it's been almost a year since mary last saw her sister, not on purpose — just life tends to keep them both busy and april is just around the corner. so, she'sshown up to the all too familiar robotics manor. leaving her bags just outside the portal, but placing the violin case down beside her feet after stepping through it. because she KNOWS how kelly will come running —

— “ooofta!” the younger female exclaims playfully, arms wrapped tight around the older one with a faint squee of happiness. “Oh uh hey you nearly lost this,” She caught it – placing that fedora back atop her sister's head with a smile and peered around her to wave to the very tall bot. “Hey Feds!” All the while still keeping a tight hold onto her sister, “So should I tell you I'm in town the whole month an’ not leavin’ ‘til the 25th oooor?”

She grinned a bit — as a private violin teacher that meant saving up as much as she could to come and spend time with her sister ( the bots too, likely pester Mikas as well ).

• SAVARESE. the walter worker is making her way from the kitchen into the main foyer of the manor. the portal opening quite reminds her of stargates, but without the loud alarms. putting her cup of tea aside, she demurely adjusts her skirt.

blinking several times over as she notes who makes her way there, she all but bolts out the door and over to her baby sister. there had been an abrupt, concerned sound from the recovering feds, though mostly because he knew how a certain bot felt for her.

they'll embrace; hugging tightly without much else needed to be said. almost losing the threadbare fedora atop her crown in the process.

Laying in bed thinking about the emotional roller coaster today has been. Not because anything special happened but because this is the norm. I was road trip in to bham for a baby shower. Had way to much anxiety in the car so had to take medicine. Afterwards saw my little then headed back home. I’m laying in bed feeling sad. I’m emotionally drained.

Notcc be sure why I’m even writing this but it helps get thoughts out of myy head.

So many babies being born/engagements/weddings this week it’s been a tough one in that sense- I see me and kids but I guess I’ve got to find someone to love me first.
