Both Japanese fans and people on the english side who have heard have been going crazy over this bombshell, but it's also too weird to the point where it is suspected to be a misprint.

Thankfully, a JP twitter user has contacted Kadokawa, the publisher, to confirm whether or not this is a misprint.

hot take since we know time lords use Spans and Microspans and what not- different time unit measurements than humans, essentially- we have no reason to assume theyre counting their ages in our years or that those are what is being described. In fact, there's probably only one time lord who actually names his age in human years- the Doctor, which might help explain why he sometimes says he is Very Old for a time lord even when his Numbers He's Saying are miniscule compared to what we hear from others of his kind.
