I love both her initial style, and both different songs. I just KNOW I roleplayed as Ra-Ra so many times after watching that 😅

And some of my early songwriting was definitely inspired by her songs. Tbh they were also just MLP style songs fs.

i rewatched jenny nicholson's bronycon video again cuz ive lost control of my life, but I'd totally forgotten that she said she stopped watching the show and never finished it because "it got bad" since they were pandering to their adult audience, and i got so sad. she talked about how the 100th episode was a full of fandom references and implied she thought it was stupid, but imo the 100th episode was the show's way of getting all that out of their system and/or a final appeasement to bronies. like an all-out "now we never have to do that again" non-canon explosion. and then it went back to normal, and was all the better for it.

i admit i also dropped off the show after season 5 like most people but i finished watching it a couple years ago and it's so good all the way to the end! i don't know how far she got but I'm always telling old fans who haven't finished it that they should, including the movie (because things won't make sense if you don't lol). honestly the middle seasons, 3 and 4 in particular, have some of the worst characterization issues, but i remember being very impressed at them not only bouncing back from that, but expanding on the world while introducing new challenges and character arcs still, LET ALONE introducing a new group of characters that each echo the mane 6 in entirely new ways without feeling like a rehash.

idk i just hope she's watched more of it and enjoyed herself, i mean she's put herself through way worse. and if you haven't finished mlp, take this as your sign to!

The wizard's birthday has come up but he isn't someone who really speaks much about his birthday or to go around telling people about it, luckily because of his previous title as a Mastermind he's pretty famous. Your muse happens to see it online on social media as his Report Card can be seen which displays his birth date.
