I am a trauma based system and have been working hard for a dx for a very long time. I have spoken to doctors who have straight up told me it's not real and in that process have gotten other different dx's. I am well read up on the topic and have studied psychology (in and out of school) and each side of the argument throughout my life. We are done with people telling us what we deal with and go through isn't real. it is something we have lived with our whole lives if it wasn't real, we would be the first to know.

I am a firm believer that if someone is researched enough and is serious that self dx is something that can be beneficial so long as you go about it the right way

I also believe that there needs to be more time of researching/diagnosing D.I.D & OSDD before anyone is excluded from plural spaces

This includes endogenic systems,systems of mixed origin, and those who split after the age the dsm claims you can't. Not only is it possible others have a lower threshold to handle what is traumatic for themselves,can't remember/don't remember,those who will never remember, but also those who feel plural for other reasons such as neurodiversity

No one has the right to invalidate you or others based off of how they feel or believe

My main toon is Cap'n J. Trashman (118 laff) I play Corporate clash im currently grinding to fight Chip and Cosmo doin other misc grinding on the side for drops/suit progression. Cap has evolved from just a funny toon to a full blown OC with a book of lore (which i plan on throwing at this blogs wall later :})
