Mr. Lopee Will Turn Out To Be A Tragic Figure Like Sebastian

I was thinking even though he is hostile I do think he himself might have a tragic backstory. I am thinking that maybe he has a connection with Mr. Shade and how it might connect with his own death in the 60's. What if Mr. Shade and him were business partners and even close friends? What if Mr. Shade backstabbed him and caused his death which is why he haunts the Blacksite where it could have been the place of his death. Since the Black site was constructed in 1967 and he died in the 60's, I can imagine that was the year he died and after death he attached himself to the site and was even causing problems throughout the years on it before it sunk.

The reason why he's haunting the site is probably not only due to Mr. Shade's role in his death but because he also erased him from history which pissed him off. Only a select few know who he really is and those files are heavily classified. From beyond the grave he has managed to control life and used it to his advantage so that he can enact his own revenge against Urbanshade. I like to think that like Sebastian he originally wasn't such a morally dubious person, but someone who grew into that role as he was stuck down there due to being screwed over by people who used him. Maybe he at first supported Mr. Shade because he thought he could make the world better but Mr. Shade corrupted them to his own use and didn't give him any credit for them.
