuna had finally worked up the courage to ask you out.
In the beginning, it was just a meeting between friends, which became a regular thing. Every now and then you'd show up in his room in the middle of a livestream, leaving fans in the comments excited about your appearance, and other times it was the other way around, with Sukuna showing up in your livestreams, which was hilarious considering he was tall and muscular and just sitting in a pink room full of stuffed animals.
Things between you and Sukuna seemed to be just friendly on camera, but there was something much more intimate behind it.
You couldn't tell if it was Sukuna's little touches, or the calm tone in which he addressed you, or even the way his lips touched yours gently.
Your relationship certainly didn't fit the "just friends" label. Especially since friends don't share a bed or kiss each other in the intimate and romantic way that Sukuna kissed you. It seemed to be more than that.
It was a complicated relationship.
But a complicated relationship wasn't what you wanted. You wanted much more than a meaningless connection with Sukuna. And maybe that was the problem.
Feeling suffocated and anxious about the whole situation, you thought maybe distancing yourself from Sukuna and all the games and livestreams would help clear your mind. Maybe you just needed a moment with your own feelings to come to a conclusion and move on.
But you just didn't expect the uproar that your disappearance would cause.
Sukuna wasn't a person who cared about other people's feelings and opinions. He didn't care and thought it was a waste of his time. However, there was only one exception.
But his exception had disappeared.
It had been a long time since you had texted him or shown up at his apartment ⸻ almost one week, to be exact. When he texted you, you were always slow to respond, and when you did, it was short and to the point, unlike before when the two of you texted.
But the last straw for Sukuna was when you didn't show up for the livestream with him, and all the fans were confused not only by your absence from the collaboration but also from your solo streams.
Sukuna thought it might be because of your other work, but you told him and your followers that it wouldn't be possible to do the live.
But you had disappeared without saying anything at all.
And Sukuna found that worrying.
Sukuna looked away from the computer, at the clock on his desk, and over to the chat room where people were asking for you. Knowing that he wouldn't be able to concentrate on the game, Sukuna simply told them that the live would end there and then left the game.
He got up from his chair and picked up his black sweatshirt that was lying on the bed. Sukuna looked out the window and saw the dark sky and heavy clouds threatening to rain at any moment.
"Fuck it." Sukuna muttered and took the key to his apartment and left the building.
In large, hurried steps, Sukuna headed towards your apartment (which fortunately wasn't that far from his), but halfway there, it started to rain, so he ran to get there faster.
When he arrived at your building, the doorman, who was already familiar with him, simply extended Sukuna and opened the gate, allowing him to enter.
Sukuna decided to take the stairs, believing that it would help him dry faster, but it was in vain.
Stopping in front of your door, he took a deep breath before ringing the bell.
In a matter of seconds, you opened the door, and Sukuna got a glimpse of you in your Hello Kitty print velvet pajama pants and a thin white tank top with a sleepy look on your face.
Sukuna wanted to smile at the sight, as he always did, but his concern spoke louder at that moment.
You seemed fine, so why was he so worried?
"Sukuna..." You said in surprise at the boy's sudden appearance, but your attention quickly turned to the fact that he was soaking wet, "Oh my, you're all wet!"
As you turned to get him a towel, Sukuna gently grabbed your arm and tried to stop you from leaving.
"What the fuck?" Sukuna muttered as he pulled you closer, trying to keep a reasonable distance so he wouldn't get you wet. "Why the hell did you just disappear?"
"What?" You looked at him in surprise, you hadn't thought he would notice your distance, "What are you talking about?”
"Come on," Sukuna said your name as he rolled his eyes, "you don't text me, you answer me in short bursts like you don't want to talk to me, you just blew me off in today's stream, not to mention you didn't even do your solo streams."
"I was just... I was just busy." You were partially lying.
"And now you're lying to me."
"I'm not lying!" You said defensively.
"Do you think I don't know when you're lying? Come on, sweetheart! It's the most obvious thing in the world!" Sukuna laughed dryly, even though the situation wasn't funny. "Now, are you going to tell me why the hell you disappeared, or are you going to fucking lie to me again?”
"I needed some time alone." You answered honestly. You knew that Sukuna would be able to spot another lie, so you decided that telling the truth might save you a lot of heartache.
"And why did you need some time alone?" Sukuna let go of your arm and crossed his arms in front of him.
"Because of you..."
"Because of me?" Sukuna asked worriedly, "What the hell did I do?" Sukuna's mind wandered through the memories he had with you, looking for anything that might indicate you were angry with him, but he couldn't remember anything he had done to hurt you.
"Not because of you, but because of us. Or anything we have." A sigh left his lips, "Look, Sukuna, I don't want what we have. This casual thing that doesn't seem to mean anything. I want something more, I want to be in a relationship and do what couples do.”
"So you think that what we have is something casual that has no meaning?" Sukuna's heart clenched in his chest.
"I don't know! I don't know what we are and that worries me. I don't want to get caught up in the idea that we're friends, but not just friends, never more than that. It's complicated and I don't want that kind of complication.”
"And why didn't you just talk to me about it?"
"I don't know, I was afraid."
"Afraid? Afraid of what?"
"Afraid that you wouldn't want more. That's why I stayed away. I wanted to understand the whole situation and my feelings better"
"You should have told me. It would have been less of a worry for your pretty little head," he patted you weakly on the forehead.
"What?" you asked, confused by his sentence.
"Do you really think that I don't like you? That I don't want something more with you? That I don't want you to call me 'your boyfriend'?" Sukuna held your chin, bringing your face dangerously close to his, "That's all I've been thinking about since I kissed you.”
"So..." Your eyes sparkled with hope.
"Yes, I want to have a relationship with you and be your boyfriend. I was just waiting for the right moment to say it." A sly smile appeared on his lips.
"Sorry for ruining your plans," you laughed weakly.
"Good thing you have all night to apologize." Sukuna's smile grew, and he wasted no time in closing the short distance between you, kissing you gently, savoring every moment your lips touched.

𝒉ow to kiss a girl.
𐙚 ⠀家入硝子 ︎ִֶָ fem reader & fluff + cw. not-proofread 784w | you and shoko kiss for the first time.
It had been a while since you felt a strange sensation when you were around Shoko.
It was difficult to explain ⸻ or perhaps there was no adequate way to express what she provoked in you with a simple, fleeting touch of her fingers. It seemed extraordinary, the reaction of your body to her touches and the words of affection she uttered. And yet you were best friends, sharing secrets and being privy to each other's adventures. You knew each other like the back of your hands. It was undeniable that your love was completely platonic. Although you liked girls, Shoko didn't like girls romantically ⸻ and in the end you were just a simple girl.
Maybe the problem was how beautiful and kind she was. Maybe the problem was you and your constant denial of your feelings from the beginning. Or maybe the problem was the fate that brought Shoko into your life.
You watched as Shoko sat next to you on the sofa, devouring a bowl of ice cream. It was a habit to have evenings like this, it could almost be called a routine. The two of you, settled on the sofa in your apartment, having a "slumber party" while complaining about adult life, watching the most clichéd romantic comedies of the 90s and 2000s while enjoying ice cream.
“What happened?” Shoko asked, turning to you. Her black eyes shone like gems with their sparkle, her pink moisturized lips had a perfect shape, which were smeared with your favorite ice cream.
“Nothing” You shook your head negatively, trying to dispel the thought of how inviting her lips were. “I was just thinking about a paper I have to turn in at the end of the month.”
Shoko didn't seem to care about your false explanation, she just nodded and turned her attention back to the pot of ice cream in her hands.
You went back to watching the random movie on the TV and settled down better on the sofa, trying not to look at the woman next to you. Paying attention to something other than her lips was your only goal, but your mind didn't seem to like the idea of paying attention to anything else, so the image of Shoko's lips appeared in your mind every second and drove you crazy.
When your attention finally settled on the clichéd plot of the movie, you felt a movement on the sofa and when you turned around, you noticed that Shoko was sitting next to you, so close that you could feel her arm touching yours.
"Did something happen?" You asked, confused by the closeness, but Shoko only moved closer.
“There's something I've always wanted to know, what it feels like" her eyes met yours and you finally swallowed, feeling a nervousness growing in your stomach.
"What is it?" Fortunately, your voice didn't break, as it threatened to do at that moment.
"I noticed you staring at my lips earlier and I wanted to know how to kiss a girl.”
"Ah well... you know, it's not much different from kissing a man, I guess…”
"It doesn't seem right to kiss a girl the way you kiss a man. Maybe you should teach me, don't you think?”
"Shoko..." You felt your body burn, not knowing if it was embarrassment or excitement to know that Shoko wanted to kiss you.
"May I?" Her hand rested firmly on your neck and slowly approached your face.
Unsure what to say and intoxicated by her sweet cherry scent, you just nodded.
"Come on, darling, use your words." she smiled sideways.
"Y… yes" her voice was almost a whisper.
When you least expected it, you felt her soft lips touch yours and an electric current ran through your entire body, sending shivers down your spine. She moved her lips against yours in a calm, gentle rhythm and you just went with the flow. Her hand left the back of your neck and moved down your body until it found your waist, taking the opportunity to slip her hand under your pajama top and lightly squeeze it. Shoko laid you down on the sofa and positioned herself between your legs as she slipped her tongue into your mouth.
Little by little you felt your body burning with lust. It was inevitable not to get addicted to Shoko's sweet lips and her hands running over your body.
However, confirming the saying "all good things are short-lived", you pulled away, gasping for air. You felt her hand run over your bare skin, sending a strong shiver down your spine.
“I think kissing a woman is much better than kissing a man." Shoko smiled before she attacked your lips again.
