If there was something Miyako was proud of, it was being able to easily read binary code. Something she had interest in way before she became a Chosen Child. But there was no secret message behind the second pop-up sent by the virus digimon, just a string of “don’t interfere” over and over. And she was unsure whether it was meant to be a threat or just a cry from a lost digimon.

But there was no time for figuring that out. She knew what kind of destruction Diaboromon could cause - she’s seen it not once, but twice.

- POROMON! Come over here, we need to go! NOW!

And with a bag where she clumsily stuffed her laptop and her D-3 in, D-Terminal in hands and a disheveled Poromon flying behind her, Miyako typed a hushed message to her fellow Chosen Children:

Miyako stared at the pop up that appeared on her computer screen, her brows contorted in a frown. At first she thought it was a virus - one that magically managed to escaped the powerful antivirus that was programmed and installed on her computer by Koushiro himself.

Then she thought - hoped, even - it was just a prank from one of the many hacker friends she made at internet forums. Except that she doubted any of them were skilled enough to get through Koushiro’s firewall either.

Still, Miyako didn’t want to believe in the bad feeling in her gut.

- I-It can’t be… but Omegamon… Imperialdramon…

The Kuramon icon next to the message left no room for doubt. It would be a long night.
