✘ Ren paused for a moment as the officer approached him, silently running his finger against one of the smaller, subtle scars that adorned the knight’s torso; right under his left pectoral. The older male seemed completely fixated by it, and it hadn’t been the first time that his attention had be caught by such a small detail. Ren let out a breathy, almost flustered sigh, before grabbing Hux’s wrist gently. “Do you mind if I finish getting dressed, General? Or would you like to take your time?”
The general was too focused on the small scar beneath his ungloved fingers, to get a grasp of what was going on around him, until the sudden grip on his wrist caused him to snap out of his trance-like state. He blinked twice, before he quickly pulled his hand away, escaping Kylo's almost too gentle touch and stepped backwards.
"I got distracted for a moment, Ren, sorry for the intrusion." Though his tone was calm as he replied, his bright eyes could easily tell that he wasn't sorry at all. "Go on."

✘ The thick soles of Kylo Ren’s boots echoed down the corridors leading to the command offices of the Finalizer. He found the notion of being summoned by Hux to be rather ballsy on the general’s behalf; having warned the officer more than once of his disinterest in being disturbed over trivial matters. His fists clenched as he walked, but he kept his movements slow, calm, and deliberate. There was little doubt in his mind that he would be on the receiving end of a lecture regarding the importance of the modules aboard the ship. His frustration had rained down upon 3 of the countless modules in little over a month. Perhaps he was overdue the lecture. Still, it was an annoyance to be summoned by the petulant general, and Ren’s patience was not to be tested. He passed into the shutter doors of Hux’s office, the hilt of his saber swaying slightly to his movements. He paced back and forth in front of the officer, giving of an aura that would cause most lesser soldiers to flee. Finally, he took a breath, addressing the general that had eyed his every movement with jovial amusement. “You wanted to see me, General?” The implied scowl could be heard even underneath the modulator that masked his voice, “This had better be worth my time, Hux.”

"You're exactly twenty minutes and thirty two seconds too late, but yes Ren you're right, I wanted to see you. Also could you please stop walking forth and back like a caged and anxious animal? It’s highly distracting"
It didn't require the ability to read minds to know that the General wasn't in a good mood and especially not in the mood to tolerate the knight's pathetic attempts to appear intimidating, still he did his best to retain his calm expression and to suppress the urge to roll his eyes.
“I was wondering, why is it such an impossible task for you to obey some ground rules? Is it because of a lack of discipline or understanding?" It was a rhetorical question. "In the past month you destroyed first order property again, three consoles to be exact and though I'm sure that you lack a proper excuse for your thoughtless and uncontrolled actions, I want to give you a moment to defend yourself. So speak, I'm all ears."
