People used to ask me if I'm foreign all the time, to the point I still get asked that to this day every now and then. Usually I just get a "where are you from" "were your parents born here" etc etc from people of all different ages and ethnicities lol

I must clarify that yes, every Latam country has a different accent (and I hate the concept of Latam Spanish vs Spanish from Spain, because Spanish in Latam countries are as different from each other as they are from European Spanish), but then, like everywhere else, there is also regional accents inside each country. And I don’t have the accent of the place I’m from, in fact, no one can identify my accent, I get asked if I’m a foreigner a lot.
