Okay, look. I know not many people will probably read what I gotta say, but I've also been quiet about this up until now to see where this would go, and safe to say that while I am pleased they're listening...

It also makes me sad to hear them be so sad. Because, while I understand what most of the fanbase was saying, a lot of it was also just downright cruel.

There was absolutely no amount of sympathy or attempting to understand where this decision was coming from. Like yes, it was definitely not a right or good one; but did we all have to be so mean about it??

You can offer compassion to someone while still being critical. They made the wrong decision for, well... Not exactly a right reason, but it was a reason these guys though would be good. And I hate how you all are still demonizing them for being "cash grabbers" despite this response. Saying things like "they wouldn't have done this if people liked the idea" and stuff.

They've said multiple times that what they do is for us. You can say, "Hey, what we like about your stuff is you guys, not the quality or quantity!" Without being so rude. They did need to apologize, yes, but I also don't think they deserved such intense hate. The decrease in followers, yes. The "how could you"'s, yes. What they said and how they said it was very insensitive.

But they're not bad. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters is that you learn from them. And they certainly have, just like I personally hoped and believed they would. Because they're genuinely good people.

It wasn't acceptable what they did. But it wasn't acceptable for what we did, either. And I'm sorry they had to sit there and read such awful things about themselves from people who used to be fans.

I can't imagine how it must of been like for them reading though all that.
