u can tell how Nim tells June about fact that she will be guardian? at what point did she do it? before she dies? did she left the tree to tell June that she become guardian?

Okay- originally I was going to reveal it in later chapters but I don't think I'll be able to update it anytime soon... :') anyway..

This is what I wrote in the chapter.

June fell asleep, and she is awake.

What happened? What happened after the she ate the light? What happened to her sister? What happened to the one she thought as father...?

But there's nothing, only darkness around her.

Darkness... And a light. Only tiny tint of it but the warmth is enough.

June step closer to light, being a curious one. She touch it and there was no more of dark, so many lives around her. Trees, flowers and.... A lady?

"You're here." She smiles at June. "Come, sit next to me." Invited the lady.

"Uhm...? Who are you..." asked June.

"I am the guardian of feelings, Nim." She introduced herself, "Now come and sit next to me dear. You must been so tired."

June look at Nim for a second. She don't feel any of unpleasant feeling, just comfort.

She sat next to Nim and ask,

"Am I dead...?"

Nim is quite surprised by the question, she let out a faint chuckles and pat June in the head.

"No, no my dear... You're not dead." She said. "You are chosen to be the next guardian of positivity."

"Guardian? What's that...?" asked June. "It's like a samurai?"

Nim smiles and nodded, she touched the grass as Dream started to appear.

He is in the state of sleeping like a beauty he is.

"Wow she's pretty-"

"That's my son." Nim corrected June

"Oh, well he's pretty." Said June.

June wonders all about this magical experienced. So many questions she want to ask.

"How did you do that? Are you going to wake him up? What—"

Nim hushed June. June sat quietly as Nim starting to perform a little performance.

Nim place her hand on Dream chest, a light came out from Dream. It was his core power.

Nim took it out and hold it in her hand.

"This... Used to be mine. Used to be his... Now it belongs to you." Said Nim.

"I am very confused..." Muttered June. "What is this exactly...? Why are you doing this...?"

Nim let out a faint smile as look at June with such fond.

"Let me tell you a story..."

Once upon a time, there was a mighty guardian who live long enough to see humans and monsters are nothing but rotten apples.

She never know what is kind in human but only evilness in them.

One day, an evil creature was sent to kill the Guardian. The fought and the two side lost. The evil creature died and it corpse laying down on the Guardian's precious tree, meanwhile the Guardian is losing her power.

She know if she die, the world will too. So she creates a new lives, Positivity and Negativity. Her children are now the new guardians as she took her final breath.

The Guardian watch her two children raised themselves. She never bothered to interfere with their life... That was her biggest mistake.

Her son, Negativity took the wrong path. The evil creature who had killed her, killed her son too and now it took over her son body.

She did nothing but watch, what could possibly she even do? She is dead and powerless.

Only hopes could save them.

Her other son, the positivity. He is cursed to be a stone for hundreds years and will be used by many for their own benefits.

She had to watch her son tears fell on the ground, crying for the lost of his brother and mother. She couldn't do anything...

She regrets her actions, she wish she wasn't so neglectful to her sons.

Thus, God of Hope gave her another chance. A chance to make everything right, a chance to meet with her children again.

She was given a new light, a little girl who lost everything on her special day. The little girl who is now her daughter as she will hold the guardian power.

The little girl will have positivity's power and live a long life until she found another worthy guardian to replace her.

Meanwhile the Guardian and her children will finally be at peace in heaven...

June cried a little at the story. Nim couldn't help it but wipe the little one tears.

"I made a lot of mistakes in my life, June." Said Nim. "I will never be able to forgive myself but I want my children to be reunited again..."

"I-I understand..." Said June. "I should take his power right? Will he die if I do that...?" asked June.

"Yes... He will." Answered Nim.

"Isn't that too cruel...? The story make it sounds he fought so hard, isn it cruel to just let it gone waste like that...?" asked June once again. "Even if his life is terrible, he at least have someone he loves like a family or friends..."

"That's..." June left Nim quite speechless. She smiles at June words, "I truly chose a perfect guardian..." Said Nim. "Very well then, I will took half of his core. He can live a mortal life he can."

June smiles at Nim, she feel quite ease to have Dream be able to live a life.

"But I want you to guide my son to live a mortal life. A life where he shouldn't help anyone anymore, where he shouldn't sacrifice himself... I want him to live a life that he always deserve..." Nim requested it to June. "Can you help him my dear?"

"Of course I can!" Smiles June. "I'll make sure to play and hang out with him!"

Nim smiles at June's statement, this is what it should be. Her son being genuinely happy.

"June... You are too my daughter now, while being a guardian please never let you be used by others..." advised Nim. "Don't ever sacrifice your happiness for others."

"Yes... I understand." Said June. "I'm a strong little lady, I can just hit them!" Joked June.

Laughter and comfort can only be found in this conversation, it's very pleasant.

"Ah... My time has come. My son will soon be awake from his slumber.. I have to warn him before I go." Said Nim. "June... This place, only us guardians can be here. My sons, you and me... Family..."

"But how about-"

"Your older sister?" Smile Nim. "Do not worry, she will be reincarnate instead... She will live a happy life like you wanted." Said Nim.

June is quite happy to hear that. Nim stood up as her legs starting to fade away, so do with Dream.

"We will see each other again. I will miss you, my daughter." Said Nim.

June smiles at this last moment, she close her eyes and found herself on the ground.

She feels new, that's right. She have Dream powers now, not every of it but still. She will make sure to fulfill her now role.

What if scenario for No Longer the Guardian,

What would've happened if Killer had actually gotten the chance to propose to July before she was killed?

Awe man, this is going to hurt me cause it will never be canon 😭

Anyway- there will be some spoiler

Looking at the timeline, this will happen if Killer and June didn't waste their time and went home immediately. Horror would never find Killer in Samuraitale but still searching as in Nightmare said "find him or else you'll lose your head" with his angry face 😒.

But it'll took another 5 years (5 days for outside of Samuraitale) cause I want more angst.

It's June birthday and it was supposed to be July's death day too but it was never happen cause Horror didn't find Killer.

June got her blue kimono that she really wanted also for her extra gift, Killer proposed to her older sister with a beautiful silver ring. Of course July accepted it and they got married at 14th February <3.

I am restraining myself to give July and Killer a child cause I know at the end, I'll just going to unalive them but then again, I love angst 😈 (I am a cruel person istg-)

So 5 years later, June is 19, July is 29, Killer (I forgot if I ever mentioned his age but let's just make him in late 30) and the baby is 4 years old <3 (I'm so cruel 💀)

June doesn't have her temper like the original storyline since June is not dead. Killer taught her some fighting skills and June became a skilled Samurai with Frisk ^^.

Nightmare is being a baby that threw tantrum cause Killer disappeared for days now. So he went to Ink for help lol. Of course for fun, Ink helped Nightmare and they found Killer in Samuraitale.

Oh the look of Nightmare face when he caught Killer with his family. He hates the sight of it... This time it wasn't Killer who killed July. It was Nightmare 💀💀💀.

Nightmare killed July and the baby... June wasn't home that day as she is out with Frisk. Nightmare kidnapped Killer but this time, he's no longer have the control over Killer as his soul are not there anymore.

Killer betrayed the bad sanses and left. He didn't join star sanses though but June did. After June found out what Nightmare had done, she got out from Samuraitale thanks to Killer finding her.

June in here didn't get Dream power but she is like kind of vampire that suck others people power yknow. Well she always have that power even in original story line. Which explains Killer determination soul "disappeared" to other people view. She can suck others people power but the condition is, she have to earn their affection and trust

About No Longer the Guardian...

1. What is Core and Error relationship? Error seems overprotective yet tsundere for them.

2. I need to know how long has Swap... You know, act like he is now. Obsessive... It creeps me out the fact he was like that before Dream retired as a guardian!

3. While waiting for new chapter, I keep rereading the same chapters and there is something that caught my intention. The way you use "Protector" and "Creator". Since this is not a fgod au, those two word are heavily different.

4. So Ink is a trans man here? That's neat but his actions is not- anyway, how many love interest does Dream have.

5. Will any new characters will show up in later chapters? Like king of multiverse or something more powerful-

6. Newstale is a very interesting au. Berita sans, his name technically mean news- like wow, that's smart. Are you going to do this au more on later on?

7. Why is June getting aggressive in each chapters. At first, she was sweet and kind of sad but then in latest chapter, she has a temper issues like wow-

1. At first I want to make them more like father and daughter until I remember Core in this au legit took care of past Error so their relationship are mother and son (Like Nahida and Wanderer ^^!)

2. Oh, for very long time 😊. At first it was just fine until Swap developed a obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). He needs everything to be perfect, clean, nice and Dream is one of them. After Dream is no longer the guardian, he legit took this chance to make Dream perfect again in his own way.

4. Heck yeah, my least favorite boy is trans because why not? It's fun! Anyway, just Cross. Other ships are platonic, that including Killer since he doesn't really love Dream, he likes the fact Dream resemble July... (June's older sister)

5. Well characters from Newstale then yes.

6. Yep, maybe after this story end. I planning to draw each character, Sans will look like a reporter came from Malaysia/indonesia since his code name are from that countries.

7. Because unlike Dream, June is passive-aggressive. Well she is nice to certain people.. She became like that because of Killer yknow, she lived with Killer. He taught her everything, including stabbing- I mean self defense.

There's no much information about her and Killer is familiar to her way more than I thought. I thought Killer will forget the fact he killed June's older sister but in chapter 8, he seems to be familiar to June older sister too like the way he said he killed her older sister gave me shiver and the fact he didn't believe Dream being June older sibling makes me wonder-

Alrightyyyyy, here some spoiler about her backstory since not a lot of people from wattpad actually here

Okay, timeline first!

World: samuraitale (genocide run)

Year 1800, June was born, Frisk was born.

Year 1803, June and her older sister was sold to light district, Frisk learn how to be a Samurai.

Year 1810, June and her older sister ran away from light district, Frisk commit genocide in the underground.

Year 1810, June met Frisk, they became friend. June older sister meet Killer, they became friend.

Year 1814, the bad guys killed everyone expect June.

Backstory: June came from poor family and her parents sold June and her older sister to Light District, the prostitute club.

At the age of 10, June were abused by the manager of light district. Her older sister couldn't watch June being abused, so she did was every older sister should do. Run away to a better place.

June older sister were 20 years old, a few days after escaping, they met Killer who seems to be injured. They took care of Killer and in exchange, Killer provided them a home and live with them. Killer teach the two sisters basic self defense, he also teach them how to write and read.

June, 4 months after escaping the light district, met Frisk who were wondering around mountain EBOTT and dust all around them, monsters dust. They became friend and June took Frisk home.

Killer didn't like that one a bit but he endure it because June older sister adore children.

June sees Killer as a father figure. She often to make a handcraft doll for him, Killer being stupid brought it with him when he's at work.

Nightmare found the doll and destroyed it in front of Killer. He then corrupted Killer soul once again and order the murder trio to kill everyone in Samuraitale.

Killer killed Frisk, he spared June and her older sister but Nightmare was there to watch Killer suffers. Her older sister hide June and she went to Killer to embrace the death.

Nightmare watched the scene in satisfaction so he returned to castle. Killer was still there, embracing the woman he treasure lifeless body. He took her body and buried it in Outertale as she always love the stars.

June in the other hand, after the mass homicides that were done by the murder trio. She was devastated, the feelings for betrayed. She swear on her life to get revenge and Nim answered her prayer. She gave June, Dream's magic.

Core saw everything with their magical eye sockets and took June. They then gave her to Ink, and the story went on to chapter 1....

(Note: June is very good at acting, that's why no one in wattpad suspicious of her even a bit xD.)

There's something made me curious until now but I stay patience because maybe you'll reveal it later.

I need to know who has the golden apple and why no one even Dream ever mentioned it?

Even Quetzalcoatl and Nightmare never mentioned it once!

Like was it one of the side effects that made everyone forgets about Dream, did that includes the most important thing to keep up the balance which is the golden apple?

The golden apple currently with Dream.

Sure June is suppose to have that golden apple but she don't and she didn't even know that she supposed to protect the golden apple.

Only few people know about Dream still keep the golden apple which is Error, Cross and Core.

Dream keep it because he still holding back on his past and he doesn't trust June to protect it... Which is soon it'll be a very angsty chapter 😊

Error know it because he legit can see people soul. He never say a word about it to keep the readers and Ink shut.

Core basically can see everything so they know it too.

Cross will find out in chapter 12. I am still writing it ^^

Should I finish making the video parts for No Longer the Guardian chapter 2 or should I work on June's backstory and then finish chapter 2?

I've been having motivation to work on the videos but then I either get distracted while working on it and do something completely different or I stare at Gacha Club and do nothing. What do you say I try and work on since it's your story and I don't want to portray it in a way different than it actually is?

(The reason I asked if I should finish chapter 2 is because of what happens in the chapter and how it relates to June's backstory and how it would flow easily between the two)

Oh, so June is Japanese.. What I see is her name is June Keira. Keira honestly almost the same as 嫌い which mean Kirai, hate. Does that mean she is an embodiment of hate? But she is also a Guardian of Positivity... Well we got her backstory but I am still curious

What would June's original outfit (before chapter 4) look like if you had drawn it instead of just giving the description of it and having someone else interpret it? (If you don't want to draw/design the outfit it's okay)

June's original outfit is actually very childish since she is still a minor. I drew it but it doesn't turn out like I wanted it to be.... So I totally forgot to describe it or to put the drawing about what did she wear. Oh well,

This is her original outfit. I was going to draw it into different colours since her theme is white and blue. Yes her sweater are with strips as the strips in undertale represent children.
