Though also my european microissue is that i think a lot of western europeans/people of that descent cannot separate their "europeaness" from imperialism and the ways it benefitted them which in turn makes them say very strange things about eastern european countries that did not get to do that

all those times you see call out posts where people list "abuse" next to comparatively pedantic opinions feels less like being needlessly nitpicky these days and feels like trying to activate the parts of the brain in onlookers that makes them care by appealing to the repetitive microissues they engage with because stories of abuse just wash over the retina with little response in most people

for the record im bitching about a microissue that like maybe 4 people are actively engaged in

it is a far nicer ecosystem right now than i remember the things i like being as a kid

but seeing the few people who are getting involved brings me back in a very bad way

i like looking at the beautiful passionate fanart people make of the deltarune kids experiencing young love i dont like looking at people yelling at eachother for not playing with their toys correctly and making excuses for why their toys are better than other toys and if you play with other toys youre this that or the other thing
