Okay, so. To preface:

I am an adult.

I am a member of the LGBT+ community in several aspects.

I am a POC.

I am staunchly against providing a platform which espouses bigoted ideology.

As a result, this is an official apology for associating with the user known as Mimifox. A recent post has been made explaining this user's history with bigoted ideals and explicit content and I will not rehash the points. You can read them here and here. (TW for lots of explicit content, please read through at your own risk.)

It was out of ignorance that I associated, communicated, made art for, and received art from this individual. I have since purged my blog of all of their content, including art done for their characters from other artists and art done of my characters. I am not interested in providing any positive context for their behavior, history, or ideologies, regardless of the content of the artwork.

My blog is intended to be a positive space for my friends and others interested in the things I am to chat, share content, and feel safe. I neglected to do my due diligence with this individual and I apologize. In addition, I support the actions of the users who made the informative post and I hope that my followers will support them as well, as it took an insane amount of courage to gather the information and post it.

This blog will never condone the behavior exhibited by this user and I will continue to curate the contents of my blog to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
