My favorite head Canon when it comes to City spirits is that the Lazarus pits were originally a city Spirit known as Lady Lassie

Who ran him an ectoplasm brewery some type of moonshine thing where she was a part of the revolution over the Opera dark and was one of the people who got caught before the planet can actually succeed and now stuck underneath Lazarus pits

And without her to control them they're running sadness and not doing what they're supposed to a whole thing there when you come down there and you get stuck as a ghost you get offered a place in the bar to watch the mortal plane

Especially love this idea with DC x Dp cuz just the idea of Danny telling Batman oh yeah Lady Lassie was wondering if you could stay out the Lazarus pits for a while she's trying to fix them up and if you could tell that to the assassin League that you know

Anyhow this is a dumb idea and if you answer this I might respond with some type of short little writing of it have a good day though and an afternoon or night

Danny showing up to the BatCave/Watchtower unannounced (bonus points if none of the heroes have a semblance of idea who he is) to warn them that the bar is closed! No more ecto-whiskey!
