This original artwork is part of a "100 day project" 2019. Every day for 100 consecutive days artist create a piece of art (or other things) and posted it online. 49 was one of the most liked birds of this project. If you want to check all them out go my instagram account: @mblayers My goal was to do something fresh, intuitive and simple. I started this artwork applying acrylic colors with a brayer. Then, I doodled lines and found birds in them. I intuitively enhanced some shades, lights or colors. The final artwork is a soothing visual concerto of rhythm and lines. I hope the viewer enjoys the music of the lines as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Original artwork floral canvas painting.

I started my flower painting creating a very loose abstract background. Playing with color splatters, drippings, scratching some areas revealing the underpainting and anything in between. Then I started to define the relation between the shapes and the composition.

This bohemian painting is full of bold colors and highly textured. It will make the focal point in any space.
