Monday is just one big buffering symbol

Does anyone else feel like Monday is just one big buffering symbol? 😵‍💫☕

I try to be productive, I really do… but Monday is basically me vs. my to-do list in an endless staring contest. After the weekend, switching back into work mode feels impossible—so instead, it’s admin work, catching up on emails, and pretending I have my life together. (Spoiler: I don’t.)

Honestly, the best I can do is sip my hot chocolate (with caffeine supplement) and ease into the chaos. If you’re also struggling with Monday motivation, you’re not alone! How do you get through the Monday slump? 👀

Mellow Monday! Wishing you a day of peace and beauty! The Star of September - A bouquet of asters, snapdragons, and fuchsia. The aster is the official birth flower for the month of September. Asters have long been considered an enchanted flower. In ancient times, it was thought that the perfume from their burning leaves could drive away evil serpents. Today, they're known as a talisman of love and a symbol of patience, daintiness and charm. Asters have a place in Greek mythology. It was told that the Greek Goddess Astraea was saddened by how few stars twinkled in the sky. When she wept her tears fell to earth and turned in flowers in the shape of the stars. This is where the Aster got it’s name. Another myth is that Virgo showered the earth with stardust. The stardust thus bloomed into the beautiful Aster. Week 4: Mellow Monday

Meditate and just rest. 

Let yourself breathe. The week has just begun and putting too much pressure on yourself will not help you accomplish tasks that need to be done within the week. Don’t think of a lot of things. It is okay to meditate and rest. Be optimistic and believe in yourself. You will get through this week!
