Warframe: 7, 8, 9, 10
TF2: 6
thank u for letting me be an annoying cunt 😌
WARFRAME ASKS
7. What character did you begin to hate not because of canon but because of how the fandom acts about them?
the closest i can say is wisp. i technically don't hate wisp, i love her both as a warframe to play as well as aesthetically but also she is so obviously tryhard sexybait, and with the amount of porn i've seen it just goes around to becoming a complete turnoff. i automatically hate any porn fanart of wisp but i love love love fanart of wisp that shows off her beauty in other ways. u can show erotic beauty without being straight up pornographic
i do recognise the hypocrisy in this with the shit i've drawn of other warframes but i like to think it's just me balancing everything out
8. Common fandom opinion that everyone is wrong about
again, not everyone but a BIG FUCKING CHUNK of the fandom: margulis isn't a bad choice and is just as much of an identity of "her" as the other facets of her identity (though i am aware of how many ppl chose margulis solely bc boobs and face, rip). they're parts of a whole, just that post-new war she has to prioritise different values. i'm someone who very much appreciates compassionate characters and i think the margulis identity encapsulates that very well and in some cases would be helpful especially for the drifter/operator. but i personally believed that natah was a clean slate for "her" to start over, and that post-new war needed a driving force to protect in the grand scheme of things - compassion wouldn't be enough
somehow it's only lotus-pickers who seem to have a superiority complex over this - i've never seen a natah or margulis picker who had beef over what other ppl chose 🙃
9. worst part of canon
all of the early quests especially alad v's questline have bloody awful storytelling. alad v's quests are a complete mess and even i still don't know the proper order of what happened to him (i'm pretty sure i did all his quests save for the amalgam arc in reverse). almost all of the early quests are based on retired events/operations and new players aren't even given background summaries explaining them. vor's prize as a tutorial and story quest is HORRIBLE. so much pre-sacrifice stuff has been retconned, even lore from tsd/coh/tww
10. worst part of fanon
any ppl who thought natah/lotus deserved to die for 'betraying' the operator and were even hoping we'd have the option to kill her LMFAOOOOO y'all stupid to think they'd include that
runner up contender: THAT artist who made not-explicit-but-is-most-definitely-horny fanart of nef anyo cannibalising solaris united workers
TF2 ASKS
6. which ship fans are the most annoying?
scout/sniper - i fucking hate that ship i see it everywhere and is the only tf2 ship tag i have blocked on tumblr. most basic bitch shit ever
heavy/medic - i love this ship with all my heart but its shippers need to calm the fuck down bc they think this ship is canon just bc the voice actors ship it as well. at best it's heavily implied in game but is ultimately still not canon, and shippers get so mad when you tell them that. very a much a "stop making the rest of us look bad" moment
ask game here!

Mirth's Ebenezer: Part 14
A/N: OMG I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel😲 Now the longest standing series on my blog, I’m throwing it back to part 4, part 5, and part 6 in the hopes of tying up some loose ends like who the mole is and how Supervillain got them to leak the holiday schedule. You know, the truly important stuff (though at some point I should probably figure out this love triangle thing. Maybe I should make a poll?? You know what yeah: drop a comment about whether you’d like to vote for who Mirth ends up with and I’ll make a poll for it 😊)
Warnings: reference to past violence, reference to past betrayal, reference to past murder and bodily harm, fleeing, reference to past home invasion (well, safe house invasion😉)
My Masterlist | Taglist Info or Taglist Request Form | Mirth’s Ebenezer masterlist
Mirth let her eyes fall shut and her head go limp, leaning against the cool windowpane of the truck’s rear passenger seat as Superhero and Baron discussed which of their potential suspects was actually Supervillain’s mole.
“I’m telling you, it has to be Agent,” Baron was saying insistently, leaning forward over the center console with one hand dangling over the empty passenger seat and the other over the driver seat. “Who else had access—”
“There’s still Civilian to consider, the H.R. assistant, and as much as I hate to say it, the H.R. director herself, Carole.”
“Well if we’re just going to keep throwing names at the wall, we might as well as add Other Agent to the list too.”
“No,” Mirth finally said, peeling herself away from the window and straightening in her seat beside Baron. “They’re too loyal even if they are a little dimwitted.”
Superhero caught her eye in the rear view mirror, their brow arched in question. Before they could say anything, she added, “I do think we need to consider Judge Whitmire or someone in his office though.”
Baron glanced at her. “Why?”
“Because who else knew where the safe house was?”
Silence descended upon the car. Baron slumped back in the seat and finally buckled himself in. Mirth turned her head back toward the window, watching the forest pass by as Superhero sped through the narrow dirt roads and took the already sharp turns a little too vigorously. Her stomach roiled from the suddenness of the car’s movements and sliding around the backseat with every high speed turn they took. Acid simmered in her gut from both the jerky ride and the fresh memory of Supervillain’s attack on the safe house.
Taking a long breath in through her nose, Mirth tried to focus on anything other than the snap of bones in her ears as she’d slammed henchmen into trees or threw her fist at their faces.
None of it made any sense. How would Civilian or Carole know where they were serving Baron’s house arrest at? But how would anyone in Judge Whitmire’s office know which heroes were scheduled to work during this past holiday season?
Unless…
“What if we’re all right but also wrong?” she started, forcing her eyes to focus on first Superhero’s reflection in the rear view mirror and then Baron beside her. “What if there’re two moles?”
Superhero slammed on the brakes, bringing the truck to a careening stop that had Mirth nearly emptying the contents of her stomach as she flew forward and nearly slammed into the back of their seat behind the wheel. Baron cursed, rubbing his head from where he had actually hit the seat in front of him.
“A little warning would’ve—”
“Then the courthouse isn’t safe either,” Superhero said at the same time, interrupting Baron’s snide remark.
“Then where are we supposed to go?” Mirth asked, rubbing her ribs from where the seat belt had pulled a little too taunt in its effort to prevent her from flying forward at Superhero’s sudden braking.
“I know a place,” Baron said quietly. “Just promise me it won’t violate the terms of my Rogue Trial?”
Superhero’s jaw visibly clenched. “Why would we need to promise that?”
“Oh please,” Baron shot back, “would you trust the system if you were in my position?” Superhero didn’t respond, and in their silence, Baron visibly tempered himself, slumping back in his seat and closing his eyed for a moment. “Let me drive, it’ll be easier that way.”
“No.” Superhero didn’t leave any room for argument, but Baron persisted.
“Look, we don’t have time to fight or for me to direct you to my last safe house, so just let me drive before Supervillain catches up to us.”
“And what makes you think they’re even—”
“Because what we just did? It’s a blow to their ego and they’re going to want to prove that they’re still on top of things, so unless you want to help prove that, let me drive.”
Begrudgingly, Superhero reached for the door handle and undid their seat belt. “Fine. But if I even suspect you’re leading us into a trap—”
“Yeah, yeah,” Baron said flippantly, “you’ll kill me.”
Mirth rolled her eyes. At least their pathetic squabbling hadn’t been impacted by Supervillain’s surprise attack on the safe house. And so much for their near deaths bringing them closer together. Resting her head against the window, she let her eyes fall shut again as Superhero sat in the passenger seat and Baron took the wheel.
Hopefully, Baron’s last-resort safe house actually proved to be secure and safe and they could take a breath before tackling just who the mole was—and how many there actually were.

Kanazawa University Dormitory review - Sakigake
10.02.2017 - Severely snowing
Hellooooo~ Today’s my last day at school and I’m kinda somewhat lonely already :(
So I think I’m gonna write down something here to recall memories after living here for almost 5 months, and I decided to write about the dormitory, Sakigake(先魁).
As mentioned before, I’m in KUSEP program and the university required students in this program to live within the university only. So there are 2 dorms I can choose: International House and Sakigake(, there will be Sakigake II soon this April but I’ll have no experience there anyway, sorry!)
∞☆♫♡ Please contact me via these SNS as I don’t check my blog so often. I’d be happy to answer to all questions :) ♡♫☆∞ >> Twitter : msky2stars_knzw >> E-mail : [email protected]
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Overall about Sakigake
This dormitory is a two-storeyed house resided by 8 students: 2 Japanese living as a Resident Advisor (RA), another 6 are international students which can be from KUSEP or any other programs include bachelor degree and master degree student as well.
In the house, there are 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a kitchen on the first floor, a washing machine, and basic things like trash bins and vacuum cleaner. The house is not big but not so narrow as well. I’ll just say it’s the practical size for a dormitory in Japan. (I’ve lived in an apartment in Tokyo before so I personally think the proportion is about the same )

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
My review (CURSES ALERT)
**This review is based on my 5-month-long personal experience**
I live with 2 Japanese, 3 Chinese, 1 Taiwanese, 1 Vietnamese. The house has 3 rooms on the first floor and more 5 on the second floor. I live on the 2nd floor.
From what I’ve experienced, the problems are time clash (toilet, shower, washing clothes, kitchen, aka every single facility in the house ), cleanness, and the most annoying one: fucking thin wall with boisterous roommates.
I’m gonna divide problems here.
1. Noise/Sounds problems
Yes, it’s freaking noisy. And I’m not talking about the voice when someone talks only but also washing machine sounds, the door being opened and closed sound, shower sound, stairs sound, and even the next door unit’s sound!
And I don’t to be a racist here but I have to say that Chinese-speaking ones in my house are extremely noisy. I understand that they always talk that loud in China but hello, this is Japan, and it’s 11 PM so please shut the fuck up.
I know I might seem a little harsh here but I’d love to use this space to go further with details so I’ll give you more examples.
- Vietnamese roommate loves to sing which is her business as long as her voice doesn’t disturb me but hell no it does.
- Most of the roommates in this unit always crash the door, cupboard, without any care. I mean, you can just shut them normally, or quietly, but they always let them slip off their hands so the clash comes after. Helo? What’s the point for that?
I used to think maybe I’m too sensitive about these things as my hearing ability is quite good (too good actually, I left my phone in my room and went downstairs but I still could hear my phone vibrating from the 2nd floor) but when I asked my friends from other units they all totally agreed with me.
I can’t study in my own room and sometimes I can’t even sleep, or, in the worst case, I was woken up in the night because of those boisterous sounds.
So, DON’T CHOOSE SAKIGAKE IF YOU LOVE SILENCE
I warned you.
2. Cleanness and Smell problems
There is a cleaning schedule for everyone in the house with various chores. For example, This week I have to clean the stairs, then Next week I’ll clean the kitchen, etc. And there’s also garbage disposal schedule.
The problem is, someone in the house doesn’t clean/throw away garbages as they’re supposed to.
Furthermore, this is even worse, someone doesn’t wrap up her used napkin and just throw it in the bin in the toilet. I guess you can imagine how shocked I was when I saw it for the first time and, plus, I guess I don’t have to go further about the smell.
Talking about the smell reminds me of the fridge. Some put fucking smelly things in the fridge without wrapping it properly so all of the things in the fridge also stink as well. *sigh*
There’s more, some don't pick up their hair after a shower, someone doesn’t clean plates, bowls, glasses, spoons, chopsticks thoroughly so there are still stains on it which is fucking gross.
So, DON’T CHOOSE SAKIGAKE IF YOU CAN’T STAND UNTIDY, UNCLEAN, SMELLY SURROUNDINGS/PEOPLE.
I warned you.
3. Time clash/Manner problems
I know that living in a sharehouse means you have to ‘share’ almost everything so it’s not surprising at all when it comes to time clash. You may think it’s not a big deal but from my experience, it is.
Imagine yourself feeling uncomfortable and want to have a nice bath but then someone has just flown into the shower and won’t come out within 40 minutes.
Imagine yourself starving to death but then you find someone left a big pot of curry simmered on the stove so you can’t cook.
Imagine yourself yearning for rice but then you found a rice cooker being time set for 10 hours later so you can’t use it right away.
Imagine yourself buying vegetables and meats but then there’s no place in the fridge left for you.
Yes, there are problems when you live with inconsiderate people.
So, DON’T CHOOSE SAKIGAKE IF YOU CAN’T STAND NON-MANNERED, INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE.
I warned you.
4. Distance problems
Sakigake is located in the south zone of the Kakuma campus but the study halls are mainly located in the North zone. That means you have to walk around 20 minutes to class. There’s no problem with that until the snow comes. (FYI, it snows severely in Kanazawa.) The path becomes slippery and you’ll have to walk slower than usual so it will take 30 minutes in Winter, or maybe 40 - 45 if you slip and fall down.
I personally don’t think distance is the problem at all because I love walking. However, the snow changed my mind as I was about to slip ten times a day. (Luckily I haven’t slipped yet! Hooray!) But still, it’s not that bad as I still love walking anyway! I just put it here as my friends always complain about it.
So, DON’T CHOOSE SAKIGAKE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WALK 30 MINUTES TO THE CLASS.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
You may think I should deal with these problems instead of cursing here.
I did.
I once talked with my teacher and she advised me that maybe they don’t know themselves being noisy which was somewhat sensible. (I mean, how can you don’t know yourself noisy or not..? Can’t you tell the difference between being silent and being noisy..? Are you 3 years old?) I told (I actually complained to) one of my RAs and we even had a unit’s conference about this and that but mostly, nothing’s changed.
There were two troubles solved: One of the Japanese RAs used to run up and down the stairs. It was fucking noisy and annoying. She ran at 5.30 AM and 11 PM every day back then as she always leaves the house early and gets back late. This problem was solved as my other RA told her that I was troubled with this so she apologized directly to me and fixed it. I was totally thankful but she’s still one of those who always crashes the cupboard no matter it’s 6 AM or 11.30 PM anyway..
About the other one, it’s my Vietnamese roommate again, she used to jump every day as she was trying to lose weight which, again, was her business, but it disturbed me because I live directly next to her so the floor in my room also shaking and gave clashing sounds. She eventually stopped when I gave her numb look and said it was noisy.
But I still got woken at 12 AM because of noisy sounds even though there is a ‘Silent time’ rule from 11 PM to 6 AM.
My food in the fridge was still smelly though it originally wasn’t at all.
There is still a bunch of hair in the bathroom. Seriously, for god’s sake, if you don’t pick up yours, you will ever want !?
Someone still doesn’t wrap her used napkins. This one is totally.. *sigh*
Plates and utensils are still stained.
Yes, I did try.
Heaven knows I tried.
I faced extremely hard times being unhappy because of many things. I ended up worn out and hoped to have a nice rest but then everyone was too noisy so I ended up talking to no one for about ten days (except for one of the RAs, the one I complained everything with, I do really like her) and I really hate myself being that way.
Everyone has two sides and this place forced me to be the bad one. I don’t want to hate anyone but I somehow couldn’t control my emotion and always ended up hating myself more. Plus, if seven people can live here happily and I’m the only one who can’t, then I think the problem is totally on me.
I was unhappy with this place and being unhappy is not I want within a year overseas.
So I decided to move out of here and transfer to ‘International House’ instead.
Regardless of my mean words, I’m a patient one and I really don’t wanna leave. I love my room. I love this dormitory. But I just can’t live with these people anymore. Also, my favorite RA will graduate soon so she won’t be here next semester and that means I have fewer reasons to feel pity leaving this place.
I’ll move into International House at the end of this month so I’ll review about that place later.
