The Chronicles of A Hero's Daughter pt.2 (Father! All Might and Daughter!Reader Angst Oneshot)

BUT I STUPIDLY REPLIED TO IT SO I DON'T KNOW WHICH ANON ASKED FOR IT SO I'M JUST GOING TO TAG EVERYONE WHO LIEKD THAT POST HERE AND HOPE IT'S THE BRILLIANT ANON WHO WANTED ME TO WRITE A PART 2. @dark-magic-phoenix @crystal-freak24 @observaureium @justtovi3w62. As always, my Ask Box is open for any requests or just a conversation. Please remember to take care of yourselves, and enjoy. As always, I would love to see your thoughts in the comments :). TW: Graphic descriptions of blood (coughing blood), graphic imagery of crushing a heart (doesn't happen, just explained) CW: difficult father-daughter dynamics. Taglist: @thatcatladywrites @smikys-stuff @kimberlyfletcher @dawnwriterimagines Masterlist Word Count: 1951. Summary: One argument led to another– the foundation of your family was built upon suffering and sacrifice. Secrets were unveiled, revealing the true intentions of your father, the lingering wounds of the past stinging harder than any cut has ever. With tension reaching a breaking point, what happens when you confront your father, searching for the harsh truth, even if it leads to a devastating decision– you will never be the same again. He will never be the same again.
——————————————————————————————————
Toshinori’s chest rose and fell.
“You don’t mean that…”
A pang struck through your heart as your father’s laboured breaths increased, tailing off in steady wheezes that only grew louder.
“Dad…” you whispered, closing your eyes. “Dad, I didn’t m-”
Your voice cracked, succumbing to the hot tears which burned against your cheeks. Emotions flooded your head, as though they had been waiting to escape from the dam of truth that you had to silence to protect the peace in your family. The pressure had built up and that dam had finally broken in the most irreparable way possible.
Shame hammered your mind, delivering blunt throbs as you watched your dad clutching his frail chest in agony.
Guilt drilled poison into your veins as your father struggled to stand up– his sickly body unable to bear this pressure. His airways had been restricted, thus his once strong and proud chest had nothing to show but a vacant cavity, struggling to hold itself up.
This living room had always been small– enough space just for the two of you. Dad and his little hero. It had always been you two, but today, this room was longer and narrower, as though mocking your sanity which had become a battlefield.
Would you protect your father and carry on living in this dollhouse family, of which the  foundations were built off of your suffering.
Or would you protect yourself and destroy your relationship with the only family that you ever had.
The struggle had refused to forsake– silence had become your greatest enemy. It had left you alone with your screaming thoughts of doubt that deafened your conviction, leaving you straggled, naked, and vulnerable in the vast depths of your fears because what if.
What if Midoriya truly was better than you?
What if you truly were not worth it?
What if you had lost your rights to call yourself his daughter.
Forever.
You had lost everything to the ravenous beast which ruined everything you touched, and it wanted more. It wanted more, so it began making more noise, howling over the whispers of the wind, it howled over the ticking of the clock. It howled until nothing could be heard.
Silence.
Silence.
Silence.
It had become silent.
As though you were the only person in the room.
A sudden thud drew your attention to the floor.
Toshinori collapsed on the ground, and his eyes had gone blank, jaw slack. His ribs stuck out from under his skin, showing through his thin white t-shirt as his brassy cough filled his mouth with blood.
He urgently covered his mouth with his hands, forcing it shut but to no avail. It had already slipped past his hold, travelling down his neck, staining his shirt. A constant offender.
Your father began developing bloody coughs over three years ago. Yet every time you saw his chest heave and bleed, surges of nausea would creep up your veins, forcing you to leave.
“Dad!”
This was too much blood. It wasn’t meant to be like this… The doctor said a few drops or so, maybe a teaspoon, but that was ‘highly unlikely’. You watched as his white shirt became saturated, dizziness threatening to blur your vision.
But you could not see him like this. You didn’t think twice before rushing to help him– but you were stopped.
Toshinori raised his shaking hand immediately. You were halted, frozen in disbelief.
He put his hand back on the floor, taking a few breaths before pushing himself, warranting another step forward from you, another cry, but he just stopped you again. You could only watch as your father relied on his bony wrists to push himself up.
You could hear his shallow gasps for air, and his repressed coughs– and all you could do was watch your father’s face contort in fatigue and ache. Toshinori had finally gotten up, but that look had not left his face as he pushed past you. You watched the limp in his leg as he hobbled towards the couch, slowly lowering himself onto the cushioned couch. His head slumped onto the head rest, limbs unfurling in exhaustion.
You were suspended in your head, unable to move past the questions which rung bright sirens.
You shouldn’t have raised your voice at your own father– the doctor had told you. He’s injured, he’s getting older. He can’t process such shocks like this anymore.
What was wrong with you?
But it couldn’t have been just your fault… right? But then he pushed you– maybe he didn’t just notice– but what if he did it on pur-
“Y/N”, your father had called for your name, but his eyes did not meet yours.
Instead, they looked past you.
Toshinori Yagi adopted Toshinori Y/N when she was five years old.
A decade after the first quirk was discovered, many adoption agencies in Musutafu began sorting children based off of a ‘ranking system’.
Official documents stated that this case was first brought up in the Supreme Court due to an incident that had occurred in an orphanage near Musutafu, 26 years ago. It was a heartbreaking case of manslaughter that had taken place when six year old Chihiro Onodera– Quirk: Lava, accidentally murdered eight year old Honoka Sugo– Quirk: Bubbles, during lunch time as they were play-fighting.
It did not take much convincing as this case had reached international news, thus the court immediately passed a bill on the separation of quirks preliminary based off of their strength and danger levels, which were to be evaluated on a scale of 1 to 5.
Nevertheless, this bill had struck a controversial match, becoming the largest contemporary topic that was disputed over in the past years.
Demonstrations, protests and violent public outrage reached its peak when leaked intel revealed that a lot of children began to go missing from Adoption Agencies under the radar– they no longer had papers, as if their identities had been erased off of the face of this Earth.
Nanami Tomoda, Sae Ojima, Makoto Kanezaki– these were some of the household names that had garnered petrifying national and international headlines:
Heartbreaking Tragedy Strikes Japan: Devastating Attack Leaves Communities Reeling
Japan in Shock: Deadly Assault Rocks Nation's Sense of Security
Aftermath of Brutal Assault Leaves Nation Grieving Chaos and Carnage
Not much was known about these young adults.
Apart from two things.
First.
They were not independent contractors. All of them could be traced back to some of the very few established, powerful, underground organisations.
And second.
They were all orphans, rated 5, who had been declared missing for ten or more years.
Toshinori Yagi adopted Toshinori Y/N when she was rated 5.
Toshinori Y/N lost her quirk at age ten.
You are rated 0.
Zero.
Toshinori took a deep breath before he spoke.
“I have raised you since you were five years old.” He still did not meet your eyes. “I raised you in hopes that you would become a strong, and powerful young lady.”
He drew a breath in– it was laced in disappointment.
“But why does it feel, as though it has had no influence on you?”
Toshinori shifted both of his arms onto the couch rests, sitting tall.
“One does not become a hero by winning every fight. Not everything is about a hero’s physical strength. A hero is made when they understand that retaliation only makes them the real villain.”
Your father’s voice had deepened, and so did the dreadful pit in your stomach that sunk your resolve.
“A true hero understands that strength lies in the ability to rise above the pain. Because those who focus on what has been lost”, he continued, lips twitching, as a faint, uncontrollable tremor laced his words in indisputable venomous contempt, “are either insane, or desperate for attention they know they will never get.”
Small muscles in your face began to twitch despite the heaviness that had been pulsed through your body, holding it in place, as you just stood there. Your eyes, once red and exposed, had no inhabitant, no focus.
A ghost town.
“A true hero is grateful. And recognises every bit of effort someone else put in order to get them to where they are now.”
His gaunt eyes found yours, casting an unfamiliar chill in your body. They were sunken in, casting his gaze in dark shadows– an abyss impenetrable by light.
“You got your quirk stolen, Y/N. But you cannot get that back anymore. But it’s been years, I expect at least some gratitude considering I did you a favour by adopting you.”
He had left a clot that blocked your heart.
“Because no one else would have wanted you.”
It is always the one closest to you that hurts you the most.
The man you called your father had waited until the last second to take the satisfaction of crushing your heart, flesh against flesh.
Humans evolved to gain resistance and immunity against everything that threatens their survival.
Therefore, living with this man only meant that you had to gain immunity against pain and humiliation, because that was the only thing that could guarantee your survival.
So when you shook off the heaviness in your lid and focused onto your father’s face, you could only lift the corners of your lip.
“If you didn’t want me. Someone else would have adopted me instead. Like you did. No papers, no nothing– I’d slip under the radar, at least I’d still have my quirk, and end up on those headlines.”
“How dare you?” he uttered, face contorted in malice.
“I was five. That’s why you adopted me. Don’t deny it”
Toshinori stiffened, his Adam’s apple bobbed up and down. His shoulders, broad and hubris, had become small and meek. You watched him contemplate: his eyes, vindictive and daring, were cast down, hiding amongst the Tatami flooring.
“My child…” he began, his voice softer. “After your quirk had been stolen, I could not risk making you the target again. That’s the reason I don’t come to your events. It’s because you’ll become the target everyone goes for because they know you’re my daughter”.
“They’ll know?” your lips had pressed into a thin line. “Like how Midoriya knew I was your daughter? Like how the media knows?”
In the stifling air, your dry laughter bounced off of the discomfort.
“Don’t act like you aren’t ashamed of me.”
Your face had settled into a stone.
“It’s not about me being a target. It’s about protecting your image.”
“My daughter-”
“You have lost the right to call me your daughter. If I was such a disappointment after my quirk was ripped away from me, why did you keep me? You could have sent me back. Why did you keep me, dad, why did you keep me!”
Those closest to you, leave irreparable wounds.
But there was a reason they were close to you. A reason that subsided in love, care, and hope.
Your crushed heart was surviving on its last breath, waiting to hear something that could revive it.
Toshinori lifted his head again, his eyes flickering behind you.
It locked onto an object that somehow gained more attention than you ever had in your entire life. You risked a look over your shoulder, only to see the picture of your father and Midoriya, smiling–almost mockingly– back at you.
You knew what the answer was going to be.
“I’m beginning to question the same thing.”
A flat-line.
“Well if that’s how you really feel, I have no obligation to stay here anymore.”
You drew your breath in, words suspended at the tip of your tongue.
“I wish you and your student the best of luck, All Might.”

Tumblr media
His breathing was ragged and his body was huge.
His chest rose and fell as his mouth salivated, teeth and lips soaked with drool and slobber.
You shakingly looked up at the huge wolf, heart thumping furiously between your ribcage. You shook in terror; if it wasn’t a heart attack that was going to take you, it certainly was going to be this big, bad, wolf.
You couldn’t even move to block yourself. Your jaw was locked shut and your body was frozen save for the tremble that racked your body. He leaned in closer to you, letting you hear the sound of his strong fists snapping the wood underneath his fingertips and palms. You turned your face away from him as he leaned in closer, his body heat hot as he closed in on you.
As much as you dreaded him getting any closer to you, there was a sense of pull inside you that didn’t want him to pull away. But alas he did.
A small whimper managed to escape your lips as he briskly added distance between you and his body, your body relaxing although not calming down. You looked back at him with tearful eyes not sure of his next moves. He backed away with a snarl and stood up tall. With how much he was hunched over most of the time your pre-existing idea of his stature was incredibly unprepared for his actual size. If you were a normal bunny, you would be terrified. Well—you are, but another trait you always had with you was that anything that scared you also excited you in… different other ways. You needed to stop this now before it dragged on.
You open your mouth to maybe try and calm him down, “I didn’t-”
Sniff sniff sniff
You stopped dead in your tracks as he started to sniff you, gobsmacked as he invaded your personal space. The closer he got to you, the more aware you were of the situation and the need to have him grew even more. Even at the back of your mind, you knew it was bad but you couldn’t help it. And you never really tried to hide your urges either. If you could make it out of this without your secret being covered was the ideal situation.
You were lost as he kept sniffing you, his face going to your neck and slowly moving over and lower on your body. You could feel your cheeks start to burn up as he got closer between your legs, stopping at the spot of your crouch. His left eyebrow raised in bewilderment.
“You’ve got to be shitting me,” The wolf grunted. “‘You in heat?”
Never have you ever been so embarrassed before. The blood rushing to your cheeks was hot, noticeable or not. Your mouth gaped like a fish as you tried to come up with an excuse to save yourself the humiliation. “I-I-”
“I, I, what? Spit it the fuck out.” The blonde gripped your cheeks in a piercing grip, his sharp nails threatening to cut at your skin. You shut your mouth as he mocked you, closing your eyes as you were ready to give in. He rolled his eyes at your submissive behavior, expecting no better from such a bunny. His eyes trail your body taking in your thin material, fingers playing with the hem of your pants. “I’ll just have to see it for myself."
His fingers gripped your pants and tugged it down, brows shooting up at the revelation of no underwear underneath. His lips tug into a wolfish grin, crimson eyes feasting on the sight before him. He wastes no time cupping your sex, growling at the abundance of slick that covers his fingers. He teasingly rubs up and down your lips to spread them, the tips of his fingers dipping just slightly at your opening to torture you. He mockingly leans forward and grins openly as you move your head to the side, avoiding looking at him as your hips move with his pawing.
"K-Katsuki, stop fucking around!" You mewl, getting angrier by the second as you attempt to hide your embarrassment, your fingers tugging at him to get closer.
"Look at this slut, all hot and needy for a wolf she's been messin' with the whole day." He taunts you in your ear and licks a stripe up your neck, his trail leading to your earlobe, and nips at the skin. He roughly sucks on the soft area, grunting in your ear once he slips a careful finger into your tight cunt. He slowly pumps his finger at an agonizingly larghissimo pace. The more he pumps, the wider your legs open and so he slips in another. You groan at how the stretch feels in your cunt, eyes looking up at him with a look that begs for more. His gaze darkens at your provocation, his hands swiftly leaving your needy cunt. "I was going to be nice, but it's clear you don't want that."
He grabs your clothes and effortlessly flips you over into your hands and knees. He delivers a harsh slap to your exposed bum, a soft whimper from the pain coming from you as you try to assume the position that you're most familiar with. He cusses at how desperate you look, his hands gripping your ass cheeks and watching as both of your holes clench. He spreads your cheeks further, fondling your globes as he takes a closer look at your cunny.
The male is swift in pulling out his cock, not caring about the repercussions anymore. His mushroom tip presses itself against your wet opening, his hand guiding it up and down your lips to gain as much natural lube from you as he can before he slips in. He manages to hold in the pleasurable moan that threatens to escape his lips as he sinks himself fully into you without caring about how you are receiving it. Based on your whimpering cries, you weren't protesting at all.
His hips smack against yours as he finally bottoms out, his cock twitching as your warm walls easily accommodate him. He offers no chance for you to catch up with him as he starts his punishing pace, but your body quickly adapts to him.
You suck a small hiss between your teeth as you welcome his harsh thrusts, your pussy deeply appreciating the length and width being fucked into you. You know you shouldn't be enjoying it so much but there was no denying how much you loved to fucked like this, by a werewolf nonetheless. As you start to get comfortable with the handling of the blonde behind you, a sharp gasp is ripped out of your throat, a searing pain pricking at the base of two spots that sit at the top of your head. Your back arches as your head is pulled back by the tension of your bunny ears being pulled back behind you in a rough grip, a pained groan urging its way out when he bottoms out inside you to taint your senses.
"This little bunny wants a whole litter, don't ya?" He leans down next to your ear, grinning as you do nothing but take it. He wraps his other arm around your waist to keep you close, offering no solution for you to have a moment of peace. "The way you're squeezing me tells me all I need to know."
Shamefully, the rough handling you were facing was something that you loved. This was evident through the way that your walls now spasmed as it got ready to milk everything from the ravishing male behind you and how you pushed your hips back against his.
The blonde sensing this reaches down to toy with your cunt, hips ramming into yours to greedily take everything it can. "That's it, I've got you, bunny."
In a juxtaposition to his soothing words, his actions say something else. He shoves you down to have your face down and ass up, hand now tangled in your tresses. His hand which was once soothingly rubbing at your clit delivers a harsh slap to it, the impact sending you over the edge. You cry out as he fucks you through his orgasm, his seed spilling into you without care about the consequences.
Semen seeps from your cunt as he empties his balls, fresh tears of pleasure and overstimulation spilling from your eyes. With one last chuckle, he leans down to give your cheek a kiss, his hand patting your hip as he allows you to come down from the intense session.
"You're such a pervert, Y/N."

SHIGARAKI TOMURA | GAME OVER
summary: shigaraki isn't paying attention to you, so you decide to suck him off while he plays video games.
tags: explicit, fem!reader
Tumblr media
“Tomura, are you still not done yet?” you whine. “I’ve been waiting forever.”
Shigaraki barely even spares you a glance, too focused on mashing the buttons of his controller and staring at the TV without blinking.
“Almost,” he says. “I’m trying to finish this level.”
That’s what he’s been saying for the past hour, and if it’s up to him, he’ll probably be playing those stupid games for the rest of the night.
You press your lips together. Fine, then. If he keeps refusing to pay attention to you, you’re just going to have to make him pay attention.
Shigaraki doesn’t realize what’s happening at first. He’s too immersed in the game, brows furrowed as he masterfully presses buttons and controls his character with ease. This level is pretty damn difficult. He’s been trying to beat it for ages now, and it doesn’t help that it goes on for fucking ever.
Tonight is the night he’ll beat it, though. He’s already made up his mind.
Well, that was the plan, anyways.
“...the hell are you doing?”
Shigaraki finally notices that you’ve dropped to your knees in front of him. You’re keeping your head low, and he can still see the screen of the TV, but he feels you running your hands over his thighs and slowly inching them towards the waistband of his pants.
“Nothing,” you reply sweetly. “It’s fine. Keep playing your game.”
He has every intention of doing that. Still, he can’t help but frown. Are you trying to do what he thinks you are? Do you really think you’ll be able to distract him like that?
“I’m beating this level,” he states, but already, he can hear his voice wavering a bit.
Shigaraki redirects his attention to the TV, and he resists the urge to glance down when he feels you start stroking his cock through his pants. You’re gentle at first, only applying a small amount of pressure, but gradually, you start gripping him harder, pumping him through the thick fabric and making blood rush to all the right places.
He’s fully erect now, and you waste no time in letting his cock spring free.
Shigaraki lets out a silent hiss. You’re still stroking him, except now he can feel your skin in direct contact with his. It feels so good how you’re pumping the shaft of his cock. Fuck. It feels really, really good.
Still, he refuses to lose focus. He said he was going to beat this level, and that’s exactly what he’s going to do. This is just an extra challenge, that’s all. If anything, it’ll make his inevitable victory even more impressive.
Shigaraki pauses for a few moments to compose himself. Yeah. He can do this.
But then you take his cock into your mouth.
“Sh-Shit!”
He outright moans this time, and he feels you chuckle softly in response. The vibrations of your throat pulse against his cock, and it amplifies the pleasure tenfold.
“Wait,” Shigaraki gasps. “Actually... hold on a second. I really need to finish this level first. I need to—”
You ignore him, just like he ignored you for the better portion of the night. Delighted to finally elicit some kind of reaction out of him, you run your tongue over the drooling slit at the head of his cock, then pucker your lips together and suck in hard. Shigaraki mutters a quiet curse as you then loosen your jaw a bit more, only to plunge headfirst and deepthroat him.
“Oh, fuck.”
He’s still holding onto the controller, just barely. His fingers are pushing the buttons in a sloppy, uncoordinated fashion now, and even though it looks like he’s trying to keep staring at the screen, he can’t help but steal glances at you every so often.
Eventually, the controller falls from his hands, and as you stare up into his deep red eyes, you realize that you finally, finally have his undivided attention.
You moan softly, bobbing your head and sucking him at a steady rhythm. His cock tastes so good. You’re convinced you’ll never be able to get enough of it.
“That’s good,” Shigaraki breathes, running his fingers through your hair. “Yeah—ugh. That’s really, really good...”
His praise motivates you to try even harder, and you gag as you force yourself to take him all the way in, letting his cock bottom out against the back of your throat. Shigaraki moans again, and you don’t dare to break eye contact, despite the prickly tears that are forming.
“Take it,” Shigaraki gasps. He’s careful not to use all five of his fingers, then grabs the back of your head and starts guiding your face up and down the length of his cock. You don’t attempt to struggle, even though his pace is difficult to keep up with. You choke and gag, drowning in saliva and tears, but knowing that you’re making him feel good makes you feel good.
“I love seeing your cute mouth stuffed full with my cock,” Shigaraki says. He licks his lips in delight, a crude grin stretching across his features. “Fuck yeah. You’re so hot. You’re gonna make me cum.”
He’s pretty much fucking your face at this point, and instead of trying to fight it, you forfeit all control and let him use you as he pleases. Your throat aches and burns from how relentlessly he keeps pounding his cock in, but god, it feels fucking amazing.
“I’m about to cum,” Shigaraki pants. His thrusts are getting sloppier by the second, and a soft little whine even leaves his lips. “Shit, I’m... I’m coming!”
He busts his load right into your mouth, and you moan in delight, greedily slurping up all the thick ropes of cum. There’s almost too much to contain, but you refuse to let any of it go to waste, so you stay there obediently and choke it all down.
After a few more moments, Shigaraki’s convulsions stop, and he tucks his cock away, then slumps back onto the couch, utterly spent.
“Thanks for the meal,” you grin.
He lets out a heavy sigh. “Goddammit, [Name]. You’re such a needy little slut."
“But you love it.”
“...yeah,” he admits, cracking a grin. “I sure do.”
“Are you going to keep playing your game?” you ask innocently, even though you already know the answer.
Shigaraki pretends to ponder it for a few moments, then shakes his head. “Nah. I guess I don’t have to beat it tonight. It can wait. More importantly...”
He shoves you down onto the couch, then grabs you by the thighs and spreads your legs apart. His red eyes are glinting with mischief, arousal, and just the slightest hint of sadism.
“Right now, I kind of just want to fuck you so hard that you won’t be able to walk tomorrow.”

Midoriya's Miscalculated Misfortune
Tumblr media
🝮 In an attempt to connect with his class, Mr. Midoriya participates in a class training! Will he be able to handle it? 🝮 no warnings. continue reading under the cut. not proofread... I don't even know what this is.
Tumblr media
As the class filed into the room, a palpable sense of anticipation filled the air. Izuku stood at the front, eager to share the news. “As some of you may know, today marks your first official training session! You will be paired into groups of three, based on the compatibility of your quirks. Each group will face off against a teacher in a simulated battle scenario. The objective is simple: each of you must secure one flag from your opponent within a ten-minute time limit,” he explained, his tone brimming with enthusiasm.
The room buzzed with murmurs of excitement, the students clearly thrilled at the prospect of training with pro heroes. One student raised her hand, her curiosity piqued. “Which teachers will we be up against?”
“Excellent question,” Izuku replied, smiling. “We have five teachers participating. To ensure fairness, the students who scored the highest on the entrance exam will go first, ensuring the teachers are at their peak performance when sparring with them. This allows everyone to get a fair shot. The teachers you'll be facing are Present Mic, Ectoplasm, Eraserhead, Cementoss, and finally, myself!”
A heavy silence fell over the room, replacing the earlier excitement. Izuku noticed the shift, his brow furrowing slightly in confusion. ‘Strange, I thought they’d be more excited…’
“Mr. Midoriya, are you sure this is the best idea? Ever since… you know,” a student asked hesitantly, concern lacing their voice.
“Yeah, it's like kicking a dog while it's down, isn’t it?” another added, their tone uncertain.
“Should we start drafting apology letters now or wait until after your lesson backfires?” someone muttered under their breath, eliciting a few nervous chuckles.
Izuku, however, remained unfazed. His smile widened as he addressed the class. “Even though I lost my quirk, I’ve never stopped training as if I still had it. I’ll give it my all! I’m ready for whatever challenges you bring!” he declared in his signature happy-go-lucky tone. Maybe his all wasn't enough.
The students made their way to the training grounds, eager to prove themselves to these heroes. First up were three students against Present Mic. Izuku stood in the corner, taking notes on each student's abilities and areas for improvement.
“WOAH HO HO, ARE YOU STUDENTS READY TO ROCK?” Present Mic's voice boomed across the arena. His signature blonde hair spiked as if he'd just held up an umbrella to lightning. He wore a confident grin, his hands on his hips as he surveyed the three students who would be his challengers.
“WoAh ho hO,” one student mocked. “Did Mr. Midoriya put us up against Santa?” another added to the banter. Present Mic saw through their game. “Psyching me out, huh? That’s not gonna work, little ones!”
The three students stood in a loose formation, trying to draw up a plan. One of them tried to offer encouragement. “Hey guys, we got this! Just… try not to let him yell too much.” Easier said than done.
As the battle reached its peak, the students were feeling pretty good about themselves. They had managed to snag two flags, and Present Mic was finally starting to look like he might be sweating—just a little. Sensing victory within reach, they regrouped for one last coordinated assault.
“Okay, this is it! We’re gonna take him down!” a student declared, a confident grin on his face.
Present Mic noticed their determined expressions and couldn’t help but chuckle. “YOU KIDS ARE GREAT, BUT LET’S TURN UP THE VOLUME A NOTCH!” The students braced themselves for another ear-shattering scream or some kind of pitch-based attack. What they did not expect was for him to spin around and amplify a colossal fart.
“WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?” one student screamed.
“IT SMELLS LIKE LITERAL SHIT! DID YOU POOP YOURSELF?” another shouted in horror.
“WHAT DID YOU EVEN EAT? OH MY GOSH!” a third gagged, clutching their nose.
As Present Mic walked away, he let out a celebratory toot, and the students couldn’t help but notice his pants sagging suspiciously in the back. “THAT’S THE SWEET STENCH OF DEFEAT, KIDS! SMELL YA LATER!” he declared with a grin.
Izuku, watching from the sidelines, was definitely not expecting that. Trying to recover, he addressed the class. “Well, everyone! In hero work, you’ve got to learn to expect the unexpected. Good effort, Group A! I hope this scrimmage helped you understand how to better use your quirks in combat,” he said, giving his evaluations as he prepped for his turn.
A few more groups went before his. Ectoplasm managed to win the scrimmage with no flags being captured. Eraserheads weapon was used against him, allowing the students to capture all his flags. Next in the lineup was Izuku. The three students he faced were pretty strong.
The first female student had the quirk Memory Imprint. She was able to gain knowledge of the item or person she touched, but it only lasted for five minutes. Her plan involved touching Mr. Midoriya. She didn’t have to go for the flag, just attempt to graze him. From then on, she could use her quirk to gain the knowledge Mr. Midoriya was thinking—strategies that were impossible to evade. Using one of his thought-out strategies, she captured a flag without a hitch.
“Good job! You two still have to capture a flag, so don’t hold back!” Izuku encouraged. ‘Easy A,’ the next student thought to himself. His quirk was strength-based. He had an immense amount of power in his punch, and when he wound his arms up, the power amplified. As the other students were busy fighting, he wound up his arm fifty times.
By this time, Izuku was feeling a bit cocky. He had managed to dodge a few hits from the third student, who hadn’t resorted to using her quirk yet. “What’s wrong, Group D? Are you going to let the teacher without a quirk bea—” he was abruptly cut off by an uppercut to the stomach. The hit was so hard that the vibrations made one of his front teeth fall out. He also coughed up a bit of blood.
Ectoplasm, who was still observing the fight, called out in concern, “Hey Midoriya, do you want to call it?”
The fool called back, “No! This is a learning experience. I want to see how strong each of my students are, so let’s continue!” He offered a toothy—or now toothless—grin. ‘A punch like that should've knocked him out. Hell, if that was me, I’d fake faint,’ Ectoplasm thought, replaying the punch in his head.
The student took this as a challenge and decided to up the ante. With a flick of her wrist, she summoned a bed of snow that spread rapidly across the arena. Before Izuku could react, she made it rain. Drenched and now standing on an icy patch, Izuku slipped immediately onto his back, knocking all the air out of him. To be honest, the students were enjoying this a bit more than they wanted to admit. The weathering student went to retrieve her flag. Izuku tried to get up, but his attempts only resulted in failure. The strength-based student wound up his arm ten times and punched the ground with tremendous force. Izuku, in mid-fall, extended his arms to cushion himself but instead ended up breaking them on the icy surface. Battered, bruised, and toothless, Izuku was a sorry sight. It reminded him exactly of middle school. Izuku started tearing up in pain, waiting for the last student to take his flag so it could be over. He oddly craved the feeling of Recovery Girl’s dry lips over his cuts, making them feel all better. This daydream led to him passing out.
“Oh my gosh, Mr. Midoriya, I am SO SORRY, are you okay?” His hearing was so muffled he could barely hear his student walk in. At that point, he had already woken up, but his eyes were so puffy and bruised it made him look like they were closed.
“Man, I guess I really did a number on him. He told us not to hold back, but I only used 5% of my power.” The other two students who had sparred with him joined in.
“Yeah, same here! I only used a harmless ice sheet, but it took him out too.”
Embarrassed, Izuku took advantage of his puffy eyes and pretended to remain unconscious. He made a mental note for next time: do NOT participate in class training.

Katsuki Bakugou dating a single mom of two. He is so whipped for her. He's got the looks, the reputation, the status, but he genuinely thinks he's the lucky one. So very charming with her, which he usually never is, and that's how you know she's special.
He absolutely hates kids and thinks they're gross and irritating, but he loves hers. He is so infatuated with the kids, and does surprisingly well around them. They love him too, it's practically a match made in heaven.
You both marry and he makes the most wonderful husband and father.
Before meeting her, he considered his number one hero status the most important thing in his life, but afterward he is dedicated to his little family. Katsuki constantly takes time off work to spend time with them, which has a big impact on his case resolution count. Eventually he drops to second rank on the Hero Billboard Charts, then fifth, and then eighth. The hero business is unforgiving, and you apologize profusely for it, but Katsu makes it clear that he's a father and husband foremost, and his job as a hero comes third.
Just,,, Katsuki raising the reader's kids

"Ouch", you whine rubbing your back as you get up.
'She could've at least given me a soft landing', you think when your attention is brought to your hands which looked smaller, like those of a four-year-old.
Looking around, you notice how dark everything was, the only source of light being blocked by the back of a big chair. In the background you could hear sounds of people's  panics among other things, which seemed to be coming from the only light source of the room, a computer.
Among these other sounds you could also make out the faint sniffles of the boy seated in the chair.
"Hello?", you call out making the sniffs pause. Then slowly the chair spun around, revealing a green haired boy, no older than four.
"Who are you?", he asks wiping his cheeks as he gets down and comes towards you.
"I'm Y/n", you answer holding out your hand. "And I'm your new friend."
✩。:*•.───── 🥦🥦 ─────.•*:。✩
A few hours earlier⌛
"So you're telling me I'm dead?", you say gripping the sides of your clothes as the (literal) angel in front looks at you in despair.
"You're saying that I won't ever be able to see mommy and daddy ever again? That I won't be able to play with my friends ever?", big hot tears had started to escape your eyes and cloud your vision now.
"You're lying!", you shout. "This is all a bad dream. I will wake up soon and then mommy will be there and make me some pudding! Then Ai and Kenji will come over and we'll all go to school together! You're just a bad liar!"
The angel only looks at you in pity as you break down crying on the floor.
"Let me wake up! I wanna live!", you sob desperately. "I wanna go have dinner with mommy! I wanna go play with my friends! I wanna become a big and strong hero like daddy!", you only sit on the ground, helplessly, bringing your knees close to your chest and you continue to weep.
"I know.", the winged beauty answers in a soothing tone as she gets closer to you.
It wasn't fair. It was too early for you. I wasn't your time yet, it shouldn't have been your time yet. You were still so young. So full of life, so full of potential. You had your whole life ahead of you. A glorious future. Such beautiful memories to make.
All that, ripped away from you before you'd even gotten a taste of it. It was cruel, you were only six after all.
Yet, such was the nature of fate.
But, there was a way to get around it. So she gave you that option, hoping nothing but the best for the child she'd looked over in secret all these years.
To be an imaginary friend.
Sure, it would only be for a few years, as long as the child needed you around. Still, it was something. You'd at least get to experience a few more years of life this way.
It wasn't fair, she knew that. Being given the choice of staying with some unknown kid only to help make their life better, ripped apart from your loved ones in exchange for those precious experiences and memories supposed to be made over many decades of being alive, that should've rightfully been yours from the start.
Still, it was something, and something was better than nothing.
✩。:*•.───── 🥦🥦 ─────.•*:。✩
You soon learned that the boy in whose room you'd appeared was named Izuku Midoriya and he.....was quirkless.
Hearing about how his dreams were crushed was heartbreaking, especially since you could relate seeing as all your dreams had come crashing down in such a short time. However, ironically enough, his grief provided the perfect distraction from yours. You'd pushes your feelings of despair deep down and instead directed your focus at him.
You'd do everything you could to make him feel better, and he did soon enough, and when you got to really know Izuku, everything seemed to have changed for the better. The two of you had instantly hit it off and had become the bestest of friends and gotten closer than you were with any of your previous friends.
With him around you didn't even remember you weren't alive anymore. His lively and charming presence came like the light of hope into your life that drove away all the darkness that were your sorrows and misery.
Still, there were times you'd be reminded of your previous life, you were still a human with feelings after all (albeit not alive). But soon you found solace in Izuku at times like these. He'd become your shelter in those nights of stormy emotions that welcomed you with open arms and a promise to protect you as you would confide in him.
✩。:*•.───── 🥦🥦 ─────.•*:。✩
It was raining heavily that night with lots of lightning, there was a thunderstorm.
The greenette was sleeping soundly in his bed, having dozed off mid-way through your discussion on whether or not people with anthropogenic quirks are born that way or if they randomly wake up one day with altered bodies.
You in the meanwhile had decided to go over to the window and stare at the rain. For some reason you couldn't sleep and to make matters worse, you were hit by a wave of nostalgia that brought the feeling of sorrow with it.
You'd begun to recall that one fateful night spent with your parents.
There's been a thunder storm, just like this one and you couldn't sleep with how jumpy you were. You were pretty young at that time too, maybe around 3, (you couldn't remember anymore), so there was nothing out of place about your fear of thunderstorms.
Your parents, in an attempt to make you feel at ease had offered to sleep in your room for the night but when that didn't help they decided on something different. With a few pillows, mattresses and bedsheets and blankets their little blanket fort to make you feel better was ready. All night (as long as you could stay awake), the three of you watched movies and shared stories.
The exact details were hazy, that was a really long time ago after all, seeing as it had been six years since you joined Izuku who was now 10, but that was the gist of it. Many years had passed since then and you were now no longer scared of a little lightning here and there.
Remembering all this now, it made you long for their company once again and before you knew it big fat tears had escaped your eyes and were running down your face and the sound of your quite cries had filled the otherwise silent room.
"Y/n?", the green haired boy called you rubbing his eyes as he came up behind you. Feeling his presence you quickly wipe away your tears as you proceeded to try reassure him that you were just having trouble sleeping.
"I get it.", he says. "You're scared of thunderstorms.", he says as he looks down in shame. " And here I was sleeping all peacefully without paying attention to you. I'm such a bad friend."
No, no you're not! I'm not scared of thunderstorms.", you try convincing him.
"It's okay, you don't have to hide it from me. I'll make you feel better now.", the boy answers with determination before his face lights up.
"I know!", he says. Quickly he goes back and forth across his room gathering various pillows and blankets.
"Tada!", he says excitedly gesturing to his creation as you stand there frozen in place staring at the haphazardly made blanket fort as he pulls you into it and sits you down.
"Now we can tell each other stories.", he squeals in excitement.
You only sit there looking at him as once again your tears find an escape from your eyes as you begin to sob, much to the boy's distress, who looks shocked deciding what to do for a moment.
"There, there.", he says softly pulling into his embrace. You gladly return his hug as you continue to bawl while he runs hin fingers through your hair.
"I'm here if you ever need to talk, k?", he says softly resting his chin on your head as you nod.
That was the night you realized something. It's taken a while to come to this conclusion you finally admit it.
Izuku, had started to feel like home.
✩。:*•.───── 🥦🥦 ─────.•*:。✩
Slowly, the years passed and Izuku grew and along with him, so did you. Time flies when you're having fun and before the two of you knew it a decade had passed since you'd first laid your eyes on the boy.
A lot changed during these years, the neighborhood had grown, the freckled teen found new heroes to obsess over, more of his notebooks were filled with hero analysis, many other imaginary friends you'd noticed disappeared and new ones were spotted by you over the years.
But the one thing that remained the same was Izuku, your Izuku. Still just a optimistic, still just as determined to achieve his dreams and still just as in need of your company and you still just as grateful for his.
Over the years your bond had strengthened. Sure you'd had mild arguments here and there but they served only to bring the 2 of you closer together.
✩。:*•.───── 🥦🥦 ─────.•*:。✩
It was another normal sunny day, usually on such a day you and your green-eyed companion would be outside doing God knows what. However, today you were sitting at the window in the aspiring heroes room, sulking.
It was nothing major really, no big deal. The two of you had just been lying under the trees in the near-by playground, enjoying each other's company, discussing random things when you'd gotten into a debate which had managed to spark-off an argument, well not exactly an argument, but it had still managed to leave you in a foul mood so you had made your exit with the timely arrival of the greenette's 'companions, aka the famous Kacchan and his lackeys.
So here you were, regretting having let your emotions to get the best of you. However, your train of thought was interrupted by someone knocking on the door, making you look back to spot the 7-year-old.
Sighing, you simply turn back around to continue gazing out the window. The green-eyed boy however, is only left standing there, contemplating what to do when suddenly an idea strikes him.
There was no guarantee if this would work to improve your mood. Chances were it could go either way, still he went through with it.
He goes on and knocks on the door in a pattern before calling out your name, gaining your attention.
"Do you...wanna build a snowman?", he says looking away slightly unsure of your reaction before looking up at you for a response.
The two of you had absolutely loved the movie and had only recently watched it this week. So in hopes of getting a laugh out of you, the boy had decided to go through with his plan.
You on the other hand however, only stand there with a dumbfounded expression on your face in shock before replying with a straight face, "It's the middle of summer".
"Uh....."
The two of you only stand there in complete silence awkwardly before you burst into a fit of laughter and the boy finally lets out a relieved sigh before joining you.
✩。:*•.───── 🥦🥦 ─────.•*:。✩
Slowly as time passed you'd also started to grow more concerned for the boy. He still held on tightly and desperately to his dream of becoming a hero. But till now, that's all that was, a dream, and a seemingly impossible one at that.
There was no sugar coating the fact that Izuku's dream was one that he would most likely not be able to achieve, no matter how hard he tried. You knew that.
He was quirkless, and so with no power of his own, going against villains who were leagues above him in terms of both physical strength and powers, the chances of him coming out alive would decrease every time.
Sure, the limits of his physical capabilities could be extended with strenuous training and hard work and sure there were plenty of support items to make up for quirks but still, the battles he would inevitably face would surely prove to be grim.
Bodies could easily break. Even well trained veteran heroes with powerful quirks would come out of their battles injured gravely at times and Izuku was just a regular boy. Not to mention, support items could be easily damaged and discarded by the villains, leaving him vulnerable.
You knew that, yet your heart ached for the boy you'd grown to love over the years and a part of you hoped that some way his dream would come true, because you knew how badly his heart would be crushed if it didn't.
✩。:*•.───── 🥦🥦 ─────.•*:。✩
At this point, it was clear that Izuku's dream could only come true with a miracle. You had never been one to believe in miracles however, but you could say that your presence currently was a miracle in itself. So your heart prayed for a miracle, something, anything that would provide aid to the boy for fulfilling his goal.
You grew more uneasy at the thought of the future as each day passed by. But it was as if your prayers had been answered when the freckled teen happened to stumble across All Might, who made him his successor.
It was great! Both of you were overjoyed and the first night neither of you could sleep, Izuku from the sheer excitement and you from the growing nervousness.
✩。:*•.───── 🥦🥦 ─────.•*:。✩
The moonlight filtered into the room through the curtains as a cool breeze blew in the background making the weather pleasant. Silence filled the entire room with the exception of the clock ticking in the background.
The greenette lay in his bed with his eyes squeezed shut as he tried to force his body to sleep, which of course he could not do. A million thoughts rushed through his mind. Some were him fantasizing how his life would be from this day forward, or him just recalling the day's events as it all still felt surreal, and no matter how hard he tried, his brain would. not. stop. thinking.
As one would guess, he was terribly nervous. He laid there trying calm down his heart as it hammered against his chest not allowing him to sleep.
He'd finally had enough of it and decided to get up as he threw the covers off. His eyes remained fixed to his lap momentarily as he swung his legs out of bed in thought before finally looking around the room in search of your familiar figure, which was no where to be found.
"Y/n?"
No answer.
He slowly got up and made his way towards the window and slid it open entirely. Carefully, he jumped out onto the platform of the fire escape and made his way up to the roof.
"Thought you'd be here.", he said smiling as he spots your lying figure staring at the sky.
The boy climbs up and makes his way to lay on the ground next to you on the ground. This was your favorite star gazing spot. Whenever you'd feel sad or troubled, you'd come here to gaze at the stars to give yourself a sense of peace.
"Hey.", you greet turning your head sideways to look at him. "Couldn't sleep?", you ask as the boy responds by shaking his head. "Me neither."
For a while the two of you only continue to look at the sky, enjoying each other's company. A comfortable silence surrounded you both.
Finally, you decide to speak up.
"So, first day of hero training soon huh?", you say sighing.
"Yep! I'm really excited! But it all still feels like a dream.", the boy beams.
You only turn your head away sighing sadly. Your lips trembled as you tried to stop them from turning into a frown as your vision got blurry.
No.
This was his special day. You could not let it get ruined because you got all emotional.
The small sniff you let out immediately caught your companion's attention as he quickly sat up in shock and confusion.
"Y/n, are you-"
"I'm fine.", you answered as you sat up. "But I need you to tell me something. Just be honest with me, 'kay?"
Izuku looked at you in shock. Your eyes were all teary, filled with sorrow and desperation.
"Will you-After you get into UA and become a hero, will you not need me anymore?", tears were slowly streaming down your face.
"After you pass the exam and make more friends, will you forget about me? Will you leave me behind and forget me?", you were bawling at this point as you hiccupped between your words.
"Because, I-I don't want you too. Is, is it selfish of me to wish to keep you by my side forever? I'm a terrible friend aren't I?", you cried out as you tried to wipe your eyes with the edge of your sweatshirt's sleeve.
Seeing you this way absolutely broke the green eyes boy's heart. What was worse was that this was because of Him.
He curse himself for not being able to tell you were upset. You had been acting different ever since after All Might told him he'd get his quirk. What kind of a friend was he?
"How can you say?!", he says gripping your shoulders, albeit a little too loudly snapping you out of it.
"Y/n, you're one of the most important people in my life! I care for you!", he says pulling you into a hug.
"I will never forget you. No matter what, I'll always stay by your side. You aren't selfish, you're the best friend I could ever ask for."
"I will always need you."
You were at a loss of words. Al you could do was return his embrace as more tears rolled down your cheeks.
"Promise?"
"Promise"
✩。:*•.───── 🥦🥦 ─────.•*:。✩
It was perfect. Everything was perfect.
Too perfect even.
And we all know how the saying goes, all good things must come to an end, and indeed they soon would.

You laid awake, eyes boring into the high ceilings as you twisted the ring on your finger, before you flipped and faced Taishiro—watching his chest rise and fall with wordless mumbles.
You were aware he was exhausted from his hero duties, considering that the villains have been more persistent as of late but you missed him. He barely had time for you when he arrived in the late hours, leaving the house lacking his presence throughout the day. It didn't help that you were feeling amorous, needy for Taishiro's rough yet gentle hands and needy for him to release his stress on you. Your eyes shut, tremblingly, as the flaming heat between your feverish thighs became intolerable. A whiny breath utters from your lips as your thighs knead one another desperately for a bit of relief, finding it as your thigh chafed against your puffy clit. You huffed, tears beading in your eyes with frustration, and you entangled your fingers into your hair. Even if your body cried out for Taishiro, you weren’t going to disturb his rest when you could tackle your fat and deprived cunt yourself—but you didn’t intend on waking him.
A hand slithers past your ‘jama shorts, shuddering as your finger stroked over your clad slit before shedding from your shorts and dampened panties. You inhale sharply as the drafty air kisses your aroused cunny, stifling a moan. Your fingers rubbed circles on your folds, slipping in a digit and teasing your sensitive bud. You were losing yourself, becoming more and more difficult to withhold those needful noises and jerks of your hip as your fingers crept down to your greedy hole and stretched you prettily.
“Taishiro~” You breathe, bucking into your hand.
Taishiro’s eyes flicked open, discerning your muffled whimpers and the wet smack of your thrusting fingers, his brows furrowed before raising with realization. He tossed around, catching you as your skin prickled and your back arching when you came around your fingers. His hand tickles over your clammy skin, your arousal seeping into his body, as he felt his cock harden achingly.
Taishiro’s lips draws into a taunting smirk, “my baby is so restless tonight, isn’t she?”
Your glossy eyes widen, before bobbing your head sluggishly.
“Now you know I loathe it when you exclude me, definitely when I could’ve gotten a taste of that pussy.”
“M’sorry, Taishy. Didn’t wanna bother you when I know yer tired.” You murmured, your words drawn out.
He smiled before he mounted you, “that’s sweet of you baby, but you know I gotta punish ya.”
You mewled, his hips rutting against yours, flinging your head back. Taishiro maneuvers himself from his gray joggers, you ogled at his swollen and redden cock. He takes your chin between his fingers and tilts it for you to stare him in the eye. “Look at me…be a good girl and spread wide for me.”
You parted your legs, your glistening lips in sight. Taishiro breathes through his nostrils and envelops his dick with his hand, swirling and smushing the head between your folds before he sheathes himself in your warmth with a groan. Your eyes deters from him, squirming beneath him. He growls and smacks your cunt, manhandling your jaw once again.
“‘I’m not going to ask you again,” He chided, “look at me.”
A hand palms at your stiffen teat while the other grasps your hip, setting a rhythmic tempo. Taishiro’s head slouches with a low hum, absorbing your lustful energy with every pump of his dick—now he was losing himself.
You choked on a sob as Taishiro swells into his chunky form, his girth stuffing you utmost. Your nails clawed at his wrist, his pace increasing. “Taishy, gentle.”
He scoffs before he snatches your legs and forcing them to your chest, fucking you further at an angle that had you squealing.
“I can't help it, baby cakes. I just want you so bad.” Taishiro moaned, his tongue lolled and drooled past his lip as he became drunk off of sex.
You gripped at the sheets, his name coming from your lips, as you came undone. “Taishiro!”
“T’such a good girl.” Taishiro sputtered, eyes rolling back as he spilled himself into your womb.
His hold lessen as he smothers himself into your breast, thrusting languidly, and resting for a few before he lifts himself on to his elbows as his dick jackhammered into your quivering pussy.
“No!” You wailed, attempting to pull from him.
“Give me one more,” He grunted.
You felt your gut tightened once more, your bottom lip wobbling. This was what you wanted, you missed his touch and now you got it with a consequence. Your wall spasmed around his cock, squirting with strained scream. You stared up at him tiredly, watching as his jaw jutted and his back curved when he reached his release. Taishiro collapses beside you, his chest heaving as he brings you into him.
You snuggled into him, lips coming to a smile. “Thank you.”
     “Anytime, baby girl.”

The Victims of Heroes
Kaina Tsutsumi (Lady Nagant) x She/Her Reader
A/N: Thank you for the excuse to try to write for Lady Nagant again. I tried two other times and both turned out bad, so I’m glad I’m finally getting a fic out for her. Warning: Brief allusion to reader’s father attempting s*icide because of the work the Hero Commission made him do. Word Count: 2,134
Kaina had to take the shot.
A very influential Hero Commission sponsored politician was running for governor of the Greater Tokyo Area. Though not public information, his plans would include creating a special task force to search for more children with outstanding quirks to begin their hero training at a criminally early age.
Kaina couldn’t allow that to happen, to have those poor, starry-eyed children’s hands be covered in blood like her own. It was difficult to move freely after killing that Hero Commission Chairman a few months ago, but she would do what had to be done.
Heroes were vigilant, searching for her to lock her up for her traitorous crime, and with the politician’s election campaign gaining traction, his security only grew tighter. Kaina became more anxious as Election Day closed in, but as fate would have it, she found her opening late one night when the self-proclaimed ‘family man’ snuck out for the company of someone other than his wife.
She watched him trail a woman on the street and when he caught up to her, he flashed her an obscene amount of cash. Kaina waited for the woman to pocket the money at least. Perhaps she could afford a therapist with it, she mused, before aiming her rifle at the man and taking the shot.
No wind, no obstacles, no moving target, she might as well have had shot him at point blank instead of the roof of a nearby convenience store. He fell into the gutter like a sack of potatoes.
Kaina expected the woman to scream, but she seemed eerily calm. She blinked, then looked up, somehow spotting Kaina right away. She was no average citizen to parse out the trajectory of a bullet that quickly. Kaina stood frozen as the woman sent her a smile accompanying with a little wave then a light golf-clap.
“You might want to make yourself scarce, Lady Nagant.” She called out, though her voice did not carry too far, “I’m going to need to put on a show here, you understand.”
Kaina slowly backed away from the edge of the roof and as the woman fell away from her line of sight, she heard a scream.
“Oh my god! Someone help! Call 119!”
Too curious for her own good, Kaina hopped a few rooftops down to continue to watch the show. She observed the once nearly empty street roar to life as police cars, ambulances and nosey neighbors flooded the street with light and sound.
“My god, it’s governor candidate Sato!” A police man gasped, “Ma’am, did you see this happen? Did you see anyone suspicious?”
The woman continued to sob as she spoke, “I-I just needed a few things at the convenience store and— and he was laying there when I came out! I just, I don’t know why anyone would do such a awful thing!” She wailed.
Kaina watched on as the officer tried to comfort the woman, her mind filled with questions. Why was this woman helping her get away with murder? They would know it was her soon enough once they found her signature bullet lodged in the politician’s head, but with this woman’s show of hysterics, the police and emergency personnel were all scatterbrained and not following any protocols.
“Let’s get you out of here ma’am. Can I drive you home?” The police officer asked.
The woman shook her head, “I live in that apartment building right there, but if you could walk me in, I would be so thankful. I’ve never been more frightened in my life.”
Kaina watched the officer lead the woman inside before making herself scarce until the chaos winded down in the early hours of the morning. She wanted answers.
It took a little snooping into the apartment records to find the right number, but she found it and climbed a couple stories up to the woman’s balcony and slipped through her unlocked sliding glass door, flinching when a lamp clicked on as soon as she slid the door behind her.
“I was starting to think you wouldn’t come.” The woman yawned, leaning further back into her cozy chair, crossing one leg over the other.
“Who are you?” Kaina demanded, “Why didn’t you tell them what really happened?”
“My name is (L/n) (Y/n),” she decided to uncross her legs and stand up for a more proper introduction, “And I didn’t give you away, because I believe you did the right thing.”
Kaina was skeptical. All the news stations could talk about was how much of a traitor she was. The Commission paid through the nose to leave no doubt in the public’s mind that she was the enemy, so how did (Y/n) come to that conclusion?
“My father was recruited by the commission when he was five years old. He did the same kind of work for them that you did, wiping out troublesome undesirables. It really messed with his head. Except, instead of taking it out on the people who raised him to do those things, he took it out on himself. I’ll never forgive the Hero Commission for what they did to him.”
“I’m sorry.” Kaina rubbed the back of her neck. That would explain it, wouldn’t it? No one truly understood the horrors of working for the Hero Commission unless they were in the trenches or reaching out to the people within.
“You have nothing to be sorry about. He survived, he’s just not all there anymore. Probably for the best, I think he’s happier this way. He smiles when I get to visit him in the hospital anyway. But that’s not what I wanted to say, I wanted to thank you. The chairman you killed a few months ago, he was the one who gave my father the ultimatum that broke him completely. You gave our family justice.”
“I’m not so heroic.” Kaina looked out to the balcony, “It’s not like I knew I was doing you any favors.”
“Justice is justice.” (Y/n) shrugged, “Anyway, I imagine being on the lamb while you do all this vigilante work has been wearing you down. You’re welcome to stay here as long as you like. Visit whenever you want. Food, shower, a bed, someone to talk to, whatever you need I want to provide it for you.”
“I can’t. That’s too much.”
“Come on, Lady Nagant, where else do you have to go?” (Y/n) held out a hand to her, “Stay.”
It would be nice, wouldn’t it? Kaina had been living on the streets. No apartment and no money because she couldn’t risk the heroes finding her. She often toyed with the idea of letting herself get caught just so she could have a place to sleep. She often wondered if she had made the right decision, and now with (Y/n) standing before her, hand outstretched and offering her home to her, it was hard to think that she had ever been wrong.
“Call Me Kaina,” she said, accepting (Y/n)’s hand.
***
“Yes!” (Y/n) jumped up from her seat as the somber newscaster reported on the list of inmates who had escaped during the Tartarus Prison Siege.
There were many troubling names that preceded and followed the name she had been desperate to hear, but she hardly cared. As long as Kaina had escaped, that’s all she needed to know.
Years had passed since Kaina had been caught. She had been fed false information and went out to take care of another Commission figurehead, but it had been a trap. (Y/n) had been devastated when she saw the news. Kaina had wanted to tell her something when she got back… (Y/n) had never gotten to hear it.
When Kaina had been locked away, (Y/n) wrote her letters. It wasn’t a crime to write a letter to a criminal after all. People wrote love letters to serial killers for god’s sake. She didn’t write anything about their time together because she knew the mail would always be read by someone else before it would reach Kaina’s hands. She didn’t even use her real name when signing the letter, but she did hide a code within the words that she prayed Kaina would see through. She did.
(Y/n) had tried to get her to tell her what she had wanted to tell her that night she got caught, but Kaina was stubbornly tight-lipped, saying it was only something she wanted to say if they could meet face to face again.
While everyone else in the city was battening down the hatches, (Y/n) was making sure her balcony door was unlocked, waiting for Kaina’s return. She had accidentally fallen asleep while she waited, but was awoken by a few thumps and bumps.
“(Y/n), (Y/n), are you home?”
Oh, how long she had dreamed to hear her voice again.
“Kaina!” (Y/n) stumbled to her feet and threw herself at Kaina, arms and legs wrapping completely around her.
Kaina held her weight easily, wrapping her arms tightly around her.
“I missed you so much.” She murmured.
“I missed you too,” (Y/n) withdrew her head from Kaina’s neck and took a minute to really look at her. She ran her fingers through Kaina’s hair, noticeably shorter since they last saw each other, “I love the hair.”
“Thanks,” Kaina chuckled, then a more serious look came over her face, “Hey, um, I know this is kind of sudden since I just got here but, I really want to tell you something that’s been eating at me forever and I got a, uh, a ‘friend’ waiting outside that really shouldn’t be left alone for too long, but I wanted to tell you without any distractions.”
“Kaina, I’ve been waiting for this for years, I think we’ve waited long enough, don’t you?”
“You’re right,” Kaina sat (Y/n) down on the counter, “wait here a second… You didn’t deep clean the apartment at any point, did you?”
“What a riveting question,” (Y/n) teased, “but no, I haven’t. Thanks for exposing me.”
“Oh, you’re fine, it’s just us.” Kaina smiled, reaching up into the far back of the highest shelf and something weakly banged on the balcony door, “Ignore that, please.”
(Y/n) shook her head in disbelief, but did as she was told. Kaina worked her way back around the counter with something behind her back and came to a stop in front of (Y/n).
“What I have behind my back was a supposed to be a part two a ways down the line after I got to say what I initially wanted to say, but I’m so, so tired of waiting. (Y/n), you’re my best friend, my confidant, my home, the worst torture in that prison was not getting to hear your voice or see your face. God, what I wouldn’t have given just to smell your shampoo. I love you, and maybe I misstranslated some code, but I feel pretty confident you feel the same way.”
(Y/n) chuckled and nodded, using her legs to pull Kaina in closer to the counter, waiting impatiently for the other shoe to drop.
“I uh, don’t think we could get away with a real wedding, but will you take this ring and be my wife? Even if it’s not exactly a legal union?”
“Yes, Kaina, you sweet, beautiful woman, I’ll be your covert wife. I love you too.”
(Y/n)’s hands snuck back into Kaina’s hair, grasping at the root before pulling her in for a kiss that was long overdue.
“Should we make our way to the honeymoon?” (Y/n) breathed, when Kaina finally gave her enough space to catch her breath. Kaina winced.
“Yeah, probably gonna need a rain check on that.” She looked to the balcony door, so (Y/n) peered over too, seeing the distressed young man sitting out there for the first time. “The poor guy isn’t right. It didn’t feel right leaving him to fend for himself, so I took him with me. Is that alright?”
“Of course, let him in.”
Kaina slid the door open and Kai slowly shuffled in.
“Where’s pops?” He hiccuped, looking around the room hopefully.
“I told you, I don’t know your pops,” Kaina gently reminded, “But we’ll help you find him when it’s safe, okay?”
“Pops… I’m sorry.”
“Here, come sit.” (Y/n) lead him to the couch and helped ease him down. “Let’s make everyone a little something good to eat, hm? I’m sure you’re both tired of prison food.”
“You’re too good to me.” Kaina smiled, putting a cartoon on for Kai in hopes that it would keep him distracted while they worked in the kitchen.
“Well after you just proposed to me so nicely and kissed me so wonderfully it’s the least I can do.” (Y/n) winked, earning her another breath stealing kiss behind the wall of the kitchen nook.

Hewwo beautiful people! I'm hosting this little collab because it seemed like a fun idea to do something a little icky. And it'll be my first collab on my new blog. Very excited to share. (also if you knew me from @fuwushiguro yes I'm going to be using the same collab layout and linking to the rules on that blog hehe). Anyway, stay toxic hotties 💚
(mdni banner by @benkeibear !)
Tumblr media
How This Collab Works
So basically all you have to do is write a toxic 'lil fic. It's flexible, too. You can write dark content, cheating, fucking your best friend's boyfriend. Whatever you like! Just have fun and make sure to keep it TOXIC!
Tumblr media
Rules
I’ve got a list of rules right here so read through them thoroughly before entering.
Minors do not interact. It’s not hard, please understand this is non negotiable.
When you post your work, please tag me or send it in an ask so that I can see it’s up and link it in the masterlist.
^ following on from this, please link this masterlist post in your completed piece.
All characters must be aged up.
If there’s anything you aren’t clear on, please don’t hesitate to message me with any questions you might have!
This collab is open to all anime fandoms ❤️‍🔥 I’m also allowing infinites of characters so if your character is gone, don't worry! You can still write for them. I'm sure everyone's stories will be unique so I'm not opposed to duplicate characters.
There is no due date for this collab! I just want this to be fun, relaxing, and something you can take part in whenever you're ready. There are so many collabs running all of the time and it can get overwhelming when you want to join every single one but worry about when they are due. That isn't a problem with this collab! Take your time and go at your own pace. I can't wait to see what you all come up with 💗

I hope you have as much fun reading this as I had writing it. TW: Mentions of blood. Masterlist  Edit: Part 2 Word Count: 3548. Summary: Adopted by All Might at the age of five, Toshinori Y/N was being trained to become the ninth user of One For All. With the quirk Element which gave you the ability to control all four classical elements: Air, Water, Fire, and Earth, you were set for victory in the hero-society. However, after your quirk was stolen, your path led astray, the clear neglect was getting obvious, day by day, as your father found a new student to mentor.
——————————————————————————————————
The phone didn’t even ring for a second and he had already picked it up.
“Y/N, my child, could you get the door? Midoriya-Shounen has come to visit.”
Silently, you obeyed your father as you promptly left your work.
Midoriya Izuku. It was a popular name in the Toshinori household. His name managed to sneak into every dinner conversation, and every evening walk.
And now, he was just outside the door, seconds away from intruding your peace.
You released a breath, fingers on the door handle. Your shoulders dropped down low and you straightened your spine, standing an inch or two taller.
It was finally time to meet him.
So with your best rehearsed smile that still didn’t reach your eyes, and your well rehearsed speech playing continuously in your suffocating mind, you opened the door.
A bouquet of flowers and an earnest grin– this was the first time you met Midoriya Izuku.
A few seconds passed as both of you stood still, your throat running slightly dry as you saw confusion build up in the young man’s face.
“Um”, he took a gulp and stepped back. “I’m looking for the Toshinori household…?”
You blinked at him before clearing your throat.
“Yeah, you’re at th- um, yeah this is- I mean, I am-”
“Midoriya-Shounen!”
A loud and hearty voice greeted the young boy with a warm hug, apron on, spatula in one hand. You winced as you rubbed the shoulder your father swiftly brushed past.
You pressed your lips together as you stood beside the embracing pair, hands behind your back as you hid them further into your sweater.
“Five minutes early as always, my boy! Come on in!”
With an excited nod, the boy stepped inside the house, slipping his shoes off into the side of the genkan before following your father into the living room.
Unspoken words remained discarded in your mouth.
And they led, and you followed.
“You have a lovely house, All Might! I was really afraid I was going to run late. I had a bit of a heart attack when someone else opened the door… I thought I took down the wrong address, my mother told me it would happen but I was so surprised that I didn’t even think to confirm it beforehand or anything and it was so-”
“Midoriya-Shounen, please. Relax,” Toshinori chuckled, resting his hand on the worried boy’s shoulders. “You are here now. Please, sit down.”
Midoriya ran his hand to the back of his hair, sheepishly rubbing it as he took a seat across from you. His cheeks became flushed as his fingers adjusted the neck of his sweater.
Toshinori rushed into the kitchen without another word, grabbing a plate of meticulously placed mochi in one hand, and a tray with two glasses and a pitcher of water in the other.
Midoriya immediately got up as he saw his mentor struggle through the narrow doorway, extending his arms to take the tray from him.
They set the delicacies on the glass table, and without being told, Midoriya placed three coasters that were piled on the side of the table. His nimble hands made quick work of removing the glasses and pitcher from the tray.
“Always a step ahead, my son!” Toshinori commended with a proud grin that stretched across his tired face.
You moved to the side to make space for your father, tensing your legs so you could cramp yourself in the tiny corner of your tiny sofa.
‘My son’.
You watched as your father approached you, a glass of water in hand. Your eyes brightened.
But your fingers barely brushed the cold glass before your father walked past you.
The loud shut of the door shut the sparkle in your gaze and your jaw seized as you observed Midoriya, who moved to the side for your father who sat in the remaining space.
Your hands immediately guarded the sliver of your exposed neck, the pads of your finger rubbing against your collarbone.
Their lengthy conversation bled into a distance, and like a required prop, you just sat in the corner, spacing out onto the clear surface of the table that stood in between, dividing the pride and the disappointment.
Your lips became dry as the shallow inhales and exhales latched onto the chapped skin of your lips.
Water.
You needed water.
But the only glasses in the room glared back at you, half-empty.
“Oh, I’m sorry… Did I take your glass by mistake?”
Midoriya caught on quickly, his eyebrows furrowing apologetically.
You opened your mouth, drawing a breath in until-
“Fret not Midoriya-Shounen, the glass was yours. I must have forgotten to bring the third glass, there wasn’t enough space on the tray, you see.”
Your father had responded once again. And your unspoken words were discarded before they could even be said.
“Y/N, go get yourself a glass, if you please. And on your way, maybe refill the jug too?”
Midoriya stood up with the jug in his hand, “allow me to help you Toshinori-san!”
“Ah nonsense, she can do it herself, my son.”
Placing a hand on his shoulder, your father sat Midoriya back down. “We don’t need to ruin the flow of our conversation, young man! We have much to speak about.”
Midoriya tensed his brows as his gaze lowered. But in the end, with a curt nod, he settled into the comfort of his seat and the jug was placed back on the coaster.
Hours passed. Evening twilight wound into night darkness. The bags under Toshinori’s eyes held greater weight, yet his dark vacant eyes held the reflection of the green-haired man in front of him, gleaming in a halo of pride.
It wasn’t until Toshinori’s lungs gave way to a bloody cough that the pair realised that the jug was empty.
It wasn’t until the pair halted their conversation, glasses in hand, that they realised that the sofa in front of them was empty.
-
After the last few finishing touches, you stepped back with a breath of relief; your aching hips required some support from your hands, but the corners of your mouth twitched.
An infectious pride was blooming in the depths of your chest, painting a ray of sunshine onto your cloudy face. The apples of your cheeks, full and bare; the crinkle of your eye, unfamiliar but genuine. You held your chin up high with your sleeves rolled to your elbows.
“It looks amazing, Y/N-chan!”
You basked in the sonorous sound of your supervisor, who had just stepped besides you.
“This is revolutionary, Y/N-chan, it truly is… I expected one or two sketch designs, but you… I have no words for how proud I am…”
Your lips turned upwards as you met your supervisor’s eyes, beaming her a wide grin before turning back to your exhibition where before you, set delicately, was the accumulation of two years of hard work.
Five scaled down prototypes of iron suits were set on display– standing tall and noble.  Each suit was paired with leaflets in their respective stands, with a bold font printed across the face: ‘The Iron Suit and the Quirkless Hero’.
“I couldn’t afford any mistakes sensei… I just couldn’t. This was my dream. It’s been my dream since I was a child...”
And your inner child couldn’t let it go.
So you grabbed her tiny hand, and pulled her far away from her sorrows, protecting her, nourishing her.
The manifestation of the first quirk was regarded as a mystical phenomena; straight out of a sci-fi movie. But as time passed, quirk manifestations spread into common reality. ‘Professional Heroes’– a profession that would have garnered snickers and laughs a century ago, became the most sought after job globally. As the occurrence of a quirk grew, the government instilled quirk academies to scout the best and strongest quirk. Businesses began funding them when the first few heroes were churned out, and so the race to become the number one hero began from age five for many families.
Like all races, it was a test of strength, endurance, and resilience. It wasn’t for the faint of heart, and only the most courageous could join it.
But there were some who just couldn’t join the race? Not because they didn’t want to, no. But because they didn’t even have the legs to reach the starting line.
Toshinori Y/N was adopted by Toshinori Yagi at the age of five. And already, by such a young age, you were sprinting far far ahead.
Your quirk was Element– the ability to control all four classical elements: Air, Water, Fire, and Earth. Your father watched as he created the most powerful vessel for his ultimate goal: to turn his daughter into the ninth user of One For All.
You had the motivation, you had the strength.
You were thrown head-first into the twisted fate of hero society where nothing could bring greater joy than breaking yourself in the name of progress.
Hero society was a place where the pain of training was the sweetness of improvement, and the scars and fractures were the evidence of determination.
So one fateful day as all good things came to an end, you were walking back home, hair pulled back in two pigtails with a kitty lunchbox in one hand. A bag way too big hung on your ten-year-old shoulders, and your quirk was ripped away, gone forever.
The planes of the neighbourhood harboured pained screams of a disturbed soul that haunted every passing parent for the next two months.
Your legs were torn away in the middle of the race. And all you could do was stare at the passersby who mocked you as you tried to contain your spilling blood in order to survive.
Your smile faded and the storm had returned. Your memories were a recurring nightmare.
And you couldn’t wake up from them.
“Your father will be so, so proud of you, Toshinori-san.”
“Mmm…”
You pressed your lips together, lowering your eyes.
“I know he’ll be proud of you.”
You felt her comforting hand squeeze yours.
“Yes, sensei. He will be.”
-
Hours went past since your exhibition started. Countless people and countless pats on the back. It was a haze.
“Your call has been forwarded to the automated messaging sys-”
“For god’s sake.”
You cut the phone.
The lines on your forehead deepened as the number of missed calls grew.
Where was he?
Mentally, you replayed this morning’s conversation with your father. You had vividly remembered that you told him three times: “my exhibition is at five, dad. Please don’t be late.”
You had set alarms on his phone with small reminders attached to them: one at 4:00 PM, one at 4:15 PM, and one at 4:30 PM.
Where was he?
Your heart beat a bitter drum as you watched some fathers with roses in one hand whilst the other was pressed against their hips as they gasped for air.
“I couldn’t be late for my angel’s exhibition now could I?”
It was 9:00 PM.
The crowd had died down and you watched as they drained out: proud fathers holding their daughter’s hand, embracing them in unconditional love. Your once eager eyes were tired, exhausted from searching and scanning for the only face you had internally begged for.
Had you not expected it, you would have cried.
Your thumb hovered over your father’s name on your phone, hesitant.
But there was no point. You switched your phone off.
“Hana,” you asked the few friends that were left, “can you help me pack my things please?”
-
The pitch black darkness dragged the walk back to the nearest bus station. With your hands occupied with bags that contained the remains of your exhibition, periodically, you peered at the dimly-lit empty street behind you.
The street lights flickered sporadically, teasing your lone steps that were getting faster and faster.
The bus ride home was fine. You met a few friends waiting at the stop with their parents. Although when alone on the outer seat, hood still up, your eyes may have lingered too long at the napping daughters resting their head on their smiling fathers’ shoulders.
Your stop approached in forty-five minutes.
It was 10:36 PM when you got off the bus. The usual hustle of your neighbourhood had settled, so it wasn’t too hard to spot a head with green, curly hair leisurely walking towards your bus stop.
“Midoriya-kun?”
The young boy lifted his head from his phone to look around.
You gave him a hesitant wave, receiving a warm smile in return.
“Toshinori-san?” he asked, taking off his earphones.
“Uh, yeah, it’s me.”
You shoved your hands in your pockets.
“Wha- what are you doing here?” you blurted, staring at the ground.
The abrasive nature of your words caused Midoriya to stand straighter. He blinked a few times before answering.
“Oh um, All Might called me over for a chat. He told me you weren’t home so he said it would be a good chance to discuss more… things?”
The young boy ended his sentence with a wavering voice, getting quieter as he saw your body stiffen.
In the moments of your wordless exchange, a warm ache began to develop in the walls of your skull.
Midoriya’s gaze, which was travelling to and fro, fixed upon the bags hanging from your wrists.
“How about you? Um… Where did you come back from?”
Your mind tried to console your heart, hushing the bubbling feelings of resentment towards the boy in front of you.
You let out a sigh, letting your shoulders drop low.
You were tired.
“I came back from an exhibition.”
“Oh really? Were you presenting? Is that what the bags are for?”
Your lips found themselves smiling at Midoriya’s observation.
“Yeah,” you nodded, “they have my exhibition prototypes in them.”
Your ears perked up at the approaching sounds of relaxed footsteps.
“May I see them please?” Midoriya asked.
Finally, you lifted your head to meet his eyes.
You mumbled, passing him the bag with your prototype inside. “Yeah… sure.”
Minutes passed in complete silence. Timid glances found themselves analysing the look on Midoriya’s face, who was carefully reading the contents of your pamphlet, cross-checking it with your prototype. You felt a warm flush on your cheeks as the boy looked up at you, eyes wide and bright.
“You made this? By yourself?”
He was baffled: eyebrows raised, eyes twinkling. You pressed your lips together in attempts to hide your grin as you nodded.
“It took me two years.”
Midoriya carefully placed your prototypes back into their respective boxes, passing the bag back into your hands.
“I didn’t expect this at all- I mean, of course, you’re All Might’s daughter but just, being quirkless and everything? I just-” his expressive face comforted yours.
“You’re so cool, Toshinori-san. You’re so cool!”
The swells of your cheeks began hurting as you stared at Midoriya, your waterline becoming annoyingly emotional.
“Thank you, Midoriya-kun…”
“Please,” he chimed, “call me Izuku.”
You let out a chuckle just this once, sneaking a swipe to wipe the corner of your eyes.
“In that case, please call me Y/N.”
Izuku’s wide grin ignited a mellow flame in your disappointed heart. You cursed your heart for every ill thought that crossed your mind about the boy that stood in front of you.
“I am honoured to meet a brilliant mind like yours Y/N-san… The amount of lives this can save… The amount of innocent lives this can protect from harassment… You’re amazing Y/N-san,” he repeated, bowing down.
You blushed, your hands immediately reaching out towards the young boy to lift him up, “oh, Izuku-kun, please don’t bow…”
“My younger self thanks you Y/N-kun…” he whispered.
There was a small crack in his soft voice.
Your eyebrows twitched and the cold air travelled through the small opening in your mouth.
“What do you mean, ‘younger self’...?”
Midoriya’s big green eyes were frosted on the surface. He straightened his back, staring off into the distance.
“I’m sure your father told you, Y/N-san”, he cleared his throat.
“I was born quirkless.”
Your fingers felt cold.
“Quirkless…?”
“Yes. I was born quirkless. The doctors didn’t know what caused it. My parents had a quirk. My mother can float small objects towards her. And my father has a powerful quirk: fire breathing.”
His voice began quivering and the young boy had to take a pause.
“All I wanted as a young child was to become All Might. I still do, to be honest. I had a little All Might onesie. And my mother bought me all the All Might action figures. I would play hero with her. She used to act like a citizen in distress and for that short amount of time, I was her hero. And that led to me wanting to become everyone’s hero.”
His tears reflected the moonlight waning in the sombre sky.
“I was five years old when I was told my dreams were basically worthless. That I should give up… and become a police officer.”
You bit the inside of your cheeks, hiding your hands inside your pockets.
“I didn’t eat for three days. I couldn’t stomach anything, so at some point, I-I guess I ended up fainting, and my mom had to rush me into the ER.”
Two bodies stood underneath the cold, clinical street light, incredibly still.
But the loud noises pinched you to disturb the silence.
You had to know.
“But… what about your quirk now?”
-
The door creaked open into a fully-lit living room. Toshinori was sitting in front of the television, phone in hand, swiping through his texts.
Trays and glasses– two glasses exactly– were lazing on the table with cubes of melting ice piled up on the bottom. The cushions were moved to the side, and the couch covers relaxed comfortably with deep wrinkles.
An unnoticed figure slipped inside the house and Toshinori felt two eyes settle onto him.
“Y/N, when did you come back?”
Nothing.
“My child,” he stood up, reaching towards your shoulder.
You shrugged his hand off as soon as it touched you, lost in the voices consuming your mind.
“Y/N! What is the meaning of this?”
“It’s eleven.”
“What do you-”
“It’s eleven!”
Your father’s body tensed as he stepped back, his brows knitted in pain and confusion.
Your throat, strained and dry, struggled to find words as it battled against the bitter rise of bile.
Your jaw trembled as your eyes burnt with unshed tears in the now blurring room. The cries of betrayal felt so weak. What should have been anger– a hellflame spreading throughout your house, came out a sniffle and singular tear. Anger that should have engulfed the sounds in the room and overpowered the drone of the television and the tick of the passing time was nothing but suppressed by the overbearing eyes that scrunched in concern.
“What do I have to do to get you to pay attention to me, dad? What do I have to do…” you weeped, your hands consoling your own body because no one else present could.
The cries of betrayal felt so weak because it was someone else’s incompetency, someone else’s fault that pained your wailing heart. And the cries of a wailing heart begging to be loved was a silent sound that overpowered all sense of self.
“What does he have that I don’t, dad? What did he do that I failed to do?”
You broke down into his arms. You found refuge despite his false embrace; it repulsed you because you knew it was going to be short-lived.
It was a fake.
“Why did I have to find out that my father was quirkless from someone else’s mouth?”
You felt his chest fall as your father squeezed you tighter.
“Why didn’t you tell me, dad?” you whispered.
“I’m sorry Y/N, I’m so sorry…”
“Am I not worthy enough… Was I not worthy enough to find out?”
Your ears preened, begging for reassurance, begging to hear: ‘that’s not true my child’.
But it never came.
“I’m sorry for not being strong enough, dad… I’m sorry for letting him steal my quirk, dad.”
You tore away from his chest, sniffling away your tears for the last time.
“But why didn’t you tell me that One For All could work with quirkless too?”
Toshinori crossed his hands in front of him as he averted his gaze from yours.
“Why can’t you talk to me? Was I not good enough! Am I so weak without my quirk? That you blindly gave your power away to a boy you met a day ago! Dad, look at me!” you screamed, far too lost to control yourself. “Why couldn’t you give it to me, your own goddamn daughter? What did I not do dad, what did I not do!”
Why did All Might extend his hand to save Midoriya, when his daughter gave up her whole life to burn for his dreams?
His silence spoke a thousand words, so it was about time you spoke your final words.
“You’re a great hero, dad. But that’s all you’ll ever be… you’ve been a great hero but you’ll never be a great dad.”

"Mommy!" Your daughter, Niyuki, calls out to you as she runs into your arms.
She had recently turned 6 years old and still loves the end of the day on Fridays where she could run into your arms, and recount everything about what she had learned that week. Niyuki is pretty much a chatterbox and you weren't too sure where she got it from considering that even your… ex wasn't quite the talkative one either. As you grew to love this quality about her, you found it endearing. Phone calls with her were always a delight and that was how she had persuaded (begged) you to let her go to the park despite having other plans for the day.
You had promised on Monday that she would be able to go to the park in addition to ending her day Friday night off with having a sleepover with her best friend. Niyuki, being an excitable kid, wanted to go straight from school to the park so she wouldn't waste any more time than she already had.
"Hi, Niyuki!" You beam back, a loving smile on your face as you pepper her face in kisses, and hold her cheeks as she tries to shy away with her boundless amounts of giggles. "How was your da-"
"Great -- Mommy you promised we could go to the park today!" Niyuki lightly pushes away from you, a slight whine to her voice as she attempts to get away from your onslaught of affection.
"We can still go, I can't greet my little angel first before I do that?" You poke her cheek as you stand up straight and hold your hand out for her to hold. "Tell me about your day, pumpkin."
There was a skip in her step as she recounted her day to you. When Niyuki gets started, she never stops. She talked about the first moment her feet reached the school grounds, to before school had started, then she talked about her first few classes, after that what she did during lunch and how much fun she had at recess, the "drama" (very unserious but nevertheless cute) that happened before classes resumed and so on. Niyuki is also the animated type and could often run out of breath when she talks. She would use her hands and voice inflictions just to convey what she was speaking about. Sometimes, you even had to remind her to slow down and that time was going nowhere when talking with you.
It was moments like this when you could take in the rambunctiousness and appreciate your lovable daughter. You two only seemed to have special moments like these—well, at least you thought they were special—because of the separation between you and your toxic ex.
Before you two had split your relationship had been decent. Despite that though, you were incredibly in love with him, but the same wasn't reciprocated in a way that emotionally gave back. He'd make excuses as to why he wasn't open to you, his reasoning that he "loved differently" and that if you really loved him you would believe him. So you did. Over, and over, and over again. Hoping that the days where he showed up like in the beginning would become more frequent, but your willingness to stay was how he knew he could toy with you.
He had been your first when you had finally agreed to be an item when you were in your early twenties and it took a long time to finally separate from him when things got bad. In addition to dealing with the conflicting feelings of your then-boyfriend, your friends who only wanted the best for you, and your close family members, you also had to deal with yourself. Nights and days spent venting and breaking down about the man had become so common that your friends' concerns grew. You had so many negative thoughts at that time and you were naive to truly believe that there was a happy ending to overcome this predicament. That his way of loving could change for both of you. His manipulative questions would often linger in your head if you left him, and who were you to argue? When arguments would start to come up again almost weekly, it always ended up with you an emotional mess while he "proved" to you that he was the only one who could handle you.
When your ex noticed you started to pull away, he suddenly had an interest in starting a family. Late nights where you two would lay in bed after making up, he'd share his daydreams about you mothering his children, how beautiful and perfect you'd be to fit in his little world.
Family this, family that. Family values, family roles, family life. You two had been friends since you both were in high school, and it only made sense that you two were dating now and getting married soon. Hell, he even made you question what would your family think if you were "running around" instead of being faithful to him. Imagine the embarrassment to your family if you threw all of that away and weren't able to find someone else like him?
People talk, people notice. Many of the older women noted how great you two looked together, and he was well off with a great future that could support you both. Neither did it help that you changed your once passionate future for being a pro-hero to a different career that was deemed less reliable than your previous choice. It was in your best interest that you stayed with him to avoid the awful gossip in town.
When you haven't been in a situation like yours with an inconsiderate lover, it's hard to understand why you stayed as long as you did. Consequently from being his friend for so long and dating him for years meant he knew the sort of things to target your psyche. To reinforce the pressures you had of making your family look good, mixed with the hidden fears of the burden of following the footsteps of your successful siblings as well.
It was a lot to take in and it wasn't long before you gave in. You just wanted him to be who he was again. The stress only grew older with you and the more time that passed had a looming connotation that the older you got the more undesirable and unfit you are to find another relationship. Even past that, you gave so many years to him. You were a virgin when you two had met, and he had already been around. He knew how to kiss you right, he memorized your soft spots and remembered the best ways to make you come undone. He'd expertly sweet talk you after each session, and on days when you were feeling down he would be the first person to show up, usually bearing gifts of some sort coupled with affection. You couldn't understand what had changed. Why did he decide to start treating you like this? You were vulnerable and scared, and nothing like the familiar could ease the fabricated feeling of comfort.
You thought that having his child would finally fix things but you were so wrong. So very, very wrong. After your first semester in the pregnancy, you had heard talk about people seeing your supposed boyfriend—the father of the child you were soon to birth—with other women. Of course, you didn't believe it, and you refused to listen when your friends tried to tell you. In this stage, you were mostly shut in, as this was taught to be the best preparation for giving birth. You couldn't fathom the fact he would stoop so low. He had his low moments, but not like this. He would never.
He had disconnected you from everyone who had truly cared for you and even convinced your family that you were safe and protected with him. It wasn't until one evening when he had the gall to meet one of his mistresses outside of your house is when you realized it was all true, but it was all too late.
You were an emotional wreck for days. You had hit your lowest and it didn't help that your delivery date was getting closer every day that passed. You'd weep to yourself when you were sure he wasn't around and soon enough the house that you had (forced) yourself to love had once again become a prison. A night when you were tired of the pain is when you decided to reach out to your friends and family again. It was a shameless plea for help and you didn't care how desperate you looked and you wanted out. At first, your parents weren't supportive of the fact that you wanted to leave the man but you didn't care. You wanted to leave everything behind and not give this horrible chapter in your life a look back ever again. With enough talking and white lies, you were able to make a workaround to at least get back up on your feet after your delivery.
The delivery of your daughter, Niyuki, was thankfully a smooth one. Not at all enjoyable but very few complications came along the way when the time came. You had made a deal with your parents that you would stay with them so you could comfortably recover from the delivery whilst being able to safely be under their vision when your ex and his in-laws would come over. Your friends started to visit when you were healing more and had even convinced you to go out with them which you hadn't done for over a year. You were utterly scared as you had missed such a large chunk of socialization that even you didn't think you could do it. But once the night started, you didn't want to go back.
One night out became two, then three, four, five, and so on. The time you were home lessened and it didn't help that your friends were more than willing to let you take refuge at their homes. It wasn't like you were going crazy but the high that you got from drinking and even sometimes having flings became addicting and it felt satisfactory in the way you felt autonomy over your body once again.
You'd ignore the calls from your parents and family including your in-laws, especially any communication from your ex. You had ghosted the situation. The most emotionally taxing period of your life was now being forcefully ignored. You'd spend your time if not partying, then out clubbing. Even when you weren't out on benders, you'd stay up all night and indulge in the fact you were being taken care of by friends. And while you deeply appreciated their hospitality, it was also a double-edged sword. You had dropped out of college, you were no longer reliable and the flings and high feelings were no longer distracting you from the fact that you had some serious issues to deal with.
It got to a point where you'd lay in whoever's spare room and drown in thoughts about the situation you were in. A year before then, you had been stuck with your ex, and somehow a year and a half later you had no idea what that situation was like in that home.
Anxiety and suffocating emotions would swallow you often as the memories of your toxic and abusive ex would soon follow the baby girl you had given birth to. Niyuki. You'd remember her smile, the way she giggled, and how active she was. Although you had only spent about a few months or so with her, you'd remember her bright smile. You'd remember the way her eyes shone when she looked at new things or heard new words—how her face always lit up when she heard your voice, felt your presence, or saw your face. The emptiness without her would eat at you and it was time to forcefully welcome a new cycle of you falling into a depression once again.
At this point, you had lost your job, didn't have any urge to pick up any new hobbies or skills and you'd lay in bed all day. Going out until early mornings trying to ignore the fact that you weren't happy in your current state no longer worked anymore. It was a draining process to get back up but you were willing to give your life a go again. You started looking for jobs that hopefully had good pay and were willing to hire someone with this big of a time gap in their resume. While still couch hopping, you still had places to stay so fortunately you didn't need to worry about that.
When you eventually came around to wanting to be in Niyuki's life again, it was too late. Of course, when you had finally decided to start to better yourself and the suffocating feeling of postpartum had slowly dwindled over time, he was there to make sure that you couldn't take control back of your life. Your ex had found out why you had been gone for so long and eventually had things filed so that he would have sole custody. It seemed as though no matter what you did, he was always ten steps ahead of you. And this time you knew that your support from your family was even less than before.
He had swindled the courts and your families to the point that he painted you as a deadbeat and to the courts, it didn't seem as though there was any evidence to contradict that. Eventually, as you went through counseling and legal support were you able to at least gain visitation, an absence of early childhood not being any signs or indicators that you were unfit to see your own daughter.
It was humiliating settling back into your life and getting back up on your feet. Your parents demanded that you would stay with them as a reassurance that you were serious about getting your shit together and you didn't want to argue. Although with their calloused nature sometimes, they did take care of you well. You couldn't tell what they were thinking but they treated you as gently as they could. Even your family members would come and help out from time to time and it made your recovery better. As stated by the courts, as long as the grandparents (either your parents or in-laws) were there to supervise, a social worker, or the dreaded last option, your ex, was there you would be able to spend time with your daughter.
Months would pass and soon years would follow. When you had shown no signs of negligence or malice occurring in your visits, the judge allowed that you didn't need supervision. Your ex protested but it went unheard. Plus your willingness to get your life together showed your dedication so it was a blessing that you were able to get back to a somewhat decent and regular life despite what has happened. Of course the label that had been placed on you wasn't fully gone, but you were at least able to see your own daughter again.
Which is why you deeply cherish moments like this. After inspections at your apartment, the courts approved that your daughter has now been allowed to stay a few days at your place, and this weekend she was scheduled to stay with you. She would get dropped off by him on Thursdays after school, but you limited the talk to only what was important. Usually, on the first day you get her for the week, you do something with her that she's been wanting to do. As much as you wanted to do it right away, you did make sure her homework was done (she would do it at school just so she could spend more time with you though). Despite her determination, you would still check her work and teach her the things she got wrong much to her dismay. You'd make sure you're on time to drop her off to her evening classes and still wake up early to cook her breakfast every Friday morning. Then you'd drop her off and then pick her up at the end of the day seeing as she had no evening classes on weekends.
"We're here, we're here!" Niyuki cheered, the sweet but mischievous smile never leaving her face when around you.
"It's so pretty out! Wanna get some ice cream, Niyuki?"
"Yes, please!"
After you park your car you hop out and help her out of her seat, holding out your hand for her to take as she knows the routine already. Niyuki admires the familiar park although she has been to numerous times. The way she gazes at everything looks as though this is her first time seeing the place, and this kind of wonder behind her eyes isn't unique to this particular place. No matter how many times she has been somewhere or seen something, her eyes always shine with curiosity and wonder. You can't help but watch her with a faint smile, never wanting to forget what her face looks like ever again.
"Which ice cream do you want, Niyuki?" You ask once you two reach the truck, an assortment of colorful ice cream pictures is decorated on the side of the vehicle.
"Hmm…." Niyuki thoughtfully hums. She raises her free hand to comically tap on her chin as she thinks, the gesture urging a laugh from both you and the ice cream salesman. "Can I have the one with the," She leans closer and points to it, "SpongeBob with the bubblegum, please!"
You think to yourself as you settle for something that's to your tastes, relaying your order to him and searching for your wallet to pay for the cold, sweet treats.
You look over at the man and he nods before leaving to the back, "Coming right up."
In no time at all you two are grabbing ice cream and heading to the playscape. Today was a bit hotter than what you were both expecting so you made a challenge that whoever was able to eat their ice cream without being messy gets to go to bed late tonight. You knew you'd win but it was still amusing to challenge her as her bright spirit came along with a competitive one.
In the midst of you two finishing up your ice cream, a younger but familiar voice calls out to your daughter. You look around confused before spotting a younger girl running towards Niyuki and then engulfing her in a bear hug.
"Mizuki!" Your daughter squeals as they both tightly embrace, her popsicle long forgotten now.
"I didn't know you were coming to the park today!" Mizuki said as she pulled away, still holding onto her best friend. Their bond started from the mere fact that their names sounded similar.
"Yeah, my mommy brought me!" Niyuki pulls away to pull at your dress.
"My dad brought me as a surprise, so I guess it's okay we didn't know!"
The two of them were pretty endearing you couldn't lie. They had been to the same Pre-K together before attending elementary together.
So far you had only met her mother and she was pretty kind. You only knew so much about her though and to your knowledge, she is happily engaged at this point. You two would talk often when the two played, often sharing play dates when it was your turn to have Niyuki on the weekends. That's how Niyuki and Mizuki were able to twin, have sleepovers, etc. While having other friends at school, those two were joined at the hip.
That's why you were utterly confused to hear about her father.
You knew nothing about him except for the fact that he and Mizuki's mother mutually decided that things just weren't working out. It's not like she knew much about your ex either. It seemed as though the separation of parents helped bond the two kids, but you felt saddened at how completely different the two situations were. You sometimes worried if Niyuki was embarrassed by this knowing it wasn't always easy at school due to the teasing.
"Mizuki!" A deeper voice calls out to the young girl. With the young girl's name being called, she turns around and excitedly waves him over. You pause in your tracks as you take him in.
Ashy blonde hair that resembles an explosion sits at the top of his head smothered in appearance by his hat, while his eyes are also covered by a pair of what appeared to be designer sunglasses. He sported a relaxed fit, a gray tank top with a light mesh patterned throw-over that did nothing but tease the muscles underneath the cloth, the colors on it being black and white. The look is finished off with black baggy pants and some boots. You could tell he was attractive even without the cover-up. As you finish up the assessment of your daughter's friend's (hot) dad, it occurs to you the fact that he had sunglasses on doesn't hide the fact that you were totally just checking him out.
"Mizuki, I told you to stop running off like that." He grabs the young girl and gives her a playful nuggy.
"Sorry Daddy!" Mizuki giggles and slips away from him and runs to hide behind you instead, your daughter following. They both peek from behind you, and you have no other choice but to introduce yourself.
"Hi, you're Mizuki's dad, I'm guessing? I'm Y/N, Niyuki's mom." You smile warmly.
He nods at your assumption, his expression still the same as before. "Katsuki, it's great to finally meet the mother of this other troublemaker's friend." He playfully steps in Mizuki's direction and she immediately runs to your other side, giggling.
Something about him was eerily familiar. You couldn't place your finger on it, but you simply chalked it up to the fact you have probably seen him in passing at a few of their birthday parties or so. But something about that didn't feel right… Either way, you ignore it. It wasn't a bad feeling but the fact you couldn't place your finger on it would later down the road bug you. You decide to ask instead.
"Have I seen you—"
"Daddy, can we go to Niyuki's house to watch movies now?" Mizuki cuts you off in the middle of your question, undoubtedly earning a glare from her father.
"Mizuki, what'd I tell you about interrupting people when they talk?" Bakugo lifts his sunglasses this time, his gaze revealing he was solely looking at her.
She pouts using you as a shield once again before tugging on your clothes. "Sorry oba-san…" Mizuki says with one of the deadliest puppy faces you've ever seen. There was no doubt she was one of the cutest 6-year-olds you have ever seen. How could you be annoyed with a look like that?
"It's okay, Mizuki. What were you asking?" You ask them and turn better, bending down a bit to be at both of the girl's levels.
"Can we please watch movies in Niyuki's playroom? Pleeaaseeee?" Mizuki asks and your daughter steps up to beg as well.
"Please, Mommy!! We'll be good too!" Niyuki reasons.
"I'm not sure, ladies…" You trail off as you consider that maybe Katsuki himself probably planned out for the afternoon and didn't want to forcefully make him commit to an impromptu earlier playdate.
"It's alright." Katsuki pipes up and you three look back at him. He lightly shrugs and answers as if he could read your mind, "We were going to play it by ear for the rest of the day anyways."
The two children couldn't quite comprehend the second bit of what he said, but they did understand that it was a yes from what he said in the beginning. They gleefully look at you and start tugging and hugging at you.
"Please, Mommmyyy!" Niyuki pleads, now joining in on giving you a hard to disapprove of puppy look as well.
You lightly laugh and nod your head, finally pulling them in for a proper hug and then giving them a tickle to fend off their offensive stance. "Okay, okay! We can do the movie night! But I want you two to at least spend an hour or so here before agreeing to let you two be cooped up inside for the night."
"Okay!" They exclaim in unison. The moment they break free of your grasp is when they run to the playscape. You sigh as you stand up and give Katsuki a soft smile before properly sitting down on one of the benches. He's close second to following your lead, you both now watching as the two girls play with each other as well as other kids. It seemed most parents decided today was a great day to let their kids out. Mostly because it would tire them out for the night which was a plus.
"I wasn't expecting Niyuki's mother to be so beautiful," Katsuki randomly says, cutting the silence. You look at him with a surprised look on your face, a blush starting to rise on your complexion.
"I could say the same for Mizuki's father." You bashfully laugh and un-subconsciously move to adjust your clothes. Admittedly you were not as designer dressed as he was, nor were you in your best fit. One thing to notice other than his attractiveness is that he has impeccable style. Something that shocked you a little since men in their 20s (especially with kids) don't seem to care too much these days. It wouldn't shock you if he had some sort of unconventional job.
He turns to you when you respond, a teasing smirk now dawning on his face. You don't miss the look-over he gives you and you're sure that he wasn't trying to hide it either. "You know they'll be all tired before they reach halfway through the first movie…"
"That is true…" You play into his words as you look forward instead. You feel your heart start to race when he rests his arm on the back of the bench behind you. You could feel the warmth of his skin through the cloth and welcome it. The weather was too hot but his touch was something you were starting to get curious about. "I guess that'll just leave us two to relax then."
"I could help you with that, I'm a pro at saving people."
You hum at his words, "You're a chivalrous man, that's uncommon these days," a teasing smile to rival him now finds its way on your face. "What else are you good at, Katsuki?"
"I'm also really good with my hands." Katsuki humors you, his hand shifting near your shoulder where his arm lay. "Pretty strong too."
"Ah, so those muscles aren't just for show?" Feeling bold, you reach to rest your hand on his thigh, his muscles immediately flexing under your touch.
He leans in closer to whisper in your ear as he answers, his hand now resting lightly on your shoulder. "I gotta make sure I'm always in shape to save beautiful women like you."
A buzzing near your touch catches you off guard as you try to not completely fold at his words. A catchy ringtone soon follows the buzzing and it's now apparent that what you were feeling was his phone. He pulls away with a huff and pulls out his phone, excusing himself as he answers it.
You exhale a breath you didn't realize you were holding in as he leaves. You can't remember the last time you had talked to a male, much less flirted. Most of your days surrounded working and finishing up school as you wanted nothing but the best for your kid. You didn't go out often anymore, and if you did, you only stuck around with your friends. You couldn't complain but feeling so affected like this was starting to make you feel nervous, almost like when you had got back out into the dating world the first time. You tried not to think about those thoughts.
Now, you were back to watching the girls again and they seemed to be having a blast. The day's heat didn't phase them at all and they played to their heart's content. It seemed as though they were playing cops & robbers with the other kids, and honestly, you didn't care what they were doing as long as they were being safe. The good thing about the friendship between the two was that they always looked out for each other; never mind the fact that their circumstances brought them closer together.
Even with how hard you've been trying to do this mother thing, inescapable thoughts always plagued your mind. Mainly about the fact if your daughter truly wanted to stay with you. This whole arrangement of only getting to see your child three days a week has been going on for about a year and some change now. You know that it'd be too early for her to get "tired" of you, but you can't help the fear of her getting sick of you. One thing was for certain is that you definitely are not as well off as her father although you did make sure to pick up extra shifts when you wanted to get her something real nice.
However, your moment of contemplation comes to an end when two girls come barreling towards you, their approaching giggles making you snap out of your thoughts.
"Mommy!"
"Yes?" Your eyes refocus and you smile softly at the two girls, their wild energy showing how much they truly were out there on the playground having fun.
"Can we have some ice cream please!" Mizuki asks, tugging your arm.
"Please, please, please, PLEASEEE!" Niyuki begs.
You gape a bit overwhelmed at the two young energies, trying to reason with yourself as Niyuki had already gotten ice cream prior. You were sure her best friend did as you knew that both her parents loved to spoil her—even before you had an introduction to Katsuki. It was a hot day and you didn't seem to mind, you were getting pretty hot as well…
"... Okay, but that's the last before we head home! When you finish, that's enough park time."
Your answer is to their standards as they both shower you with affection to thank you for caving into their cuteness. You roll your eyes but the smile doesn’t disappear as you keep an eye on them as they wander to the truck.
"Sorry 'bout that," The new but familiar voice calls out as he walks up to you. "Important business and shit."
Your brows raise at the casual curse and laugh a little, folding your arms as you look up at him. "No problem, but I did tell them that we will be leaving as soon as they finish their ice cream." You inform, nodding your head towards their direction as you keep an eye out for them.
"Great timing, I was about to talk to you about that."

The two girls were happier than ever riding together back to your apartment. They sang along to their favorite songs, played I Spy, and talked about all sorts of things you expect from children. It's easier to tune them out when you're around them long enough.
Their excitement continued when you got to your home. As soon as you reached your unit the two beelined to the kitchen after dropping their shoes and bags at the door. And yes, you guessed it, they had matching pairs too. Niyuki knew to go to the kitchen first thing though as she knew you would make something in the meantime before the movie started.
"You two know the rules! Stay near the island to avoid getting bit by sharks!" You called out to them as you fixed up the entryway. You listen out to hear them, still hearing them squeal and toy around in there. You slip off your shoes, adding them to the rest of the shoes before lazily pulling on your house slippers. "The sharks are coming in five… four… three…!" Your warning does the trick as by the time you reach the kitchen they're both sitting in their respective seats and both looking mischievous and peeking at you behind their hands. You make a show of surveying the room as if you can't see where they are and the girls are now "safe" for following your directions. "It seems as though the sharks are clear!"
They celebrate the win, now eager to watch you work your magic.
You three had a fun time as you tried your best to make sure they were safe (the entire time you were internally panicking to make sure everything was okay). Niyuki liked watching you cook and you were more than happy to help her learn as well as do some hands-on stuff. It was only natural that her best friend would follow suit in her curiosity. Niyuki's sole enjoyment of watching you cook is what encourages you to do it more often and get better at it too.
Now there was an assortment of snacks aside from their main meal. It was true that you spoiled her a wee bit when she was with you, but you couldn't help it. Niyuki was your everything and when times were needed you were able to say no.
Once you set up their bowls with their food, the doorbell rings. You figured it was the man who would make another appearance for the night.
"Alright girls, bring your food to the room." You command and watch them leave before making it out into the hallway, finally answering the door when they are both in the designated room. "Katsuki!" You smile and open the door wider.
The blonde-haired male grins at you and holds up the childishly bright bags for Mizuki. "Sorry for taking so long. This should be everything." You nod and reach for it, his actions making you pause as he pulls it a bit towards him as if to hold it from you. "Is it alright if I see Mizuki before I leave?"
You feel your skin flush in embarrassment, hastily stepping to the side and opening the door more to let him in. "I-I am so sorry! Of course, you can," You close the door and lock it behind him when he finally steps in and gets his shoes off. He doesn't need much introduction when two heads pop out from the doorway of the playroom, one squealing in excitement as she runs up to her father to hug him.
"Daddy you're here!" Mizuki exclaims and pulls him in the direction of the room. "Come look at Niyuki's playroom!"
"I'm not sure--"
"No, no it's okay! Let me clean up the kitchen in the meantime." You smile as the three make their way to the room.
Sticking to your word, you waste no time cleaning up. You have a slight hum as you move around the kitchen, appreciating how well today has gone so far. You even met your daughter's best friend, hot dad… who would've thunk? You bite your lip to suppress a giggle that threatens to escape you, a giddy smile still on your face. Gosh, when was the last time you ever found someone attractive? It felt like forever since you've been focusing on parenting, school, and not to mention having a job.
You think about how well the man dressed and how good he smelled. You had to hand it to him, he was really put together and you could see why Mizuki's mother let him in the first place. He didn't seem too bad personality-wise either. Katsuki was the right amount of cheeky and arrogant that was the complete opposite of your ex. It didn't help that his well-defined muscles and physique showed with his great fashion taste. Luckily for you though, Katsuki felt the same way about you.
When he had first seen you, there was no mistaking in the way he immediately found you attractive. Dressed in your form-fitting sundress surely accentuates everything about your womanly body. The way the cloth hung to your mounds and all the beautiful parts of your limbs. But unlike you, he was able to hide how much he was checking you out. Except while indoors he no longer needed sunglasses and he was sure you were feeling the same way about him.
Katsuki's eyes are trained on your butt as you flawlessly move around, the color of your dress perfectly folding around the two globes of your ass as you move. He leans against the doorway once he finally looks up at the back of your head, crossing his arms. "Hey," Katsuki's voice calls out to you. You whip your head around to look at him, eyes enraptured with how attractive the young man is. "Sorry for the weird behavior earlier at the park…"
"It's okay! Really. Stuff comes up sometimes, glad that you were able to get it settled." You turn off the sink and dry your hands, turning to face him as you place the towel on the island in front of you. You don't miss the way his eyes drag down to check out your body.
"The girls will probably knock before they even finish halfway through the movie," Katsuki predicts, his eyes predatory when he looks up at you. "could make it up to you while they're busy."
You shy as you two make proper eye contact. "How could you possibly make it up to me?" You bat your lashes at him, a faint blush heating your skin at the implications of his offer.
An attractive grin spreads across his lips as he pushes off your doorway. "I could show you but it's better if we do it somewhere private."
It takes everything in you to hide the chill that runs up your spine at how he easily toyed with ideas without being so vulgar with it. As if your body is moving on its own, you walk towards him and flash a smile that has equal parts of mischief and seduction.
"I'm interested."
As soon as that door closes behind you two, there is no denying the tension that fills the room. His lips are soft and hot against yours and the feeling has your body tingling. His heavy and calloused hands are tight on your hips as he pulls you closer to his chest, your hands placing themselves on his biceps to try and steady yourself against him. Katsuki hums in satisfaction, tasting your sweet lip gloss on his mouth, teeth moving to nip at your bottom lip to ask for more. You willingly comply and open your mouth although timid about the experience.
You were feeling fresh in the kitchen but now that you two were getting down to it, you were starting to feel shy again. Up until now, it had practically been years since you dated a man, much less kissed or hooked up with one. There was no denying that you were attracted to this man but your mind was starting to cloud with doubts that you wish would just go away. You try to ignore it erstwhile you feel his strong hands slip down to grab your rump through the beloved sundress you wore today.
You softly groan in the kiss as he pulls away, eyes with innocent determination to see this through. His eyes are hot on you and it takes everything in you not to look away. He walks you to your bed, instantly getting on top of you once he has you adjusted to his liking. In a hurry, you move to untie one of the straps on your shoulder, his heavy hand stopping you as he leans into your ear to convey his true thoughts
"'Gonna fuck you in this dress, princess," Katsuki smirks down at you when he pulls away and stands up properly. He tugs you towards the edge of the bed so that your legs hang off the edge, his hands on your hips. He leans down to give your lips a chaste kiss before spreading your legs and kneeling between them. Katsuki's hands softly grip your ankles, the tips of his fingers disappearing at the hem of your dress. His hands slowly drag the fabric up, his hot lips that were once on yours now kissing their way up on your left leg as took his time exposing his skin. "Keep looking at me, baby." Katsuki directs when you lose eye contact with him as he finally meets your inner thigh, his teeth giving the plush skin a teasing bite. You softly whimper, the apparent wet spot on your panties deepening.
He groans at your scent and slightly pulls away to look at your cunt, his hands now placed on the back of your thighs and pressing it to your body. He takes his knuckle to rub up against your labia, adding more pressure once he reaches the top of your cunt to play with your clit. You wantonly moan as he continues to rub at your clit, the fabric of your panties creating a friction that was heavenly but frustrating you greatly. You needed to feel his fingers on you and this wasn't cutting it.
"Katsuki," You breathe out, hips bucking into his handling. He simply hums at you calling out his name, his rubbing slowing down as his gaze now has a teasing glint to it. "N-Need more, please, Katsuki," There's a whimper in your voice, only barely hinting at the desperation that this man can stir inside you.
"More've what?" Katsuki grins at how flushed your expression is, your face dreamy as ever.
"Fingers, need them." You manage to prop yourself up on your elbow as the other reaches down to tug at the panties on your hip. Katsuki snickers at your impatience, his thumb pulling aside your panties to expose your soaked cunt to him. He gives you one last kiss on your inner thigh before he wordlessly dives in.
Katsuki applies his tongue flat against your cunt and gives you a long stripe up until it reaches your clit, just like what he had done with his knuckle moments ago. A breathless moan escapes your lips as he starts to swirl his tongue against the erect bud, his textured and wet muscle taking pride in its work. He closes his mouth around your cunt, leaning more to taste more of the slick that your cunny produces. The vibrations of him moaning from the taste makes you shiver, this feeling of having your cunt licked like this felt so familiar but foreign at the same time. His eyes stay glued to you as he pleasures you, finding everything you do so damn attractive to look at.
Lapping a bit more he pulls away and spits on your cunt using his fingers to lube you up more. He wraps one of his arms around your thigh and holds it to his shoulder, holding you in place as he finally inserts two thick fingers into your cunt. Soon enough, his mouth is back into your count, the tip of his tongue playing with the sensitive bud at the top of your pussy.
The sounds grow increasingly more obscene as he shamelessly laps at your cunt and works his fingers into you. His digits curl to find your g-spot, softly teasing the spot and eliciting more volume from you. You quickly try to hold back how loud you are, walls clenching around his fingers at how good it feels. You bite your lip and suppress a loud groan from slipping out, hips attempting to pull back with no use. Katsuki keeps you locked in close to him and ups the ante by using the tips of your fingers to continue to stroke at the sensitive spot of your g-spot. His tongue now applies more pressure to your clit to bring you further.
"'Suki--" You call out, your hand coming down to grip and tug at his hair. Shivers rack through your body as a long and drawn-out orgasm hits you, his movements aiding to help you bring you down from it. He pulls his fingers out and presses his tongue flat against your cunt to clean up the mess between your legs. You move your hips back in protest and he loosens his grip to let you do so.
You watch with bated breath as he starts to unbuckle his pants, your eyes glued to what is soon to be revealed. Katsuki's movements to get his garment removed are so fluid that you almost miss it when he pulls the condom out from his back pocket. He tears open the soft foil with his teeth and applies the slippery protection onto his hard cock. You instinctively open your legs when he draws closer, a soft mewl leaving your lips when he aligns his tip to your opening.
"You good?" Katsuki softly asks, his other hand holding your thigh open, thumb rubbing your thigh as he awaits your answer. You nod your head and grind your hips against his tip, hand coming up to pull him closer to you as you answer.
"Give it to me, Katsuki."
The man grins at your plea and lays you on your side, choosing to slowly sink himself into you from your approval. The obscene moan you let out gets covered up by Katsuki's lips finding itself upon yours again, happily taking in your willful noises. At first, he takes long and drawn thrusts, trying to accommodate his size for your comfort. This position allows no remorse and you already knew what you were in for when he put you in it. When you two separate from the kiss, his lips are quick to find your neck, his hands now respectively on your ass and thigh to hold you in place. Amid a deeper thrust, he gives an equally rough bite, the force making you moan. You relax your leg more to allow him to hold you better, him taking your actions as the go-ahead to pick finally pick up the pace.
You feel as though you are on cloud nine with his wet kisses and teasing bites covering your neck, his thrusts and handling furthering your ecstasy. His skin smacks against yours as he starts to get rougher with his thrusts, hands gripping you tighter too. You grip at the sheets below you and tilt your head back, mouth agape as you so desperately try to keep up with him. He gives your ass a spank when he feels your pussy clench around him, an animalistic growl coming from him as he repeats this. He pulls away from your half-covered chest and glares at the top of your dress, now getting annoyed at the article of clothing.
Katsuki doesn't slow his hips for a second as he more than easily rips open the top of your dress and earns a discontent whine from you that gets forgotten when he presses a bit deeper into your cunt. His lips press themselves to your newly exposed skin, his tongue happily taking in one of your nipples to suckle and nibble on. There's no mistaking that he's having free reign in the marks on your skin but you're too wrapped on how everything feels to care. An expletive leaves your mouth in a string of whispers when he angles his hips to hit your g-spot, prompting you to reach down and rub your clit for more stimulation.
"Fuck," Katsuki cusses under his breath as he leans up to watch you take his cock, nails digging into your skin and enjoying the way your pussy envelopes his cock. Not to mention the hot visual of you playing with yourself furthering his contentment. He lifts your leg a bit under your knee and quickens his pace. He watches with hungry eyes as your tits bounce at the force, a pretty face to match and his marks all over your body's skin. He groans as his thrusts start to feel heavier, his orgasm impending. He nearly loses it when you grind back against him to chase your release.
There was an air of innocence that surrounded you but everything you did said otherwise. Katsuki simply couldn't get enough of you and he simply didn't want to. Fuck, he wasn't expecting his daughter's best friend mom to be super hot and sweet.
"C-Cunming…!" You mewl, brows scrunch in concentration as you finish off on his cock. His swift thrusts help in coaxing it out of you, slick dripping from your cunt and messy-ing up your inner thighs. He swoops down to give you an open kiss, tongue pressed against yours haughtily as he follows your climax with his own after a few more pumps.
After a few lazy and exchanged kisses he pulls away, a string of saliva connecting you two. You laugh a little as you wipe the remnants away. "That's the best I've had in a long time." You jokingly cut the silence, a chuckle from him following.
"Could say the same." He softly grunts, pulling out from you, and gently places your legs down. He effortlessly picks you up and rests you further on the bed where your legs can find refuge on the plush mattress. "You okay, need me to get anything?"
The first question confuses you. To your recollection, you had never been asked that before. Not after sex when the deed has already been done and the willing participant has already had their fill. A pang of displaced emotions starts to wrack up inside you, a nervous laugh coming from you when you realize that you spaced out trying to conceptualize what you had just been innocently asked.
"Y-Yeah, I'm good! Thanks for asking," You smile sweetly and the cute expression earns a pat on the cheek from him. Shamelessly, the gesture shot a jolt of arousal straight to your core.
"You got a bathroom around here?"
Following Katsuki's departure leaves you in silence. There was a feeling of dissonance that you couldn't really place your finger on and the fact it was all coming together was undoubtedly giving you the worst post-nut clarity ever. You didn't regret having sex Katsuki, that wasn't the case, but how not sleazy he was certainly opened up your eyes. The male decency that you have been robbed of for so long was finally starting to settle and you didn't like the feeling one bit. Tears start to burn in your eyes and you desperately try to wipe them away the longer you sit in your thoughts.
Fortunately for you though, the doorbell sounds repeatedly which slowly brings you back to the present. Your once feelings of despair and disgust are now turning into annoyance. You take your time slinking out of your bed, you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror and huff at how disheveled you looked. The dress that you've been dying to wear was now torn and stretched, the condition bringing a pout to your face.
You undress fully and grab one of your robes to cover yourself up with, the piece is a bit scandalous but covering you well. You quietly make your way down the hall to not wake up the two girls (if they were awake they definitely would've interrupted you and Katsuki) and finally make it to the door. You peer into the peephole and softly gasp at the person behind the door. The doorbell starts to buzz loudly again and you angrily fumble to unlock your door, it now also occurs to you that the noise could be disturbing the two young girls' sleep.
"Are you fucking crazy?!" You greet your ex with much-deserved hostility.
Shindo simply rolls his eyes at your annoyance and crosses his arms as if it were your fault for his impatience. "I called and texted you multiple times. I'm here to pick up Niyuki."
You openly scoff at his demand, standing taller at his attempt at showing his dominance. You mirror his actions and cross your arms too.
"She's staying with me for the weekend. Why are you here?"
Your ex mockingly scoffs at you questioning him, his eyes narrowing as he steps closer.
"I need to explain why I want my daughter to be with me? You know, the parent who never neglected her once in her entire life." Shindo looks you up and down, openly grimacing at how fucked out you look. "You can't even control yourself, you have no shame, do you?"
As much as you try to keep up the strong facade, there is no denying the tightening in your chest. You don't want to admit it but his words hurt you deeply. His toxic words were starting to feel all too familiar and your body was starting to shut down.
"The agreement was that she would stay the weekend with me. Niyuki's having a sleepover with her friend, there's no point of you coming here."
"Do you think I fucking care about a "sleepover" when her mother is busy being a tramp when she's distracted?" He shamelessly accuses and shifts his expression to one of fake pity and concern. "Do you think you deserve her, hm? I mean look at you, running around and can't even stay committed to us even when I've tried."
"Watch how you fuckin' talk to her, asshole."
A voice filled with just as much disdain comes from behind you, the sheer amount of aggression battling Shindo's. You immediately turn to look at him, mind moving faster than your body in your shocked state.
"I'm sorry, who the fuck are you exactly?" Shindo tilts his head and reaches out to push the door further to reveal who the man is. He freezes when a blonde and spiked hair catches his eyes first, his mockery of emotions from earlier now turning into real anger and a hint of fear. "Bakugo-?!"
Katsuki grabs the edge of the door and pulls it open wider to allow him more space to pass, making sure not to harm you as he gets between you and your toxic ex. "You wanna repeat that, dickhead?" He fists up his shirt and backs him away from the door. "Is that how a hero treats a woman, eh?"
Shindo curses under his breath, fighting against him. The mach attitudes between the two start to boil over as it's obvious that they have met prior. When it escalates to more than words, you start getting a bit fearful. A more aggressive push from Katsuki prompts you to call out for them to stop. One thing about your ex is that he hated being out matched and there was no denying that Katsuki seemed like the type of guy to beat that out of him. It wasn't until their exchange seemed to elevate in volume and another light next door turned on. You plead for them to stop again, your hand lightly tugging at Katsuki's arm although knowing your touch wouldn't be able to do shit against a muscled man like him. Eventually they do stop on Katsuki's accord, both breathing heavily as they stare down at each other. Your ex aggressively scoffs and shoves Katsuki away from him as he looks between you two, gathering himself.
"Have fun with the little gold digger, Dynamight," Shindo says lowly and bumps shoulders with Katsuki as he leaves.
A heavy silence is left in his wake between you and Katsuki. You tiredly rub your face and breathe out a sigh, the exhale soon turning into a dry sob. Katsuki fidgets awkwardly before reaching out to you and pulling you close, letting you rest your forehead on his chest.
"Fuck, he stresses me out," You mumble against his tank, wiping away your tears. "I'm sorry you had to witness that…"
"Hey, he's fuckin' douchebag, alright? Who gives a fuck what he thinks." Katsuki pills away a bit to cup your chin and forces you to look up at him, the gesture warming your cheeks. "Let's get you cleaned up and you can rant about whatever the fuck you want, it's getting cold." He holds the collar of your robe and gives it a playful tug. You softly nod your head then lead him inside.

It had only been two days since you had first met and slept with Katsuki and the smile on your face never seemed to disappear.
Thinking about the man easily brought butterflies to your chest, memories of you two keeping you on cloud nine. After you two had gone back inside Friday night, he had comforted you in many ways. It felt silly to say it—that the foreign feeling you were getting in your chest only had one name: a crush. Not full-blown but enough that every time you thought about your Friday night—past the awful interaction with your ex-boyfriend—was one of the best times you have ever enjoyed yourself with a man.
Katsuki did listen to you. He cleaned you up, cuddled you, kissed you throughout, and eventually you two even two more rounds. Never had you felt so comfortable, so… domestic. It was evident that your bright attitude was something your daughter noticed too.
"Mommy?" Niyuki calls out from the doorway, successfully gaining your attention.
You press the small bento box you were prepping Mizuki to take home closed, a smile on your face as you welcome your daughter to make her way to you. "What's up, munchkin?"
"I have to tell you something," She tugs at your pajama pants, a look far from playful or childish in her eyes. You feel your heart sink a bit at how serious she is, bending down to get face level with her.
"Niyuki? What's wrong?" You hold her arms and pull her closer to you, trying to keep contact with her as she avoids looking at you.
"I don't want to go to Pa's this week, I want to stay with you."
You're taken back from her confession, unsure of how to process it. "What do you mean, 'Yuki? Don't you want to see daddy-?"
"No, I want to stay with you," Niyuki regains her courage to look up at you, establishing how much she truly feels. "I heard you guys last night. I want to stay with you more. Daddy's house isn't nice, I don't like it there anymore."
"Niyuki, I…" You shamefully look away at the fact she bore witness to that awful exchange last night. You felt awful that she had seen it, much less found out how dysfunctional your relationship is. You pull her in for a hug and nuzzle her hair and she is more than willing to take in your embrace. "I am so sorry you had to see that, baby. Mommy will see what she can do about how you feel being at Daddy's house, okay?" You hold her cheeks in your palms and she nods her head in agreement.
She places a kiss on your cheek and swiftly leaves the kitchen as if the exchange didn't happen, leaving you by yourself in the kitchen. You stare off into the distance at the exchange, not sure what to think or do with yourself. It wasn't until you felt a wet sensation coating your cheeks that you realized you were crying.
Faintly down the hall, you could hear Niyuki nagging at her best friend and the two giggling and playing around as children do. You sit down on the floor and rest against one of the cupboards as your doubts start to ease themselves, everything in your life turning around so fast that it's hard to grasp.
You had thought for the longest time that Niyuki was simply putting up with you. It is no lie Shindo has more resources than you. The money, house, toys, etc. he has everything you don't. He didn't need to work the extra shifts to make sure she had presents for special occasions, he could easily buy the things she needed and wanted. You thought the only things that could make a child satisfied were the things they could see, touch, and have. You didn't think the small things counted, not when you're an adult where a random Friday could have easily been one of her favorite days in her childhood.
You don't bother wiping the tears from your face as you try to pull yourself together, snot and everything clouding your nasal passage. Oddly you felt numb, like the joy you were feeling was foreign. Nothing felt real but you knew you couldn't stay sitting on your kitchen floor silently crying as you desperately tried to register what the hell your body was going through at the moment. You weakly pull yourself up using the counter to grab a paper towel from the dispenser on the counter and obnoxiously blow your nose into it. You mumble a few cuss words under your breath as you attempt to freshen up as you try coming down from the emotional rollercoaster of this weekend. As much as you wanted time to process this, doing it in a home with a kid who could barge in at any minute was hard. Especially when there are two.
The doorbell rings and you glance at the time on the stove. It was a bit early for Mizuki's mother to pick her up, but you decided you'd just invite her in until the child was ready to leave.
You lazily walk over to the door and peer into the peephole to double-check, your face twisting into an expression of shock as you pull open the door and wordlessly confront the person on the other side.
"... Do you normally answer the door looking a mess?" Katsuki teases, giving you a look over and lingering at the places he seems to like.
You jokingly nudge him and roll your eyes, crossing your arms as you stand a bit taller, feeling your heartbeat pound against your chest. "Haha, very funny." You sniffle and wipe your cheek, the gesture not going unnoticed.
"Did something happen? Did that prick come over and harass you again?" Katsuki grows angrier at the idea, his expression souring.
"No, no, it wasn't that." You quickly ease his concerns and this time remind yourself to look around to make sure there aren't any extra ears before stepping out and closing the door behind you. "This morning, Niyuki told me she wants to stay with me, not just on the weekends." You look up at him finally, your lips immediately curling into a soft smile once you're able to say it out loud.
He grins and pulls you in for a hug, giving you a squeeze when you wrap your arms around his shoulder and squeal. He rocks you back and forth before pulling away while maintaining his hold on your waist. "This shit feels unreal, you know?" You lightly laugh as you look up at him, a radiant smile on your face.
"Her mother is amazing, of course she'd want to stay with you." Katsuki gives your hip a squeeze with his free hand, the action pulling your attention to the solid object digging into your side, the feeling making you look down at his hand.
"Oh," Katsuki steps back and holds up a slim, medium box that had a ribbon tied around it, holding it up for you. "Here."
"For me?"
"Who else, dumbass?"
You snort at his bluntness and shoot him a playful glare as you open the gift. It takes you a few seconds to realize what it is, a gasp following your surprise at the expensive dress, and start to close it back up. "Oh my god, I-I can't have this!"
"Why not? You'll look perfect in it." Katsuki pulls you closer with his hand that was still on your hip, his other landing on your abandoned one. "Pretty girls deserve pretty things."
You playfully push him away and look at the box again before looking up at him. "Seriously, for me?"
"Yes." Katsuki holds your chin up and softly rubs your bottom lip under the pad of his thumb. "And you better get used to it, I'll be buying you a lot of those."
"Why?" You laugh, leaning into him and tilting your head up to challenge him.
"'Cuz I'll be tearing a lot more stuff off of that pretty body of yours," He leans closer to brush his lips against yours with a smirk on his face, "Plus, I need an excuse to see you again."
He seals his promise with a kiss, hands coming up to hold your waist as he presses himself against you.
— ✮ ★ ☆ —
It had been a few months since you and Katsuki had officially started dating. Your mood significantly has changed for the better and made it a lot easier to adjust to having your daughter now finally staying with you instead of her father.
It was hard being able to advocate for yourself but the verdict was in favor since the child should be able to choose where to stay. It did help the fact that your new boyfriend, who you had learned and realized is a top pro-hero in the country, just so happened to bring the best kind of reputation to the courts.
As adults do, you did talk to Mizuki's mother before deciding to fully go through with dating the man. Ultimately it is true that she can't decide what you two do, but you owed it to her for being such a good friend to you and didn't want to step over any toes. She was more than happy to give her blessing and practically threw him over to you, more than happy to let things rest since she is soon to be married anyway.
There was nothing that could prepare you for this turn of events and every day it was easier to wake up feeling happy and blessed. Currently, you just got your culinary degree so that also means one less stress and burden off of your shoulders and another venture soon on the horizon: a head chef.
You just adjusted your graduation gown and looked around for your family, your face immediately lighting up seeing them not too far from where the graduates are exiting. It took almost everything in you not to run in excitement when you were finally able to make it towards them.
"Congratulations, honey!" Your parents are first to engulf you in a hug, the rest of the group close behind. You chuckle as two smaller bodies take your legs, none other than Niyuki and Mizuki claiming each side.
"Congratulations, Mommy!" Niyuki grins up at you.
"Thank you, Niyuki." You lean down to kiss her on the forehead and do the same for Mizuki.
"Do I get a kiss too?"
You look up at the inquisitor, a grin sprouting out on your face as you stand back up. "Of course."
He pulls you in and gives you a kiss, the action getting a mix of responses to the show of affection. Katsuki presents to you a beautifully arranged bouquet along with a promise that there were a lot more gifts back at his place.
Most days in the past you prayed for times like this, but now you were happy you didn't have to anymore.

forty days and forty nights (day eight!) (part two!)
(i was totally not intending to have chapters with multiple parts but i mean we’ve got a part two so)
(keep in mind that all characters are 21+ :) love u cherry blossoms <33)
(content warning: consumption of alcohol (implied))
(read them all here!)
it was relaxing once you got off your shift. you went shopping, making sure to buy a bottle of wine to bring to mina’s and some essentials you’d been running low on.
however, that evening, you panicked.
kirishima was sweet and all, but dressing “any way you want” wasn’t very specific. it would’ve been nice to have known what he was wearing, you thought, so you’d at least have an idea.
you tried on top after top, bottoms after bottoms, trying to see what went with what and if that top made your shoulders look wider and those bottoms hugged your curves just right.
thankfully, you knew this would happen, so you gave yourself a good two and a half hours to get ready. you eventually settled on a simple outfit, the sort that could be considered casual but also business casual in the event that the party is more formal that expected.
the rest of the getting-ready process went smoothly, and at 7:45 sharp, you hear a knock at your apartment door. you open it with a smile, greeted by an equally smiley kirishima. he seemed to be dressed casual— a t-shirt with a button up that was not buttoned up over it and shorts. and crocs.
to each their own.
“ready to go?” he beamed.
“ready as i’ll ever be.” you hum. “where’s bakugo?”
“waiting in his car.” kirishima replied.
“let’s not keep him waiting, then.” you exhale, taking the bottle of wine and exiting, making sure to shut and lock the door behind you.
“so, there are a couple things you should know about mina.” kirishima began as you walked down the hall of your apartment complex towards the elevator (you were on the fourth floor).
“okay..” you replied slowly. “this could either be going somewhere very good or very bad.” kirishima laughed at this. you smiled at his laughter; kirishima’s happiness was contagious.
“it’s good. mostly.” kirishima grinned. “cuz the thing is, she’s super energetic. she’ll either hype you up or tire you out.” he pauses to press the elevator button and the doors open immediately. the two of you step inside and you press the first floor button. kirishima continues as you descend.
“she also really likes romance. if she thinks you’d make a cute couple with someone, she’ll totally try to set you up. this can be good or bad, though, y’know? cuz on one hand, she’ll set you up with someone you like. on the other hand…”
“…she’ll set you up with someone you don’t like.” you finish gravely.
“..yeah..” kirishima chuckled nervously. “that. but, she’s a whole lotta fun. you won’t regret meeting her. the only person who’s said that was bakugo, and i’m pretty sure even he doesn’t mean it.”
“he says a lot of things he doesn’t seem to mean.” you remark as the elevator doors slide open and the two of you step out.
“you think so?” kirishima didn’t expand on the topic any further as the two of you left the lobby, going outside to find bakugo tapping the wheel of a sleek black car impatiently.
“the hell took you idiots so long?” he glared.
“sorry, man.” kirishima apologized lightly. “we’re ready.” kirishima got into the backseat, so you opted for the front, not wanting to seem rude or leave bakugo alone up there. not that he’d mind. you glance over at him as you sit down. he had almost a grunge look about him— a baggy t-shirt with a long sleeved shirt under it, paired with slacks. he was tapping the steering wheel with his pointer finger impatiently.
“will you put your damn seat belt on?!” he snapped finally. you jumped.
“sorry, i forgot,” you apologize, doing so immediately. you didn’t have a car of your own. you usually either walked or took public transport.
“whatever.” bakugo clicked his tongue, finally beginning to drive.
“oh, man, you’re gonna meet the whole squad tonight,” kirishima grinned. you suddenly understood why kirishima sat in the back and left you the front. it would’ve been so easy to feel left out in the backseat as kirishima and bakugo talked in the front. yet, he took the liberty to make sure you didn’t.
he’s such a sweetheart, you thought with a small smile.
“the whole squad?” you echo curiously.
“yup. mina, denki, sero.” kirishima listed off. “they’ll love you.”
“is that the squad you talked about me with?” you ask.
“yep.” kirishima confirms. “all good things, promise.”
you arrive at the party soon enough. it sort of impressed you that bakugo was such a good driver— sure, he had a little road rage, but he was cautious, too, hardly speeding and making sure to make the right call on yellow lights. you step out of the car, smiling at the boys.
“thanks for the ride.” you nod appreciatively.
“tch, no point thanking me yet.” bakugo rolled his eyes. “i’m taking you home, aren’t i?”
“you are?” you blink.
“what, you plan on walking home?” he demanded.
“oh… i guess not.”
you cradled the bottle of wine anxiously as you walked up to mina’s doorstep, making sure you’re behind the boys because you were kind of (very) nervous about meeting mina and wanted them to go first.
kirishima knocked once, and before his fist touched the door again, it swung open to reveal the person that must have been mina.
“ei! bakugo! my favorite people!” she exclaimed. mina was wearing denim shorts and a skintight shirt, accessorized with necklaces, bracelets, and earrings to match. mina was pretty. she was curvy in all the right places, and built like an athlete. she donned curly pink hair that went every which way but somehow looked like it was done on purpose, with tiny yellow horns peeking out in between curls. her skin was pink, and golden eyes contrasted sharply with black sclera. you were sort of jealous, if you were being honest. she exudes confidence like no other, but, unlike bakugo, hers didn’t translate to arrogance.
mina went on her tiptoes to look over kirishima and bakugo’s shoulders— she was short, probably in the 5’4” range, give or take.
“is this (y/n)?” she gasped. “oh my god, you brought wine? i love you already!” mina squeezed in between the two men (“move it, you dopey giants!”) and looked you up and down, but not on the judgmental way. it was more like she was so excited that she didn’t know where to look first.
“oh my god, you’re adorable!” mina exclaimed. “your hair looks so soft, what do you use?”
“um, shampoo?” you answer dumbly, totally lost in her energy and the way she spoke so fast. mina laughed.
“you’re a national treasure, i swear. i love you already. come in, come in!” mina insisted, leading you inside behind kirishima and bakugo.
there were tons of people, and sort of reminded you of what you thought a frat party would look like if you ever attended one.
“the wine can go right there.” mina pointed, and you set the wine down carefully. “now, i want you to meet the squad, c’mon!” mina took your hand (you sent an uncertain glance to bakugo as though to silently ask ‘is she always like this?’ and bakugo only smiled viciously and flipped you off, which you took as a yes) and lead you to the living room, where a yellow-haired man was animatedly telling a story. another man who was clearly tall, despite being sat down, interjected, correcting yellow hair on a part he must’ve exaggerated.
“it’s for emphasis, hanta, c’mon!” yellow hair protested.
“it’s not for emphasis. you didn’t buy the entire candy aisle, calamari.” hanta, the tall man, replied nonchalantly, leaning back on the couch and crossing one leg over the other.
“calamari?” you blinked, looking to mina questioningly. mina grinned.
“his name’s denki kaminari. we just say calamari. or denki.” mina explained.
“ah.”
“hey, people!” mina suddenly shouted, and you jumped at the high volume in close proximity. “bakugo’s (y/n) is here!”
“bakugo’s?” you repeat as people greet you. only hanta and kaminari came up to you.
“we’ve heard lots about you.” hanta held out his hand. “i’m sero.”
“(y/n).” you shook sero’s hand. goodness, he really was tall. he must’ve be 6’5”, or even more.
“i’m denki kaminari, resident hot guy.” kaminari leaned against sero, trying to be smooth, but sero stepped aside and kaminari fell, at which mina burst out laughing and sero snickered.
“very smooth.” you remark as kaminari scrambled up.
“hey, it usually works,” he protests.
“don’t be fooled, the man’s not single.” mina pointed towards the kitchen at a purple-haired girl. “he’s been dating kyoka since high school. total high school sweethearts. he’s, like, always stuck to her.”
“am not!”
“you’re only here cuz yaomomo asked to talk to her alone!” mina retorted, to which kaminari pouted.
“no fair.” kaminari changed the subject. “hey, are eijiro and kacchan here, then?”
“kacchan? is that bakugo?” you ask.
“that’s bakugo alright.” sero confirmed.
“yeah, they’re here.” mina answered. “bakugo’s probably out on the porch. ei’s over talking with shoji.”
“i’m gonna find him. he said we can test if his hardening conducts electricity.” kaminari wandered off.
“i’m gonna go watch.” sero followed.
“ohhh, i wanna watch too!” mina squealed. she looked to you, concern overcoming her expression. “i can totally stick around though. i don’t wanna leave you if you don’t know anyone, y’know?”
“oh, don’t worry about it.” you smile reassuringly.
“really?” mina perked up, grinning as she pulled out her phone. “okay! gimme your phone. i’ll give you my number and you text me if you need anything, yeah?” you nod, unlocking your phone and giving it to mina. she typed insanely fast, and you had your phone back in seconds.
“okay, byee!” she chirped, bouncing off.
you looked around, immediately regretting your decision. you wished you’d asked mina to stay, but also not, because you didn’t want to come across as clingy. you sigh and make your way to the kitchen, taking a soda (you didn’t want to drink. what if you got drunk and bakugo and kirishima had to deal with you?) and making your way to the front door. you open it, intending to sit on the porch for a bit, but it looked like someone already beat you to it.
“oh, sorry if i’m interrupting-“ you pause. it was bakugo. you’re quiet for a moment before finishing. “…care for some company?” bakugo turned to look back at you. he’s been sitting on the top step, leaning forward with his elbows resting on his thighs.
“you just can’t get enough of me, huh?” bakugo smirked, and you rolled your eyes playfully.
“yeah, yeah.” you laugh. “get off your high horse.” you sit down next to him.
“you wish.” bakugo snorted. “‘s not my fault you’re so damn obsessed with me.”
“obsessed? i didn’t even know who you were when you first came in.”
“then spent your night googling me.” bakugo replied bluntly. your cheeks heated up.
“i felt bad, okay?”
“bad that you didn’t know who i was?” bakugo glanced at you, swishing the soda can he held in one hand absentmindedly. “you should feel bad.”
“do you comfort all your friends like this?”
“you came to the wrong person.” bakugo snorted. “the hell’re you out here for, anyway?” you shrug. you didn’t really want to admit that you were alone in there.
“just wanted some fresh air.” you look over to him. “what’s your excuse?”
“too many goddamn people.” he grunted.
“you don’t seem like the party type.” you remark.
“‘m not. like i said, too many annoying-ass people. bakugo took a swig of his soda, a diet coke.
“so why’d you come?” you ask curiously. bakugo stared at his drink, swishing it around again.
“none of your business.” he replied. fair enough.
“so.. that’s the squad.” you change the subject.
“they’re annoying as shit.”
“they’re energetic. but they’re sweet.” you smile. “you should bring them by the shop sometime.”
“hell no.” bakugo spat.
“why not?” bakugo glanced over at you and huffed.
“that goddamn coffee shop is the only time i get some fucking peace.” he snapped. you hummed in response, but then fell silent.
“…you met pinky, then.” bakugo spoke after a few moments.
“mina? yeah. she’s fun, i like her.” you smile. bakugo shifted uncomfortably.
“she didn’t… say anything, did she? weird shit.”
“define ‘weird shit.’ because she said she wanted to watch kaminari electrocute kirishima.” you giggle. bakugo scoffed.
“‘course she fuckin’ did.” he rolled his eyes. “i mean weird shit like— goddammit, never mind.”
“oh, are you sure?” you blink, having been curious as to what falls under the category of “weird shit” for bakugo. bakugo took another swig of his drink.
“obviously i’m sure.”
“okay.” you glance back at the door. “well, i’m gonna head inside. wanna come?”
“yeah, sure.” bakugo replied, standing up. you stood up as well, and the two of you went inside.
you both found mina— or, rather, she found you. once she did, you were suddenly exposed to the “weird shit” bakugo had clearly been talking about.
“i saw you two on the porch.” mina wiggled her eyebrows. “do anything interesting?”
“no.” bakugo shut it down immediately.
“aw, come on!” mina whined. the ‘beating around the bush’ act was dropped like a hot potato.
“you guys would be so cute, can’t you just go on one date?!” mina begged. you blinked.
“fuck off, pinky!” bakugo snapped at mina.
“a date.” you echoed.
“yes, a date!! it’d be so cute!” she insisted. “you’d be the perfect couple!”
“we’ve known each other for a week..” you tell her slowly, totally taken aback by the idea that mina thought you’d make a cute couple with bakugo.
“no way in hell i’m going on a date with that loser!” bakugo scowled.
not that you wanted to go on a date with him, but ouch.
“that’s why you go on a date! to get to know them!” mina insisted.
“no!” bakugo raised his voice, but it was hardly noticeable with all the chatter around you.
“killjoy!” mina stuck her tongue out, laughing delightedly at the reaction before scampering off, presumably to coerce more poor souls into dating.
“have you seen mina?” kirishima came up from behind you two, causing you to jump and bakugo to tch.
“just left.” bakugo grunted. “how much longer do i have to fuckin’ be here?” kirishima checked his watch.
“we’ve been here for awhile.” he remarked. “but it’s up to (y/n), if you ask me.”
“oh, i’m ready to go if you guys are.” you say quickly, not wanting to make them stay longer than they want.
“yeah, i had a couple drinks,” kirishima admitted. “i can’t have any more, i’ve got early patrol tomorrow.”
“then let’s go, these extras are annoying as hell.” bakugo scowled, pulling his car keys out of his pocket.
“okay.” you agree. “let me go say bye to mina.” you weave through the crowd, looking around before spotting the familiar pink curls and making your way to her.
“mina!” you call. she turned around and smiled.
“hey!”
“bakugo and kirishima and i are leaving now.” you smile. “thank you for hosting.”
“aww, no problem!” she beamed, hugging you tightly. “thanks for the wine!”
“of course.” you hug back. mina’s smile takes on a sly look to it as she pulls away.
“you know, i know you’ve only know each other for a week, but think about it. i know he’s rough around the edges, but you’ve gotta look closer.” mina set her hands on your shoulders and turned you towards bakugo, who was scanning the crowd.
“don’t you see it? he’s pretty.” she said. you tilted your head, hoping the perspective change would help in your eye for beauty.
“he is,” you admit. soft-looking hair, beautiful eyes, a sharp jawline. tall, well-built, clear skin. broad shoulders and big hands.
“and he’s got a heart of gold.” mina insisted. “way, way deep down.”
“if you say you.” you raise an eyebrow. “but, mina, i don’t like him that way.”
“if you insist.” mina sighs dramatically. “i just wish he’d get someone, y’know? i mean, obviously not everyone needs a someone, but i think a someone would be nice for him.”
“i guess i get what you mean.” you hum, your eyes still trained on bakugo. his eyes meet yours and you look away.
“well, i’d best get going. i don’t wanna keep him waiting.” you smile. mina nodded. as you walk away, mina called out to you.
“hey!” you turn back around at the sound of her voice.
“what?”
“let’s hang out sometime!”
“deal.”
“that goddamn coffee shop is the only time i get some fucking peace.”

Condition of Love - Part Two
ミ☆ Ah, young love :)
ミ☆ Pro Hero! Iida x Reader

ミ☆ Iida and Y/N must renew their hero licenses, but the only way to pass their final test is to follow the unpredictable demands of a group of eager children. As the kids conspire to play matchmaker, the heroes are forced to navigate an unexpected challenge that could determine their futures. ミ☆ pt. 2, no warnings, reader uses she/her. fluff ;D, not fully proofread

Tumblr media
Iida, who had little experience interacting with children, found himself reverting to his usual stiff, hand-chopping demeanor. “Hello, kids! I am Pro Hero Ingenium, and this is Pro Hero Harmonic. We’ve been assigned to observe you today.”
“Yeah, yeah, we know that! Let us see your quirks in action!” a boy blurted out, his impatience evident. One thing about kids is that they always know what they want.
In an effort to win them over, y/n complied.
Harmonic’s Quirk was simple yet powerful: she could switch places with any person or object within her field of vision whenever she clapped. Spotting a toy block decorated with a bright ‘A,’ she decided to start her demonstration. Harmonic began clapping rhythmically, each clap accompanied by a playful switch with items around the room. She even swapped places with a few of the children, who erupted in laughter as they were momentarily transported to different spots.
The children were thoroughly entertained, their laughter growing with each unexpected change in their surroundings. The anticipation of who would be next kept them on edge and added to the fun. They started clapping along with her.
After a series of lively claps and switches, Harmonic turned to Iida and clapped once more, switching places with him so that he could start his part of the show-and-tell.
Iida’s quirk wasn't as flashy as hers. “It wouldn’t be safe if I used my quirk in here,” he explained with a calm, reassuring tone. The children let out a collective sigh of disappointment but quickly found a new source of entertainment. As Iida and Harmonic captivated a group of kids with thrilling stories of their battles against notorious villains, two mischievous children quietly slipped away to the corner where building blocks with letters were scattered.
With giggles and whispered plans, they carefully arranged the blocks to spell out “Date Me?” In hope one of the pro heroes would stumble upon it and think the other had written it. Once their little prank was set, the two children exchanged satisfied grins and hurried back to the group, eager to hear more of the heroes' tales while secretly anticipating the moment their scheme would be discovered.
As more chaos erupted in the classroom, one boy mischievously snatched Iida’s helmet and started sprinting around the room, laughing maniacally, Iida chased after him. Meanwhile, a boy and girl decided to take advantage of the distraction for their own mischief.
The boy, eyes darting around the room, spotted a neat line of juice boxes that the serious man in the suit had set out for them. Grinning, he grabbed one and took a triumphant sip. Then, his gaze fell on a stack of sticky notes poking out from a cabinet. An idea sparked in his mind. He snagged a note and a pen, quickly scrawling a message with a mischievous smirk.
"Dear Ingenium, I think you're super handsome. Wanna go out with me? Love, Harmonic"
The handwriting was a mess, with some letters large and others tiny, lines zigzagging across the note. Still, he was pleased with it. Glancing at the juice box in his hand, he casually pressed the sticky note onto it before setting it back with the others, acting as if nothing happened.
The girl, not one to be left out, grabbed the pen from him, tapping it against her chin as she thought. A scene from a TV show she had watched the night before came to mind, but instead of taking it lightly, she decided to go for a more sincere tone. With careful, deliberate strokes, she penned her message.
"Dear Harmonic, I've thought about this for some time now, and I want to be honest. My feelings for you have grown beyond friendship. I would be honored if you’d join me for dinner this Saturday so we can talk about what might be next for us. Yours truly, Ingenium."
Her handwriting was neat and precise, reflecting the seriousness of her words. She gently smoothed the sticky note onto another juice box, making sure it was perfectly placed before stepping back, her expression thoughtful.
The two exchanged a knowing glance, both proud of their work but for different reasons.
As the kids discreetly slipped back into the rowdy group, they watched with eager anticipation. Iida and Y/N stood slightly apart from the others, whispering quietly to each other.
“So, what’s next?” Y/N asked softly, her voice warm and smooth as she leaned close to Iida’s ear.
He turned his head toward her, his voice low as he replied, “I’m not entirely sure. Should we read them a book? Let me see if there’s one around here.”
“I’ll help you look,” Y/N offered with a smile.
They both stood up, unaware of the curious eyes following their every move. The children could barely contain their excitement, waiting for the two heroes to stumble upon the little innuendos they had scattered around the room.
Y/N was the first to notice the building blocks, neatly arranged on a low table. As she leaned down to inspect them, she realized they spelled out a message. “Date me?” she whispered under her breath, her brow furrowing in confusion as she read the words aloud.
“What did you say?” Iida asked, catching the words and turning to her with a surprised expression.
“Oh, nothing!” Y/N quickly replied, straightening up and brushing it off with a light laugh. “Just something the kids must’ve put together. Ah, young love, right?”
Iida shrugged, appearing unbothered by the mishap, and turned back to continue his search for a book. As he moved toward a shelf, something bright yellow caught his eye. He paused, reaching out to pluck the sticky note from the juice box. Unfortunately, the boy who set this up had left the juice box open, causing a splash of juice to land on Iida’s suit.
“Dear Ingenium, I think you're super handsome. Wanna go out with me? Love, Harmonic.”
Iida stared at the note, his face a mix of confusion and amusement. “Hmmm,” he muttered to himself. “This isn’t exactly Y/N’s style.”
It seems at the same time, y/n discovered her thoughtful note as well. She curiously picked up the juice box, reading the note in her head.
“Dear Harmonic, I've thought about this for some time now, and I want to be honest. My feelings for you have grown beyond friendship. I would be honored if you’d join me for dinner this Saturday so we can talk about what might be next for us. Yours truly, Ingenium."
She chuckled in amusement. Clearly, this wasn’t Iida’s doing. Turning to him, they exchanged the notes with each other, both shaking their heads in disbelief.
“Kids really have wild imaginations,” Y/N said with a laugh.
While Y/N found the situation hilarious, Iida was a bit more serious. He turned to the children, his expression a mix of exasperation and bemusement.
“Alright, kids,” he began with a half-smile, “whatever this prank is, it’s not exactly my idea of funny. But I suppose you’ve got some creativity.”
One kid chuckled, clearly relishing the moment as he began to speak. “Listen, you two,” he started with a bratty tone, “we’re the ones who decide whether you pass this or not. The only way we’ll tell the big scary man you did well is if you agree to go out on a date with each other.”
Iida and Y/N’s mouths dropped in shock.
“What? That’s ridiculous!” Iida exclaimed, though his frustration was tinged with disbelief. “Hero work is serious business—there’s no need to mix it with personal life. How did you kids come up with this idea? TV shows these days are getting absurd!”
Before he could go on, Y/N interrupted with a surprising calm. “I say we have a deal,” she said, a determined look on her face.
Iida turned to her, a slight flush rising on his cheeks. “Wait, what?” he stammered.
Y/N leaned in and whispered, “This is the only way to get our hero licenses back. Do you really want to wait another two weeks?”
Iida thought it over for a moment, the reality of the situation sinking in. “I suppose you’re right,” he finally admitted with a resigned sigh.
Turning back to the children, Iida tried to maintain a semblance of authority. “Alright, children,” he said, “if we agree to this, will you promise to put in a good word for us?”
“Promise!” the kids shouted in unison, their excitement barely contained.
Iida and Y/N exchanged glances, a mix of resignation and amusement in their eyes. The deal was struck, and the heroes prepared to navigate their unexpected date as part of their unconventional path to passing the test.

𝑳𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒐𝒑 (𝑩𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚! 𝑩𝒂𝒌𝒖𝒈𝒐𝒖 𝒙 𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓! 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓)
𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: The Bakugou's take you in but Katsuki's not so happy about it as he seems to think you're quirkless and so he bullies you. What happens when UA is attacked by the L.O.V with the motive of capturing Bakugou?
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭: 3880
𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐞: fluff???
𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: none
A/N: I accept requests
Tumblr media
It was a normal evening when Mitsuki decided to go grocery shopping after finding the fridge almost empty. Katsuki had ignored the instructions given to him that afternoon and decided to instead go train. After all, the entrance exam for UA was only a month or two away and he didn't have the kind of time he could waste on running errands.
The red-eyed female only sighs taking her eyes off the view of the setting sun she was so fixated on previously. She was happy her son was working hard, but still, him blowing off his responsibilities like that was not at all acceptable. The kid was definitely gonna get a stern talking to when she got home.
So engrossed in her thoughts was she that she failed to see poor little you running to her direction and ended up bumping into you.
You fall down from the impact dropping the box you were running away with.
"Oh I'm sorry, are you okay sweetie?", she asks looking down and offering you a hand.
Your appearance was dirty not having had a bath in a long time with some bruises on your legs, your h/c hair looking tangled having grown long.
Looking up you finally see who you had bumped into and quickly stand up to apologise. "I'm sorry!"
"Oh it's alright.", she answers giving you a smile. "Is this yours?", she asks handing you the box of cereal back as you nod lightly taking it.
"HEY YOU LITTLE BRAT!", and angry voice calls out from behind as a brunette man comes into view running in your direction.
While Mitsuki is left confused trying to piece together what this man wants, you go hide behind her.
"Excuse me do you need something?", she asks as he nears.
He only ignores her and glares down at you making you want to disappear. He continues to roughly grab your arm and pull you away making you fall down. He then proceeds to lift his hand in an attempt to slap you making you flinch. You sit there waiting for the stinging impact to come, but it never does.
"Hey! What do you think you're doing?!", The older woman says grabbing his hand getting angry. Not only did he completely ignore her, but he also had the audacity to treat you like this.
"Huh? Look lady my business is with this little bitch so stay outta this."
"Oh yeah? And what exactly did she do?", she asks.
"This piece of shit stole from my shop for the second time this month. She got away the last time but this time I've got her.", the man says shocking the blonde and making you look away.
She then helps you get up taking the box that had fallen out of your hands on the ground and giving it to the man along with some money.
"Here, I'm sure this'll compensate for whatever she stole last time.", she says as you look up at her. The man only scoffs, taking it from her angrily.
"Whatever, but the next time I catch her, she's dead.", he says spitefully and walks away.
Sighing she then looks at you bending down to your level.
"Here.", she hands the apple she took out from her bag and you hesistantly take it.
"My name's Mitsuki, what's yours?", the kind lady asks.
You hesitate for a bit but then you decide to tell her. "I'm Y/n"
"That's a nice name.", she tells you and you just tilt your head.
Did she actually think you name was nice?
You were never of the opinion that you had a pretty name. You'd always assumed it was a horrible one seeing as you were only ever called names like 'brat', 'crybaby', 'lazy bitch' as a substitute.
"Well Y/n, how bout we get you home?", she smiles warmly

"MASURAO! KATSUKI! LIVING ROOM, NOW!", the doors to the Bakugou household are burst open revealing a panting Mitsuki holding both the grocery bags in one hand.
"Yes honey?", the spectacled male asks coming down the stairs.
"WHAT DO YOU WANT YA OLD HAG?!", comes a voice from the kitchen.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY YA BRAT?! I'M ALREADY MAD AT YOU FOR NOT GETTING THE GROCERIES, SO YOU BETTER GET YOUR ASS HERE AND HOPE THAT I DON'T GET ANY ANGRIER!",  she retaliates matching her son's expressions.
"WHAT DA YA WANT?", the young blonde male asks coming out of the kitchen. He was currently holding a big knife in one hand wearing a pink 'kiss the chef' apron (which he despised with a passion, and would kill anyone and everyone who saw him wearing it apart from his family).
"I WAS JUST BOUTTA MAKE MYSELF SUSHI SO THIS BETTER BE GOOD."
After both the father and the son were finally seated on the couch Mitsuki begins.
"I have a spectacular news for us all. So I met the cutest little girl today and guess what? WE'RE GONNA BE FOSTERING HER!", Bakugou spits out the water he was drinking while Masurao just sits there gaping.
"W-well that's quite the news. A-and it's wonderful of course.", he says fixing his spectacles.
"WONDERFUL?! WONDERFULL?! I DON'T WANT THAT LITTLE BRAT WHOEVER SHE IS ANYWHERE NEAR ME! WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU THINKING OLD HAG?!?"
"OH SHUT UP! FOR YOUR INFORMATION I WASN'T ASKING HOW YOU FELT ABOUT IT, I WAS TELLING YOU SO YOUR BETTER SHUT YOU PIE HOLE AND START BEHAVING GOT IT?!"
"WHAT?!? YOU EXPECT ME TO JUST BE OKAY WITH YOU BRINGING IN THE LITTLE BITCH?!? SHE'S AS GOOD AS A RAT PICKED OF THE STREET TO ME!"
"WELL WE RAISED A RABID DOG LIKE YOU SO SHE WON'T BE ANY PROBLEM!"
"WHAT DID YOU SAY?!", the younger blonde asks getting up making small explosions go off in one hand making his mother hit him on the head.
"YOU HEARD ME.", she says making the short tempered male stomp off.
"Honey, if you don't mind me saying.", the spectacled male begins. "Don't you think this is a bit sudden?", Masurao questions gaining the female's attention as her expressions soften.
"Well, it is for sure. But...I couldn't leave her like that."

"You said her name was Y/n right?", Tsukauchi asks looking up from the file and the blonde nods.
"Says here her foster parents are FF/n and FM/n (Foster father name and Foster mother name). They filed a missing report for her a month ago.", he says looking at the two of you sitting in front of him, smiling at you. "Well, I guess all we have to do is call them up and drop her off."
Mitsuki smiles and then looks at you and says, "Here that, you're going to be going home!", your eyes widen.
No. This can't be happening. You can't be going back to them. You can't be going back there, you can't. The only reason you ran away from home in the first place was to get away from.....THEM.
Tears well up in your eyes and you back away from them. Mitsuki tries to reach out to you but you only back away more pulling away your arm as you hold it your other hand.
"P-please, I don't want to go back there Miss, please don't send me back there.", you sob. "P-please. I-I don't wanna go there. Please.", you plead.
"But, your parents are looking for you. Don't you wanna go back to them?", she asks.
"No-no please no.", you sob even more.
The woman just stands there in shock looking at your state finally understanding the cause of all those bruises.

The Bakugou's were the parents you never had and could only dream of having someday. That evening when you arrived at their home you were already a part of the family. You were given a nice little room next to your new brother's room (which pissed him off very much as that was his spare room and now all his extra stuff was in the basement).
That day was the day you learned what a family is, what a family is supposed to be. Never in your life had you been showered with the amount of affection you were showered with on your first night with them. It felt too good to be true.
Mitsuki and Masurao were the kindest and the most loving people you had ever met. Always taking care of your needs giving you all their love and making sure you have everything, even spoiling you a little (against which Katsuki protested strongly). They both even took you shopping the very next day to pick out tons of cute little dresses (half of which you were sure you'd never even get a chance to wear) and even more toys for you. They were literal angles from heaven above.
However, the same couldn't be said for your new brother.
You first met him at breakfast the next morning and that was when you found out you were going to have a brother. How exciting! The thought simply made you ecstatic, however his response to you was far from friendly. He would say mean stuff to you when he walked by or trip you or give you a light shove here and there and boy if you accidentally happened to mess up you wouldn't hear the end of it. He of course got in trouble with Mitsuki but after that he made sure to act this way only when she was away.
However, even after all that you still loved him. He despised you, but you loved him. He was your brother of course and you were his sister. You'd try to get him to like you but it would never work and you'd always end up on his bad side. You'd sometimes wonder what you did for him to act like this but would never get an answer.
The day your relationship got to the point of no return though was a few months after you had moved in with. That was the day Bakugou came to the conclusion that you were quirkless, and from then on his behavior got worse. If you simply pissed him off earlier, he loathed you now. He didn't think you were good enough to be a part of the family, nor did he want to be associated with a weakling like you. But deep down even then he knew that he didn't completely hate you.
You on the other hand were conflicted. You wanted them to know about your quirk and put an end to keeping secrets. The thought of your brother finally accepting and loving you was also tempting but every time you thought of telling them the little voice in the back of your head told you not to. You were simply too scared by the thought that they might hate you for it. After all that's what happened with your previous parents after you manifested it.
'What a useless quirk. Couldn't you have a stronger quirk?! One Hero worthy? How pathetic can you honestly be?'
'God it feels like the only thing you're useful for is being a burden'
You could still hear their voices in your head sometimes which would only solidify your will to keep your quirk a secret. Your life was almost perfect now and this was a risk you were not willing to take.

"OI KATSUKI HURRY UP AND GET DOWN HERE!", Mitsuki shouts as she finishes styling your hair and fixing your dress.
"I'LL GET DOWN THERE WHENEVER I WANT!", he shouts grumpily as he exits his room in his unifrom and makes his way downstairs grumbling.
"HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I TOLD YOU NOT TO BANG THE DAMN DOOR SHUT?!?", she scolds him making you let out a stifled laugh.
No matter how many months you'd spend with the Bakugou's, the bickering between Mitsuki and Katsuki would never not be funny. At first you'd get scared as in your experience shouting never ended well but soon enough you came to realize that this was just how these two were.
"Huh? WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU LAUGHING AT YOU BRAT?", the hot tempered male asks you with a menacing aura making you gulp.
"OI, talk nicely to your sister.", Mitsuki says as the air around her turns cold.
"This brat is no sister of mine.", he says irritated making you feel a light pang in your heart.
"Oh really? Wellll...this adoption certificate in my hand begs to differ.", she replies smugly showing him a framed certificate she picked up from the table which the boy snatches as his eyes widen.
Adoption certificate? Wait then this means-
You look at Mitsuki in disbelief.  "So then I-I-"
"That's right kiddo, you're officially a Bakugou now.", she says puffing her chest in pride.
"WHAT THE FUCK?!? WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN?!?", the younger blonde asks exasperated.
"Last week. Aren't you happy you have an angel as a sister now?", the woman beams.
"ARGGH!", the front door slams shut as your officially new brother storms off while you just stand there processing all that was said.
And then it hits you. You're a Bakugou now. You finally have a loving family. This is officially your home too now. This was all you've ever wanted.
"Ugh that brat, I can't believe he left without you.", Mitsuki sighs irritated. She then looks down at you making you snap out of your thoughts and look up at her with one of the brightest smiles you've ever given making her heart melt.
"Let's go sweet heart.", she says and you both leave.

While Mitsuki looked around for her son, you only stood there in awe staring at the magnificent building.
So this was UA. The prestigious school your brother went to. Ever since you had come to know about how difficult it was to get into this school your admiration for your brother had only increased.
Having heard so much about this school you were giddy with excitement, having gotten the opportunity to visit. And the reason you got this opportunity was because dorms were being set up and today being the first day the students were allowed to bring along their family members to look around.
"Look! Look! There he is!", you say pointing in the direction you spotted the blonde, going that way as your mother (you still couldn't believe it) said goodbye.
"SUKI! (this was a nickname he despised more than Kacchan)", you exclaim as you hug him from behind drawing the attention of a certain group of students.
"How may times have I told you not to call me that?!?", he says an irk mark appearing on his forehead.
"Oh wow Bakubro is this your little sis?", a red head with spiky hair asks getting down to your level as the other friends of their group surround you.
"I'm Y/n Bakugou!", you quickly introduced yourself before your brother had a chance to say anything.
"Cool! Nice to meet you mini Bakugou, I'm Kirishima", he says pointing to himself.
"And I'm Mina Ashido!", the pretty girl with the pink hair and skin says.
"I'm Kaminari!", the blonde with the black streak next to her said.
"PIKACHU?!?", you say with sparkling eyes filled with excitement making the others laugh hard, the boy only making a dejected look as Katsuki turns away to hide his sort of proud expression.
"I'm Sero", a slim black haired boy says wiping a tear from his eye.
You look at him tilting your head for a moment before your eyes light up, "SOY SAUCE FACE!"
It was his turn to make a dejected face as the other two clutch their stomachs laughing. Even the red-eyed blonde let out a stifled laugh.
You then turn to the other two. "RACOON EYES! SHITY HAIR!", you say pointing at them, recalling the nicknames you heard Bakugou say once as he told Mom about them.
The two immediately stop laughing joining the other two as your brother let out an evil gremlin laughter attracting the Deku Squad's attention.
"She's his sister all right.", Kaminari says crouched on the ground with the others with his back facing you guys.
"Hey Kacchan! Is this the Y/n auntie told me about?!?", a green haired boy asks after approaching you guys.
"STOP CALLING ME THAT SHIT NERD!", the blonde answers making sparks go off from his hands.
"Wow, Bakugou how did someone like you end up with such an adorable sister?", Ochako says after greeting you making the short-tempered male curse.
Things went smoothly from there, you got to make friends with the Baku squad and the Deku squad and literally everyone from both class 1A and 1B (except Mineta who was held back and tied by Sero) was gushing about how sweet and adorable you were and wondering how you were related to Katsuki at all. You even received some candy from Mr Aizawa.
So currently you were playing uno with the Deku squad while Mitsuki was busy with Inko and Katsuki hung out with Kirishima and the others.
"Yay! I win!", you say as you put down your last card and jump up making Deku and Uraraka clap while Iida just sits there staring at the huge number of cards he had somehow collected.
"Uno.", Todoroki says as he puts down a plus four card and you could see Iida's soul leave his body making the other two laugh.
While you were all busy laughing a black misty portal suddenly opens up in the area and surprised gasps leave the students and the atmosphere turns grim. The pro-heroes take action preparing themselves telling you all to stand back.
"What's happening?", you ask as anxiety started to well-up inside you making you clutch onto Izuku leg as you hide behind him, eyes darting around to find your brother and mom.
"I'm sure it's nothing.", he tries to reassure you when suddenly a hand holding a gun comes out and shoots something that looks similar to a tranquilizer at Katsuki.
"SUKI!", you exclaim and run to him but are held back by Todoroki as a man who hand multiple hands attached to his body steps out along with the infamous LOV.
Your eyes widen as you immediately recognize the people who took your brother away from you earlier. You recalled seeing them in the news and you also remember the hate you felt towards them.
"Well, well, look who it is.", the man says with a hoarse voice. "Eraserhead, you just have to be so cool all the time don't you?", he says looking at the pro who make took a defensive stance (looking very cool might I mention)
"Well, not that you would know anything about it.", the raven haired hero spoke activating his quirk as the other guy starts to scratch his neck in irritation.
"Oh yeah, let's see how cool you'll be after this.", his statement is immediately followed by a large number of Nomus who step out and immediately busy the pros and the students.
"Stay here!", the heterochromatic boy tells you as he and the others join the fight.
Everyone was fighting now, while their families were evacuated in panic. You could hear your mother shout for you as she was lead away but couldn't bring your self to move. It's like you were glued in place, the fear consuming you. You were scared. Scared for your life, scared for you mother's life, scared for the heroes's lives and most of all your brother's. You knew how they'd kidnapped him earlier and the mere thought of loosing him again petrified you.
Your sole focus right now was your brother as you watch his movements as he is unable to use his quirk while you also fought an internal battle.
Do you use your quirk? Maybe it could help them, or maybe it would make things worse.
Suddenly Bakugou is grabbed by a blonde girl and tied up by chains that seemed to appear out of nowhere and muzzled
That's the moment all fear left your body as you launched your self forward without thinking about it, with no regard for your safety. Mitsuki shouted at you to stop but you couldn't hear her. All you could think of was not wanting him to go.
"Let my brother go!!", you shout putting your arm forward making two giant candy monsters appear as the villians and Katsuki himself stare at them in shock. A huge blue flame burns them but many more arise which proceed to target the man with the burned skin and the ones holding your brother taking them down.
Suddenly someone pulls you up by your throat. "Listen you little pest, make those things disappear or unless you want to be turned to dust.", the man says moving one of his fingers that was not in contact with you as a threat. However, you only elbow his gut making him wince.
Mitsuki lets out a horrified scream as Katsuki's eyes widen. He'd never been this terrified before. "Y/N!", he lets out a muffled shout. His heart felt like it was gonna pound out of his chest, his breathing became ragged as all the background noise faded out.
'No, this couldn't be happening.'
'No way am I gonna let this happen'
He continued to thrash around in his chains trying to break free and activate his quirk.
'No way in hell am I gonna just loose her.'
"Listen here you brat, I wasn't in a mood to kill a kid today but you leave me no choice.", he says and before he can continue is thrown back by a candy cane monster. The being divides into several more which grow in size and go on to attack the villians and the Nomus while one frees Katsuki.
More and more candy beings appear finishing off the Nomus one by one and cornering the villians  with the pros. But, just when it looked like the villians would be defeated once and for all, a black liquidy substance engulfs them and they disappear.
Everyone just stood there shocked. Firstly, at what had just happened. And secondly, at how a little girl was able to do their job for them but faster.
"SUKI!", you shout as you run to him but fall because of having hurt your knee when you were dropped.
You're about to get up when the blonde male runs up to you first and drops to his knees engulfing you in a hug.
"What the hell, did you do that for you stupid brat.", he says as his voice starts cracking and tears well up in his eyes.
"I'm sorry.", you sob embracing him back. "I didn't want the bad guys to take Suki away again.", you cry.
"I was fine you idiot, I can handle myself. Why'd you get involved in the battle? Don't you ever dare put yourself in danger again", he cried as he hugged you tighter like you would disappear if he loosened his grip.
"Okay.", you cried. "I promise", you say with shaky breathes.

"In second place, The Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight!!", there are chants of his name as he walks up to his fellow hero.
"In third place, The Hero Shoto!!!", the crowd goes wild once again.
"In fourth place, the one and only, our lovely and beautiful hero, H/n (Hero name.)!", you walk up to the others waving and smiling at the crowd who showers you with love.
"4th place, not bad.", Bakugou says standing next to you.
"So, you're saying I did good?", you ask smirking and his eyes soften. He then places a kiss on your forehead.
"You did great Lollipop."
