Morrigan-Sims's Random CAS Challenge - D&D Edition

After seeing @wildmelon and @birdietrait's random CAS challenges, I had the idea of making my own. And what better way to make a random challenge than by using actual dice? And what better way to use dice than to play d&d? So here we are.

Eirlys died with her lover who was a Phoenix Soul sorceress, and when she was brought back to life, a peice of her lover's soul came with her. Whilst her love was born anew, she remained as she was when she died. The spirit of the Phoenix that she manifests bears her lover's name, and her cracked glasses are all that she has left to remind her of the woman she once loved.
