First Post! -> Sharing some fanart from a Post Sonic Prime AO3 Fic called Fixing Fractured Worlds We Briefly Broke by TheLittleStar_tm!

This fic? Absolute perfection. The author? A literary wizard and super kind. 10/10, would emotionally combust over again. I am also writing a fic, but I AM NOT SHARING THAT YET-

I've been dabbling in digital art for about a year now—aka flailing at my iPad and hoping for the best. Still got a lot to learn, but hey, it’s about the journey, right? (Or in my case, the endless layers of regret)

Also, I technically have an Instagram… but that place exhausts me. I’ll still post there sometimes, but I’m slowly tiptoeing away because IRL people follow me, and honestly? That’s terrifying. Don't tell them I'm here-😭

Okay, I have seen it SEVERAL times at this point, so, if you're new to Tumblr, here's a tip in mutual respect:

Do. Not. Censor your tags.

Putting anything in the tags that isn't letters or numbers, fails the entire point of having tags on the first place;

Your friend is freaked out at bugs.

They see a post tagged #bugs on Tumblr. They freak out. They get itchy, or maybe paranoid, or just feel so gross and queasy that can't bring themself to eat (even if they already forgot to eat today). They go to their settings, and block/blacklist that tag.

A few days later, they see another post with a bug, which freaks them out even more, wondering why the tag-blocking-thingy isn't working, okay, so maybe they didn't click 'save', wait, what if someone hacked my phone?! No, this is tumblr, that's ridiculous, no one goes to tumblr to get money, or whatever- oh, god, the tags blacklist doesn't work?! Why doesn't it work?!?! Am I going to have to see the things that make me actually throw up, or things that hurt my eyes like bright colours, OH, waIT NO!; WAIT; my friend could have a seizure or a stroke if they see flashing lights or those pics that glitch too much!! They could fall and get a concussion, or even just the seizure alone would probably give them enough debt to try to commit suicide at some point!! If my friend with PTSD sees something that reminds them of the thing that happened™, they- they might- I need to go check on them- Oh my god,

why aren't the tags being blocked?!?!!

Do you get the point? Because that is entirely literal. That is exactly what happens. It doesn't matter how uncomfortable it makes you.

For the sake of actually caring about other people, NEVER censor tags.
