How I shift to my drs with ease.

*taps mic and clears throat* the president of yappermania has risen I fear.

I figured I'd talk my ish about shifting and how simple it is because what the helly??? 😩 it's not as hard as people may make it seem.

Over the years, especially on shifttok in my opinion i feel like people make it seem like the so called 'methods' are the keys to make you shift when the key isn't nessecarily that. It's can be a tool but its not a key, believe it or not the the key is actually you!!

Those guided meditations, shifting methods ARE TOOLS.

You don't have to count to 100, lay in a starfish position and review your whole script every second of the day & memorise every intricate detail to shift. In fact you don't really need to do anything if you don't want to...

I shifted to my 2nd modern aot dr a week or two ago - with no script made just a few pics in a pinterest board & shifted to my other aot dr a month ago (although both times it was for like a millesecond) it purposely happened so a win is a win!!

HOW I DID IT. . . .

Once I realised that shifting is so incredibly easy, i let go of all those methods I forced myself to do partly because I couldn't be bothered..im lazy in hopes of waking up in my dr, I now know and don't hope.

i usually shift at night so i get into bed, think about my dr and accept that im actually there. it's done. I know im going to wake up in said place (in my case it was nyc)

sometimes my thoughts get the best of me, saying "If your there why are you-" or "are you sure you can do it-" i just laugh it off because i know it isn't true. my subconscious knows im a master shifter, i dont have to keep repeating myself because a person who's mastered something doesn't question. They just know...so why am i questioning myself? there's no need to stress.

ask yourself questions like - "Why am i so good at this?" "How do i shift on every try? thats crazy. and i hardly do anything too. minimal effort." Instert Kamala Harris' laugh fr. feel free to giggle because it's too easy. You keep winning over and over again!

Wake up in your dr.

That's quite literally it. Now go serve face in your dr babes!

Deep maroon and black clothes accompanied by pale features swam above you. Lyney. Lyney? You can barely recall what you were doing before now. Did you just wake up? The sight of your partner waking you up in the morning so familiar it makes you want to smile. Sometimes Lyney likes to perform simple tricks for you to slowly lift your mind from sleep. Your lips couldn’t move. A new feeling slithered and coiled around your torso. Pain. Panic clambered up your throat only to fail at your mouth. Lyney was so close yet so far, you just wanted him. You needed to tell him you needed help, sensation overwhelmed you. Lukewarm liquid grasped at your sides, urging to pull you under and drown you, rip you away. You started at your beloved above you, a vacancy forced upon your features. Lyney doesn’t know, he needs to know.

Lyney knew better than anyone. The second the box was crushed, you inside, Lyney lost connectivity with the world around him. Repeating over and over, the sound of snapped rope consumed his mind. Vomit peaked in Lyney’s throat when the blood seeped steadily out of the carnage despite the dust’s unsettled position. His shiny boots vaulted him forward down the seating aisle. The traveler and court officials blurred past him. Breathing harsh, he slid down beside the wreck, glass slicing through his tights, exposing him to the water that flooded the stage. Neuvillette’s shouting casted a devastating soundtrack around you as Lyney shoved glass and splinters from the half of you not completely buried by debris.

"Sweetheart? Hey, can you hear me? Come on let’s get you outta there." Lyney coos at your semi-conscious self.

You groan in response, Lyney hushing and whispering comforting words to you. The chaos around you was reaching the summit of a harsh crescendo. Tears cascaded down your cheeks, your voice cried out weakly for Lyney. He assured you.

"I’m here, I’m here, I’ve got you. We’re gonna be ok."

Hard hands gripped Lyney forcefully and tore him away from you. Neuvillette. The magician thrashed and yelled at the Chief Justice as he was separated from you. The large, white-haired man remained stoic, removing Lyney from the scene. Neuvillette handed Lyney over to some Gardes closer to the entrance of the Opera Epiclese, restraining the magician until further notice.

You remained under the debris. Blood has tainted the water a rich bloody sunset colour. The sound of your whines and exclamations of pain ricocheted throughout the theatre, a terrifying performance. The Gardes surrounding your blurred vision were unknown and filled you with fear. Lyney was right there a moment ago… The blue-uniform danced above you as they urgently tried to free you from your prison.

It felt like your brain collided with the other side of your cranium when they yanked you free. Your legs felt so numb. The numbness crawled up from your legs, settling over your body like a large cat ready for a nap. The rainbow of blues and bright lights tempted your eyes to close. As a paramedic’s lullaby tapped on your cheek, you thought of the maroon magician.

The Method: I'm not typically a method girly but i do enjoy lucid dreaming & i do it often since ive been doing it since i was younger/ unintentionally (and sleep paralysis but that's another story LMAO.) So throughout a span of 5 ish days i basically js affirmed that i lucid dream all the time, and i shift through it all that. Kept persisting despite what the 3d was showing me bc who rlly gaf about that LMAOO BYE. Anyways for lucid dreaming i did the wbtb method basically i went to bed and set an alarm 4 hours after i had slept, but you can do 5 too. so boom i wake up im setting the scene for my lucid dream, "I'm gonna wake up in a garden and there will be a door," whatever. I woke up on an island in the middle of nowhere but i ended up making a door myself and shifted to my rapper dr!! (i havent introduced it yet but it looks like i will have to in the mean time)

The shift: it really felt like nothing, in general (for me) shifting feels like absolutely NOTHING. i literally blinked and i was there, in the mirror doing face masks w my man🤭🤭(quite literally like the pictures i put). I had my digital camera out and we were taking mirror pics which is super cuteeeeeeee

I didn't even crash out im lowkey proud of myself because he was standing right next to me so casually ofc. I have 2 houses in that dr, one in the US and one in Korea. I was in Korea this time.

Im like touching up my mask whatever (it was a sheet mask) im literally just rubbing my undereyes bc i had NO IDEA what to do at all. He steps out of the bathroom to go somewhere, i could hear him walking around the house.

Once he leaves i grab my phone off the bathroom island/counter/sink??? and i sit on the toilet literally CONTEMPLATING LIKE HOW DID I JUST- babe i was not expecting that dr. I could hear him calling me from a fair distance away he was like "Babe C'mere" PHEWWWWW DONT MIND IF I DO.

Anyways i came back here shortly after that. That was a little long im sorry, but thats really itttt
