Moon 186-Leaf-fall

Eight moons after the first batch of cats went missing, the same curse strikes again.  This time, some of Creekstar’s (40) worst fears come true: kits are killed.  Robinkit (3), Logkit (3), Mousekit (3), and Swiftkit (4) all go missing, shrinking Poolbounce’s (22) children in number from six to two.  Elmroot (16) also goes missing and, when Sleepyfoot (52) and Pigeonspot (55) go looking for their son, they too vanish.  Astertwist (22) and Gladepatch (62) are out on patrol together and never come back.  Mossyfleck (28) and Rabbitfur (42) also leave one day and vanish.  Cypressbadger (52) finds their stiff and cold bodies, leaving her in a state of shock.  The Clan reels from the loss of so many more cats.  Silverkit (4) can’t believe that his sister is gone.  Somehow, the world feels colder and crueler now.  He can’t help the way his voice cracks recalling Swiftkit’s too short life at the vigil.  Even so, he forces a smile, knowing Swiftkit would want a celebratory memorial.  Glowquake (22) looks at Astertwist’s body and feels exhaustion.  Still, he sluggishly ambles around camp, hoping, somehow, somewhere, he’ll find his brother alive, happy, and well.  The deaths of both Elmroot and Astertwist leave him and Poolbounce as the only survivors of Sleepyfoot’s kits.  Primcrest (28) wails when she sees the body of Mossyfleck, still and cold.  She spends time by herself, letting herself mourn Mossyfleck and the time they should have had together.  No one can begrudge her the need to grieve for her brother.  Primcrest has also been having nightmares, and her older half-brother, Wildcave (69), comforts her through them.  Creekstar feels like a failure for not being able to protect her Clan from this curse.  And she’s convinced it is a curse, sent by Yuccawillow for exposing her.  Why else would it take her father, Gladepatch, from her? She wonders if, like StarClan cats can give lives, Dark Forest cats can take them.  Or, maybe it’s only Star-blessed Dark Forest cats who can do that. Starclan has also been sending dreams to Poolbounce and Frecklepaw (13).  They must look outside the Clan to bolster their members and beat this curse.  Cypressbadger, despite being shocked, knows that a lot of cats are out of commission right now and volunteers for extra patrols.

Meta: I have decided that this was, in fact, a curse from Yuccawillow. The Clan has lost 23 cats in the past 8 moons. That has been very hard on Creekstar and I'm pretty sure her personality is now insecure (just like Yuccawillow's was. . .). Also, I write the moon summaries themselves as I play the moons, so Creekstar being afraid of kits dying was not originally intended to be foreshadowing this event.

Logbelly

Logbelly was the deputy of briarclan when Pinestar was leader. He was aware of pinestars relationship with meadowclan deputy and soon to be leader springleap/star and had attempted to warn the two cats however he eventually gave up trying to pull them apart. He was very old and on the verge of retirement around the time pinestar tragically died in a border skirmish along stormclan territory. With a heavy heart he quickly took the name logstar however he was physically unable travel to silverbeech to receive his nine lives due to his age and health, which alot of cats knew but they respected him enough not to bring it up. He was only able to make it to 4 gatherings before he stopped showing and instead had his deputy, brackenfern stand in for him. He was found dead in his den by the 7th moon, foaming at the mouth.

He doesn't get any of the leader constellations because he was never able to make the trip to receive his nine lives.

Starlinggleam and Groveglide have 1 kit. Piperkit - White tom with a ginger leg, hazel eyes, and long fur, daring, quick to make peace.

Cliffhowl dies from her infected wound.

Riot's tail is badly injured by a dog. A patrol rescues a cat from a dog, and the cat joins the clan. Tansyclaw - Yellow rosette tom with emerald eyes, 87 moons gloomy, impressive climber

Quesadilla and Springsprout have yellowcough and Craneshade has greencough.

Fluffyrustle and Lichenspeck have become mates!

Crestpaw, Vinepath, Teaselsky, and Mistlepelt have recovered.

Moon 106

Weevilstar has 2 kits with Falconfade, but loses a life in the process. Myrtlekit - Gray tabby molly with copper eyes, sweet, confident with words. Strikekit - Light gray tom with cyan eyes, nervous, splashes in puddles.

Bouncespeckle has finally found her way back home! She has greencough and is sad that none of her kits could return with her, but happy to be home.

Swiftchasm has greencough, Honeyspider fought a hawk and was injured, and Darkpond’s leg was injured in a twoleg trap, but Burrowheart recovered.

Flaxwhistle has nightmares about Shrubfoot.

Antclan has been causing problems at the border, and Shatterhaze goes to try to resolve them.

Fireblur brought a litter of 3 kits to the clan. He asserts that they are his, but refuses to share more of their origins. Amberkit - White tom with brown specks, copper eyes, and long fur, nervous, avid play-fighter. Furledkit - Ginger tom with pale yellow eyes and long fur, polite, avid play-fighter. Hollyhockkit - Ginger and white molly with dark blue eyes and long fur, daydreamer, quick witted.

Fireblur asks Beesechurgerleaf to nurse them alongside Mumblekit and Logkit. She agrees, but breaks things off with Fireblur, heartbroken over his lies. Fireblur is NOT popular among his clanmates right now. - The other queens offered to nurse the new kits instead, telling Beesechurgerleaf she shouldn't have to nurse them if she doesn't want to, but Beesechurgerleaf refuses. It's not the kits' fault, after all.

Moon 107

Fireblur has been murdered. The culprit is unknown.

Tawnysnarl has whitecough. Sloenight, Beesechurgerleaf, and Guppykit have yellowcough. Springsprout, Peatwish, Flaxwhistle, Quesadilla, and Craneshade have recovered. Riot’s tail is infected. Shiveringstripe’s leg was injured by a twoleg trap

Teaselsky had a difficult conversation with Furledkit, and Groveglide had a difficult conversation with Mumblekit.

Snowshadow had a difficult conversation with Beesechurgerleaf.

Logkit asks Sweetpaw where kits come from. Auburngale thinks Sweetpaw has been acting strangely.

2 new cats join the clan, one rescued from a dog and one Pythonclan apprentice. Brightpelt - Pale tortie molly with gray eyes and long fur, 45 moons, vengeful, learner of lore, good kitsitter. Curlewpaw - Dark gray tabby tom with green-yellow eyes, 9 moons, nervous, quick to make peace.

Kitty genetics with a clan family part 1

Hi! It's been so long, but i'm trying to come back(we will see how it goes, with my classes coming back).

Now into the drawing, it's a cats genetics family tree that i made while playing @frogcroak game, Clan seasons, it's a journaling game that's a solo play, but it's quite fun.

Now into the cats, we have Chestnutstar, leader of Ploverclan, and her mate, Woodbark, who is the healer, they don't have the no healer mate or kits rule here, so she is his mate and had a kit with him, originally the kit was named Goldenkit, with him being a golden shaded cat(since i used the generator to roll another cat, i stopped using it after this first kit), but then i got into a rabbit hole that confused me more than helped, and in the end, i just remade him to be a silver chocolate cat and be called Logkit.

I have more 2 families(one in a different clan, because i love to cause suffering to myself), but i want to progress some more seasons, before drawing another(also because shaded cats traumatized me).

Patrols

Chaffinchflip & Stoattuft Chaffinchflip notices the moss is getting old. He leads the way to a patch he knows of, Stoattuft close behind. The two cut off pieces of moss and carefully roll them into little bundles to carry back to camp.

Mallowskip, Sunpatch, & Fernpaw Mallowskip suggests that this could be a good time to do some teamwork. Everyone has a nice practice session, and their trust in each other grows stronger.

Chasingcreek, Meadowfur, & Foghowl The patrol hears the traipse of paws through the territory. They warily approach and find a cat sniffing around. The cat notices their arrival after a second, and brightly says that he's heard of SnakerootClan and would like to join. They bring him back and Serpentstar accepts him into their ranks, renaming him Boulderheart.

Story: 

Burrkit was born to Flowerface and his manipulative father, Bristletail. He was the only one out of four who survived in his litter.  

Flowerface eventually realized how toxic Bristletail was and left him to have a healthier relationship with a tom named Coveshore. Burrkit eventually picked up on his father's resentment towards his mother. He became a medicine cat apprentice at the same time Flowerface had a single kit with Coveshore, Sprucekit. 

As the moons carried on, his and his father's hatred towards the happy family grew, and while walking one day, Burrpaw spotted a bush with bright red berries. He got an idea, and the next thing you know, Flowerface had died under mysterious circumstances. Coveshore was also found dead in the gorge after the vigil, after he and Bristletail went out for some "fresh air." Bristletail died, too, before his son got his full medicine cat name. 

When he eventually did, and saw his dad in the Dark Forest, he made a promise to himself and his father that he will end his mother's bloodline.

Moons passe. Sprucequill grew up and became mates with the deputy, Stumpbranch. She ended up expecting his kits, but he never got to meet them, because he was later found with his head bashed up against a rock. 

Sprucequill gave birth to Gopherkit, Pampaskit, and Falconkit. The kits became oddly close with their uncle, despite warnings from the elders. Once the three were apprenticed, their mother died in the same way that their father did. 

Burrcurl spaced out the murders to not raise any suspicions, so they got a chance to grow up. Burrcurl then decided to tell them about the Moonstone and how "only big, strong cats can go there." Pampaspaw and Falconpaw took the bait as a challenge, while Gopherpaw was a bit more skeptical. 

The apprentices ended up crossing the Thunderpath to reach it, but all three were hit by a snowplow. Gopherpaw made it out with minor injuries, but Pampaspaw and Falconpaw didn't make it. Gopherpaw later got her warrior name early, along with her fallen siblings, out of pity.

As time went on, Gopherear started to get closer with the only kin she had left, Burrcurl. She eventually deciding to become a medicine cat. She did a good job at it, but the rumors from the elders about her being cursed and her wanting a mate and family weren’t exactly helping her mission to happiness.

One day, a huge stormed caused Riverclan territory to flood. The Clan evacuated while Gopherear stayed behind to rescue one of the leader's kit. The kit made it to safety while Gopherear was swept away by the flooding river. 

The Clan briefly mourned while Burrcurl was silently giggling inside. His promise was complete! 

The Clan took refuge in Windclan and it turned out Gopherear survived thanks to the help of a kind rogue she had met a while back. Burrcurl was secretly angered by this revelation. 

Once Riverclan territory was good enough to return to, Gopherear decided she wants to stay in Windclan, away from the secret whispers about her family and pressures because of the deaths. Riverclan’s leader understood, and with Windclan’s leader, allowed her to join their ranks.

Burrcurl then got another apprentice, Mintpaw, who was also one of the leader's daughters. He became increasingly more critical and aggressive once it turned out Gopherear was still alive. He gave Mintpaw a hard time learning and often berated her for any imperfect details. 

Mintpaw didn’t say anything, because she knew that this grumpy old cat was Gopherear's old mentor, and viewed her like an older sister. She was led to believe that she was the problem and not her mentor, because she's a great medicine cat. 

At the gathering moons later, Windclan's leader announced that Gopherear moved into the nursery. Something inside of Burrcurl snapped. His mother's bloodline was expanding, and he had, no, he needed to exterminate them. 

He ended up faking a sign that they should attack Windclan promptly. Riverclan warriors invaded and attacked the camp, while Burrcurl searches for Gopherear. 

He spotted her leaving the camp and followed. He found her in a vulnerable position--giving birth in an abandoned fox den. Unfortunately, that rogue who had saved her life some moons ago was with her. 

He tried to fight the rogue, but lost, which was to no surprise, and ended up admitting that he was the one responsible for her family's deaths. Bad timing, because Riverclan's leader and Mintpaw walked in at that exact moment.

The battle stopped. Riverclan apologized to Windclan for the whole mess, and Burrcurl was left at the mercy of both Clans for his part in the battle and the murders. 

He ran, being run out of Windclan by cats of both Clans. Seeing no other way to escape, he leapt into the gorge for a swift and painless death. However, instead of a watery grave, he bashed his head against a boulder at the bottom and was left to bleed out on the stone. 

When he finally died, he saw his mother, siblings, Coveshore, his half-sister, Stumpbranch, and his niece and nephew all glaring at him. He was so in denial that what he was doing was wrong he expected to go to Starclan. He was surprised when he ended up in the same place as his father.

--This was inspired by a Roblox Warriors RP they did with a few friends.

--After discovering where his dad was and making the promise, Burr stopped sharing dreams with Starclan entirely and continued dreaming about the Dark Forest. The flood in Riverclan was also an omen, but Gopher was the only one who received it.

--A few things about why Mint idolizes Gopher: her sister, Timberkit, was attacked by a fox and got half her face ripped off, and was saved by Gopher. Timber was also the same kit Gopher saved while Riverclan flooded. At some point in the future, Timber becomes leader.

--A lot also went down in Windclan when it was revealed Gopher was carrying rogue kits; there was a tom who offered to act as their real father originally, but she felt it was too dishonest and ended up telling the truth anyways. Nate (the rogue) ended up joining.

--Amazing story!
