1. Make sure that students are in a tall order in the class during the worship meeting (at 9:10 am).

2. Write Work Done in class and get signatures from teachers

3. Ensuring that the furniture in the classroom is secure. Maintenance of FURNITURE MOVEMENT REGISTER

4. Ensuring proper functioning of group activities of class students

5. Monitoring the attendance of class going out and coming in (LAB, Devotional meeting, Council meeting, Mass Drill, Ceremonies...) with the help of class team leaders.

6. If the teacher does not come within 5 minutes of the start of the class then remind the teacher LEAVE If GAP WORK AHM should approach to know the teacher GAP WORK Call the teacher

8. Posting Monthly Calendar.

9. The teacher should not take the students' time during morning break, evening break, lunch break.

10. When it is your class turn, you should encourage the students to participate in the worship meeting and give a good talk.

21. Ensure that CHILD LINE 1098, WOMEN HELP LINE 181, CYBER HELP LINE 1930, SCHOOL HELP LINE 14417, CLASS TEACHER NO... are written on the blackboard.

22. Awareness about the student mind box should be given to all the students in the class.

23. Peer-to-peer teaching of students who are lagging behind in class should be encouraged.

24. Knowing the resources and telling them to the students (Example: YOUTUBE CHANNEL, E magazine, SAMSUNG SMART LAB, HIGH TECH LAB, ATAL TINKERING LAB)

25. If proof of study is required, the corresponding form should be taken from the glass cover on the window bar in front of the school office and filled and signed by the class teacher and signed by the Principal.

26. All the students with Whatsapp NUMBER should make sure that they join the whatsapp group of that class.

வசதி தந்து ஊக்குவிப்போராக புதிது புனைவாராக மாணவ தலைவர்

1. இறைவணக்க கூட்டத்தில் ( காலை 9:10 மணிக்கு ) வகுப்பில் மாணவர்கள் உயர வரிசையில் இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும் .

2. வகுப்பில் WORKDONE எழுதுவது ஆசிரியர்களிடம் கையெழுத்து வாங்குவது

3. வகுப்பில் உள்ள உடைமைகளை Furniture பத்திரமாக இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்வது . FURNITURE MOVEMENT REGISTER பராமரிப்பது

4. வகுப்பு மாணவர்கள் குழு செயல்பாடுகள் சரியாக நடை பெறுவதை உறுதி செய்தல்

5. வகுப்பு குழு தலைவர்கள��ன் உதவியுடன் வகுப்பிற்கு வெளியே செல்லும் போதும் (LAB, இறைவணக்க கூட்டம், மன்ற கூட்டம், Mass Drill, விழாக்கள்...) உள்ளே வரும் போதும் வரிசையில் செல்வதை கண்காணித்தல்

6. பாடவேளை ஆரம்பித்து 5 நிமிடத்திற்குள் ஆசிரியர் வரவில்லை எனில் ஆசிரியருக்கு நினைவூட்ட வேண்டும் LEAVE எனில் GAP WORK ஆசிரியரை அறிந்துகொள்ள AHM அணுக வேண்டும் GAP WORK ஆசிரியரை அழைக்க வேண்டும்

10. உங்க வகுப்பு turn வரும்போது இறைவணக்க கூட்டத்தில் பங்குகொள்ள மாணவர்களை ஊக்குவிக்க வேண்டும் நல்ல talk கொடுக்க வேண்டும்.

11. சீருடை, தூய்மை, சிகை அலங்காரம், Girls இரட்டை சடை, 2 &4 வாரத்தின் முதல் நாள் நகம் check பண்ண வேண்டும்.

12. மாணவர் Two wheeler, Cellphone, Electronic devices, Laptop, விலையுயர்ந்த பொருட்கள், தங்க நகை, கத்தி,Thermocol cutter, கூர்மையான பொருட்கள் பள்ளிக்கு கொண்டு வர அனுமதி இல்லை.

13. சைக்கிள் வரிசையாக நிறுத்துமிடத்தில் நிறுத்தி வைப்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

14. Junk Food அனுமதியில்லை மதிய உணவு, தண்ணீர் Bottle, புத்தக பை, மை பேனா, பென்சில், ரப்பர், Scale நோட்டு, புத்தகம் கண்டிப்பாக கொண்டுவர வேண்டும் இதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

15. வகுப்பாசிரியர் அனுமதியின்றி லீவு எடுக்கக் கூடாது. Leave letter பெற்றோர் கையெப்பத்துடன் கொடுக்க வேண்டும். இதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

16. உங்கள் வகுப்பறை (மன்ற செயல்பாடுகள் அறை, வகுப்பு, தேர்வு அறை) watchman இல்லையெனில் ஜன்னல்களை மூடுவது அறைகளை மூடுவது பூட்டுவது மாணவர்களது பாதுகாப்பை உறுதி செய்யும் கடமை, வகுப்பை விட்டு வெளியேறு��் போது FAN, LIGHT Switch Off செய்ய வேண்டும்.

17. பள்ளி வேலை நேரத்தில் பள்ளியை விட்டு வெளியே அழைத்துச் செல்ல வரும் நபர்களிடம் நகர்வு பதிவேட்டில் பதிவு செய்து செல்போன் எண் மற்றும் கையொப்பம் இட்டு செல்ல வேண்டும்.

18. கணித வாய்ப்பாடு MATHS Formula note TWO LINES NOTE, FOUR LINES NOTE மாணவர்கள் பராமரிப்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

19. பள்ளியில் உள்ள நூலகத்திற்கு சென்று வகுப்பில் உள்ள மாணவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை தகுந்த புத்தகங்களை நூலக பொறுப்பு ஆசிரியரிடம் பெற்று ஒவ்வொரு மாணவருக்கும் வழங்கி நூல் இரவல் பதிவேட்டில் பதிவு செய்து சுழற்சி முறையில் அடுத்தடுத்த மாணவர்களுக்கு வழங்கி பராமரிக்க வேண்டும்.

20. வகுப்பில் உள்ள அனைத்து மாணவர்களும் தங்களது வகுப்பு ஆசிரியர் பாடநோட்டில் தங்களது EMIS Number , பள்ளியின் UDISE Code 33130601514 எழுதி இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

21. கரும்பலகையின் மேல் BORDER இல் CHILD LINE 1098, WOMEN HELP LINE 181, CYBER HELP LINE 1930, SCHOOL HELP LINE 14417, வகுப்பாசிரியர் எண்... எழுதி இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

22. மாணவர் மனசு பெட்டி குறித்து விழிப்புணர்வு வகுப்பில் உள்ள அனைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கும் வழங்கி இருக்க வேண்டும்.

23. சக மாணவர் மூலம் வகுப்பில் கற்றலில் பின்தங்கி இருக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கு கற்பிப்பதை ஊக்குவிக்க வேண்டும்.

24. வளங்களை அறிந்து மாணவர்களுக்கு எடுத்து கூறுவது (Example: YOUTUBE CHANNEL, E magazine, SAMSUNG SMART LAB, HIGH TECH LAB, ATAL TINKERING LAB)

25. படிப்புச் சான்றுதேவை எனில் அதற்குரிய படிவத்தை பள்ளி அலுவலக முன் ஜன்னல் கம்பியில் உள்ள கண்ணாடி கவரில் இருந்து எடுத்து நிரப்பி வகுப்பாசிரியர் கையொப்பம் பெற்று, தலைமையாசிரியர் கையொப்பம் பெற வேண்டும்.

26. Whatsapp NUMBER உள்ள அனைத்து மாணவர்களும் அந்த வகுப்பிற்குரிய whatsapp குழுவில் இணைந்து இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.
