✩ He definitely views animals as inferior to people, but he also understands the belief that a pet is “part of the family.” When he was a child he spent many nights snuggling with Kova and complaining to her about his problems --- mostly because he knew she couldn’t comprehend them.

lotor’s bedroom would be neat and well-organized like most galra military rooms. but there is one difference, and it is that his walls aren’t bare. he has altean things hung or projected on every corner of the wall: mostly alchemic diagrams and altean language reminders, but also maps, political banners, and the occasional portrait of a historical figure. this is the reason he lets no one in his room: he can’t imagine what they’d do or say to him if they saw just how passionate he was.

    AU where Gladio is Blue-Yellow colorblind. Instead of getting to see the magnificent blues of The Crystal that Insomnia holds so dear, he just sees a muted mess of color. There’s no beauty behind it, only the fear of knowing Noct is stuck in that and may never get out while Gladio is alive. He can’t see a lot of the colors in his family’s garden, but he still takes care of each flower, no matter if he can’t admire its beauty as much as others can.
