Cocoa Cookie and Mint Choco Cookie, obviously. Both have crushes on each other but they're both too shy to act on it, despite every Cookie already knowing and shipping them (I see you Mont Blance and Latte trying to dress Cocoa up for her not date. I also see you, Sparkling Cookie, who also clearly ships them)

Lime Cookie has a massive crush on Orange Cookie and tries her best to get her attention and impress her. She also gets jealous when other cookies show interest in Orange Cookie, lol

Pure Vanilla Cookie literally stated that he loved White Lily Cookie and even said, "Do I still have feelings... for White Lily Cookie?" In his dream, so that's confirmed.

Sea Fairy Cookie and Moonlight Cookie are in love, and Sea Fairy literally abandoned her role as an elemental so she could forever gaze at the moon

Despite not being officially confirmed, it is so VERY heavily implied that Shadow Milk Cookie has feelings beyond obsession for Pure Vanilla Cookie. He is ECSTATIC over the idea of Pure Vanilla Cookie saying that they are "meant to be" and when Pure Vanilla Cookie says that he'll stay by his side forever. For fuck's sake, the two literally FUSE their souljam. Honestly, some romances can't be described by simple words. Sometimes it's described through obsession, corruption, awakening, and hatred.

Knight Cookie has a crush on Princess Cookie and literally has a dream where she was going to ask him to marry her, but he woke up before it could finish

Blue Lily Cookie has a crush on Lilybell Cookie, and it's implied that Lilybell likes her back (no, they are not sisters. No, Lilybell Cookie isn't a child. She is an adult, but she is just small).

Milk Cookie has a celebrity crush in Dark Choco Cookie

In the comics, Adventurer Cookie and Blackberry Cookie are married

Lord Oyster and White Pearl Cookie both had crushes on each other before shit hit the fan

In the comics, Fire Spirit Cookie had a crush on Cocoa Cookie

I'm actually not sure about this one since wikis can be edited by anyone, but I'll still count it. It's implied that Shining Glitter Cookie and Black Lemonade Cookie have feelings for each other

Cotton Candy Cookie has a crush on Chili Pepper Cookie (shown on relationships chart. Honestly, she has a crush on everyone)

Espresso Cookie and Madeleine Cookie.... kinda. Okay, I'm not really sure. I'm leaning toward "maybe" bcuz devsiss advertises it a lot more than other ships, but also, that could just be bcuz it's popular. Espresso Cookie seems to be annoyed by Madeleine Cookie's antics, but Madeleine Cookie seems to want to impress Espresso Cookie and he does view him as a friend and despite their differences, they are seen a lot together. Wildberry is possibly implied to have a crush on Crunchy Chip Cookie (Pavlova mentions it in their kingdom interaction and he mentions it in the Beast-Yeast story)

Ingredients:

juice of 1 lime

large handful of mint leaves

1 tbsp simple sugar syrup (such as Monin)

100ml coconut rum

50ml coconut cream

100ml chilled soda water

To garnish:

pomegranate seeds

mint leaves

Step by step:

Half-fill two glasses with ice. Put the lime juice and a large handful of mint leaves in a cocktail shaker and muddle together. 

Add a large handful of ice to the shaker and pour in the sugar syrup, coconut rum and coconut cream. Shake well until very cold, then strain into the glasses. 

Top up with 50ml soda water per glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and extra mint.

Barty sat fully clothed in the bathtub, the loud sounds of the overhead shower soaking his clothes and trying and failing to drown out his thoughts. He wasn't sure how he'd expected this time to be any different. It was always the same. He really should give up on this whole love thing.

The shower shut off abruptly startling Barty out of his thoughts and unseeing stare. Evan plopped himself down on the floor next to the bathtub two containers of ice cream held in one arm and two spoons in hand, he used his free hand to hold one of the ice cream tubs and a spoon out to Barty.

"rough night?" Evan's tone was casual, conversational, not demanding for Barty to tell him everything just giving him the option.

Barty took a few bites of his ice cream, key lime pie, his favorite, before he spoke. "he dumped me" he stabbed his ice cream a little agressively with his spoon "said I was "too much' and he 'didn't have the energy to deal with me' whatever that means."

Evan didn't say anything just nodded softly so

Barty continued

"The asshole didn't even have the decency to do it somewhere private. He did it right there in the restaurant and left me with the bill." Barty scowled at his knees pulling them up closer to his chest as he picked at the rips in his jeans.

Evan frowned at that "Bitch."

"I know!! and he had audacity to keep my fucking hoodie!" Barty stabbed aggressively at his ice cream again

"I'm pretty sure that was my hoodie actually-"

Barty snorted "that hoodie stopped being yours the second you left it in my room"

Evan laughed, it was sweet and soft and for a while Barty laughed too. they both trailed off after a few minutes and the bathroom was quiet again

"I really thought he liked me this time" Barty whispered, dropping his head onto Evan's shoulder, his still wet hair soaking Evan's shirt Evan didn't seem to mind. He just reached over and rubbed Barty's back. Silence fell again but it was comforting this time.

"wanna go order a pizza, watch old disney movies and talk shit about him till you feel better?"

Barty laughed "hell yes"

And as they curled up on the couch in their shared apartment, the scent of one of Evan's hoodies and Evan's mint chocolate chip breath filling his nose. Barty thought maybe he would be okay because he was never too much for Evan, Evan always stayed.
