TOXZON MY BELOVED

Toxzon, Dr, Tytus Octavius Xander's was royally screwed over by both N-Tek, THI and basically everyone in his life.

The man literally has a mental illness(im not even going to try and figure out what it is, because there are many possibilities). What he needed was support from both his jobs and the people around him, both past and present.

I mean you would think a military base like N-Tek would invest in a psychologist for its operatives to talk to, and THI, after Molly took over, would have encouraged and payed it's employees to seek therapy after what happened with Naught and Dredd.

Because honestly, if I found out my boss was an evil android, and worked for an even more evil guy that lived in the roof, and all the tech that was made was to be used as a siphon to turn people into a power source for the super villain guy in the roof who is effectively immortal(a rant for another day) I would need so much counseling, because WTF I was technically apart of harming so many people!

Also, I blame Molly for Xander's becoming Toxzon.

Like girl, the man was used to not being supervised because of how Naught and Dredd were running the company. Instead of firing the clearly mentally ill man that you yourself acknowledged was talking to a plastic fish, put him on unpayed suspension, have him supervised by someone you trust like an N-Tek scientist. Tell him he needs to seek professional help so he can keep his job.

Not publicly humiliate him by having security drag him out of your office(and the building) as your son and his friends walk in.

And at the very least, if you did have to fire Xander's, have a conversation that lasts more than five minutes about it, even if that means rescheduling with Max and his friends.

Because yeah, he did kinda make a tentacle monster that almost killed and traumatized an intern.

Also, how the hell did Molly not know about the huge lab under the building with toxic waste?

I'm not saying Molly deserved what happened to her when Toxzon infected and mutated her in 'The Secret Admirer', but like it could have been avoided.

On top of that, Fishy is clearly the evil one here. That bow tie, top hat wearing, uneven eyed, plastic fish is straight up the inner most, and quit frankly most toxic thoughts and traits of Xander's personified.

In 'Gone Fishin' Toxzon pollutes the whole damn ocean just to get Fishy back, and the moment he does, and sucked up all the contamination, it's Fishy that's like 'use that goop to kill some mofos', the thought did not cross his mind till Fishy was back with him.

I am willing to bet Fishy is the reason why he keeps making such destructive choices.

Now I'm not going to sit here and make a diagnosis, I'm not a doctor, but from everything I understand, my beloved mad scientist/eco-terrorist needs counseling, and needed it from a young age, but never got it.

According to the MaxSteel(2013) section of the FandomWiki, he is canonically 33 years old, and if we're assuming the show takes place is 2012 as according to the date of issue on Max’s drivers licens, Toxzon was born in around the 1980's. And back then, mental health wasn't taken seriously. And because Xander's was a bright kid, since you know the guys a freaking genius, it was most likely overlooked as a 'smart kid' thing. He was failed, by pretty much everyone in his life.

And much like the Decepticons from Transformers, Dr. Tytus Octavius Xander's became the villain people saw him as and not the misunderstood man that just needed professional help and a friend.

And I will forever defend him.

Jason Naught, Miles Dredd, and Troy Winter's can all kick rocks because they are genuinely bad people who take pleasure is hurting others and taking advantage of people.

Two of these three actually sided with an alien race that was going to consume the earth killing every living being on it and the other committed identity theft, and that's not a joke.

Admittedly, it was kinda cool and really nice to have more people to suggest and bounce ideas off of. It made the whole thing feel a little easier to manage and actually figure out. For a few moments, Peter just listened to what the others had to say. Harry was right, Max could already have a physical form, after he and Flint had managed to contain him. In a sense. But it seemed like he could become pure electricity if he wanted. Unless that was just a result of being pulled across the multiverse but the first option made more sense.

“I don’t know about binding his powers.” he said slowly, “But maybe the excess electricity in his body can be removed? Kind of a way to help make sure he stays himself and doesn’t get overwhelmed with more. It would be like trying to get rid of excess charge to just about anything else, only instead of a battery or equipment, it would be a person.” which meant it would have to be a fairly small device, they wouldn’t need anything large. Just enough to siphon the excess and maybe contain it like a battery pack, or release it into the atmosphere in a way that wouldn’t cause any issue.

To Max or to anyone else around him.

“Flint…I’m not sure. How do you reverse a super collider?”

Octavius shook his head, “We would have to come up with a device that could do a similar process but on a much smaller scale, for something like that.” the fabricator was gestured to, “Your machine here is impressive my boy, but I don’t think it’ll be quite up to the task of something like that.”

At least not in a way that would be easy to make in just an hour or so. Nevermind that they were going to try and make the parts for two different cures at the moment. Peter wasn’t really sure that “cure” was the right word at this point, “..what about something similar to removing the electricity, but with sand?” he tried, looking at Harry and Norman next, “Maybe not removing it exactly since Flint is sand right now, but the super collider would have tried to combine that with his genetics, right? So…maybe it didn't combine right and that's why he's this way now?”

There came the moment of truth, as Octavius received the inhibitor chip, and as if Harry's nerves hadn't been sharpened by the situation itself then the combination of the brief moment of panic around him, when met with his own panic at the way Octavius' very heart halted for a moment, made it all worse. Enough that for a moment the instincts were all-consuming, a brief screech of warning and rage and the need to attack and get out and fight the closest living thing and... a heartbeat, Octavius', and Harry focused sharply on it, still standing with his back to the wall and trying to get the instincts to just quieten down.

It took him seconds, precious seconds, of breathing and then opening his eyes and looking at Octavius, and his willingness to help, and pretending he hadn't noticed Norman's attention on him.

Because truly, the room was starting to be a little cramped but moving might not be better and he did his best to pretend he was okay, as she instincts slowly subsided and he could focus on the conversation itself.

On not glaring at Norman as he asked if he was okay, his voice very quiet, and Harry simply nodded. Because Octavius seemed to be back to himself, and the man's demeanor was grateful and friendly, and Harry had nothing in the way of trust but he could be glad. And he was.

So, Max and Flint. That was the question, wasn't it?

"Dillon can look human." Harry pointed out. "Flint... not so much."

Maybe what they needed, Octavius said, was to bind his powers so he couldn't absorb the energy that had killed him.

"It would keep him alive." Norman mentioned. "But Flint..."

It was a different situation, and Harry rested his chin on his hand, still unmoving, but managing to relax a bit.

"We need to find a way to tell Flint's body to remain human. Go from sand to skin and blood and bone." He considered.

And how, he didn't have the slightest idea, but at least most of the material was there?

Inspired by @fumikomiyasaki........I got a dating sim au with all of Melanie's ships with @rookvonhunt

Raven College, a prestigious school that those from all walks of life attend to grow, learn, and become the person who wishes to be. It's a new semester and young students walk the campus grounds to explore their new surroundings. Melanie Charment is one such freshman who, admittedly got a little lost. She's not used to being away from home and especially in a place that's much larger then life. She's from a low-class family who scraped and saved to get her into college. Working hard is something she does naturally so of course she's going to study and learn and make her family proud. But college life.......is stressful when you don't know what you want to do with your life. And expensive. Very expensive. So she does the best possible thing to take up any and every job she can. She needs to survive school, juggle her hours, make friends, work her ass off and maybe.....just maybe, find her fairy-tale love.

💖 Part dating sim, part time management. You have to manage job hours and free time while making sure you can do your homework and showing up to class. Sure you can skip class and try to coast your way into getting a hottie but be prepare for an early bad ending. Ya gotta be smart. Gotta play your cards right. Doing your jobs and talking means friendships, which turns to attraction which turns to romance.

💖 You also need to build Mel up which means heading to classes and the library to study, that increases your wisdom. Doing afterschool events like cheer-leading and going to various spots in town (skate park, museum, model agency, etc) increases confidence. Lastly hanging out with your friends Kirsten, Lucille, James and Nala increases your charisma (as well as unlock side stories with certain s/o's if you hang with the right friend at the right time)

💖 In addition to all of the jobs you're doing, you're also making coin. You can then spend the money on gifts for your crushes to increase their affection. Of course they have favorites and least favorites so watch yourself. You can also spend money on your dorm room, making it ✨fancy✨.

💘~💘 Now onto the love interests💘~💘

Kierron - A sophomore who's known for getting into fights. He works out at the local gym where Mel works as a attendant, often treating her like a lackey. There's something about him, something he's trying to keep to himself.

Erza - Sophomore of Dawn Dove college, the rival to Night Raven. He's a genius and one of Brick's closest friend. Mel and him meet each other through her attempted least favorite job, being a receptionist at the local morgue.

Fraiser - One of the most popular boys in college and a bully. When Mel takes the job of apprentice mechanic to gain experience/variety they're made to get along. Tends to shift the work load onto her so he can hang with his biker gang.

Octavius - The eccentric and rather kooky son of the wealthy Siphon family. He attends the same school as Erza but he hires Melanie to be one of his maids. However he treats her like a close friend.

Micah - A seemingly holy man that's almost always at the church, earning the nickname of Mother. Melanie meets him when she works as a janitor. There's an air of serenity but few are willing to cross him.....

Vladimir - One of the boys in Mel's dormitory and someone she befriended early on. He runs a popular fashion blog that she offers helps via modeling. When the work gets too much for her he's always there to cheer her back up.

Miko - A mysterious man, who's dealings are made in the shadows and possibly in blood. When he wishes to unwind he frequents the luxurious Crescent Moon lounge and restaurant where Mel takes the job of bartender on night shifts. He's definitely someone you don't take to run into at night.

Kakia - A lady Mel slightly knows but they only know each other through Kierron. While looking at the work she thinks Mel is trying to steal Kie's attention even when that isn't the case at all. Thus starting a one-sideded rivalry.....or not?

Song Fenhua - Seemingly a friend of Kierron more it feels like a boss and underling. He works at the laboratory as an assistant for health research while she's a lab technician. He thinks she's way in over her head taking all these careers but leaves her be.

Emile - Another friend or underling of Kierron and he certainly doesn't get along with Song Fenhua. He takes a position in the morgue alongside Erza and they seem to get along swimmingly. Very quiet but is pleasant to be around.

A'rachk - A foreign student that speaks like he's part of a hivemind but he seems interesting. They meet with Melanie takes a job at the laboratory as a general assistant so she's paired with him for his entomologly. Just don't let him be around Kierron or else things will get messy.

Jupiter - Down to earth Bassist for the punk band Lockdown, after Mel was dragged to one of their concerts the frontman Alto hires her on the spot to be the band's planner and designer. He tends to hang out in town's more nature-y parts so she's bound to run into him.

Brick - A sweet boy, polite man who sees her around school. Him and Melanie are in similar classes and he works as a chef to a local sushi restaurant. She ends up as one of the waitresses.

Jirou - Another guy Mel befriended on campus, his family runs the local bakery and after a few visits she's hired to work as delivery girl and part time baker. He's extremely kind and tends to help her out with school work along with Brick.

Misha - Yet another boy Melanie knows from campus. A skater boi who does sell sports clothes but he forgets constantly. She sees him a lot at the gym but he ends up hiring her as one of his models...although he forgets to pay her sometimes.

Citron - The super sweet co-worker of the local plant nursery. She takes a job there and the two are fast friends. He's extremely thoughtful but his bleeding heart tend to get him into trouble.

Lucifer - A model Mel works with at the same agency that specializes in gothic looks. He's popular on Twitter and Insta but is kind of an ass. It's also known that he works in the adult industry though he doesn't seem to care about the bad rumors.

Maurice - A friend of Vladimir also running a popular fashion brand. Melanie becomes his muse and they start working together. He's a heartthrob around campus but he doesn't seem to mind the advances.

Dusk - A popular model that frequents the cute little cafe Mel baristas at. Him and Maurice and acquaintances in the fashion world. Tends to keep to himself but will make a sarcastic quip or two.

Solomon - Another bully on campus. He's a solo artist by the name of Corrosion, occasionally models along with Mel but they're more often to run into each other at the gym. They.......don't get along well.

Michi - One of the maids at the cafe Mel works very closely with. A sweet guy with monstrous strength able to probably lift the place itself but he's also fucking stupid. Overally a goody good boy.

Langley - Another sushi chef but he's more quiet and more..........odd. He's narcissistic, skittish and seems to really really love fire. He's a great cook but something's off, very odd.

Candice - The wealthy and seductive milf with his five year son Sylvian. He hires Melanie to babysit while he works in......adult situations. (he also owns a franchise of tattoo/body modification parlors) Currently in an on again, off again relationship with his husband.

Ruben - Candice's husband who runs a popular toy company but his marriage has been on the rocks. He's ready for divorce but only stays for sex and Sylvie. He's interested in Mel but a relationship now would be very messy.

Niko - Another one of the Mel's coworkers at the cafe, also a model that's "besties" with Lucifer. He's........not bright, possibly even dumber then Michi. But he's cute and loves cats so that's all that matters.

Arsene - One of the biggest name's in the rap/pop industry. Kirsten's a fan of him and somehow (blackmail) got vip tickets to see him. After the show Mel somehow got his phone number????

He occasionally visits ramshackle with the rest of the obsydia faces for tutoring sessions ! Or just simple study sessions. He loves aiding her and the others in tests he's already aced and taken.

Octavius regards Mel with respect, and seems to be the only night raven college dorm leader to do so off the bat. Even Ezra took his time to show her his soft side.

Oct's lack of walls makes it easy for them to get to know each other, and the vampire simply Adores dancing with her while Amos plays his piano.

Often spooks her by hiding around corners, but he means no harm! They both share laughs.

Vlad loves. No. Adores Melanie in general. They have very similar hobbies and interests. They both even love pink! And vlad's harsh blacks contrast and compliment Melanie's soft whites extremely well. The pair are always matching when they're together.

Vlad is more high energy than her , but he hopes she loves spending her time with him as much as he does with her.

Rei thinks Melanie is cute , if not a bit Naive. Often bringing her heads out of the clouds with heart to heart talks. She simply prays that one day, Mel will come to accept not everyone has... Good sides. Or can change for the better. As that is something Reina learned the hard way.

Melanie has never met Ryo. As he avoids most underclassmen due to "Not dealing with the system" as he knows his raunchy jokes and comments can get him into issues. He's like 19. But he does adamantly believe that you can't be too safe.

He thinks she's adorable though! So much so he can't stand to think of her in any way but like a little kitten that misses its mommy.

Nala isn't overly familiar with Melanie either! But !!! She likes her. Any friend of Lucille is a friend of Nala's.

They're mutuals on magicam and probably interact with each other's posts. But they're not very deeply connected beyond that.

Satin knows Melanie solely from association with her schoolmates , and Kombatra. As the nrc dorm often comes to DAC to hone their skills.

And as a woman that values info above all else, she listens in. Learning about the princess from listening into conversations from Kierron, Emile and Song Fenhua.

So she knows more about Melanie than anyone at her school. Not that she'll admit that up front. Thinks she's a nice woman... How sad.. and a princess too... Hm.

Now, what was this? Octavius looked up from his poetry booklet at the sudden feeling of being touched. He was unbothered by it , having only startled due to the suddenness of it. And spotting a familiar face he could only smile in return.

The vampire watched on as Ondina's hands traveled to the one he held his booklet in. Showing his fangs in his smile as a sign of amusement.

"Now , little flame, what in the dickens are you up to?" His voice was as smooth and calm as ever. Just watching. Studying. Eyes landing on hers after a moment or two. That's when he pieced it together. Uncaring of the fact she was holding onto one hand of his with both of hers like a child. How unsightly and unsubtle of the young woman. Is what he usually would have teased. But he simply laughed.

"You know." He began , chuckling when she whined in response to him pulling her hands away. Only to pacify her by taking one in each of her own. His cold skin likely heaven to the flushed skin of hers. "You could have simply Asked to hold my hand." He mused.

"Isn't it so .. Marvelous when one reciprocates?"

Helio, son of Lydia and kierron. Both a demigod and heir to the throne of the deadrealm. He's much like his father and follows the typical disposition of a bestiore. While being logical and calculating, he excels in his dorm of crystaleon, holding the title of dormhead like his mother once did.

Danica , the sweet and overactive daughter of Octavius and Tenera. She's just like her father , having the same optimistic attitude and love for life that he does. She often bakes with her mother after a long day of practicing her tennis skills. She's almost always around one of her parents and gets anxious if she isn't. She ends up attending night raven college, in ectocosma.

Pinot Rosé! The beautiful and wonderful and fantastic daughter of Inessa and Austin Freyr-Rosé. self proclaimed at least. Shes arrogant. And a spoiled brat that annoys anyone that interacts with her. She's inherited her mother's natural affinity for ice and aspires to be a professional figure skater and often drags her parents to take her to the rink. She attends Hour glass station academy in the Valhunny dormitory, much to her mother's occasional distress.

Octavius is a true oddball of NRC's vampiric student body. As he doesn't drink blood OR a substitute like tomato juice while on campus. All he needs is to sink his fangs into something red and he can suck the red right out of it.

And Brick comes from a very low income household with very high expectations for him. And he was initially sorted into savanaclaw. But his father forced him to take the exam to be able to transfer to obsydia. Which he aced the first time , surprisingly.
