My First Fursuit Head

This was a super fun project. I never thought that I would one day make a full fursuit head, and for a lot of this process, I did doubt myself.

Obviously, he is not perfect and has his unique quirks (and uneven features) but all in all, he turned out so well that it was a surprise even for me.

So much of this experience was a 'trust the process' type of thing for me, and during some of it, I didn't have the highest expectations of how he would turn out.

But now, looking back on it, this was really fun to do (no matter how many times I considered giving up).

Just finished my first Fursuit, and I'd like to introduce to you all, Peggy!

She's a Lop-eared bunny based on one of my Mom's childhood pets, and likes to make friends, be a little mischievous, and maybe prank some ducks😊

(Darla is the name we gave our mannequin head, and a big thank you to my Mom for helping me make this critter come to life🥰)

working on my inspekta cosplay!!

he’s obviously not done yet, but i’m happy with how he’s coming along :D

more pictures and info under the cut!

a lot of my materials haven’t come in yet, so we’re stuck with baldspekta for a bit lol. next on my agenda is making a balaclava in either the green minky or black fabric to cover my neck, and spray painting the soles of the boots to be red. i also have another nose coming in, this one is temporary.

the blushing was done with some old chalk pastels that i’ve had 5ever, nothin fancy lol. the eyes, eyelashes, and tongue were painted with acrylic markers. i probably need to do another layer on the tongue lol

i’ll update as i make progress!!

Iris my love... gotta have the girly secondary fursona. For gender time. Actually think she's being demoted to fursona number 3 but idk we'll see about the pecking order when refs are all done.
