i like peoples fan theories about mikoto system and all but i honestly dont have as much faith that mikoto and his alters are actually as well-written as people make them seem. i think i would like mikosys alot more if i thought they were actually a good portrayal of DID with all the thoughtfulness and awareness of the topic that alot of his fans have when discussing him, but i... i honestly just don't believe he was written with a great awareness of DID and how it manifests. maybe thats just me being pessimistic

I'm not sure why there's so much Midokoto content online when he wasn't even hinted at as being a part of Mikoto's system canonically. I don't care what other people do, honestly, fandom is like that and people will make headcanons and AUs. But it doesn't make sense to me, personally, for there to be more than two of them after the second voice drama and MV reveal. Also, I want to see more people drawing how they think John Doe would manifest himself in headspace, etc. and more things like that about existing plural characters. I have a few ideas.
