Now that I have discovered more about the hatred and harassment Jakei has been facing and it’s context, MY OPINION HAS NOT CHANGED.

I still find everything these people have said to Jakei and the constant abuse and making fun of their mental health NOT OKAY. And Jakei has addressed this along with NyxTheShield. This really needs to stop.

Underverse is ENDING because of this shit. It’s not okay to harass someone like this.

Sorry this has been my focus lately, BUT THIS ISNT OKAY. I usually stay out of this, but the fact I felt a need to act shows how messed up everything Jakei has been put through is. The person on Twitter “exposing” Jakei? Absolutely disgusting. Calling them both “monsters” or “criminals” is horrible.

I’m ranting, yeah, but everything I say is what I feel. And seeing all this on tumblr, where I usually go to relax, is sickening.

And anyone taking part in the harassment? Come on guys. You all are better than this.

HOPELESSPEACHES LIED/EXAGGERATED ABOUT THE SKYPE LOGS IN THE JAKEI/NYX SITUATION.

The information in that portion of the video has been debunked by Jakei and Nyx in videos they posted to their Twitter. She apparently also made her own post about this on her Tumblr

I wish I could upload more than one video so I could just put them all here (especially since I went through the trouble of downloading them) but all I can do is link to those threads and maybe I’ll make a reblog chain with the videos later.

The bottom line is: STOP SPREADING THAT FUCKING VIDEO. PLEASE TAKE DOWN YOUR REBLOGS OF THAT POST. I AM SO SORRY FOR SPREADING THIS MISINFORMATION.

Let’s talk about Nyx!

For those who don’t know, Nyxtheshield, is the man behind the music in Underverse, and oh man he is so OVERLOOKED! And I’m flabbergasted at the fact that I haven’t seen anyone talk about him and his music!

Just now I listened to Chara - OVERWRITE and it’s so good! If you pay attention you can listen to some leitmotifs from the Deltarune ost, specifically from The Legend, which to me is cool how he implemented things from the original creation that inspired the series, like paying homage to it, which is amazing!!

I’m not saying that all the songs he’s made for Underverse are like this, quite the contrary. While he does pay homage in some his songs, he has also made originals songs that are not connected to Undertale or Deltarune (or at least not to my knowledge), that are equally as good if not better. Take Sweet Sweet Swagger for example, it’s incredibly good while also being original!! (Edit: I was just informed that Sweet Sweet Swagger wasn’t made by Nyx, that he just made an remix, but it still a good one tho)

Now I do feel the need to clarify that I’m not a music expert, nor have I listened to every song Nyx has made. But I still want to give this man the appreciation he deserves!!

All the songs I’ve mentioned I recommend you guys give it a listen, and here are a couple more songs that he has made that I absolutely love and recommend listening as well if you haven’t already: Waiting for you, Black Apple, Overwrite (this is a different one from Chara - OVERWRITE), and SEG_FAULT. (Sorry they’re all from yt music, I don’t use Spotify)

Yes, I know these are all from Underverse but they’re still very good to listed to on their own!!

Okay so Underverse 0.8 part 1 MIGHT be the last episode she publishes

So remember the post about the announcment I posted? (it's still up i might delete it since I have got my answers and I don't want to spread misinformation) So I said there that @jakei95 is quitting...but I don't think I got it right,it said that it MIGHT be the last episode they publish so there's still a 50/50 chance...I still support @jakei95 in whatever choice she makes whether to cancel it or not because it's her work not ours.I apologize for the post I made a few days ago I misinterperted the announcment,I just hope that both @jakei95 and @nyxtheshield will be alright and get help...again whatever the choice I still wanna thank them both for Underverse and the music... it's really awesome and it has been 6 years now...? Wow that is some dedication that @jakei95 put and I have watched her improve...like I started watching Underverse when I was either 11 or 12 maybe even 10...and now I'm soon going to be 18 years old....time really does fly doesn't it...?
