Dates in the morning were pretty quick and boring. Who did everyone go with? I knew I’d get Matt but had Dante, too. Trying to resist Matt is hard 🫣

Apparently Archie has a list of the girls and he’s checking them off with kisses? Idk but he kissed Tori, too. These girls need some self respect because he is icky 🤢

It’s not even stick or twist, it’s a recoupling. My MC is with Matt, Tori with Dante, Kez with Joshua and Rosalie got stuck with Archie. I’m curious to know the different couples possible. Let me know 🙌

We’re set up for some sort of game just before the end of the volume. My two guesses: it will somehow cause drama between MC and her OG LI, and maybe it will get rid of the extra islanders because you know fb is too lazy to draw all the Casa girls 🤣 Also, it’s gonna be so dumb if they all return, but I guess you never know what ridiculousness fb will come up with next 😭

Dude, it’s been two years since I joined the fandom! I’m not doing any special giveaways this year, but I decided to celebrate it doing a few things. Tonight, I’m oversharing a little 😅

A Few Details:

I first played Choices back in 2016 (I think TF book 3 was being written at the time) and I uninstalled the app several times until I started to play RoE and TC&TF. But I only searched for Choices fanfiction after TRR3 was released

The first Choices fanfic I've ever read was one of @mrswalkerwrites's Drake fics. I don't know if she is active in the fandom, but I still think her prose is outstanding and her writing inspired me to write my own view of TRR, D&D and PM.

The blog was named Choices By Jade because it was supposed to be Jade's journal in which she'd write all her story. Once I wrote a fic through Liam's POV, I thought writing in third person would be a better approach. After I began to write fanfiction for LITG, I decided to change the url.

Making edits reminds me a lot of playing with dolls when I was a teenager, but I rarely do it because it takes me forever to choose an outfit for the characters, especially if I feel like changing colors of clothes or making body swaps between characters 😄

7 Comfort Movies

I don’t usually do these tags so I’m excited! Although I don’t know if half of these even count as comfort movies but they bring me a certain level of comfort. Thanks for tagging me, @bobbyboops!

Barbie as Princess and the Pauper - yeah, I went there. I still adore this movie (and other Barbie movies, but that’s for a whole different post), I think it has an absolutely beautiful message, the songs are a bop and every time I watch it I’m reminded of how much I loved it when I was younger.

Brother Bear - hugely underrated Disney movie, in my opinion. You know when you feel like crying for no reason so you need something to make you cry? This is it for me, but I cry because I’m so happy and I love what happens.

13 Going on 30 - idk what it is about this movie that I love so much but I don’t think I ever get bored of it. It’s my go to when I don’t know what to watch and really feels like one of those feel good movies. I love the scene where Jenna’s making the magazine like a year book and her and Matt dance together.

Hairspray - I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t mention at least one musical movie and Hairspray is definitely one of my top favourites. I think especially with what’s happening in the world right now, the message it sends out is so important.

The Vow - Channing Tatum, so we’re off to a good start. Such a quotable movie and I love the ending so much. All I want in life is to find love like Leo.

Stardust - I used to want Stormhold to be real so I could go there and become a star. Let me tell you, when Noah in LITG was talking about how he used to think he would be a star one day or whatever, I was thinking SAME but not because of something I read, because of a movie I watched.

Twilight Movies - DON’T JUDGE ME. They remind me of a simpler time (when I was like 11 and all I thought about was Twilight). I now have huge respect for Edward - I used to hate him but now I’ve realised the guy is hilarious. Also, I fancy like 90% of the guys, so who am I to complain.

Alright so my friend @riouarcadia helped me out and it seems no matter what boy you favor in Casa, the coupling is always the same:

I was really hoping that MC was the determinant, but it looks like they’re fixed. I suppose the one good thing about this is the boys will keep their individual personalities a bit longer.

But there’s so many other problems. Everyone is decoupled and recoupled which barely makes sense. I’ve been told they did something similar on LIUS this season, which is just dumb. And in the game it shouldn’t be determined by a compatibility test. The whole point of Casa is to be tempted by someone else that you have chemistry with, not forced to be with.

This is also unfortunate whether you intended to twist or stick. For loyal girlies, you’re forced to twist. For those looking forward to twisting, you don’t even get to choose your partner. It’s all kinds of messy and not in a good way. The only winners are Matt romancers like my girl @libelle949 lol get that gorgeous pixel man away from me, I’m trying to stay loyal!!
