The little girl peaking from behind his leg is Casey(5 or 6), the little froggie boy in Drake’s arm in Jessie (around 1-2), and the little boy with light green eyes is Josh (8 or 9)! I love them all more than life :U

In mythicalstuck canon no he doesn't but the lovely @purrpuffs had their own dirkjake children they made and they drew them as mythical creators with mythicalstuck Drake. Drake is and will always be an only child.
