#not argue with a clueless numpty for an hour

How are you?

I just spent an hour arguing with a customer “service” agent who couldn’t troubleshoot his way out of a wet paper bag. Turns out my brand new (refurbished) Kindle is NOT defective, but just needed a factory reset, which I discovered after I called the helpline and found someone who actually knew their arse from a hole in the ground.

So I’m pretty peopled out and faintly annoyed, and also I have to start over all my dumb games from scratch that keep me on an even keel so that’s super irritating BUT the boy asked me on another date and we’re also gonna go see the new Terminator next week when it comes out, and my daughter and I are going to a hockey game this coming Saturday, and I should be signed off and on my own at work by this Friday.

So all in all I guess it evens out. 

OH and I’m working on a Brandam piece. :)
