So i keep seeing on here people saying how the doctor had told Poppy back in Space Babies that he wished he was her parent, and now we have a god of wishes, so Poppy could be Susan's mom, I've seen that whole shpeel. What i haven't seen anyone bring up yet is that back in S14 finale, when the doctor is telling Kate about Susan, she says something like "you've got grandkids, oh my god you've got children" and he's like "no, not yet" and it's timey wimey. He has child now guys!

I hate when people say they think the intersex flag is ugly. Like. I’m going to bite you I’m sorry it’s not, it has amazing symbolism and is basically spot on when it comes to what makes a good flag design. The design is simple and easily recognizable, it’s visually distinct from most other pride flags while still being relatively cohesive with the way a lot of pride flags are designed, and also. The SYMBOLISM. Purple. An in-between of pink and blue. Yellow. Also a colour free from a lot of gendered associations. And the circle. The CIRCLE!!!! Wholeness and completeness and unbrokenness!!!!!!!!!!!! The intersex pride flag is beautiful and I refuse to budge on that

I think it’s a running joke that everyone can tell when Ghost returns from spending the night at your place. There are lots of signs, but one of them is that he smells like he rolled around in a bath and Bodyworks. Big lieutenant who scares anyone who so much as glances his way, and then he walks past and… is that a hint of honeysuckle and vanilla?

(Major) Wish World spoilers below! Mainly concerns/ rants, no theories just my brain

Ok so we've got Omega, super exciting! I haven't gotten to him yet in classic who or really any media, I know the absolute bare minimum, but exciting! But also, knowing how this show usually goes, we are going to meet, fight, and defeat/ banish/ he gets away in 50 minutes and that's gonna be it, so it's all gonna be super rushed, which I'm not excited for at ALL.

Also we better not see Susan in person, purely because I ADORE Susan and if we see her in person than there's no guarantee that we're ever gonna see her again, and I'd like a whole season of Susan please, not like 5 minutes at the end of the season finale.

Also that FUCKING BABY LAUGH, I hate it. But also, he was the 7th son of a 7th son of a 7th son, 777, that's an angel number right? I'm pretty sure it's a positivity/ luck thing, idk tho lol

Starting off easy, Mabel: Rosy MAPLE Moth. Come on, not only are they cute and fluffy it's in the NAME.

Dipper: Pine Beauty. They are cute lil guys and well...his sign is pine tree so...

Ford: Emperor moth. Mostly brown with hints of yellow on bottom wings where the second pair of 'eyes' are, reminds me of the effect Bill has left on him :3

(Not a Pines but while on the subject, Bill: Lo Moth. I think it speaks for itself. )

Stanley: I was thinking Comet Moth as comets are basically dust orbiting the sun, the sun could be a metaphor for family here :3 but the color scheme didn't match much....then I remembered-

Atlas moth!! Those big ass moths! They're red (Stan's color) and the name also suits him as it can be maps (that he would use for travelling by sea or car) ans atlas also means those structures that support a sculpture which stan does! Support I mean :D

My mom's going back to university to study to become a therapist and her biopsych textbook is... interesting. It straight up states that XX chromosomes=female and XY=male, no variation or exceptions, forget about the existance of monosomy or trisomy of sex chromosomes I guess let alone AIS, Swyer syndrome or de la chappelle syndrome. Oh but wait it gets worse. It later brings up intersex variations as 'exceptions that prove the rule' of bullshit binary ideas about sex and brings up some case studies, one of which is about a woman with CAIS and then proceeds to invite a debate over if she should be told the truth and that she has CAIS. Im going to fucking rip a wall apart, at least my mom has me as the context to know that that's bullshit, but what about people that just take that at face value? People that want to go on to be psychologists or therapists? They're going to fuck any intersex patients up so bad if they think it's debatable if we should be told the truth about our intersex-ness, and not only that but think its ok to surgically 'treat' us without telling us or giving any semblance of informed consent.

I'm reminded of how I read about how one intersex woman had to break into her doctor's office to steal her medical records, because she knew something was up but even as an adult they refused to tell her. And how intersex people are far more likely to have poor physical and mental health, a good chunk of that probably attributable to the fact that shit like this happens and so we're probably more likely to avoid doctors and mental health professionals and not trust them, for pretty good reason. Some of the things I went through during diagnosis and right after and some of the things they did were traumatic and violating. But at least they fucking told me I have CAIS and gave me a say in my plan for treatment/monitoring when I pushed back. The bar is so low that despite how horrible and traumatic some of that and how I was treated was, to the point where I'm still processing certain things almost 3 years later, by other standards I got incredible care. Because at least they fucking told me. That is the bare fucking minimum. No, that's lower than the minimum, or should be, but we've been mistreated by the medical system so much that telling us we're intersex at all is a step in the direction of progress.

But people, supposedly mental health professionals and doctors, want to debate if we should be granted the basic decency of knowing.
