i think if they had access to smartphones on mash there would be a whole episode where bj is mad because his wife posted a tiktok dance video but his wifi is so spotty his comment saying she looks very pretty isnt posting and a bunch of other people are commenting before he can so hawkeye, perhaps deliberately misunderstanding the situation, learns and performs the tiktok dance himself which inexplicably does cheer bj up. b plot charles is being bullied on reddit for saying fluted champagne glasses are becoming too plebian

Season 8 episode 15 “Yessir that’s our baby” begins with Hunnicutt waking to a baby cry and immediately mumbling to an absent Peg about caretaking turns. Realizing this is a war zone with a baby cry, he wakes Hawkeye up by saying his name and tossing a pillow his way.

Hawkeye jumps and snaps upright, screaming “what, what is it?!” As his head swivels around looking for a threat. Eyes still bleary from sleep as he pants from adrenaline.

I wonder if that’s the only way he wakes up now
