🌻☀️ MiriJo Exhibition ☀️🌻

On my birthday, June 21st, Horikoshi art exhibition started, and just a few days ago, the illustration of the Big Three as adults was revealed ☀️🐙🌀

I wanted to make my own version with my ship, Mirio Togata "Lemillion" and Majo Togata (Pearce) "Pixie Dust", as adults ☀️🦸‍♂️🧚‍♀️🌻

I'm actually quite happy with the result. This is the third time I've tried to imitate Horikoshi's style, and I loved doing it 🥰💕✨

My idea for this illustration is that it's one of the photographs Deku took of Mirio and Majo 🌻💛🪻💜

As for the text, I used ChatGPT. It's supposedly written by Deku and says something like:

“Mirio-senpai and Maho-san are like the sun and the flower that blooms with its light!

Just looking at them, I feel more energized…

They're a couple that truly complements each other! ☀️🌻”

Sorry if it's badly written, it wasn't my intention 🥺🙏

And yes, they call "Maho" to "Majo" 🧚‍♀️💫🪻

Anyway, I hope you like the result. I really enjoyed practicing this type of coloring, although I still need to learn more 🥰💐💖

As an extra fact that I almost forgot, sometimes both Mirio and Majo forget to put on their wedding rings. In Mirio's case, it's because of his work as a hero, and in Majo's case, it's to avoid problems while taking care of Mitsuo. So, when they go somewhere, they may forget or not put them on in time. However, that doesn't diminish the importance of their relationship. 👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏼💕✨

In Japan, it's already July 15th, which means it's the birthday of Izuku Midoriya and Mirio Togata, two great heroes from "My Hero Academia" ☀️🦸‍♂️✨

As you know, Mirio is my husbando, my husband, my sunshine, my comfort character, I love him very much, and I paired him with my avatar, Majo, so together they have a huge family of little heroes 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏼🌻

I think there's a good chance of that. While the 'unlikely ally' could refer to any number of characters (even a new one), currently Lapis makes the most sense given how she's already endeared to the audience, has already befriended Steven, and it makes sense she'd be 'unlikely' to help the Crystal Gems because she openly hated them the last time we saw her, but also her relationship with Steven makes it possible that she could be converted to the cause (now that she's friends with a [half] human, it'll probably be difficult to be OK with Gems destroying the Earth)

Today marks the 800th day since the creation of my current ship, consisting of Mirio Togata "Lemillion" from MHA and my avatar, his wife, Majo Togata (Majo Pearce) "Pixie Dust" ☀️🦸‍♂️🧚‍♀️🌻

[1/2] ok so we didnt even think abt this until you brought it up but yeAH because ok so curtsying very specifically evolved around skirt trends throughout the centuries? and like the thing iS up until about the 17th century curtsies and bows were almost identical; but then they started diverging into "male bows" and "female curtsies" based around the motions that were easiest+looked best in the style of skirt at the time

[2/2] SO in a setting like gristol where skirts arent very common, there likely wouldnt have ever been that divergence and instead all genders would perform that original half-bow/half-curtsy (a motion that a lot of performers, esp classically trained, actually still use today; imagine the lower body actions of a curtsy but the upper body actions of a bow)

Ahhh, this year I wanted to do something related to Mirio and Majo's adult life, since MHA ended, so here we have the MiriJo couple on a Christmas during their married life 💒💍👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏼 I need to make more images of Mirio with his new look!! 🦸‍♂️☀️🍑

To be honest, I was thinking of uploading this drawing on the 24th or 25th but it will probably be a bit complicated because of the holidays, so I'm taking the opportunity to upload it today 🌻💛🪻💜
