keep tricking myself into thinking that if i just have a little more caffeine itll unlock the ability to read and retain shit, or focus on difficult and scary tasks, and then being like, shocked pikachu when it Doesnt, Again
#toy txt post#the worst is that it IS true. of all the states im going to be able to focus in. adderall+ caffeinated is most likely. its just that its#not enough to Actually replace executive dysfunction. also Dont worry im being good still and spacing it out and consuming a reasonable#amount for me. aka not usually more than 2 caffeinated drinks a day if that. Maybe 2 coffees#maybe coffee + baja blast#sometimes coffee + sunkist (lower caffeine than other caffeinated sodas. a friendly amount. i want to say like 19mg in a can?)#vs the baja blast being 59mg a can and im going to Guess Wildly my coffee is probably somewhere around 80-100mg?
