Today is a cause for a great celebration! I got a client but gained a new friend in Momo, which came by way of referrals from my past clients in the car business, Maritess and Dion. As if selling a home isn't stressful, hectic and crazy enough, one could only imagine that it would be even more so if you lived in another state! That was the case for Momo as she has already been living in LA, and loving it, for the last 5 years. After a combined 9 days on the market, a listing price of $679,990 and 3 total offers, we were finally able to sell Momo's home for $731,100! A total of over $50,000 and 7.35% over asking price! Today she has released the last sliver of her Seattle roots, free and gone but not forever as she was in an impromptu trip in town recently to sign and take this picture with me. The most amazing thing about all of this is how smooth the whole process went. Momo is happy, her old tenants are happy and more importantly the new buyers of her Ballard townhome are also happy!
