Mistigram: Everyone knows that a cat has nine lives, but conversely, the name of @littlebitspace's screen here featuring the sinister feline reflection is "9 Deaths". It won first place in the Extended Text Art compo at the recent @flashparty.ar demoparty, and was included in the spooky new MIST1024 artpack collection.

Mistigram: and since we're looking at #Oblivion today, here's a #Daedric letter O, a symbol of Conjuration, drawn by @littlebitspace as #ASCIIart four years ago, representing the Oblivion Gates. We never got around to including it in an artpack (we really should release more videogames-themed collections!) but lbs was definitely ahead of his time in appreciating this janky old game like a fine wine.

Mistigram: this skullish monochrome #PETSCII exploration of the cycle of death and rebirth is unsurprisingly the handiwork of @littlebitspace and was included in the spooky MIST1022 artpack collection released two years ago this month.

Mistigram: there was never any doubt that this was going to be the first individual work from the creepy new MIST1024 artpack collection showcased, not least because it was the earliest piece of haunting art to stake its Halloween claim in our incoming directory, nearly a year ago. This #teletext screen, "Doomscroll", whose test pattern resonates sinisterly with Poltergeist and Videodrome, is a collaboration between two modern masters of constrained semigraphics, @littlebitspace and @atonalosprey.

Mistigram: on the top floor of the wizard's tower, when they're done pondering their orb they fire up a vintage 8-bit computer and use it to answer some e-mails. This #PETSCII-inspired concept sketch of DivineOS, running all the essential magic apps, was drawn by @littlebitspace and included in the recent MIST-30 artpack celebration.

Mistigram: this #textmode art screen by @littlebitspace, "Interplanetary", figured prominently in last month's spooky MIST1024 artpack collection, because... wtf! So there's a cosmic conjunction of celestial spheres, fine! But what's up with the colossal, planet-sized skull? Is there an immense headless torso somewhere out there in orbit around Jupiter? Does the skull have a molten core, an atmosphere even? Every answer opens the door to weirder questions.
