doesn't help that the opening song is knock-off subdued Purity Ring ten years late.

Her vocals are horribly mixed on some songs (you don't actually hear her full voice until the fifth song). The fiona apple hmmwhatdyasay harmonies on multiple songs not working at being dissonant-in-a-good-way. Moon Cycle is actually cute - goddess energy subverted by being irreverent. Nymphology is a good dissection of terrible lolita "fans".

I do love me some body horror but like tswift, this feels half-sung half-spoken and that's just not my jam.

(Coming Soon) Q&A Blog Series

I have been considering putting out an educational Q&A design blog series. I can post all kinds of articles from every stage of a design project, which is what makes it hard to pinpoint just what the people want to know about.

So I decided...why not just ask the people what they want to know more about? There's got to be thousands of questions from the general public that get glossed over or lumped into other questions. Let's get down to the nitty gritty.

We'll cover exciting things like:

Do you need a drafter, a building designer, or should you talk with an architect? (And yes, there is a difference!)

What is the big difference in green building from traditional building, and should I be paying so much more for it? Are there other options?

Is it better to go to a custom builder or should I be my own contractor?

What are the upsides and downsides of being my own contractor?

Should I have the foundation and frame for my house engineered? Why or why not?
