Wait azuki is fine? Beans are fine? Are beans not vegetables to Rui? Or just red bean paste? Cause it’s sweet? Or cause it’s processed? Is it an exception for all legumes and legume products? I feel like it would be a real goddamn stretch to call peanuts or tofu vegetables right. But no way are green beans or bean sprouts or snow peas not vegetables right. Rui what’s your stance on the humble black bean. Rui please write a manifesto.
