Bibliophile

A person who loves books is called a bibliophile. The term comes from the Greek words biblio, meaning "book", and philos, meaning "friend". Bibliophiles are often known for having large collections of books, and enjoying browsing through libraries and used bookstores.

Other terms for a book lover include:

Bookworm: A person who loves and frequently reads or collects books

Bibliolater: A person who is overly devoted to books

Bookman: Another term for a person who loves books

Lectophile: A person who finds delight in the world of books and stories

Reader: A person who reads, especially for pleasure

gosh I'm sure I'm missing a million movies that would give me comfort bc I barely watch movies anymore with kiddos monopolizing our TV but maybe... The King's Speech? saw it in theaters on a date with My Guy and I'm guessing revisiting it would give me comfort?

Okay, but owning the original paperback/hardcover edition of a now very popular book is a different, more elite kind of drip.

Like whose got the original Lunar Chronicles series? And who went to Barnes and Noble years later and got upset that to get the new cool book cover art they’d have to get the whole series again. I don’t have that kind of money yet.
