I continue to be amazed at how much easier Brittle Idols has been to write, compared to Names in Their Blood.

Like I hit snags but they’re just SO much easier to work through.

I think some of it is that with Names in Their Blood I was trying to figure out how to write a series instead of a standalone/first book in a series. Some of it was that NiTB was referencing mystery more- a genre I’m not so deeply into, and hopefully, some of it is me just knowing what I’m doing more?

I should do a WIP intro for Brittle Idols one of these days. It’s shaping up to be a really fun book.
