“Gimme the username!!”

Of course it was five in the morning. Of course the Hwang siblings were together, probably practicing their dance skills. Or fighting over a username.

“No, It’s mine!” Hyunjin whined, stretching his arm high above his head and out of reach from Yeji’s grip.

“Hyunjin!” She hissed, standing on her tiptoes to try and snatch the older’s phone from his tight grip.

“Yeji!” Hyunjin mocked her, giggling when she almost tripped over his foot.

“‘The Best Hwang.’ What a lovely username, don’t you think?” Hyune teased with an evil grin. What a menace.

Yeji groaned frustratedly, stomping around trying to catch Hyunjin and make him pay.

Then an idea popped up in her head. How did she manage to keep Ryujin in line? By tickling her.

Instead of trying to get his phone, this time she grabbed him by the hip instead and knocked him to the ground, Hyunjin choking on a gasp and screaming as Yeji grabbed his phone.

“Wait wait WAIT!!” Hyunjin tried to grab it back, but using her pure strength, Yeji pinned his arms up.

Hyunjin flushed in embarrassment at the way he was so easily knocked over. “You’re strong.”

Yeji nodded. He recognized the way the other members pinned him before he got the biggest wrecking of a lifetime, and sure enough, his lee mood flared. Badly.

He squeaked quietly, turning an even deeper shade of red when she accidentally brushed his sides when putting his phone aside.

“I’ve got you pinned, haven’t I?” Yeji laughed.“Admit it, I’m the best Hwang.”

Hyunjin thought for a second, Perhaps he could kill two birds with one stone. “Ugh, obviously not. It’s me.” He grinned evilly in a way that was sure to piss off the younger female above him.

Sure enough, it worked. “Then you pay. By laughing.” She ducked one hand to his sides and started massaging the muscle torturously, the other hand holding his arms up.

He knew she would start at his sides. Hyunjin did not anticipate the harshness of the tickles, however. “WAHAHAHAHAIT!!”

Yeji flinched. “Looks like someone is ticklish~!” She only continued the terrible movement, moving to his ribs instead, causing Hyunjin to squeal crazily and cackle his heart out.

Yeji could feel her heart growing in fondness for her Hwang sibling, the boy practically falling apart beneath her wiggling fingers.

“YEHEHEHEJI—AHHH IHIHIM SOHOHOHORRY!!” Hyunjin pleaded, trying to twist out of her hold but failing badly.

“Who cares about who’s the best Hwang? I know you’re the most ticklish one…” Yeji giggled as Hyunjin laughed himself silly.

Who knew she was so strong? It’s was probably all the intense idol training, but she was able to hold him down just was well as Chan and Changbin would, and that only caused Hyunjin’s face to turn as red as a cherry in realization..

“Aweee~” Yeji cooed, moving to his armpits and wiggling her fingers above it, causing Hyunjin to squirm and giggle under his breath. “You’re blushing. Isn’t that cute?”

She dove into the armpit and scratched around with her long nails, and Hyunjin squealed in surprise at the feeling that felt so unfamiliar to him.

“WAHAHAHAHAIT AHAHAHAHAHA!!” He was a mess immediately, thrashing around and begging through his tears of frustration as he tried again and again to escape the wrath of his ruthless ‘sister’.

“Admit I’m the best Hwang!!” Yeji yelled over his hysterics, grinning ear to ear with joy watching him laugh freely.

“NEHEHEHEVER!!” He choked, and Yeji frowned at that, moving to his hips gently and massaging into the hollows, making sure to mind his boundaries.

Hyunjin shrieked, the motion tickled so so badly. “YEJI-AH!! NOHOHO NOHOHOT THEHEHEHEHERE!!” He whined, though his face was beaming with happiness.

“Really? You think I haven’t noticed you haven’t asked me to stop the whole time?~” Yeji smiled evilly. “Now say it.”

Hyunjin gave in. “OKAY OHOHO MY GAHAHAHAD!! YOURE THE BEST HWANG!! NOHOW PLEHEHEHEASE LEHET GOHOOO!!” Hyunjin whined, gasping for breath, and Yeji trailed her fingers along his side to calm him down.

“ahaha you’re so ruthless…” Hyunjin gasped, settling into a smile when Yeji pulled him into a hug, patting his back gently to soothe him.

“Hey, what did you even set my username to? After you took the Hwang user?” Hyunjin laughed.

“Umm…uh, ‘The Most Ticklish Hwang?’” Yeji laughed nervously, and Hyunjin gasped dramatically, face turning beet red.

“You’re so in for it now.”

Totally Magnetic Performance,

(Ft. IVE, Illit, Le Sserafim, Enhyphen, and TxT)

I stood on the stage, carefully striking a delicate pose as I waited for the spotlight to turn on. I was a soloist, performing a cover of Magnetic by my favorite kpop group, Illit, at a multigroup event. I was thrilled that they gave me permission to.

Suddenly the light turned on, brightly lighting up the stage and the light shining on my bright pink baby doll dress, making me stand out from my background dancers who were adorned with white.

I threw a quick glance at the audience of thousands of people, as they erupted into cheers, looking around for the one person I wanted to see, the one that stood out the most to me out of all the TxT members.

He was right in the front row with all the other Kpop groups or soloists that were performing today.

Wonyoung and Rei, from IVE, who were sitting next to them, gave me reassuring smiles, a thumbs up from Wonyoung, and a heart from Rei. I smiled a little because of them and got myself ready.

The music turned on and I realized what time it was, as the familiar thrilling fear of performance washed over me.

I turned to the audience from my pose on the side, and placed a finger over my ear monitor mic, starting.

“Baby, I'm just trying to play it cool,” I cutely said, looking directly at Kai, “But I just can't hide that I want you.”

His other members spotted the interaction and immediately started teasing him, especially Beomgyu.

“Wait a minute, 이게 뭐지?” I said, starting to dance, carefully making sure all my footwork was completed, “내 심장이 lub-dub, 자꾸만 뛰어,”

I shifted my glance from Kai to the drone camera in front of me for a moment as it was recording, and Leeseo caught my vision, as she mouthed ‘wink.’

“저 멀리서도, oh, my, gosh,” I smiled, winking at him, as my background vocals chimed in, “끌어당겨, you're my crush, 초능력처럼”

I remembered a previous thing that Liz told me prior to the performance while doing my makeup backstage.

“Make sure to work on those expressions,” She said, dabbing some concealer under my eyes, “Make ‘em as cute as you can!”

“거대한 자석이 된 것만 같아 my heart.” I said, with a seemingly cute pout.

“네 모든 게 내 맘에 달라붙어버려, boy, we're magnetized, 인정할게,”

This is when the stage lights started to hurt my eyes, and I glanced at the stage manager

In my view, blinking twice to quickly signal that the lights need to be toned down.

I breathed in deeply, getting ready for the chorus, the lights dimming down to a soft yellow color and shining on just where I was, instead of the whole stage so that my background dancers wouldn’t be seen.

“This time, I want,” I sang, with as much emotion and charisma as I could possibly get out of me, “You, you, you, you, like it's magnetic!”

Please, please, notice me. I thought, and just at that moment the person I’d been focusing all my attention on had finally caved in, covering his face with his hands as he got teased mercilessly by the rest of his group, which I found hilarious.

“You, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, super 이끌림” I said, focusing intently on the hand motions that took me ages to get and how I scratched myself in the process multiple times. “You, you, you, you, like it's magnetic You, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, super 이끌림”

‘Oh my god’ I thought, ‘His smile is the only thing keeping me from running off this stage right now,’

I put all my emotion into dancing during the chorus, the audience, along with you-know-who, chiming into singing it, with a lot more enthusiasm than I expected for a song that wasn’t mine.

“Baby, don't say no!” I chirped, my voice cracking slightly from the improper breath control that I didn’t recover from while dancing, and I made a mental note to properly take the breaths after the next chorus, and continued like it never happened. The lights turned brightly on again, but it was okay, my eyes didn’t hurt now. “정반대 같아 our type, 넌 J, 난 완전 S와 N 극이지만, 그래서 끌리지”

In my personal opinion, I really should have paid more attention to what Illit was doing from the beginning. Actually, that was a bad, bad idea. If I’d stared at them any longer, I would probably have burst out laughing. They kept making funny versions of the dance moves and mocking me in a way that close friends do.

“내가 만들래 green light, 여잔 배짱이지” I was a little tired at this point, but, oh well, “So let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go.”

‘Pre-chorus time!’, I thought, glancing back at Kai.

“숨기고 싶지 않아 자석 같은 my heart.” I said, as I winked again, “내 맘의 끌림대로 너를 향해 갈게, boy”

Suddenly, Wony leaned over closely and whispered something in his ear, making him somewhat blush. A tinge of jealousy washed over me.

“We're magnetized, 인정할게” I sang, shutting my eyes tightly for a moment, it was probably a misunderstanding, and that’s not what I should be focused on. I needed to still carry on, “This time, I want, You, you, you, you, like it's magnetic! You, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, super 이끌림.”

They were talking and giggling like they were close friends and I absolutely hated it. I know she only means well, but still, it hurts to see one of your best friends talking to the guy you liked.

‘You, you, you, you, like it's magnetic.” I sang, the jumping movements always are the fun ones, “You, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, super 이끌림”

I’m going to push through this performance no matter what!

“No push and pull, 전속력으로 너에게 갈게” I sang, my background vocals coming in with “in a rush, in a rush”

The taller girl suddenly pointed at me, and Kai smiled, looking at me and then quickly at Wony again. I was burning with anger hidden behind a happy face.

“Our chemistry, 난 과몰입해 지금 순간에.” I said, pointing nowhere in particular, but sort of in the general direction of him, and mouthed with my background vocals, “Baby, you're my crush, you're my crush.”

And contrary to the beginning of the performance, he was indifferent to what I just sang directly at him, the most subtle hint I’d ever given in my entire career.

“No push and pull, 네게 집중 후회는 안 할래.” Tears stung my eyes, and I tried to blink them away, but they lingered in my eyes for longer than I intended, blurring my vision. I looked away from them and my gaze ran through the audience, and the cameras, and other groups that I really should have been giving my attention to this whole time. I didn’t, and wasn’t planning to look at them for the rest of the performance. “Never holding back, 직진해, yeah”

I paused for a moment, taking a deep breath, as two background dancers briefly lifted me up, “This time, I want, you, you, you, you, like it's magnetic! You, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, super 이끌림” Doing the special choreo for the end of the song, “You, you, you, you, like it's magnetic, You, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, super 이끌림”

I pushed myself to the limit, through the chorus, showing the world as much emotion, energy and love through this last bit of performance as I could. After all, I needed to distract myself. “Like it’s magnetic!”

The electric chorus continued and I harmonized with it, as I saw Wony and Kai had disappeared somewhere, and I didn’t know where. But at this point, that didn’t matter to me, the only thing that did matter was that I finished this performance, and got off this stage without breaking down.

“Baby, don’t say no!” I finished, striking the ending pose, and holding the pose for a few seconds, before the music stopped, my background dancers dispersed, and the lights went back to normal. The crowd immediately started cheering, and finally the haze of being in a performance went away, as I returned to reality. “Thank you, everybody!” I said, walking off stage, and into the backstage.

Once I had safely gotten off the stage and made my way down, I was greeted by a lot of the idols performing soon, or whoever was backstage for whatever reason, and their congratulations.

“Oh. My. God,” Wonhee gushed, “You were literally so cute up there. I have no regrets letting you do the song, that was amazing!”

I saw Wonyoung and Kai in the background and averted my gaze from them, ignoring them.

“You said it,” Moka said, slightly pushing Wonhee aside, and wrapping me in a hug, “Your cover of the song opened up another perspective to us, it was so cool!”

“Also, the fact that your breath control was better than most of us,” A voice said from behind me, “Your vocals were so stable.”

“Oh!” I exclaimed, turning around on my heel, “Jungwon, hi! I didn’t think Enhyphen was performing today! It’s great to see you!”

“Great to see you too,” He said, walking near to the entrance to the stage which the rest of Enhyphen had gathered near, “And turns out at the last minute we’re performing. And we’re next. See you, little sis,”

“Oh, good luck!” I said, as they went up the stairs, “Bye!”

For the next ten minutes, I was being bombarded by Le Sserafim, NewJeans, and other groups or soloists.

“Hey, (Y/n)-” Kai started walking towards me, but I quickly turned away and started another conversation with Eunchae.

I finally managed to leave the room and went into the hallway where the dressing rooms were, and looked around, making sure nobody was around, popped a coin into the nearby vending machine and grabbed the grape soda that fell down, before sinking to the floor next to the a vending machine, and breaking down.

I tilted my head upwards to prevent my tears from overflowing, but it was too late, I was already crying.

Why was I even crying, I should have known this would happen. Of course the person I’d liked since I was eleven or twelve liked my friend. She was everything I wasn’t, of course. Tall, extremely slim, gorgeous, pale, mature. Of course he’d like the older girl, what makes me any special?

I gripped my hair as more tears of frustration rolled down my cheeks. I shut my blurry eyes tightly, and reached down to grab my can of soda. I popped open the cap and chugged the entire can in one go, the bubbliness of the soda stung the back of my throat, as I threw the empty can to the parallel end of the hallway with a scream of rage, as it clattered against the wall.

“Gosh, (Y/n).” I heard Kai’s voice say, as I quickly wiped away my tears and shut off my emotions completely, standing back up as he picked up the empty purple can, and approached me, his playful expression turning concerned once he saw that I’d been desperately trying to hide my face. “Wait, are you okay?”

Working on new NPCs what match. So far I have done almost all the female NPCs and will work on the males over the weekend if I am feeling better.

My goblin child brought home the plague from daycare and I have lost my voice and have a chest infection, but this is a really fun project.

Also working on some recolours of some objects from the Visiting Dracula set, which was suggested by anonymous here on tumblr. I also need to redo my terrain defaults as I am big dumb and they are BORKED. Thank you @niamh-sims for letting me know.

As well as this I have another request of recolours coming from @victoriansimmer and eventually some BB historical meshes, but I can't work with milkshape until I have my new glasses as it is so hard to see (sorry @sadoalicesims!)

I have like 100 other items in my to recolour folder, including a few hairs but..yeah. I will be releasing some pretties very soon!

I have to learn a new skill for the NPCs (multigroup defaults so they actually have *feet* this time lol) but I am hoping to release them for my fast approacing 1600 followers gift!

A model of trust in Fintech and trust in Insurtech: How Artificial Intelligence and the context influence it

New Fintech and Insurtech services are popular with consumers as they offer convenience, new capabilities and in some cases lower prices. Consumers like these technologies but do they trust them? The role of consumer trust in the adoption of these new technologies is not entirely understood. From the consumer’s perspective, there are some concerns due to the lack of transparency these technologies can have. It is unclear if these systems powered by artificial intelligence (AI) are trusted, and how many interactions with consumers they can replace. There have been several adverts recently that emphasize that their company will not force you to communicate with AI and will provide a real person to communicate with are evidence of some push-back by consumers. Even pioneers of AI like Google are offering more opportunities to talk to a real person an indirect acknowledgment that some people do not trust the technology. Therefore, this research attempts to shed light on the role of trust in Fintech and Insurtech, especially if trust in AI in general and trust in the specific institution play a role (Zarifis & Cheng, 2022).

This research validates a model, illustrated in figure 1, that identifies the four factors that influence trust in Fintech and Insurtech. As with many other models of human behavior, the starting point is the individual’s psychology and the sociology of their environment. Then, the model separates trust in a specific organization and trust in a specific technology like AI. This is an important distinction: Consumers have beliefs about the organization they bring with them and other pre-existing beliefs on AI. Their beliefs on AI might have been shaped by experiences with other organizations.

Therefore, the validated model shows that trust in Fintech or Insurtech is formed by the (1) individual’s psychological disposition to trust, (2) sociological factors influencing trust, (3) trust in either the financial organization or the insurer and (4) trust in AI and related technologies.

This model was initially tested separately for Fintech and Insurtech. In addition to validating a model for trust in Fintech and Insurtech separately, the two models were compared to see if they are equally valid or different. For example, if one variable is more influential in one of the two models, this would suggest that the model of trust in one of them is not the same as in the other. The results of the multigroup analysis show that the model is indeed equally valid for Fintech and Insurtech. Having a model of trust that is suitable for both Fintech and Insurtech is particularly useful as these services are often offered by the same organization, or even the same mobile application side by side.

Get up, sweetheart, it’s time to go,” he stroked his jaw again before he let his hand drop back to his side and stepped away. The silent threat of 'I will carry you if I have to' hung in the air. As devoted as Alpha was to his bonded ghoul, and himself, he was almost more devoted to the cause and to Lucifer himself. Even if he didn’t like their new leader very much, it would not stop him from going, and Swiss was coming with him.

K-pop is a special world to be a part of as a fan. If you're a fan of Western pop, discovering K-pop is like leveling up in life. If you've been a fan since you were young, you already know all the things that K-pop fandoms have that other music styles might not, but for newbies, it's a whole new world of endless content and fanchants.

Over on Reddit, fans have been discussing the things that make K-pop fans unique compared to other music fandoms, especially American ones.

Here's a few of the things that stand out.

1. Fan chants

Sure, people shout out lyrics in unison at most concerts but K-pop fan chants are almost an art in themselves. Just watch an NCT or SEVENTEEN fan lose their breath shouting all the members' names in the specific order taught to them by the group themselves, and you'll see why.

2. Light sticks

Western pop should really capitalise on this merchandising opportunity. Many K-pop groups have their official colour and lightstick, with unique shapes and styles for each one. It's a great way of identifying your fellow fans in a festival crowd too!

3. Dance covers

These exist in lots of genres we know, but dancing is inextricably tied into all the other elements of K-pop, and fans dedicate themselves to learning the dances step-by-step and then sharing them online. Not to mention mass flash mob dance games like the ones you see at KCons worldwide.

4. Photocards

Buying multiple copies of an album to get your bias' photocard isn't something all fans can afford to do, but there are definitely some who love to do it. Swapping photocards among your friends is also part of the experience. It's a whole new element of surprise when buying an album!

5. Supporting entertainment companies

It's common for K-pop fans to not only love idols but also the companies they are signed to, and other artists who are on the roster. With a lot of companies having a specific sound or image that they work with, fans often find they like most of the artists to come from their favourite's company.

6. Fan projects

Not uncommon in other music fandoms, but K-pop fans take it to the next level. There are all the Times Square billboards, paying for entire buses to be wrapped in advertising, subways ads in Seoul, and so much more, to celebrate everything from group anniversaries to birthdays.

That's not including the massive charitable donations fandoms make, usually honing in on something their favourite idol is passionate about.
