I watched all of Guiltrip to figure out how this power worked, and I’m still not sure. I think this is close enough.

If I had a nickel for every time I had to change Angel’s Miraculous, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it’s happened twice.

Their outfit is meant to be somewhat based on “flying pigs”. Anyone know a good name based around that?

I was trying to make an April Fools Joke but I got bored and just made a cast shot with the first panel. In case you forgot, left to right:

Front Row: Sun Shanyao (whose name is new), Cloud Crimson, Lovebug

Middle Row: Pretzelcoatl, Purrsuit, Hornette, Insulator

Back Row: Squeak Squaddie, Venus Vixen, March Harriet (who has always all the time had the Rabbit Miraculous. Clockhopper? Who’s that?)

Maybe if I keep making these dumb comics then it’ll give Pink Choco enough characterization for me to continue writing the actual fic.

Pengel maybe isn’t the greatest name I could have thought of, plus I stole it from a video game like I did Squeak Squaddie. But then again, Angel isn’t exactly the brightest star in the sky, so it kind of fits.

As for why Devil didn’t go off on Angel for using his real name, Cloud Crimson’s identity is public knowledge for reasons that would be clear if I could ever finish the next chapter.

I had it fix a cake that was destroyed before the Akumatization in Lovebug and Purrsuit. Apparently based on the notes this is canon-accurate.

(The players worked DAMN hard on that cake.)

In canon "Dark Cupid" Sabrina scribbled on the poster of Adrien and it wasn't fixed by the Miraculous cure. A lot of indirect damage done during an akuma attack gets fixed (e.g. the building damage by Chat Noir in "Sentibubbler"). Do you have a theory of what gets fixed and what not? (I guess I'll have to wait and see if the poster smashed by brainwashed Marigold is fixed).

Yeah, my theory is there's a sticky note attached to the Miracle Cure on a giant board of plot points and characters all connected with red string that says "Whatever the Hell You Want That Episode".

I'm almost glad I never got around to writing the Trojan chapter of Lovebug and Purrsuit before today, because I absolutely would've spent the entire chapter misgendering Aloe otherwise.

I'd just like to say Thomas Astruc missed an opportunity by not calling Catalyst-enhanced Hawkmoth "Atlas Moth"

It's a real, red species of moth, sounds way cooler and more fitting for an ultimate form than Scarlet Moth, and it's now completely open for all the fans to take for their AUs where somebody else has the butterfly. Especially me.

Real glad about the new summer costumes because now I actually have an excuse to have Lovebug give Orange a Miraculous

Apparently the outfits are supposed to represent "what you want deep down", according to Plagg. So why the hell are they that generic? I mean...I guess Hawkmoth (who wants his wife back) looks like a groom if you squint hard enough, but I don't get anything from anybody else's designs.

I based my Lovebug and Purrsuit designs solely on Plagg's quote, and still managed to at least not get the same skintight suit over and over. And a lot of the Cookie Run cast aren't even as fleshed out as the Miraculous holders!

Anyone realize how kind of lame the Miraculous are?

Like if your a teen, you can only use a power once and your transformation wears off in like 5 minutes.

If your an adult, and have the butterfly or Peacock, you can only create one thing (unless you make the thing increase your powers.)

There are no cool special attacks, they can’t fly (without the potions), the outfits are pretty generic. Even the special abilities are a mixed bag.

Yea there are power ups, but couldn’t those have just been forms they could have unlocked normally?

Why not a super form?

Like I get its more super hero then magical girl. But still, even other super heroes have cooler powers.

Had a dream about two new Akumas; one made of paper who absorbed other paper and made origami creatures to attack, and one who could jump into computers and phones and create viruses.

And here I was worried about running out of ideas.

Felt like trying to make the Lovebug Squad in Doll Divine’s Ever After High Maker, and trying to hammer out some design issues while I was at it. Now featuring Monkey!Peach, who still doesn’t have a superhero name. Crimson is here because I ran out of girls. (I still have not assigned the Horse.)

Pretzelcoatl and Clockhopper look pretty good. Venus and Squeak Squaddie look a lot closer to their concept art (the latter of which I never finished, whoops) than I’ve gotten with dollmakers in the past. I’m pretty proud of Clockhopper’s pocket watch and Crimson’s emblem. Hornette really got screwed over by the options, and Lovebug still doesn’t look quite how I wanted, but hey, what can you do? At least Lovebug actually has spots...

I sure have wound up with a ton of female Miraculous users, haven’t I. Granted, it doesn’t help that the vast majority of the Cookies in Pink Choco and Hero’s respective friend groups are female, but still...

@hapuriainen‘s Tokyo Mew Mew Maker isn’t exactly equipped to make Miraculous-style heroes, but I did my best to make do. (This does not look like the correct spelling of that phrase but Google assures me it is.)

Now featuring the Rabbit hero, Clockhopper, and the Monkey hero, who...doesn’t actually have a name yet. Neither design is remotely final.

The Horse Miraculous is still up for grabs, but I’m between giving it to Coffee, Popcorn, or Sandwich...who are also all girls. Dang it.

Used Charat’s Genesis and Big Bang dollmakers to make Lovebug and the gang. Used the girl one for Cloud Crimson cause the male version doesn’t have anything remotely mask-like.

So my first idea was to have the virus-creating Akuma be Cyborg and have that episode replace the Cyborg Menace incident. (The dream had it be DJ but that doesn't make any sense. The paper Akuma was Adventurer, which makes even less sense.)

But then, out of nowhere, Devsisters somehow leaked a new Cookie in-game for everyone to see, possibly internationally, who is entirely made of data.

So now I don't know what to do.

Working on camouflaged Miraculouses to make up for the fact that I can't think of a Lucky Charm to beat the next Akuma
