It's a different thirst Thursday post today. I just wanted to remind you all to hydrate. It's very warm these days and hydration is very important as many people, including me, forget to drink water. Along with that, remember to rest when needed and take breaks. Sometimes things can get very overwhelming so a break is important and needed to recharge.

And following that a nice swim at the beach or pool always helps me too. Why I am in there with clothes? That's a long story! 😅

So it's time to welcome Nayeon here and also make this post that I kind of wanted for a long time but I was a bit shy to. I kind of bought this dress and loved it really so I think I'll be wearing it more often owo. Like it, wear it, be confident. And stockings are a bonus! As for the food, this is my favorite things to eat, strawberries with chocolate. And it's thankfully easy to make!

Not me totally liking Mina's pose and wanting to try it out. Actually I love those outfits. They look professional but also kind of intriguing at the same time~ Ah! Also those skirts go perfectly with high knee stockings, so I'll wear next time. Nice to meet you all. I can't wait to get to know you! I decided to share a small video of a performance I made in the uni. I love dancing, especially those kind of dances. It was a hard choreo but with effort, will and love it came out really good!

Omegas and pack.

Mina and Nayeon are omegas. An omega wolf can be either male or female and is the scapegoat, the lowest ranking member of the pack. The omega lives on the outskirts of the pack, usually eating last. The omega serves as both a stress-reliever and instigator of play.

The pack that they once were, was very respectful of the omegas. They weren't equal for sure to the others but everyone was respecting them and protecting them. They was growing healthy and lived a nice life.

When wolves become adolescents and have reached sexual maturity, many will leave their home territory in order to search for a mate. These wolves are called dispersers. The long, drawn-out howl of a ‘lone wolf’ will hopefully attract another unattached wolf. The two new self-proclaimed alphas find suitable territory to start a family of their own. They were left alone indeed but because of her pack being murdered by another one.

When in a wolf form Mina has a white Grey color and her eyes are blue. Nayeon has a beautiful brunette with some back and white here and there.

They can run very fast, has more power than a human but not more than other wolves as omegas are weaker. They also can speak telepathically while being in her wolf form.

Heat. (nsfw)

Omegas go into heat at regular intervals, which causes alphas to become somewhat irrational around them. because of this instability they cause and because of their reduced productivity during these times, omegas are seen as being inferior. it is also the time when they are most fertile.

Heat lasts from 4-7 days, and begins with fever, mild cramping, increased slick, and increased pheromone production. The increased pheromones are biology's way of luring mates, and it signals to any Alphas in the area that the Omega is fertile. Betas may also feel the pull to breed with an Omega in heat, but the draw on them is far less than it is on Alphas. Mina's heat is at the end of every month. While Nayeon's heat is at the middle of every month.

The desire to mate becomes anywhere from a low-grade need that is easy to brush off to a desire that, if not relieved in some way, can become almost entirely debilitating. Unmated Omegas have many options to get relief, including asking a friend to be their heat partner (always set up before a full heat, as the Omega's judgement may be a bit skewed if they are in pain or uncomfortable), using toys (generally while masturbating), using an Alpha service, using an Alpha's scent, or any combination of the above. There are medications that can help to extend the time between heats, or even stop them altogether. Suppressants are an option that many Omegas use and so does she.

Marking and Mating (some nsfw)

Marking is where an alpha and omega bite at the juncture between the neck and shoulder.Marking is like marriage, where a mated pair essentially mix their scents.Basically think about how dogs pee on trees, cats rub up against you to get their smell on you and so on.Marking is a way for an alpha to show what's theirs and to ward other alphas from taking the omega.

Mating occurs during a rut or a heat, when the wolves cum. If wolves decide to mate outside of a rut or a heat, the pain can be excruciating. They bury their canines into the mating gland, which is located at the crease of the neck. They tend to not let go for an extended period amount of time, even more so if a heat or rut is in play.

Newly mated wolves have the tendency to be more territorial to ones that have been mated for a longer period, making it harder for them to leave their side/for others to get close during interactions.

A mating mark is actively there until the wolf dies, or their mate dies, disappearing slowly but this again, is painful for a wolf, which can lead to an extreme amount of heartbreak that buries them into a deep depression, not wanting to be mated again, or all the way to death.
