So, this is later than I intended it to be, and I still haven’t finished remaking the graphics but I couldn’t put it off any longer so here I am to formally announce PROM!

Degrassi Community School’s 2016 Prom will be taking place on Saturday, May 7, 2016 (specific time TBA) and the theme is Candyland, so get your asks, dates, and outfits ready for the big day!

I’m currently working on remaking all of our character graphics (you can find an example of the new ones here) which means updating everyone’s bios !! If you have any updates to any of your character’s bios you’d like me to include (new tattoos, connections, or if you’d like to change your character song) please send those updates to me through the main so I can make sure everything’s up to date !!

Here I am to give you some announcements about some upcoming events !!

Alright, first things first, we have Spring Break next week (3/28-4/1) so get together your characters’ plans for their probably much needed vacay!

Second, Shelby and I have officially set a date for Prom, and it’s coming up in just over a month. Just thought I’d let you guys know to get some excitement flowing, and we’ll be posting the theme and asking for Court nominations in upcoming weeks!

SWAP WEEK IS OFFICIALLY OVER

Alright, well that turned into more of two weeks than one week, but we all obviously had way too much fun with that AU not to extend it. It’s over now though, and we’re back to real time and our regular ships just in time for Valentine’s Day!

FUTURE WEEK IS OVER

So after a day long extension, future week is over and your characters have returned to their 2016 lives! Be sure to change back all you bio information and anything else you may have changed during the au week. 

Remember, while our time was warped, Hairspray auditions happened and your characters enjoyed their last week of Winter break so be sure to account for lost time and resume your real time plots!

FUTURE WEEK HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN

We are now five years into the future! The year is 2021, and your characters are five years older, and hopefully wiser, so adjust your pages accordingly and begin rping!

REMINDER: The Hairspray auditions scheduled for the 7th and 8th, will still be taking place, so be sure to get in your auditions for that.
